Fabulous hotel, everything about it was just perfect. Beautiful furnishings throughout. Fantastic staff, lovely food and the most comfortable bed ever. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Brussels.

Fantastic stay for our anniversary. Slept well in the room which was well air conditioned and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and a nice touch with the fresh honeycomb straight from the hive. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with all our questions about travel ect. 5 star stay at this 5 star hotel

Hidden oasis in the center of Brussels - although I did not stay here, I enjoyed an excellent lunch and a coffee (with a generous side of truffle chocolates) on the terrace with only one other guest for company. Excellent service from Alain. Looking forward to staying here on my next visit.

Thanks for your care during our stay in the apartment building. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment - nice - secure - clean - quiet place. Outside the building entrance there is Espresso Bar Cafė where you can get one of the best espresso in the city.

Stayed there last night in what seemed like a royal suite, really fancy.
Staff was super friendly. A surprise waited in the morning: the water in the shower never got warmer than lukewarm - surprising for a five star hotel. Fortunately I don't mind cold showers too much.

Was lucky that some holes in my programme suddenly allowed for a nice long lunch at the Stanhope restaurant. Great food, nice wines, perfect service and all of it enjoyed al fresco in the courtyard. Bill was reasonable for so much quality and style.

Amazing discrete old-world hotel in the parliament area of Brussels. Every bedroom individual and super comfortable. I had a split level room with a lot of charm.

The hotel is great! They have a nice breakfast, and a large guest room. The shower is very European, but it has great water pressure. We would stay here again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Single night review: Very professional and beautiful place to stay. Hotel is on a quiet street close to the metro without being inside the tourist zone. Within walking distance of several important Brussels institutions such as the EU Quarter and the Palace parks. Well equipped with a beautifully set bar and restaurant. Will definitely return if I visit Brussels again.

Low quality, old, cheap (not in a financial sense) rooms. They sell themselves as 5* hotel, but they don't deserve more than a light 3*. All the furniture in the room is old (not just traditional) and falls apart and all the finishes in the room and bathroom are bad. It seems like they hired cheap workers to make the rooms and they didn't care about the quality. You feel like you stay in a cheap apartmant in the outskirts, not in the centre of Brussels. Even if the staff was OK, the price/quality ratio of the rooms is very low.

If you want a real 5* experience you will be dissapointed. I do not recommend this hotel, it's very expensive and you will feel it even more expensive when you experience the rooms.

P.S. I didn't give my real name because I am still in the hotel while I am writing this review :)

Sometimes it is worth just going with your gut feelings and in this case it was exactly so, I found this hotel on the Internet and thought straightaway, this is the one so I booked two nights as a surprise birthday present for my partner. She was like myself, totally taken aback with the service on arrival and throughout our stay, which was first class to say the least, the hotel although somewhat hidden in its location is fantastic and very central but at the same time not loud, the old world flair was totally overwhelming and we would love to visit again in summer when one can enjoy not only the exquisite rooms but also the very nice gardens as well.
We stayed in The Printing Room which, with its split-level design turned to be even better than we could have hoped for, seeing as we also live in a split-level apartment so it the feeling was one of home from home. The only negative point I have to note it the the parking fee. Parking is a little expensive at €25 per day, which I suppose for a short weekend is okay, but should one decide to stay for a week could work out very expensive indeed, unless there is a price reduction for longer stays?
