Lovely Suite. It literally had everything we needed for a great Anniversary. I wish we could have stayed more nights. The staff made everything so easy. One of the best Suites I have stayed. So worth our pennies

The most positive aspect of the hotel for me was that it's pet friendly. Parking is not included in the price of the room. The rooms have a kitchenette as promised, but are super uncomfortable, especially if traveling with family or more than one guest per room. There is no place for suitcases, the dressing area has no doors for privacy to the sleeping area, and the toilet/shower room is hardly large enough to change clothes in. The beds were comfortable, but the other furniture is tattered and worn, and needs to be replaced. Whoever designed these rooms obviously does not travel at all.

My overall stay was good. I did not have anything that I needed to complain to the staff about for my general stay. I would say that I am a little disappointed that I was required to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. $8/day is not out of reason for downtown parking, but when the parking lot is attached to the hotel I would expect that the cost is covered in the cost of the rooms. That way the customer does not feel as I do that I had to pay extra for parking. Other than that the hotel matching the town, it's maintained but aging. My room had no mechanical issues but showed a lot of signs of wear and tear. My last thought, I understand maximizing the room size by making the bathrooms small, but having to basically stand on top of the toilet to close the bathroom door is a huge turn off.

This place is so nice. The room is fantastic and even has a little kitchen. There is complimentary breakfast and an evening social hour M, T, and W nights. 10/10 would recommend!

I was blown away by the value that I received from this hotel. I originally made reservations online to check in. And when I got here they offered me a similar room before my scheduled check-in time 4$10 less per night! The staff here is top notch. They know how to make sure that customers are well taken care of! The room itself was absolutely perfect. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The selection of programming for the TV was more than adequate. The kitchenette was a huge unexpected bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Chattanooga for an activity at the convention center. I have stayed at other hotels in this area in the past and this one is by far the best!

We’ve had two visits in the last two years and both were just wonderful. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the pools are an added benefit for young kids, and the breakfast and manager specials are high-quality.

We had to wait for almost an hour for them to have a room ready even though we had reservations. The guy at the front desk knocked off the parking fee for the long delay which turned out to be $8. The room was clean and efficient. The mattress is your regular run of the mill inner coil mattress that had been worn in. Great free continental breakfast with a beautiful buffet spread. Fresh fruit, several different juices, bagels and muffins, eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits, waffles....over all, i would stay here again. It was very convenient to everything we came to do.

We attended a ball and Stay bridge Suite was the host hotel. The receptionist lost my reservation and took quite a moment to regroup and get a room. Once he did, was placed in a handicap room and neither my wife nor I needed handicap accessible. It took so long to check in, we decided not to switch rooms. The room was very nice, clean and neat. The standards were high and we did sleep well. I still recommend Stay bridge as a very good hotel. We will return on our next visit to Chattanooga, Tn.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. No problems with any thing in room or with the hotel. Kind of a questionable location downtown but probably due to convention center across the street.
Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

An I deal location on several fronts. Located right across the street from the convention center. Also it is just a short drive away from a variety of restaurants and bars. Also a variety of places to shop. The cool guy at the front desk pointed us in the direction of a few late night grocery options seeing as we did not get in until after 8 PM.

The hotels offers an awesome fitness room. Plenty of options. They have a washer and dryer room. I spend a lot of time on the road and that is always appreciated. They have an indoor pool which is a must in late October. And I will pit their complimentary breakfast up against any hotel.

The room itself could not be beat. You walk in to a living room separate from the bedroom. It comes complete with its own television and a couch with a foldout bed. The room also has a full kitchen. It was nice not eating out for a change. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The bath sink is separate from the bathroom. Which is really appreciate when you are traveling with other people.Plenty of drawer and closet space. FIVE STARS!!!!!

The room was clean and just what we expected from making our reservation. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The main reason we did not give it a 5 was one of our TVs only played static even though the picture was fine. Also, we stayed on the side of the hotel closest to I-24 and we felt like we could hear every truck that drove by.

Clean rooms, awesome breakfast, nice hot tub and pool area. The air conditioning seemed to go in and out overnight, and I woke up hot a few times. The pool was indoors, but freeeeezing!!!
Other than that, I was 😁 and it was a nice hotel!

