Certainly one of the top places to stay in Rabat. Rooms have nice balconies and the lobby is impressive. Would have expected more from the restaurant but it was good.

Perfect place to pass your vacation in Rabat, great staff, beautiful environment. Breakfast was my favorite part, diversity & quality of food were on a high level! Guest relation girls are helpful and have a good English level✌🏼

Brilliant hotel for all the family, a great swimming pool, tennis court and sun lounges. Rooms are cleaned very well and staff a extremley polite. Breakfasts food is lovely and other restaurants inside the hotels are classy.
A hotel you must go to if you want to enjoy the Rabat sun and relax. Only downside is most workers speak Arabic and French and find it hard to understand English

Overall a very nice hotel. They could do with a bit more staff training though - apparently none of the staff know that there is a doorbell, they all knock timidly and quietly, and then walk into the room after barely a pause. I found there to be great inconsistency with what was delivered from the room service menu too; sometimes a dish would arrive with vegetables, sometimes not. It was also strange that the french room service menu was different from the english menu - not sure which one was out of date. Lastly, I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable; with the pillow-top, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, removing the pillow-top left just an overly firm mattress... nothing in between. The gym equipment is a bit dated now too - more modern treadmills have virtual tours and other forms of entertainment; fortunately there is the far better option right next door, to go and run circuits in the public park.

It's a 5 star hotel with many restaurants and a coffee shop, with few retails. Very attentive staff. The rooms are clean. My only issue is the bathroom layout. You can share a room with your partner but you lose your privacy when sharing with a friend. The Moroccan resturant on the ground floor is not the best as the food was not fresh and has no flavours.

I thought for the rack rate of $200+ and "5 stars" night this was a quality hotel, but it is nothing more a budget African hotel with a little lipstick. When I found the shower did not work the girl at reception told me I could have either a bath or a shower, and I have to wait an unknown amount of time to change rooms. This is 5 star quality and service?? She said they have full occupancy which I am certain is an outright falsehood, that is why I have to wait. Hairdryer was missing, only 3 hangers in closet, the bed lacks proper sheets and is uncomfortable, the room is beatup and small. The door obstructs the sink in bathroom when open. Absolutely no effort to compensate for the inconveniences this far.

Excellent hotel although slightly far from downtown but excellent cuisine. Nice gardens and other amenities (spa....) and conference rooms. The fiod and banquet is what i like most. The ambiance can and should be improved especially in the lobby. More light. There is a .need for a guest manager. 80% perfect. I would give a 4.5 /5 rating.

Lovely hotel ! As they told me Sofitel Rabat Spa is the first worldwide and its true i enjoyed moroccan ritual hamam with my wife !
Staff are attentive and friendly very big difference with the ones in Tour Blanche the PR Manager asked all the clients to put her name in the reviews to get 15$ back, something that i've never seen in another sofitel.
Thank you Sofitel for the beautiful treats

Every unit knows there stuff but nothing else. Ask reception about the brunch and they know nothing. Ask the staff in brunch about the pool and they know nothing. A bit slow service at the bar. IF there is a place where i expect things to run smooth its here. Management seems not working well. Nice brunch with delicious food.

Excellent 5-star hotel. However, the lack of support for the showerhead is indeed weird and unexpected.

Second visit to this hotel, having loved our first visit. Will only book Sofitel in Morocco, knowing that we will always enjoy our stay. Must admit that the rooms should be updated, as they have not changed in 4 years. They are still well designed and should wow you if a first visit.
Grounds are gorgeous and relaxing, bed big and comfortable.

The service is among the best I've ever seen at a hotel. Exactly what you'd expect from a Five star hotel. The food here is also great probably the best in Rabat. You can also spend hours in the stunning back garden and swimming pool area with a variety of lounges abd restaurants to serve you.

Nice 5-Star Hotel with comfy rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly. There are small bits of food and drink offered all day at the lounge in 8th floor. The pool is only available from 8am to 6pm, so there is no chance of swimming before or after working. I suggest to extend the pool opening times.
