I would have given it a 5star but the Air conditioning system wasn't work 3 days.
They kept resetting and it still wasn't working.
In the 3rd day, it turns out they never switched it from heating to cooling including their engineer.
We suffered each night because it was so hot I felt sorry for my lil baby.
Also we booked in advance and was supposed to have a discount for booking in advance but when got there, they never applied any discount and we were told to write some kind of letter.
I was a bit disappointed.
Like I said it should have been a 5 star as customer service was good and it's excellent for family.

Attention to small details make this a great place to stay. A cross between a hotel and an apartment with plenty of places to charge you gadgets, make yourself a snack or just chill out. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

A great hotel with fantastic rooms. Our room didn't have a view, but did have a lounge area, kitchen with modern amenities, walk in shower room (but no bathtub) and a massive comfy bed. The food in the hotel is fantastic. Set in an immaculate area near the docks and arena. A great place to stay in Liverpool.

We've just enjoyed another stay at Staybridge suites Liverpool and we were sad to leave as always. We've been coming here for about 10 years and are always welcomed back like old friends. If you get a chance to visit Liverpool which is a fantastic city then choose the Staybridge. It's in the heart of everything you'd want to do. Thanks to all at the hotel and hope to see you next time we're visiting Liverpool Karen Ian and Dj xx

We stayed at this lovely accommodation for 1 night and were very happy with our room. It has everything you need with a big comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom. It is ideally located to get out and about and is close to the Albert dock and Echo arena, also ideal for getting around all the lovely interesting places that Liverpool has to offer. Would highly recommend the Staybridge Suites

Good hotel. Only gripe is one member of staff thinks he owns the hotel and has a right attitude problem. Other staff are lovely though.

Very disappointed... wifi is horrible, not many choices of breakfast, the wash basin stopped up. The only good thing is the quiet location so very suitable for sleep.

Stayed here a few months ago. Was fantastic. Huge room with fully functioning kitchen area. and table. Large bathroom, great shower. Spotlessly clean. But what I really loved was that there were pastries and tea/coffee/juices available throughout the day, free for guests. However, if you were not a guest, you were asked to make a donation to charity. Very philanthropic! Cost was amazing. Didn't feel ripped off as I do in the majority of hotels. 100 yards from Echo Arena.

The room was clean, large and very quiet. The only part of our stay that wasn't perfect was the breakfast buffet. It was a little hectic and would of been nicer if there was some table service.

The hotel is very posh, with big rooms stylish decoration. The gym is good, nothing too special. The social event is very nice, as the complimentary snacks and drinks are useful. The scene from the big windows is beautiful. The location is very convenient, restaurants, a car park, an exhibition arena, and the wheel of Liverpool less than a minutes walk away. Almost everything is a walk away, the town centre ten minute walk away, and the mueseums very close. Overall, VERY convenient.
NOTE: If there was option, I would do 4.5 stars

10

Amazing room, quiet, excellent location, superb for wheelchairs, just the carpets are tough to navigate if you have to move around manually, but that is also why you hear nobody walking by at all and honestly it didn't even bother us one bit. Bed and shower should be the gold standard for wheelchair users. If you are building a hotel and want to know how to do the rooms for handicapped right, you should have a look at Staybridge. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, breakfast was good and you get more than you pay for and that is really hard to do for hotels these days. If you aren't handicapped, rest assured you'll be just as pleased with the Staybridge Suites. Oh and there is a kickass Indian restaurant just on the other side of the building. So if you worked hard or travelled a long time and are unwilling to make the 10 minute walk to the main food / shopping area, there you go.

I have been an overnight guest here numerous times but not recently until last night. The place has had a makeover with newer fresher furniture. The staff are super friendly as always, the rooms are spacious with a small kirhcen in your room which I don't truthfully use but is nice to have. The snacks and drinks in the evening are always appreciated and the breakfast buffet is always well stocked and fresh. Great place

My wife and I just stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast area) are friendly, helpful and just really nice people. The rooms are spacious and clean and the buffet breaky, happy hour (Mon-Wed) and laundry facilities were all fantastic as well. If you're coming to Liverpool, you gotta stay here as it's also a great location for the Docks, sightseeing and for catching all the bus tours.