Rooms are clean (if a bit dated) and service is excellent. It's probably a bit outside of walking distance to riverfront activities, but there are about 20 great restaurants within a 4 block radius. The breakfast buffet and weeknight dinners are excellent and add some lot of value - eat in a couple of nights to save and then splurge on a night out.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but the AC worked well which is more than I can say for other nearby hotels. Just a 2 minute walk to the free e-shuttle that easily takes you anywhere downtown - or rent a bike from a nearby station. Wish the beds were better - bit over all a nice stay.

Great breakfast buffet, really nice indoor pool and hot tub, spacious room and doggie friendly. You do have to walk through the eating area to get to the parking area and grass area for your dog's duty though. But if your dog is well behaved that shouldn't be a problem.😃

My Husband and I stayed at Staybridge Suites with our 8 months old baby last week.
The receptionist was very kind and gave our baby a pen with bells on it to keep her interested throughout the check in which she became totally obsessed with (:
The room was very clean and spacious enough to comfortably fit us and the baby's crib. The kitchen came in handy with a full sized fridge and stove top.
There was a comfy couch and a little dining table that were also very useful and breakfast was great!

We had a great stay, thanks!

I always appreciate good customer service and at the Staybridge Suites downtown Chattanooga its first rate! Upon my arrival Robert gave me a bottle of cold water and checked me in quickly and efficiently. He also directed me to a gourmet hamburger restaurant down the street that was just awesome! The hotel has everything. A nice gym, swimming pool, a business center. My room was big and comfortable with a living room and a full kitchen. It's also conveniently located right next to the convention center. You can tell they are revitalizing the downtown area and I felt safe everywhere I walked. This is a business man's dream.

For entertainers and performers on the road a stay like this is just what you need! Fresh and comfortable rooms, with safe parking as well as a really good breakfast buffet and a swimming pool and fitness center to start your day before you hit the road again. Our clients really enjoy this hotel!

This stay was perfect! My flight got in early and they do check ins at 12 pm, but let me check in at 11 am with no problem. Very easy to find location with ample parking. Upon checking in the room was SO clean and smelled fresh. After relaxing at the indoor pool, I went looking for lunch. Everything you need is extremely close. I will definitely make this my go to hotel when I return for work!

It was an awesome hotel. The bedroom being separated from the living area was great because our baby could nap while the older kids had somewhere to play. The breakfast was awesome and we filled up! We got up early, ate breakfast, swam in their pool, and then ate more breakfast. The staff was awesome too. They were all nice, polite, and very helpful! It was a great stay and we will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed two nights at the Staybridge over the weekend and had a great experience. My room had a separate living room area and kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The kitchen also comes equipped with silverware, cups, glasses, and basically anything that you would need. The bathroom was also very roomy and comfortable.

It is very centrally located in downtown Chattanooga and basically put me within 5 minutes of everywhere I needed to be. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my request for a late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

This was such a wonderful hotel to stay in. I wished we were staying there for more than one day.

Pros: The room was large and clean. It appeared that every surface had been wiped down. Even the "splash zone" in the restroom was clean. I did not find a single strand of hair, snot on the wall (you know what I'm talking about!), nor smudge on a surface. I searched for it. I still wiped some surfaces down with my cleaning wipes.

The kitchenette, which included a full size refrigerator, a two-burned flat-surface cook top, and in-sink garbage disposal, was amazing. Plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery were included. The room even had a toaster, which we used. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out bed.

The evening social was great! Hummus, salad, and soup. So delicious! It is available only Monday through Wednesday for now. The pool was wonderful. The temperature was just right. The hot tub was functioning and enjoyable. It even had a restroom attached to it so that pool users did not have to leave the warm pool area to use the restroom.

While my husband and kids enjoyed the wet amenities, I enjoyed the workout facility. It was equipped with free-weights, two elliptical machines and two treadmills. It also had mats and a few other exercise devices. Attached to the facility was the laundry room. The machines are free to use. A set up I have never seen at any hotel.

There was a beautiful spread of food for breakfast. It included fruit, nuts, oatmeal, waffles, cereal bars and other vegan friendly items. They also had warm meat and dairy foods available. The lobby area had a cozy fire place that also provided a warm place for one to enjoy breakfast.

