Nice location, clean, spacious, accommodating, even under a remodel, the entire family stayed here so they younger Adults could visit and the Older Adults could be comfortable. Was very nice!

Very comfortable hotel. I would definitely stay again. Beautiful room, nice and helpful staff. A business center that actually works! Good breakfast. Dinner provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A bit understaffed at check in but that was the only real glitch in an otherwise delightful stay.

Unbeknownst to me, the hotel was undergoing a renovation. As such, the room we booked wasn't available. This was a major bummer since my Mother-in-law was going to stay with us (we booked a two room suite). That said, the staff were able to get us two adjacent rooms for cheaper than the original one we booked. All in all, not too bad.

They were amazing. They overbooked and didn't have a room for me so they sent me across the street, paid for my stay, and let us come back over in the morning for the free breakfast before they even opened. Exceptional customer service.

The hotel was lovely - clean, recently updated (still in process as of April 2018, but not disruptive to guests), the staff was friendly and helpful, beds we brand new and very comfy, breakfast was good. It's in a convenient location with Target, the little Utica historic downtown, at least one park, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We had no issues at all and would happily stay there again!

Really good place to stay. Very clean rooms with no signs of bed bugs or any other pests. I felt very safe and secure in the building. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Don't bring your pet unless you want to piss away $75 because you will not get that money back. They took us in on short notice which was awesome. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is friendly wothout being overwhelming. Overall a wonderful experience!

Phoned hotel to check on room type etc and the service I received by Joseph was top notch. If the hotels serves during my stay with the same service I received from Joseph I will be very pleased! Thank you Joseph for going out of your way to make sure I am set up for a great stay!!

There is much more to this hotel than what is in the description! 2 Bedroom Suite is very roomy with a kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stovetop. They also supply a set of dishes, silverware and a toaster. The maids/room service staff were of the friendliest I've ever encountered. The Breakfast buffet has all the standard hotel buffet items but also had cottage cheese, hashbrowns and mixed melon and grapes. Outdoor pool and bbq grill to use as weather permits. Lots of shopping choices in the immediate area.

Amazing location, great staff, delicious breakfast & Wanda was so helpful & sweet. The front desk even printed off our boarding passes for our flights.

We are a family of 4 & love the 2 bedroom suite that had 2 bathrooms & a kitchen.

They also have an outdoor pool & hot tub for the warm months!

Rooms are clean. A bit rundown, but good value. Evening 'dinner' on weekdays is nice. Breakfast is reasonable. I like the in-suite kitchen. Fitness roon equipment is run down, stationary workout machine is broken. Not fixed for my stay 1 month later.

Hotel had descent hot breakfast and an exercise machine with no free weights. Business center did not work and hotel is doing renovations. Internet was fast and there is a lending locker for some movies.

A really nice hotel. One of the best I have used. Also the easiest, no hassle. Everything was taken care of.....only spoke to a clerk when we arrived.

Under construction at the moment. (11/2017) but it's been a decent stay.

I've stayed at others and they serve beer and wine on mon-wed. This one does not.

Their food is not good at all either. Breakfast is powdered eggs and microwave meat.

But the rooms were decent. And staff was nice except for a new girl. She told my wife to do it in the morning that she couldn't help her. When I went back up to the desk a few minutes after they took care of it right away.

This is an aging Staybridge hotel in a peculiar location. VERY hard to notice or navigate to without GPS. In a VERY quiet location - other than being close to Van Dyke expressway. The hotel is outdated. Beds aren't very comfortable and hotel is definitely showing it's age. The price does not reflect this, though. Great food and very friendly service during check in. Endless shopping and eating locations within minutes. None within a ten minute walk. There is another IHG property close to this one. Choose that one if you're looking to walk to dinner.

We stayed here as part of a wedding block. The hotel wasn't bad considering the block pricing, but I probably wouldn't want to pay full price for this hotel. It's obvious this hotel is a bit older, but as a place to stay the night after a wedding, it did the trick. Everything was clean and the kitchenette is nice to have if you need it. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Biggest complaints: the toilet was ridiculously loud, and the staff seemed pretty clueless on multiple occasions.

Great little hotel off the beaten path. We had 4 people staying together so it just made better economic sense for us to stay at this hotel instead of get two rooms at another hotel. This place serves free breakfast every day and coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast selections were pretty good on a daily basis. They also have a outdoor pool and hot tub. If you have kids they will love this part of the hotel if it is summertime.

When we newly moved to Michigan, my husband's office offer us to live at staybridge. We stay there almost 3 months just after moving to Michigan from south and we love staying at the hotel. Rooms were very specious and they used to maintain everything very nicely. We were there during the Christmas. It was nearly empty that time but still they decorated the hotel and they offered very nice deli during that time. All I have to say is that they should pay a little more attention to their breakfast. Because I don't eat pork meat and all their hot breakfast was mainly based on pork meat. So me and my husband used to face a hard time to have our breakfast.

I went to the staybridge you inquire about a wedding room block. The staff that assisted us was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms and the ambiance of the hotel was exactly what I was looking for, for our wedding party. The common areas are inviting and spacious. We looked at several places in the area and this hotel was the best. I decided to book my wedding block here the next day. Looking forward to enjoying this hotel during my wedding weekend.

Good price for the quality. The hotel was a little outdated but very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was decent, good for a quick bite, nothing special. The hours of complementary meals was wonderful, perfect for anyone's schedule. I have no complaints.

Rooms are really loud on highway side of hotel, keep that in mind while checking in. Hot tub seems to always be shut down? I would think that it could be open year round. I love outdoor hottubs in winter.
Staff is really nice and kind.
They say that they are starting renovation in Dec 2016, so hopefully they will update and be better than others.

We have spent several weeks at Staybridge Suites in Utica Michigan. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant. I can't say enough about the great people that work here. They make us feel at home. The room and furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need. They are very pet friendly. Beautiful grounds, there are grills outside for guest use along with a pool and hot tub. Free laundry which was very nice and fitness room. Coffee and full breakfast in the morning and dinner 3 nights per week. We have really enjoyed our stay here and are so thankful that we found this hotel. Thank you Staybridge!

Utica is a pretty well established suburban city, with everything you'd expect (2 malls, multiple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, banks, etc) Staybridge is for the most part pretty centrally located within most of these stores. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast runs from 630-930 during the week and 730-1030 on the weekends. I'm working 3rd shift with the group in staying with and we'll usually come back to the hotel at 10 during the week so we would miss breakfast but the hotel is kind enough to accommodate us by keeping breakfast open for another hour. The wifi is actually decent when compared to most other hotels. Parking is all around the building, and they have multiple laundry machines (4 washers and 4 dryers) that are free to use. During the 1st half of the week the hotel also serves free dinner from 530-730 and the menu for the month is on your refrigerator. The kitchen setup in the rooms are decent and so are the TV's. Would definitely book here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for about 30 days during renovations to our home. Dinner is available three nights a week, breakfast (way better than any continental breakfast) daily, as well as to go bags! Pet friendly, as well as a large area to walk and exercise your pet. Clean and comfortable. I couldn't find a lot of photos online prior to our stay - it's exactly like any hotel you expect to find, not glamorous, but has everything you need. Oh - the towels are way better than most hotels!

Nice hotel with extended stay option. Has an outdoor pool and hot tub, both of which are nice. They offer breakfast and planned activities. Different rooms styles offered. The kitchens are small but work nicely. Usually clean, but I have stayed in a room that smells like pet urine - they do allow pets. Overall a pretty good stay.
