My room was great and the staff was friendly. We were in town for a wedding and our family had 9 rooms booked. Only four of the reservations were honored for various reasons and families had to share rooms, beds, and couches.
The hotel shuttle that we scheduled left us at the curb for two hours in formal wear and we ended up transporting in our own cars and using Uber. The shuttle back from the reception took two hours and left several elderly guests waiting for an hour and a half longer than the front desk promised after calling an hour in advance to schedule. More Uber fees... Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Rooms were amazing, but coffee station and breakfast are need some attention. Flow of area was backwards. Please rethink area so flow of traffic is better suited. Also please look to have a regular cleaning rotation of beer taps. Witnessed a small group of fruit flys around taps and drains.

Wonderful hotel to stay near Buffalo Airport with park and ride. Rates are good. Includes breakfast and certain evenings a dinner buffet. Very helpful staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable and rooms have small kitchen area with all needed appliances. Have used their park and ride deal twice and will continue

Nice, clean, big suites. The beds were super comfy. Walls were not that noise proof and beds shook as late night neighbors closed doors. Breakfast was great! Kids loved it.

Very good hotel, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was kind of small but the temperature in it and the pool were perfect. This hotel has quite a few extra amenities that make it popular for younger guests including pool toys, a half-court basketball court, a mini golf putting green (bring your own clubs to use) a mini library/game room as well as barbecues for customer use.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The room service does a great job getting your room ready every day. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Don't count on the pull out sofa for sleeping. Couldn't even let my kids sleep on it. I slept on it and had to put the seat cushions on top of the mattress to make it sleepable. Highly recommend that the manager sleep on one to see what the guests experience. Completely unacceptable.

Clean rooms, small pool but it was kept clean as well. Staff was very polite anf helpful. If we ever needed anything they had no issues helping us out. Breakfast was good. Never low on anything. Overall. A great stay and if ever needed again I would return.

Nicely renovated. Generous room sizes. Nice area for breakfast and pretty good variety of foods. We appreciate the free breakfast. A bit noisy from people walking and running in room above ours at night.

Clean, warm hotel. Good breakfast and very eager to help with any special requests. Close to many restaurants and quick access to North Buffalo and highways.

Great place for a day or long term stay. The kitchenettes make it easier on the food budget. There is a grocery store a couple of miles down the road.

As a frequent visitor to the area I'll be staying here in the future. Large, cozy rooms and very friendly staff. The airport shuttle driver, Matt picked me up at 2 minutes after midnight even though his shift technically ended at midnight.

I guess you get what you pay for. Room is a good size and staff is friendly. The room is old and looks it - only standing lamps so it's kind of dark, stains on the carpet, etc. Half of my room had no power when I got there, had to have the front desk reset the circuit breaker. I guess the cleaning staff didn't tell then they blew a circuit? Speaking of cleaning service, it's more of a "fix your bed and give you soap" service. Trash sitting next to my trashcan (which was too big to fit), was still there. Clothes on the floor (left for this purpose), weren't picked up so I'm guessing they didn't vacuum the carpet. If your looking for a cheap extended stay, I guess this will do the job, but it's definitely on the cheap side

The 2 bedroom suite feels like home. Good affordable accommodation when traveling with family. Service leaves a bit of a sour taste. Our room wasn't serviced one of the days.

I stayed in a suite with my family, and we enjoyed everything. The room was comfortable and clean. The gym, pool, and jacuzzi we're very nice and we look forward to checking out the BBQ grill and bonfire area on another visit. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

Loved the suite style room with its high ceilings. Made it very comfortable and welcoming. The kitchenette was also nice. Just overall it was a nice room. Breakfast however, left much to be desired. I can probably admit that it happened to be the breakfast rush, but not having coffee available when I go down to eat is a big negative. Also the eggs were terrible. They were somehow simultaneously dry and wet as well as salty. Didn't eat more than a couple bites. But at least they had waffles!

Experience with the hotel is excellent however the breakfast buffet was scaling down compare to half a year ago. Lesser selection on food and the service at eat in area is below satisfactory. No plate no forks no clean up until you asked for it. Overall is still great for the money. Dont expect too high on the breakfast buffet.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Free breakfast is really good and some nights free dinner is served as well.

My family and I went to Staybridge for a one night stay and completely enjoy yourselves. All accommodations were great. My children had a great time. Our little staycation was very enjoyable. The staff was excellent the breakfast in the morning was very good as well. I was impressed with what we received at Staybridge Suites. I will be returning again.

For the price point, there isn't a better hotel. You get a full kitchen with essentials, a comfortable bed and pull put couch (at minimum) plus a friendly staff and solid convenience store. Pool and fitness areas are good too.