I love this place. It's my 'go to' hotel when staying in Liverpool. The location is excellent for the Albert Dock, the Echo Arena and Liverpool One. The hotel itself is great, all the rooms are perfect, but the one bedroom suites are extra fab. It's worth mentioning that all the staff here are super friendly, you really couldn't ask for more. If your lucky enough to be staying over Tuesday to Thursday then they have a managers social event which is basically some free snacks /nibbles and free drinks (soft, wine or beer). It's a great way to spend an hour before heading off to whatever else your evening holds. Put simply, I can't recommend this place enough. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic aparthotel - awesome staff - love it! Great location beside the arena. Fully renovated with a really nice lobby lounge, free coffee 24/7 and superb breakfast. Mon to Wed 1830 to 1930 they have a lovely food and drink happy hour. It's all very civilised!

Really well kept place, very modern and perfect location. The rooms are large and the included kitchenette is an ideal size for short or even longer stays. Breakfast is vast with a good vegan selection including Linda McCartney sausages and a plant based milk stocked well daily. My only complaint is being put in an accessible room, these things happen everywhere though but even then the room is extremely nice.

Some of my colleagues and I here on and off for about two months because of our job.
The rooms are spacious and the kitchen in every suite is the best feature ever. It comes with basics of crockery, cutlery and pots, a stove with two hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, incredibly convenient for longer stays or working odd hours if you can not take part in the complimentary breakfast. Tuesdays to Thursdays there is an hour in the evening when beer, whine and snacks are complimentary if you are into that. The staff is unfailingly polite and friendly without being overbearing. The Staybridge is located at the Albert Dock in Liverpool which is right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and well kept even though the furniture in some rooms had to endure some rough handling.
More great features/amenities are the guest's self service laundry room, a small but OK equipped fitness center, windows which can be opened, free WiFi in each room, king sized beds, ...
And if you should have any complaints about your room, the staff is 24/7 available to help out.
Really, it's a lovely place to stay.

Best apartment I have stayed yet!
Amazing rooms
The rooms are decorated well and it feels like a home away from home.
Good facilities.
Very friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere.
Lots of local places to eat and drink, the town center is only a short walk away.
Would suit business traveler, but also those looking for a quite get away.

Wow! First time at a staybridge suite and very impressed! Clean, comfortable rooms. Great facilities. Close enough to the centre of Liverpool, but far enough away. Complimentary drinks and snacks are very nice, much better than a Crowne Plaza lounge. I only wish there were more around the country. Will definitely be back.

Very high quality accommodation at Staybridge in Liverpool. We've stayed there occasionally for short breaks and have always been impressed. The aim is to provide a home-like experience with well equipped kitchenettes in the spacious rooms and large lounge areas where you're encouraged to relax and feel at home. Ideally placed for the city centre so good for tourists and business customers.

Hotel was very clean and well presented. Right next to Echo Arena and about a 5 minute walk away from Liverpool One. Parking was behind the hotel, allowing 24 hour parking for a good price.
Room itself was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of Albert Docks.
Price itself wasn't too bad considering the room had been booked the night before arrival (was £84 for Wednesday night).

Excellent place to stay in Liverpool! Came for graduation at Liverpool university.

Rooms very clean and spacious with a very well kitted kitchenette. Great views of Arena and Ferris wheel. Main bed very comfortable, but sofa bed could be better. Bathroom facilities very good and well kept, with good supply of towels. Location is perfect for tourists with many place to visit and shop in the area. Even for a simple evening walk around the docks which are great at night too.

Staff was always very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Garage came at an extra cost,£10 per day. Would have expected 1 car space complimentary, however, no place to park in surrounding areas so if you have a car, get the garage.

Overall, one of the best hotels in the UK and would definitely book there again if I am ever back to Liverpool.
