Great breakfast buffet in the morning included with your stay. Rooms were clean. Only downfall was the pool was very dirty and smelled really bad. There is not a hot tub in the pool area like the online photos show.

Psice was what we were looking for but the cockroaches were not. Not the cleanest. Staff was nice enough. Will find other accommodations next time we are in the area.

The lobby and rooms were quite nice. Our bathtub had some rust stains but was clean. Very helpful that this is a dog friendly hotel. The night auditor was super friendly and helpful. The only real downside to our stay was the amount of transient people in the area. Maybe they were guests at other hotels (there are quite a few in this area) but we arrived very late and it just seemed odd to see so many people walking around outside at 3 in the morning.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The young African American woman who worked overnight was over the top friendly. Breakfast was delicious (I've never had breakfast pizza before). The young woman who checked me out (also African American) was delightful as well. Great stay.

Always love staying at Stay Bridges, our favorite IHG hotel. Attentive front desk staff, Willy was a great host. The hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were sufficient. But, this property could do with some updating - we did see renovations were ongoing. Hopefully it will be done in time for our next visit.

You can't beat this place for nice budget accommodations, especially if
you need a refrigerator and stove. Look further than the price of the hotel and you'll find they have an even greater value. They offer a large breakfast and dinner (3 nights a week) including soda and beer that is completely free. There is always free coffee and cookies out. They also have free laundry. My room was clean. My bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were soft. The whole place is well kept, however, it is showing its age some. The pool room smells terrible. My room also smells bad unless I leave the A/C running all day (in February). The workout equipment is basic, but gets the job done. Wild and free food is good for some people, others may not find it so inviting. As I said, overall, if you're not too picky, you can't beat the value of this place.

7

The staff was nice and the place was clean. I love the set up of the suite we stayed in. Only two negatives. First, none of the furniture was comfortable (not the beds, chairs or couch). Second, is the pool. It is NOT heated as advertised and is super small (depth and circumference). The room and the pool room also had funny smells. Otherwise, and overall, it was a good place to stay

We stayed in a king size suite with two bedrooms. One room had a king bed Tue other two double beds, we slept 6 comfortably. The breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly, and we had an overall wonderful stay. The only issue we had was the pool was not in use and we were not aware if the issue when we booked.

I am torn about this place. When we got there it was the middle of the night and freezing, I carried a 1 year old to the door and my husband had out bags and other kiddo, we were driving and had a reserved room, we stood in the cold knocking at the doors as the front desk clerk was SLEEPING behind the desk. On the upside, the beds are super comfy, and the room was clean. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and dining area and living room area. It is spacious. The toilet and bath/shower is separate from the sink so that was great as well. The bath/shower area really needs attention as there might be mold issues that are covered by caulking, the ceiling needs attention, really they need fans in the bathrooms. There is a full fridge, a sink, a dishwasher, for a family of four it was better than a single hotel room. The breakfast was AMAZING. The breakfast pizza was AMAZING, AMAZING. The staff at breakfast was friendly and informative.

The rooms are great the sheets are soft and fluffy. The you just sink into even the pull out bed is so comfy. If your in town or just want to get away for the weekend or night this is the best place.

Very good hotel suite as they offers free dinner from Monday thru Wednesday for social time ;-) thumbs up!!!! Very convenient, if visiting to attend Chattanooga Convention and nearby attractions.

This place seems to be nice from the outside. Pool is 3' deep approximately 12'x12'. Not much you can do in it but soak. The room has nice linens. But the decor and stove was outdated. The room was supposed to sleep 8 but we ended up having to ask for 3 more spoons due to it only having 5. Floors were sticky in the kitchen, no dishwasher detergent. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Rented a one night stay here. The beds were the softest, cleanest beds I've seen in a hotel. Bathroom sink was seperate from the toliet and shower, which I liked. There is no fan in the shower???? Don't know why, cause there was a little bit of mold in the ceiling above the shower. Living space and small kitchen was very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great! Good variety and free! Free laundry was a plus. Took one star off because the indoor pool was not very clean during our stay. Water felt slimy and sticky. Irritated my skin a little bit and the room and water was uncomfortably hot. Overall great hotel and location for the price.

I stayed here with my sister. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. It was more like a one bedroom apartment. It was fully stocked with houseware such as plates, utensils, dishwashing liquid, and such. The counters and appliances were all modern. I did not like the furniture as could use updating in the living room. Breakfast was nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It's also only around 15 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the kitchen had all of the essentials. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out. They even brought a crib for the baby to sleep in, and there was enough space to comfortably have it in the room. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was constantly out there refilling food and wiping things down. Overall my family had a great experience and we will definitely stay again.