We booked this hotel for 1 night. We arrived at the hotel late in the night due to a heavy snow storm. The front desk clerk Eric I think his name was amazing. He actually called us by our name as we walked in and asked us all about our drive from Toronto. He was extremely friendly and nice. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a fair amount of choices. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport. It was ready at the exact time we asked him to come and the drive to the airport in the middle of the snow storm was only 15 minutes. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good here. The main negative issue with this hotel though was they must have gone cheap on construction materials because I could hear everything that was going on in adjacent rooms. I could hear the conversations of a couple from the room next door through the wall, and there was a family in the room right above us because we could hear the kids running around and crying. The other guests weren't being particularly loud, it's just that the walls are paper thin. I would avoid.

Very clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Huge suite, enough room for all of us and it wasn't very expensive. I will go back for sure

Had a quick over night here. Clean room, Friendly service, everything you would need from a hotel. If you leave before breakfast they have a to go bag. Good shuttle service to the airport as well.

Had a double bedroom (4 bed) suite. Very large and comfortable with a TV in each room and a full kitchen. Very nice lobby/eating area. Full pool and gym. Highly recommend

My stay was amazing,upon walking in was greeted by staff,very easy check in.. i was placed on the 3rd floor room 324 overlooking the back of the building,indoor pool(didnt get to visit but wish i would of) as well as basketball court.Loved the 24hour gym access. Because it was new years the first night it was semi nosey in the halls but after midnight it was very quiet. Very family friendly hotel. Our suite was more then what i could of asked for,seating for having a meal,stove top,dishwasher,microwave,plates,cups,wineglasses,coffee mugs,toaster etc.. everything you could ask for even paper towels. The living room has enough seating for a group to enjoy a boardgame or small talk.. the bedroom was also very comfy,only thing i would change would be how soft the pillows are. The hot tub in the room was perfect after a long day. Amazing closet space enough for storage of bags,coats etc. And last but not least the bathroom was spot on amazing and pretty big enough for two people to get ready at the same time.. all in all i had a great time and an amazing stay,I will be back again.

A beautiful place, very nice and cozy. Very helpful employees, good selection of breakfast items. The suits also have a built in kitchenette which is very helpful. The only issue I faced was that the room in no smoking zone was reeking of stale tobacco smoke, we had checked in past midnight. Was promptly given another room in the morning after complaining of tobacco smell

Staff was friendly, has a pool and basketball nets, also my room had a hot tub in it.. was pretty cool. Location is great bc it's right on Transit, and Sheridan, not far from the I90 or the airport or just about every store imaginable. The only annoying thing is the construction on Sheridan Drive (right by hotel) the detours are marked well, and they're work didn't seem to be loud enough I heard it, its just annoying bc I kept forgetting it and getting turned around.

We had a wonderful experience in Staybridge Suites. The approach to the hotel is very convenient and the hotels/restaurants nearby make it a wonderful experience. The front staff is very helpful and is always ready to listen to your requests, even if it is a little late in the night. We had a remarkable stay and would really like to thank the staff for the great welcome and the wonderful breakfast spread that we had over the two days. Excellent work and keep the hospitality going!

The lady at the desk when we checked in was so nice - probably the best hostess I've encountered. She asked us what time we'd be checking out. Since we were leaving before the complimentary breakfast she mentioned we could pick up to-go bags from the front desk which contain a muffin, fruit and granola bar. Shw also upgraded our room for us since we had a baby. all in all a great experience so far. The next morning when I went to check out though - the man at the desk was a bit rude. As I went to pick to bags one for me and one for my wife, he mentioned it's 1 bag per guest. I had to re remind him that we were 2 guests. I'm not sure why it mattered to him so much so as to ruin the great experience I was having till then.

Had a wonderful stay! The putting green, pool and fire pit were a lot of fun. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that our room had a kitchenette. Only four stars due to a few hairs and less clean areas when we arrived. Would stay at again.

This place is simply amazing. By far, the nicest staff I have ever encountered, from the people at the front desk to the amazingly wonderful housekeeping staff. Such a clean and friendly atmosphere. We can't wait to go back.

The hotel was great, its wifi was really good and the speed was great without any tiering involved like marriott and hilton !!, however I found the neatness to be a little less with the cleaning guys, hence one star less, otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel. would definitely recommend to others.

This was our second stay here. We tried to reserve with past travels, however it was fully booked. It is a smaller hotel with 3 floors so it fills up quickly, with good reason.

As with our last stay, the check in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. With all of the "away from home' amenities available in the room, there is no need to spend extra money on fast food or restaurants. The hotel even provides quick recipes that require minimal ingredients.

The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and well stocked with a good variety of breakfast options.

The rooms are well built so you don't hear hallway noise or neighbours. Lastly, the hotel was pretty full and with all these people you would assume that the wifi connection would have been compromised with the amount of traffic. It was not, the service was steady.

Next trip, we will once again book here. Any other hotel in the area just doesn't compare for service and value.
