Absolutely Love this hotel chain. 1st visit was to SW Houston totally loved it then and aimed to throughly enjoy this one. At a glance things appear new but there are updating that may need to happen due to minimal ac in the walkways/hallways. Tasty breakfast, did I mention included! Other than that... AWESOME AWARD!

Great hotel overall. No problems with the room. no issues with the service staff. They charged my card incorrectly. I paid through priceline on a different card and then when we got there they asked for a card. I specifically asked them what it was for and they said for incidentals. they wound up charging that card instead of the other one.

Called up and they didn't present very many options other than the 2-3 business day refund and correctly charging the other card. Not happy about the whole situation. And the results were less than desirable.

Wouldn't have been so bad but I specifically asked the clerk what the card was going to be used for.

I can't say enough about how amazing the staff was while we stayed there in Harvey's wake. Just great! The room was, well, roomy, and clean and well-stocked with basic housewares. Staybridge was a friendly and comfortable place from which to begin the flood recovery process.

The hotel rooms are beautiful. Plenty of space, including closets which are nice to have. The breakfast is nice but the desk manager Angel lacks the personality to make this hotel a 5 star.

This is the 2nd staybridge we have stayed at. The breakfast is delicious even my picky eater kids loved it especially the Texas shaped waffles. The social dinners are great. We did have a few issues with housekeeping but the hotel management and front desk management were very quick to take care of any issues. Everyone here is very kind and tolerant of all my toddlers underfoot for a few months.

Ashley at the front desk is amazing and great with directions to the hotel. The director Reesa Payne greeted me at the door with a goody bag which was amazing. I love the soft mints. Angel at the front desk is on top of his game and I love this hotel. Clean and organized.

I stayed here pre-hurricane Harvey so my review is from that time period. The rooms were clean and what you expect from a Staybridge.
Compared to the other Staybridge suites this one falls short in many areas which is odd because it is one of the higher priced ones. It is very noisy with people noise due to either extra loud clientele or extra thin walls compared to the others I've stayed at. Breakfast was short of what the others offered and was unusually limited for the cost of the room. They also only provided happy hour Mon-Wed, some I've stayed at provide it Mon-Thurs or Fri for business clientele. The biggest downside is that the area isn't the safest feeling and I found it difficult to talk on the phone without having other people's conversations picked up through the walls. If you walk outside, there are smokers everywhere (no designated area so you are constantly passing them and they are usually on the phone) and the perimeter is completely fenced to the freeway feeder road which is probably for the best. Ultimately the only place I found quiet enough to have a call was the workout center. I watched two fights break out in the parking lot during the time I was there and the police were called. Overall, I was not impressed with this particular Staybridge and will not be returning but will stay at others in the future. There are some very nice ones out there, the one off of I-10 west Beltway 8 is hands down the best I've experienced in Houston.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here during the aftermath of Harvey. The suite was better than most apartments, very clean and modern with everything needed for long term stays. The staff was equally amazing, providing professional service with an easy smile and friendly demeanor. We felt at home here and a little bit sorry to leave.

Suite was pretty clean and plenty of beds for me and my family. Stayed just for one night on the way home from a cruise. It felt good just to sit and relax. Furniture was a little out dated but not terrible. If I am ever in Houston again will differently be choosing a Staybridge as a place to stay

Free breakfast every morning, free beer and dinner Monday through Wednesday. Nice rooms, nice beds, good staff, nice showers. Close to the interstate, but they provide ear plugs.

Clean, spacious, well stocked suites, bed and pillows are firm but soft. Haven't had such good night's of sleep in ages! Great breakfast bar, free dinner served Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday -including beer and wine! We had nachos & tacos: shredded chicken or beef stripes; nigh , we had chicken sliders and chef's salad; Wednesday was hamburgers and hot dogs and all of the trimmings. Staff is curteous and appear to be well trained. Look for Angel at the front desk. Great gentleman, sincere and helpful.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Of course I reviewed it online and compared it to other hotels in the area, but the pictures on their site do not do them justice. The room is large enough, even with the sleeper couch unfolded. The kitchenette is larger and better appointed than in my last apartment (except for the lack of an oven, which we wouldn't have ised, anyway). The free breakfast buffet has more options than most. My only quibble is with the lighting, which is not conveniently placed when parts of the family want to go to sleep before the rest. I'm sure we'll be back.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, but bad service. During my stay I asked for a 4 person hotel room. What they gave us was a 2 person room and a 1 inch sofa mattress that made my back ache. I only got 3 hours of sleep. If the staff wasn't so ignorant, I likely would have given 4 stars.

I travel a lot and stay in many different hotels. This is my third stay at the hotel and thought it worth writing a review given how great my experience was. The rooms as other have mentioned are quite large. The full size refrigerator and kitchen really makes it a relaxing stay. My only problem is I wish they had an oven but that's being picky I suppose. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I'd especially like to give a shout out to Shaunielle (I hope I spelled it right) for her above and beyond accommodations. My favorite part of this particular hotel is the large sitting area in the garden. After 7 pm when it's not so dreadfully hot it's a great place to sit down and read while enjoying fresh air. They offer breakfast 7 days a week but an added bonus was having evening meals provided three nights a week, and alcohol if that's your thing completely free. I'd recommend this place to anyone within the area.

My sister stayed here to visit me and brought her husband, two sons and our oldest nephew. They all fit nicely in the largest suite. HOWEVER, there was BED BUGS. They moved them to a different room and gave them a discount. Staff was good but the bed bugs were so gross...have to give them bad marks on that.
