Pros: shuttle service, good breakfast, great ac

Cons: blood on the sheets and on the wall.

Good place but for $267 for a 2 bed you are better off buying your own breakfast and bringing your own linens at a cheaper establishment.

The staff was friendly and good. The rooms felt much cleaner than the hotel I was at day before. One of the better hotels I have been at. I would come back again.

This hotel has great customer service. Our hostess Anita was very helpful and she made sure she kept the breakfast full. Adrian did a fabulous job at getting us checked in. He also made sure our stay and trip to mall was scheduled. The whole staff is fabulous and they made our stay comfortable.

Truly dog friendly! Spacious rooms with mini kitchens. Free parking and a pool. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is hot breakfast starts late (7:30) for many travelers, and carpets need to bed replaced throughout.

we got a two room suite for us and our two kids. The pull out bed didn't have any bed linens and was in bad shape so my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch which was also pretty gross. The glasses were disgusting in the cabinet. The bar was sticky. The door that separates the room didn't latch and had about a half inch gap between them, making the two room suite pretty pointless because privacy was non existent. Tv channels didn't work and the front desk man told me to reset the direct tv box which wasn't an issue but that didn't fix the problem. We set the air at 60° and it was never colder than 72°. We enjoyed the pool and the pillows were comfortable. Overall experience was pretty disappointing and won't return

From my 10 days here, every single member of the staff was warm, friendly and kind. Particularly impressed by the shuttle drivers who were pleasant, and made me feel like I was talking with friends on my many rides with them to training and the airport.
Beds and pillows comfortable. Only minor recommendation is the eggs at breakfast could be a bit better.

My husband and I stayed at the Staybridge for 7 nights while it is an older hotel and could use some updating the service and staff more than make up for it. If you are looking for an extended place to stay where the staff is extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating this is the place for you. As we were ending our stay a blizzard hit the Minneapolis area and our flight was rescheduled from morning to late in the evening. I asked for a much later than would ordinarily be approved check out and while the front desk clerk could not approve I emailed the manager and he was more than willing to accommodate us at no extra charge. When so many things are going wrong beyond your control it’s nice that people our still nice and empathetic. I highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed with the service.

This hotel was in a great location & the most reasonable I found for MSP Park 'N Fly with a large family (7), even compared to Bloomington SBS.

What made my stay most enjoyable was the front desk (ask for Shugg), and the entire staff for that matter. They were friendly and made us truly feel like their honored guests, rather than just another room/$$$. Outstanding!

Nice place. It's like a small apartment with the kitchen area. Nice and helpful staff. Free breakfast is even better.

Definitely would consider coming back if I am in town.

Hotel has free dinner's half of the week. They are overall good. The breakfast is free every morning. This could be improved. The oatmeal is the consistency of glue. Overall nice hotel with with large rooms, restaurants, movie theater and groceries nearby.

A nice hotel to stay at with big, comfortable rooms. Dinner is free Monday through Wednesday and breakfast is included every day. The hotel seemed to be pretty noisy from my room which didn't help me sleep, and the heat and AC seemed inconsistent.

I stayed here for a night the week of the eclipse back in August. After having driven 700 miles since being in Omaha that morning, I was greeted by a 2nd shifter the night of August 22nd who had a smile and a sense of humor. But what impressed me most was how the Staybridge team helped me, as I was in Minneapolis (for my first time) to see the Mary Tyler Moore statue downtown as well as the house where exteriors were filmed for the show in the Kenwood neighborhood. The shuttle driver was very helpful and informative, seeming impressed by a 24 year old’s knowledge of Mary Tyler Moore. The assistant manager also looked up the location of the Mary Tyler Moore statue (which had been moved due to remodeling of the Nicollet mall) and wrote it down for me. This saved me a lot of trouble and time.

Had an excellent 3 room suite that was able to house our entire work crew for the night. There was also an included dinner which was quite serviceable. Usually stay at Hiltons but might have to give these guys another look.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! First I would like to say Shugg Robinson was awesome! He was kind, funny, and just great customer service! Along with other staff Jim and the morning cook crew! It was our first time staying at this place and we called in last minute to get a room. Not knowing what a studio room had and seeing what they provided in one was mind blowing to me! They had plates, silverware, pots and pans, and even wine glasses and cups all in the room ready to use! Another plus was a tall shower head easily a 6'5 person can get there bead under The shower rather than bending over. The breakfast food was delicious! We also learned they have complimentary dinners on Monday - Wednesday. I've never been to a place that does that. We plan on staying here next time we come visit Minneapolis again!

The staff is friendly and accommodations adequate for this type of facility. The room had modern amenities and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was lacking from those of other similar hotels. There was not a wide selection of breakfast items and it did not include any protein options.

Clean, kid friendly. The king suite had a full sized refrigerator, two burner stove top range, sink and more. Kids stayed on the pull out couch. Breakfast was great, family especially enjoyed the waffles!

We have a 2 bedroom suite, includes a small kitchen. One bed room is a queen and in suite bath the other has 2 queens and in suite bath. Has irin and ironing board. Seems a little dated. Kit hen and baths have granite. 3 tv's.