Cons: I almost do not want to mention anything negative about the hotel. It was so wonderful to stay there and I would stay again. There are a couple of things that I was able to overlook, because I was enjoying all of the good things the facility offered. However, these are areas that the hotel can improve in.

The pillows were a bit hard. I would bring a pillow next time. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. I didn't mind it after my long workout. I just stood under the water for a longer period of time. The toilette tended to continue running. So, we had to gently shake the handle so that it would stop. See!? Little things!

Another inconvenience that can only be changed with a renovation, is that all of the stair cases lead to the outdoors. None of them lead back into the hotel itself. That being said, we were stuck using the elevators for the entire time we were there, when it would have been quicker to use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. It would have also been a nice way to exercise.

I did read one of the comments about the hotel having roaches. If they ever did have a roach problem, it is well taken care of. I did not see a single insect. I actually searched for them. Even at 2:30am, when I turned on the light and looked, there was not a single bug walking around.

Overall, I wish that every hotel was as nice as this one was.

The hotel staff are extremely nice and friendly and eager to help in any way possible. We booked a larger suite and got a smaller one and they couldn't change it because they were completely booked for the weekend. It was clean but the cleaning staff seemed so miserable and had some guy standing over them like they were prisoners. Also be prepared, they charge you at check in and add $100 for incidentals and they did not inform us of this so we were not prepared for that extra charge. I would definitely stay again but would make absolute sure I got the room requested and would prepare for the extra charges. Lesson learned.

Very convenient if attending a conference across the street. My wife and I both thought the bed was not very comfortable as it was hard and lumpy. They command a high price for the room during a conference but we take advantage of the kitchenette and make our own breakfast and lunch. They offer breakfast in the lobby but it's typically hotel prefab food.

Employees here have terrible attitude and work ethics. The security guard makes you feel uncomfortable and as a spire elite member who spends 75% of my time in IHG hotels, I can say this is the worst Staybridge I've ever been in. Not well kept. Climate control is awful, staff is NOT friendly, wifi sucks, don't even waste your time with the tv, refrigerator didn't work, and parking was a true nightmare. GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

We stayed in a Queen suite, the room was really well designed I thought, it felt like being a guest at someone's home. I liked the layout and decor. There's a convenient kitchen with a big refrigerator, the room smelt nice and fresh. The entire hotel was spotless clean and breakfast had a really good variety. Would love to come back and stay here next time we're in town!

Stayed for a regatta, it was close to the river and is a pretty nice hotel. Did not use that many amneties. It is not near the town center so perhaps consider someplace else if you want. However, the staff and rooms are nice.

Although the night staff was a little less than friendly when we arrived, I understand it was extremely late and everyone can be grumpy at times. The rest of the staff was pretty great. i was underwhelmed by the breakfast buffet selection and quality. The hotel was also sold out so it was a mad house. That is not the hotel's fault but it made the stay a little unnerving. I was never able to even use the elevator because the wait was so long. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a great view. It is located right in the heart of downtown and has a metropolitan feel. Usually you have to pay $3 I believe for parking but since we arrived so late they waived that fee for us. I did not like the bathroom in the room. They gave us a handicapped room. I am guessing that is all that was left. The tiles were old and dingy looking. I think that is one renovation they should complete asap. Overall I was satisfied with my stay though.

I love this hotel chain. The rooms are more like apartments than hotel rooms. I've stayed at Staybridge Suits in other cities and the Chattanooga Downtown location did not disappoint. Large room, full size kitchen, free wifi, nice fitness center. I highly recommend it.

The Staybridge Suites in Chattanooga, TN, is really cool. They have awesome outside sitting areas, and a social every night with free food and beer & wine. The pool is clean, the workout room has lots of equipment, and the rooms are clean and nice. This place was located 3 blocks from where I was headed, downtown so the location is great. The staff was very helpful, so I’d definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also really great, they had everything. The rooms are also really great, because there is like two different sections with a whole sitting area and the bedroom, so if someone wanted to go to sleep you could still cook or watch tv and not disturb them. Despite being right downtown, this particular street was very quiet. I appreciate all the little touches this staybridge suite provided and will definitely look to stay here again.