Stayed here over the weekend with my wife and son. The room had a nice little kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was your normal faire and wasn't bad. Location is good plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and about 15 minutes from downtown.Only downsides is there isn't a lot of parking and at the time of our visit the pool was closed for maintenance.

Very clean except for a sticky floor. Excellent suite layout with separate bedroom (a rare find) and comfortable. However, we have one huge complaint.
Breakfast was 98% cleaned up 50 min early. The sign in the room said that breakfast was served until 10:30am. We went to eat at 9:40am and found only hard french toast and bagels. The staff was unhelpful, didn't speak English and rolled their eyes at me and walked away. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars before breakfast.

No fans in bathrooms. Staff helped very little with luggage, even though we had a ton of it. Ordered tickets online. Said there would be no problem, but there was. Conjoining room living rooms are extra tiny. Very clean place.

Clean room and great staff at check-in. The King Studio was a great space for our family of 4 (4 year old and 6 month) to spread out for the night. Breakfast was great, there was a nice variety, hot and easily accessible!

Comfortable and clean. Really good breakfast. Staff friendly. I've used it a few times for get togethers with friends, so the suites with kitchenettes work out great. It's nice to have a fridge that will chill drinks for everyone and ability to have real food. Grocery store is 1 block away. Also lots of places to eat nearby. Convenient location near the intestate.

So unfortunately I don't have the best review to give this Staybridge. On our move back to Kentucky we decided to stay at this Staybridge in Chattanooga Tennessee. We based this decision on our positive experience that we always have at the Lexington KY Staybridge. We arrived approximately 130a.m. with our dog, which they were accommodating to a first-floor room for us and our dog. The room we rented was a two bedroom double suite; walking into the room I was very shocked at the appearance. There was multiple light pink stains on the carpet, the couch had stains and was very lumpy. The shower  corner either had mold or wasn't cleaned properly. Even one of the couches had a rip or cut on the top of it. We could have complained however at 1:30 in the morning after a 9 hour car ride with a dog and a moving truck, I just wasn't even in the mood to argue and have to look for another hotel.  I will say the bed and mattress was comfortable and clean. It does have a kitchette in the suite, but you can only open the microwave a couple of inches because of how close the refrigerator is to it. I've stayed at many different hotels , so my expectations  aren't the same across the board, and I'm not anal when it comes to having to have a "perfect room" , however when you're spending  a pretty decent amount of money to stay for a night  you'd expect a certain level of  cleanliness.  This was very disappointing to say the least.

Staybridge Suites are my hotel of choice when traveling for business. Clean comfortable rooms, excellent staff, and exceptional breakfast buffet. Downside to this particular hotel is the speed of the Internet, extremely slow. It took me about 2 hours to read and respond to about 5 emails. Not acceptable!

Great service but no comp breakfast. The breakfast we bought: seved raw sausage to my child and I ordered an egg white omelette w/spinach and some other veg (maybe mushroom?)....either way, most important was no spinach and wasnt told, but just served and no offer to.deduct for any inconvenience. A little disappointed but our waitress was very friendly.

People were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, breakfast casserole, waffles. Stayed in 2 bedroom suite and bed was comfortable. Kids loved having their own room. Had fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and a full size fridge. Close to good restaurants also. Indoor pool was nice and hot tub was hot.

Exceptional Service. Great room and great place. The staff became like family. They all loved my dog. Very pet friendly!!! I paid for a room with a kitchen and it had a stove, full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast every morning and dinner during the week was amazing! Best hotel experience ever! And I had to stay for 3 weeks!

We visit this location in Hamilton place area of Chattanooga frequently due to family living nearby. The hotel is pet-friendly and clean. When staying on the weekends, we enjoy the complimentary breakfast. There have been a few issues that were taken care of as quickly as possible by management or maintenance. Parking can be very limited since the lot is shared with a different nearby hotel.

After seeing our 6 person party, the receptionist was gracious enough to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. The room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. The location was convenient for our one night stay on our way to Orlando, and the breakfast provided us an easy meal before getting back on the road. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was an OK hotel. The design choices are questionable, the whirlpool pool is just a pool with water sprays on the bottom, they don't bother to fix the hot tub foam system, andt the pricing for a room is a bit high. Other tha that, it is mediocre.