The rooms were the right size for what we needed, and when our first room had a malfunctioning A/C (it got up to 79 degrees F in the room) they were able to switch us to a different room, which was nice. We were only there one night so we didn't get a chance to use some of the services they provide for long term stays, but I would feel comfortable staying here again.

Great rooms with plenty of space. Friendly staff who are happy to help accommodate trips out in the shuttles. The dinner 3 nights a week is a neat touch and the breakfast is a welcome smell first thing in the morning. Good distance to lots of food options, or a Target store if you'd prefer to cook yourself. Overall my stay was pleasant and I'd stay again.

Pleased with staff and room. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite - 2 twin beds in one room and 1 queen bed in another with 2 bathrooms. wasn't expecting upgrade but got it because go membership.

Room was clean, roomy and open. Perfect for family of five. Had minor issue with tub draining and it was resolved when we got back from Mall of America.

Indoor pool is big and water was warm. Ready for jump in. Hot tub is also big.

Free breakfast. Dining area a bit small especially food court so wake up early for breakfast. Staff members are great and accommodating. Need more garbage cans to eliminate overflow.

Overall I gave 5 stars. we usually stay in Holiday Inn Express but will consider Staybridge from now on. I know they are both from same hotel company.

Well, the breakfast is served daily, and they are great for companies that have a ton of employees at for training. Maid service was not so great at all. The night stand was dirty when I got there and even dirtier when I left. Transportation was OK but could have been way better. Matt and the front desk people were great and very accommodating. Also the grilled food night that is Wednesday is not so bad at all.

The hotel and room 247 smelled musty. I even with the air conditioner on constantly, the humidity in the room and hotel was overwhelming making everything feel damp. The room smelled so bad (musty) that we had to frebreeze everything. Even the sheets on the bed felt damp when you were in bed. Other than the dampness and musty smell, it was OK. Other than the single cheeto on the top shelf cabinet, the room appeared clean and the breakfast had a good variety.

We stayed a few nights visiting family and arrived around 1am on a Friday.

PROS:
The shuttle service was really convenient and a definite plus from the airport to the hotel. Check in was easy enough as well.

Location was good. Quiet area with a little food center close by.

Continental breakfast was convenient and the selection was good. My husband loved the chocolate donuts!

Our suite was decent, a little outdated and the air conditioning was really loud. We also didn't realize that room service was not automatic. There's a sign in the bathroom that said it was done if requested - oops.

We definitely took advantage and appreciated the business center. It's not big, but we were happy to be able to print our boarding passes beforehand.

CONS:
The cleanliness - I swear there were "stains" on the couch and the bed skirt. Gross...

Also, the shuttle service back to the airport was at the top of the hour. I'm not sure if it's just for early morning requests, but we barely made our flight on time. To be fair, we could've left the extra 2 hours earlier but it was way too early to be doing that.

Overall though we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and will request cleaning service next time.

The room was huge. We had a group of six and we had three beds plus a pull out couch. The breakfast was great too. What I really liked was the fact that they have gas grills on their back patio that are open for guest use.

Excellent stay, excellent price! Perfect for weekend getaways! This hotel is clean, friendly staff, and has all the luxuries of an expencive hotel without the expencive price. Impressed with Staybridge, I will be reccomending them to other travelers.

All i was looking for was a cheap room for the weekend. What i got from Staybridge was just that and way more. First, the greeting i received was very welcoming. Then walking into the room i was stunned. The room was beautiful. Kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, dishes and silverware, pots and pans. Desk area, couch and coffee table. Bathroom with separate sink and vanity area. Incredibly comfortable queen sized bed. Access to free laundry. It was like paying for a cheap room and getting a furnished apartment. Gorgeous pool and spa area. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with fire pit and activities. The complimentary breakfast had everything you could think of for breakfast and was delicious. They even had a small dvd selection you could bring to your room at no charge. I've stayed in many hotels, motels, and inns and Staybridge is the only place that really goes all out for those needing affordable lodging. I can't say enough good things about this place and i will be looking for Staybridge anytime i need a room.

The Location is ideal. A 2 mile walk to the twin cities premium outlet mall. Additonal malls are also nearby. Check in was efficient. Pleasant staff. Room suitable. Breakfast not up to par with other staybridge standards. Overall was ok but not great.

It is a fairly clean hotel. Some minor issues here and there but overall good condition. Price: a bit high for the amenities. We booked and they didn't disclose some of their amenities were out of order. So that was frustrating and annoying. Free wifi (which at this point should be standard), free breakfast, free dinners (on certain nights), close to shopping for needs, and good sized rooms.

I stayed for 2 weeks and for the price, it was great! Free breakfast and coffee. Free dinner 3 nights a week and yes, you have to purchase soft drinks at the front desk but they aren't more expensive than a machine and a lot less noisier... Ice is free. I never had kids screaming in the hall but then again, it's a hotel and sometimes, not all the time, stuff happens that we don't like.
