Great room set up, friendly front desk staff, and complimentry breakfast AND dinner are a few of the perks here. Unfortunatly many of the drink machines were broken and there is not nerely enough indoor seating in the dining area.

First we are sorry that as a family here with our 87yr old father, and his friend/caretaker that there was issues that were our fault for. We are experiencing a trieing time as the friend/caretaker is not a very nice person. We try and stay as close to our father as we can due to the fact our dad cares about this friend refuses to see the harm this guy is causing. He's burned us out of our home in vallejo, day's after he totaled my dad dodge ram 2500, he rat packs the living environment he has access to with junk, loads of junk. We want better for our dad as well from our dad but at 87yrs old reality is he's becoming hard to deal with and a decision has to be made soon to provide him a better quality of care. I on behalf of my father and, my brother andre thank the staybridge suites and it's entire staff for their patients, respect, and courtesy hosting our family during these trieing times. Everyone has presented and addressed our issues with professionalism and compassion. We gave a five star rating for how classy and exactly the staff and management treated us without judgement our situations. We will if allowed return and recommend the staybridge suites. And again we thank you...We thank you all.

Satisfied. Workers seen throughout the day keeping up with the facility. Comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful property, courteous kitchen staff, very nice place to stay. Safeway conveniently down the street. Recommend a towel bar at the bathroom sink. Both rooms I rented was missing a hand towel bar.

This is one of the best places I've stayed at. I hope to continue to be able to stay at their hotels with this kind of service. I have never been treated better, anywhere!

The suite is very large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great for our family of five. The pool is quite warm but the hot tub is scalding! The staff is very helpful.

We stayed at Staybridge suites hotel the first week of the year. This is a very good hotel. The first suite we stayed in was not part of our reservations but was a pretty good sized suite on the second floor. There is one fair sized elevator (enough room for their luggage cart and my wheelchair but nothing else). The rest of the family had to come up separately but that is not a big issue at all. It’s adequate and with only two floors it’s fairly fast. There is an ice machine in the hallway on the second floor but we found our refrigerator/freezer in our suite had an automatic ice maker! The suite has a living room, small kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and a few dishes. They also include a cutting board and a sharp knife. There are small bottles of dish soap with which to wash dishes without using the dishwasher (second room even came with cloth and towel which were missing in the first). There were two (brand new according to a sign on our beds) full sized beds in one room, with a desk and adjoining sink with toilet/tub in a small room with a door. The other bedroom has a king sized bed and same bathroom set up. The first room we were in was not “handicapped” and we reserved handicapped for the subsequent nights. They offered to let us stay in the original room (we sure appreciate it) but we really needed the handicapped so we opted to move. We should have just stayed put because the handicapped room didn’t have any additional safety features except a kitchen table was missing giving us slightly more space. There were no bars with which to grab while using the facilities. In the shower there was one bar against the wall. Hilariously there was a peephole in the door for wheelchair height as well as regular but nothing else about it was handicapped. The towels were unreachable as well as almost everything in the kitchen. Thankfully family was able to assist! Each bedroom had a TV and the little living room also had a nice TV. There are a lot of funny construction things there like light switches behind doors etc. Note the furniture is all very low except the beds are very high! They do offer a very nice continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30 A.M. featuring eggs, meat, fresh fruits, breads/muffins, make your own waffles etc. There is a soda machine and juice machine too. The Diet Coke was out of order our entire 4 day stay but one time Anthony gave me a single Diet Coke out of their “pantry” for which I’m grateful because I had to pay $3.25 for one another time! There is an exercise room, a big pool and jacuzzi room and a large patio with BBQ pit and fire pit. The lobby was nicely decorated with two Christmas trees and presents underneath. There are multiple large TV’s in the main dining area. The best thing was the employees that I met were all super. Anthony as above was always helpful and friendly and asked if I needed help carrying items to my vehicle! Stephano also asked if I needed help! It was super nice. There are signs about the cleaning policy that they only do light cleaning during your stay unless it is extended. There were a few dirty items like hair grease on the headboard, dirty soap dishes etc but for the most part the hotel was clean. They also offer a business center with computers and a printer/fax available 24 hours a day. They also have a snack/beverages time from 5:30-7:30 P.M. Monday-Wednesday. Supposedly there is a newsletter with changes to the schedule posted each day. There is a nice fire pit and outside BBQ area perfect for family BBQ. Location is excellent right off I80 but not too close that you hear Freeway traffic. It’s also very close to Safeway and a big shopping center with CostCo down the block.
Summary:
+’s: employees are nice!
great breakfast
nice suites, comfortable (but very high) beds
plenty of TV’s to watch
evening snack, beer/wine M-W 5:30-7:30P.M.
-‘s: Not very handicapped accessible in suites
Not clean like home but certainly adequate
I would stay here again!h. Helpful 👍!

Solid place for the price. Complimentary breakfast daily and dinner Monday - Wednesday. Complimentary laundry room. Indoor pool and decent gym. It does need some work, but they seem to be getting there. Fairly convenient to several restaurants, CVS, and safeway.

