The rooms were very nice. The attendants working front desk need a little work. When we first checked in our room key cards would not work. They were programmed for an entirely different room than what we were assigned. Also when checking out we stood at front desk for ten minutes before the attendant on duty came from outside to check us out and give receipt.

Had a great stay. Rooms had plenty of extra space and were in good condition. Beds were awesome. I took one star off because of a lack of parking for guests at the hotel. Lot was full of cars for a nearby event which the hotel was charging parking fees for. Should ensure you have enough for people staying in your hotel first before renting them out.

Very pleased with this hotel. Our ADA room was so easy for my 89 year old great grandmother to navigate through. I especially liked that each bed had it's own room and bathroom allowing for privacy and a sense of independence for my great grandmother. Complimentary breakfast and dinner was also a nice touch.

Super nice, clean hotel that is well priced and has an excellent location. The suite style rooms give you tons of space and is perfect for larger families. The kitchen area allows you more flexibility with food and drink. Location wise, you can easily walk to the downtown area where there's lots of restaurants in about 10 minutes. It is also on a main thoroughfare making it easy to get in and out of town to the highway system. Finally, a drive to the children's museum or canal area is also very efficient and easy from this location. Pool is clean and not freezing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms look great. I really enjoy the renovations. Can't complain about a full size fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, and other meal prep tools. I wish it was a little closer to the convention center or had a skywalk attachment, but other than that we are very happy!

Nice clean hotel, awesome location! I had never been to Indianapolis before and I was extremely surprised. Hotel is right beside Lucas Oil Stadium, very close to the baseball stadium and less than a mile from IUPUI. Lots of great restaurants.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy and the rooms were nice. A tad expensive though and the pet fee isn't refundable.

Great hotel. Clean room and super comfortable bed. Stayed in a suite with a couch with a pullout sleeper. Bedding was in a closet which was nice. Good breakfast. There was a pool but we didn't have time to use. Parking was a little pricey, but not that bad. Right across from Lucas oil stadium. No ingress portal.

Very clean and accomodating. Staff is friendly. They offer a great selection of breakfast each day and when I was there they had also offered a free comfort food buffet. One night was taco bar, another was pizza and one was hot dogs and Hamburg.

Great stay. The room was comfortable. They have a hot tub so that's a huge plus in Indy. Also, they have a shuttle and that was very convenient. The other nice thing was a dinner special they did during the week. Great stay.

The room was nice sized. Room came with utensils to prepare meals on the stove. Pull out couch was not very comfortable but the bed was fine

You do have to pay $18 for parking in their garage. It's convenient but pretty pricy. The rooms are on the cheap end so this balances out the total cost. Otherwise, it was fairly quiet, rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Definitely recommended if you're going to a colts game.

The stay at Staybridge Suites in Indianapolis was one of the best I've had in years. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for multiple people with different schedules. The breakfast was also incredible as it included French toast.

Was a very nice hotel the staff was very helpful and very nice. We stayed during the week so they had drinks and dinner it was great we had burgers and brats they also had beer and wine for the adults so that was cool. The hot breakfast was very good also. We got a hotel package with the children's museum so that made it a lot nicer going there and helped save a few bucks. Overall i would totally recommend this hotel they was doing a remolded on the the place to so should be even nicer now.

Clean but...watch out for under the beds. My 4 year old brought me a dirty toddler sock and 2 cigarette lighters that she found under one of the beds. I know that that is commonly missed and wasn't that shocked. Other than that, it was a lovely visit. I would have liked more than 3 bowls and 3 spoons for a room that sleeps 4. The hot tub was super hot and the pool was great.

Was in town for Gen Con, the accommodations were nice. Had a decent breakfast. Even though it's off the main downtown strip, I would stay again. Parking was only $10 dollars, which was the best thing.

