Amazing staff and facilities. Cheap, beautiful and with many useful services. You can find whatever you want, even a gym! Every room has a private kitchen. Definitely 5 stars.

It's great, once you're inside. The entrance area is just a bit weird.

A lovely place to stay, good clean room and I liked the kitchenette area and bathroom, it was quiet during the night so easy to get a good sleep. Only stayed for one night and it was the first time I stayed. It was close to my conference venue. I didn't have the breakfast myself but heard it was good. It is in a very busy area but easy to get around. The staff were very helpful too. It was a good stay. I recommend it!

Located in the heart of the city centre, it's an absolutely amazing place to stay. With a short walk away from the bull ring and new street station. Or the NCP Londonderry which you can also get at a discounted price of £10 per day after validating your ticket at the hotel. The hotel itself was brilliant, not one fault I had. With a spacious kitchen provided with all the utensils required to make your own meals and large living space enough to accomodate two people. Living quarters were clean, breakfast was good though I'm not much of big breakfast person. Staff were really helpful and friendly, having an answers to any queries I had. Fitness room was a little small for my liking (but i am gym addict) but good enough to get a full workout. Laundry facility was also there but didn't need to use this as I was only there for a short stay. Everything was easy accessible. Thank you

Even just for a one-night stay, the extra features aimed at extended stay are pretty useful. A kitchenette in the room makes it much easier to have a quick stay, not needing to take all the time it takes to go out for dinner.

The complimentary breakfast, however, was rather weak.

Good place to stay. I stayed there for more than 45 days here. The Reception and the support staff were very helpful. On an average they charge 65 Pounds + 4% to 13% VAT for each day occupancy inclusive of free breakfast. Rooms are very clean and clear.

Beats a standard hotel room - provides the flexibility you need for an extended stay away from home. High standards throughout and a decent bed.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's more of an apartment suite, with a small but functional kitchen and a 'living' area with a sofa and TV. It's in a great location on Corporation St (look out for trams).

Great place to stay as always. Even the basic suites have a sofa and kitchen, so feels more like a home away from home. The only disappointment was the complete lack of water pressure in the shower.

My wife is a travel agent and said that this was one of the cleanest hotels she'd stayed in, in Birmingham. Great accessibility, they seemed to have thought of everything, noted cafetiere in cupboards along with can opener, scissors, great TV reception. Would definitely do again.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The rooms them selves were spacious and well furnished with an impressive amount of utensils and appliances. The location is perfect for a city break as the shops are right outside. Also the complementary breakfast was very good

Great experience, very good quality/price. Rooms are fitted with kitchenette so you can save money instead of going to expensive restaurant, or if you want just to make a salad on your own. Staff is on the overall friendly. Complimentary breakfast included and also you can use the lounge room any hour of the day, with free coffee too. This place is central to train station, shops, the Bull Ring. I could sleep at night and there is no noise from the street. I will back again.

Hmmm hard to rate this place because the room itself is really nice but the little things... the wifi is so slow I am getting less than 4 mpbs which is barely enough to stream a video. Constant buffering. There is a loud high pitch noice coming from the hallway that I complained about and they did nothing. The light in the living area flashes like a strobe light that I complained about and they've done nothing. Their solutions to my problems is to wait 4 days until Sunday to move me. I am staying for a few weeks and decent internet is a must have so I may have to switch hotels.

6

Great location for the centre of Birmingham. The breakfast was ok although there are no waiters/waitresses and it seems like a school canteen. The lifts are a joke and it took us 20 minutes of faffing about to get out because of the stupid swipe cars system. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. If I was staying in Birmingham for business it would be great but for pleasure it isn't fantastic

Incredibly comfortable, nice clean modern rooms. Had a bit of noise during the night (Halloween weekend) but nothing outrageous. Highly recommended. zero parking options though unfortunately, unless you fancy parking in the dodgy looking place the hotel recommends.

Pros - Room is decent size, bed is comfy, wash-room is nice.
Cons - No real oven (microwave ovens don't count).Rooms with adjoining doors are noisy (prepare to hear everything the person in the next room does). Breakfast is average. Price is very high for what it is, as is the 4 star rating (e.g. malmaison is in a different league for similar price). Biggest gripe though is the service ....

Example: Checked in for a week, went up to my room, which smelt very strongly of Chinese food but bearable. Decided to get a very early night, woke up an hour later when the guest in the neighbouring room turned up and started cooking. The adjoining door meant that I could hear EVERYTHING they were doing, including the stuff after they's finished supper. Decided best route forwards was to get up, cook some supper myself and put on the TV. My hobs didn't work. Tried to call front desk. My phone didn't work. Went down to front desk to ask if someone could fix my hobs, was told that it was probably my fault. Went through a check-list of things I could have got wrong. Established that it wasn't my fault. Was assured it would be sorted out. Nobody ever turned up. Asked again the next morning. Nobody turned up. I gave-up and ate yoghurt and microwave meals all week.

Perfect location and the suites are really large. When I first entered the room I was impressed with the size. Each room comes with breakfast which was ok, would have preferred more hot choice, only offered bacon, beans and cheese omelet which is the reason it lost a star. The fitness suite is also quite large with quite a few cardio machines and also weights. The communal areas of the hotel are also very impressive and look amazing, really nice place to chill out in. Would fully recommend the hotel the location is perfect, looks impressive, spacious the only thing the could have been better would be more hot food options.
