Nice room and bathroom and enjoyed breakfast. This hotel has been tastefully converted from an Abbey providing a comfortable hotel with many interesting features. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The abbey hotel is beautiful and all staff very welcoming. Unfortunately we had a disappointing afternoon tea, which greatly affected my overall view of the place. We were left for 15/20mins at the table before we eventually got a servers attention to order some drinks. I had emailed when booking online a dietary requirement, which unfortunately they knew nothing about when we arrived ( although I had the confirmation email stating the dietary requirement?!) And then when the afternoon tea came out my selection of sandwiches (with the dietary requirement) had missing two of the five stated sandwiches, which wouldnt have been affected by my dietary issue. And then upon further inspection rather than having two fruit scones we had all plain, again, differing from the stated menu. Overall out of the three layers to an afternoon tea platter 2 of them were incorrect to the stated menu. You go to a place for the menu, and to have two thirds vary from what was stated is quite poor in my opinion. Its a real shame as the setting was great and the hotel looked very clean and the staff welcoming , however I would not advise anyone to go there for the afternoon tea, and questionable the other menues on offer also.

Fantastic coversion. Completed with great consideration for its history. Most of the original features have been kept. Great rooms and good food.

I had a great experience in Stanbrook Abbey. Went to Worcester on a business trip. Upon arrival, found very friendly and helpful staff, they even lent me an adapter to charge my phone (EU standard). The room was clean, cozy and warm, as well as the bathroom, with all you might need. The bed very comfortable. On my side there was no apparent noise, so i can't complain, although my boss was a bit grumpy because of that. In the room, they also had a bureau/secretariat where you could work if needed and a trail with bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate + a water boiler and those butter biscuits that were great for a snack and very welcome after a long trip in the cold. Recommend very much!

We loved the way original features blended with the new. The hotel is ideally located for so many places:- Worcester, Malvern, Morgan Motor Co, to name a few.
Our room had plenty of space, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff really look after you.
We enjoyed our fine dining experience in the Pugin Lounge. The food is excellent.
Definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel and service, such a shame that they serve cheap 'Brakes' Honey at breakfast...I would really have expected local honey and jams in such a fancy place. The devil is in the detail.

We have just come back from holding my sons and new daughter in laws wedding which was held at the Stanbrook. On Friday all the girls stayed at the brides Manor whilst all the lads stayed in Worcester. On the Saturday night most of the guests stayed over at the Stanbrook. Let me tell everyone now. From the minute we arrived on Friday, till Sunday morning when we all came away, it was fantastic. You may pay a bit more than you could staying somewhere else, but the people looking after us were second to none. Worth every penny.

Stunning hotel! My husband and I stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is steeped in history and it was very interesting investigating all the nooks and crannies...everywhere is accessible even the bell tower which proved to be an excellent look out with beautiful views. The room was lovely...food was great...we would go back in a snap. What a gem of a place this is!

I had a pleasure to photograph 3 weddings at Stanbrook Abbey so far. All of them were very well organised and run. Stanbrook Abbey is stunning venue and I always find new ideas for photos when I'm here. Overall amazing venue to get married.

I work as an event photographer and sometimes take photos of the venues while I am working there. My comments are from what observe as a freelance photographer, observing the venue staff interact with their guests. While I was photographing an awards evening, I saw the staff working hard to provide a fantastic service to their guests. They were 'on the ball' and the venue is terrific, with plenty of different rooms and a real sense of history. The bar is very modern and although a very big venue, there was a sense of intimacy.

Room: Gorgeous. Views: Beautiful. Setting: One of a Kind. Location: A little out of the way, but worth the journey. One of the best accommodation experiences, we've had in a long time!

Wow what a wedding. Great surroundings and history. Get lost in the vast corridors of candle lit beauty. The staff were very attentive and I must say I had a great time. The rooms were compact but cosy, clean and well maintained. Best wedding venue I've been to in years bar NUN!