7

Come to Indy once or twice a year. Stayed here with a group. The room was nice with 3 beds in two rooms, divided by a living space with a sleeper sofa. Having a kitchen was a nice touch even though we didn't have much need for the stove, but the full fridge and microwave made it easy to keep and reheat leftovers. The only draw back is location. It's not close to much of anything, outside of the stadium. Being that we walk everywhere when we stay in Indy, this was great exercise but a bit of a drag after long days of shopping, walking, and more. The pool area is nice, with a hot tub and access to an outside patio area.

The room has been smoked in previously, but right when we walked in we called the front desk. They sent someone up within minutes to spray and apologized. The location was great for our needs, the good was decent, the room was great. Wee had everything we needed to prep our own food to mashes things cheaper. Don't like the $18/night parking fee...I feel if you pay to stay there it should be included. Especially since you aren't guaranteed a close spot at all and the closest parking ramp is 3 hotels away. Service was great! Beds very comfortable.

Nice accommodations. Was disappointed with the social hour as the food that was planned was not prepared. Only other disappointment was breakfast. Things were not restocked or filled adequately.

The Staybridge has been a great hotel for our group for several years now. It's kept clean. A pool, workout room, and laundry facility are available to guests. Free breakfast every morning and a light evening meal Sunday through Wednesday. Friendy, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere.

9

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. I stayed here because of a stay at this same hotel at McLean VA this was not up to the same caliber but was still nice. Some negatives are charging for parking at an extended stay?? You Know your guests plan to be here for awhile I feel this is a rip off and not all Staybridge Suites charge this fee (the one right outside Washington DC doesn't!), 2nd requiring a 24 hour cancellation policy, most are 6pm the day of check in...I think there should be consistency amongst the chain. I am a Gold member and get used to certain things and change throws me off--what if there is an emergency. Other than that everything has been great.

My friends and I stayed here during gen con. The hotel is nice for the most part. It was nice that they had close parking for 18 a night. Our last hotel was around 30. The breakfast buffet was good but didn't have too many healthy options. The room was spacious with a half kitchen and even had plates, silverware, and storage containers. The big disappointment was that their pull out sofa was uncomfortable. Many of the springs were broken so we had to put it on the floor. We told management but they smiled and didn't do anything about it.

Love this hotel, and everyone in it! Exceptional rooms, and such a good view of Lucas Oil! The entire staff, from desk, to housekeeping, to kitchen staff, is always friendly and smiling. Parking is amazing considering it's a downtown hotel! The "pantry" is great for those midnight snack cravings. The renovations in the lobby area still look amazing well over a year and a half later!

I was just here to hang out and grab some drinks with a friend but the hotel was lovely, the rooms spacious, and having a full kitchen is awesome. Also enjoyed the hot tub while visiting. It was really nice. I can't speak for the beds or anything else as I wasn't there long so not a 5 star review but I'm sure that stuff is great as everything else is.

Fitness center left something to be desired, laundry was out of order, and breakfast was reminiscent of a Holiday Inn express. Rooms were fine if well worn. I've Stayed at better Staybridges

7

Location and parking was easy to get to. Staybridge has their own parking lot in the back of the hotel, which made things convenient. It was about a 1 mile walk to the canal, which was great, then another 10-15 min walk to monument circle. Breakfast area was clean, though options seemed a little limited. Employees seemed more than willing to help and provide suggestions. Bathroom was a little small and just a standard plastic tub/shower.

The staff was amazing as a mother of 3. We were in town for a wedding and my littles were very tired and cranky. The staff went above and beyond to especially help settle my youngest. It was so nice of the staff to be caring and not look down on a child for being a child!

Was in town for the NFL combine. This hotel is a very short walk from the Lucas Oil Stadium. I mean a few minutes. Downtown for that matter is close. Very close to the convention center. Really nice property. Front desk person super friendly. Very clean, room was very clean and new looking. The only thing that I didn't like was the 18 dollar charge for parking. Now I should not complain as the room was a rewards night redemption. So I only paid for parking. Still, I somehow overlooked the parking charge so I was annoyed at myself.