A lovely hotel that's helped make our temporary displacement (while our house's plumbing is being repaired) more bearable. From the food the beds, this feels more like a home than most hotels. We had two seperate stays there within a week. This review addressed both stays.

Rooms:
The rooms are clean but bit small for a suite. The beds are new and comfortable (but bring your own pillow because theirs are not so comfy). The couches and dining chairs look nicer than they feel (very hard), but the livingroom chairs were nice.

The kitchenette is functional but cramped if you're trying to cook. Loved having a larger fridge than a mini for our food.

Food:
Guests get free breakfast every morning and free dinner Monday through Wednesday. Breakfast was decent, a step up from some hotels, but not exactly high-end either. It includes make your own strawberry waffles, the standard hotel pastries (bagels, danish, mini muffins), oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, rosemary potatoes, and an assortment of fountain drinks (soda, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) which are also available all hours.

Dinner menus vary and included beer on tap and wine, and I was shocked that alcohol consumption was not monitored, so minors could easily access it if the guests let them.

Amenities:
We absolutely loved the inner courtyard with its barbecue (gas) grills, firepit (also gas), tables, and seating. Our family bbq there was lovely! The hotel even provided the bbq utensils.

The pool area is clean and indoors, so you can access it year round. Like most non-resort hotels, it's pretty small. But there is lots of poolside seating.

The laundry facility includes 3 good sized washers and dryers, a utility sink, and counter. All are free for guest use (not coin operated).

Staff:
One staff member in particular was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welxome. We, unfortunately, did not always have that experience. Our first visit to the hotel, the front desk staff were always in the back room (we could hear them laughing and visiting), and we kept having to shout to get anyone to come help us. We also had trouble when we asked for help. 2 of 3 tvs in our suite weren't working, and when we asked for help, we were told that maintenence would come fix it first thing in the morning (they did not--and no one ever followed up with us). When we asked for an additional mattress pad, they brought us a sheet (however, they did bring it to the room instead of telling us to come get it).

Pet Friendliness:
It is a pet friendly hotel with waste disposal bags available outside, but the deposit is nonrefundable.

Our room was big and pretty clean, but it had a strange smell that took a while to air out. The air conditioning worked intermittently in our room. Otherwise, all of the appliances worked fine. Our room was a good price for the area.

Had the best 4th of July weekend here this year. They are dog friendly and hence we didn't have to leave behind our lovely puppy for a Napa visit. The check in process is smooth and efficient. Rooms are clean with ample comfort provided to make you feel like it's home.

There is a refrigerator, stove and microwave oven along with a Dishwasher! It's beautiful because they provide everything from paper towels to dishwashing soap. Most kitchenettes don't have everything needed for a hearty meal - but not this one. They even include a cutting board.

Loved our vacation here and will surely be back!

Nice 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. The only downside was that the pool was not very big and we were not able to use it because of an earlier incident that injured another guest that shutdown the pool temporarily.

We had five people! 2 stayed in one room, 3 of us stayed in a two bedroom suite! It was clean and "comfy!" We would travel to different vineyards and head back at the end of the day to relax, sleep and head out the next day! The staff were professional, helpful and so friendly! The breakfast was amazing!

Recently took a week+ trip in California and this was EASILY the best place we stayed. Great staff, awesome breakfast (omelets, breakfast pizza, waffles, etc.), spacious rooms, nice pool and a great kitchen set-up. I honestly wish I could have stayed here for our entire trip.

Stay here and enjoy all modern comforts at an affordable price.

I loved the room it was the perfect size. It was like having our own studio apartment. We only stayed the an evening and that night so we didn't really spend much time there. But breakfast was very good. Its the first hotel I've ever been to that offered breakfast pizza lol. Wonderful staff and a great location for some affordable wine tasting without having to pay the prices of Napa. Over all exceptional experience.

On our way to Yosemite Nat.Park, we stayed at this hotel and it was kind of our base. We were surprise to have a dinner social for free with ,wine, plus delicious breakfast every morning...for a party of five in two rooms it was pretty good.
It has lot of space and was very clean. On our way out, my daughter left her backpack with her DVD player and headphones....I called them two days after check out and they agree to mail it back to me for a modest shipping fee.
I will recommend this hotel specially if you can get a deal on third parties websites.....

Our party of 5 shared a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen and living room combo - very nice. The FREE breakfast was fantastic - Ferdi obviously takes great pride in making this a great experience for all - which with the amount of guests for breakfast is not easy. Did partake of evening snacks and beer one night. HIghly recommend this hotel. Easy access to local attractions.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was staying in this hotel for business that had 2 separate bedrooms with a living room/kitchen between them. Myself and a coworker were staying in this 2 separate bedroom hotel room. A backpack with ~$3300 of belongings were stolen from my room. The kicker is that the maid staff cleaned/freshened the bed and folded the towels and cleaned the bathroom where nothing was stolen then once they got to my side where the stole the backpack they didn't do any cleaning of the bathroom or bedroom area. The hotel checked the electronic locks and said the room was only accessed twice, once by me and once by the maid. "Pretty obvious what happened here" is the response I received from the hotel security guard/maintenace man.