I stayed here for 15 days while in Indianapolis for work and it was by far one of the nicest hotels that I've ever stayed in. The rooms are large have a full kitchen in them and I never had a complaint. 5 stars all the way in my book.

I would definitely come back to this hotel. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. There was a small kitchen, two full size beds, a sitting area, desk, and decently sized bathroom. They have a nice spread for continental breakfast. The bacon was a little sketchy but the rest made up for it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice, but the most impressive aspect of the hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. Shannon at the front was a doll and she helped find me a great pizza place. Also I was in town for a business meeting the following day which started at 2 PM. My check out time was 11 am and when I had told the manager at the front desk if he would hold my back until after my meeting and allow me to use the restroom to change into comfortable attire before my flight, he without hesitatio told me I could use the room until 3pm so that I could change before my flight home

I will have to visit my client once a quarter, and when I do, there is no doubt that this hotel will be getting my business.

Thank you for the great service and I look forward to staying with your team again in a coupl of months

+Comfortable rooms, most of the staff was curteous, right across the street from Lucas Oil stadium, close walking distance from downtown, free laundry facilities, had a shuttle
- breakfast was only satisfactory 1 out of the 3 days, the parking was 14. A night which wasn't mentioned when we booked the room,

Room 710, pleasant, good AC, fast elevators. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good, but at closing time it goes away quick! Across the hall neighbors had two barky little dogs, loud enough to disturb hallway, but not penetrate much into the room.

Though blocks away from the Convention center, it is in a very sketchy neighborhood. The bathroom door did not latch (the latch had been removed) and was not addressed the entire week we stayed. On our final night, our friend/hotelmate was mugged across the street from the hotel after walking to the gas station a half block away. When I notified the front desk the next morning after we returned from our overnight stay in the hospital, they didn't care at all, since it didn't happen on their property. Also the breakfast was not adequately stocked, ever.

Suite was fine though double beds are pretty tiny and a little hard. We were there during GenCon and for the first two days lost water pressure (read: ZERO WATER CAME OUT OF THE SHOWER HEAD) multiple times each time we took a shower. We couldn't even get water out of the tap to take medicine! At $475 a night...I'd expect better...

This place was amazing! The staff their was so friendly and helpful. We got there late and the Lady who checked us in, Jean, was so nice and accommodating to us! The pool and hot tub were great, the rooms were very nice with a mostly full kitchen and clean, the breakfast was good and they even have free dinner and drinks on certain days! I can't recommend this place enough, don't hesitate to stay here! Hope I can come back again sometime!

This hotel was great!

The room was clean, very large and well equipped--dishes, dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave, etc.

The evening brunch (Tuesday through Thursday) was nice and the morning breakfast was very good and both were free.

The staff was pleasant.

This was a great experience and I will definitely want to stay at a Staybridge Suites again.

We planned a small family getaway while my oldest was on spring break. We decided on Indianapolis and the Children's Museum. I mainly chose this hotel because it had a pool and free hot breakfast. Overall we had a great experience. I liked that the room was set up as a suite and the bedroom was separate from the living room. My oldest slept on the couch in the living area and my little one was in a pack-n-play in the living room. At bedtime, we were able to close the bedroom door and stay up a little longer than the kids. The bathroom was off of the bedroom and we were also able to get up and shower before waking the kids. The room was very clean. We had an issue with our door not closing properly unless you slammed it. We reported it to the front desk after we checked in. It was around 5pm on a Sunday. There wasn't a maintenance person there at that time, but they sent someone to our room first thing the following morning. It was a very nice room, the free hot breakfast was delicious and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only negative I will give is that the thicker drapes on the windows did not close the whole way. We could only close the thin curtains so in the morning it was very bright in the room and everyone was up pretty early. Other than that, it was great and I would highly recommend!
