Large room that is surprisingly quiet given central location. Few issues in the room that I would t expect at £150 per night. Very friendly and helpful staff

The room was very clean and quiet. So I had very relax time during my stay. This hotel is located a little far from major sightseeing spots and there was a big watch in the room . So Ì guess this hotel would be planned for business rather than sightseeing.

I really like this place. When I first checked into the hotel, the street it's on seemed a little sketchy but after a few hours of getting used to the area, it actually is a really nice place. It's definitely away from the hustle and bustle of tourists around tower of London and the London bridge area. Let's get back to the hotel itself. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette part of it has almost everything you could possibly get from a regular kitchen: plates, spoons, forks, knives, dishwasher, paper towels, regular sized refrigerator. The hotel serves breakfast everyday, and have complimentary happy hour on some days of the week.
If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of tourists, shopping, dining, exquisite bars with a lot of people dressed in fancy clothes, this isn't your place but if you are looking to stay in place longer than 5 days and would like to feel a little at home, then this hotel checks most of your boxes. Anyways, I hope this is enough content for folks to decide if they want to stay here or not. Cheers!!!

The hotel is cosy and quiet, there is a fitness and laundry room which you can use it all the time, hot beverages are available24/7. Close to London eye and all the places there. Even so close to many main stations such as night bridge and Hyde park. The staff are so nice and helpful. Although, there are not too many of them as we had to take all our luggage by ourselves at the check out. Would absolutely recommend it.

Self catering well appointed rooms with breakfast provided but you have to eat out if you don't want to cook. Mind you, it's in London, so it's not a problem. My previous comments were wrongly attributed to this place.

Very impressed. They pay attention to detail and if something is wrong, they worked to get it right. Weeknight meal better than any I've had at an extended stay and they are there to greet and welcome you to the evening meal social. Wish they were as great where I live. This is what customer service should be.

Good hotel with great complimentary breakfast but i don't like the rule that not more than 2 guests are allowed in a room. It's not like they're going to sleep there.

Our stay was PERFECT….until….

During our week stay, I was CERTAIN this place was going to get a raving 5 star review.
I loved everything about it, top to bottom, that was until my GoPro was stolen from my room.
Now, before you roll your eyes and think I misplaced it, I did not. I am a blogger and we stayed at the Staybridge for 1 full week to catch up on editing photos and writing content before heading to Cornwall. I am 100% certain I did NOT take it out of the room during that week.

Since guest security is my #1 priority when travelling, I have to give this place a low rating.
I was absolutely devastated when it was stolen from the room, as it had very important content on it I needed for my work.
I filed a police report and spoke several times with the GM, but nothing was resolved.

DESPITE all this, everything else at the hotel was perfect.
I hate leaving hotels a bad review when they obviously work SO HARD to get an impeccable rating, but safety cannot be overlooked.

I do want to showcase what I found extraordinary about this property:

- The wine and cheese social nights. What a great way to get business travellers out of the room and networking. Wonderful touch
- Laundry on site. Being a full time traveler I am always thrilled when I find easy laundry
- Apartment style rooms. Nowhere NEAR London can you find rooms as big as these rooms are. They are super modern and have a kitchenette which is great for eating in and saving money. You can even walk to the Asda near the Tube station from the hotel.
- The pantry shop at reception. Always had everything we needed.
- The breakfast spread. We ate breakfast every morning because it was always a great spread with hot items changing daily.
- Still and sparkling water on tap. Great for filling up water bottles!
- The wifi was FAST and always steady. Perfect for catching up on work!
- Heated towel rack in the bathroom is always lovely.
- Plug on BOTH sides of the bed is perfect for a digital nomad couple like us.
- View from the room was of a green space and was very pleasant and bright.
- Easy to get into the city from. Just a few minutes walk to the Tube and everywhere you want to be in London is just a few stops away.
- The price. VALUE for price paid at this hotel (with it’s location) cannot be beat. Period.
- It’s comfy, clean, modern, bright, and welcoming.

Honestly, we were SO IMPRESSED with every last detail about this hotel, I literally pondered for MONTHS on whether I should write this review or not.
But of course I should, because it’s important to share when theft happens to help stop the likelihood of it happening again.

Modem, homely hotel with spacious studio and one bedroom apartments. Good location (a few minutes walk from Vauxhall station, a pub, a theatre and a city farm!), great facilities (each suite has its own kitchen but don't miss the breakfast spread downstairs) and really friendly staff, who you can challenge to a game of ping pong of an evening!

Rooms are gorgeous, they look to be recently renovated. Beds are firm but that's how I like them. The only area to improve would be a deal with a local parking lot ( only street parking available) but I'm not knocking off a star because I found a street spot around the corner with no effort.

Hotel is tucked away behind train tracks next to Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. The lobby is spacious, looks inviting and trendy. The room was bigger then any other Staybridge suites I have previously visited. Large bed with sofa. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Good sized bathroom with large shower tray

Room was never cleaned on Sunday, even though we signed up for weekend housekeeping. When we called, they offered no explanation and simply stated it would have to wait until Monday. I asked for towels and they then brought up a few. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome with fantastic and the breakfast was especially great.

We had a great stay at the Staybridge suites. Rooms are spacious and clean, with great facilities in the hotel. There is even a free loaned mobile phone that you can take with you while traversing the city. Staff were friendly and there were several breakfast choices including hot and cold breakfast. It's only a short 5 minute walk to Vauxhall station which will take you straight in to the city. Overall great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for an extended period. Can't fault the place. Good rooms, mine was a studio room with cooking facilities plus a dishwasher. Room service is excellent and of you need anything the reception staff are only too willing to help. Excellent breakfast which caters for all; full English to pancakes and maple syrup. Hazel is one of the breakfast 'hosts' and was brilliant. All the staff are friendly and the head manager is friendly, open and very approachable. If I come to London again I will stay there.

One of the nicest hotel experiences we have had. The desk was extremely attentive and kind. Room was very spacious and clean. They have a complimentary mobile for free calling to certain (very useful) areas. Also you can do laundry for free. The breakfast was good and the happy hour they hold was quite nice. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I recently spent a week at the Staybridge and were quite pleased. We selected the Staybridge based on the competitive rates and it's location near the river and the Underground. The free breakfast each morning and the free mobile phone (unlimited internet plus free calls back to the states during our stay) were a bonus. The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quite. The staff was always attentive and friendly.

The staff at this hotel are extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived in London early from an overnight flight. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the hotel and to check back in later when the room was ready; the staff was kind enough to find a room that was ready for us allow us to check in early... at 9:30am! And we were invited to eat a very hearty English breakfast to boot. What a great way to start our trip in London. Rooms so far have been excellent. The only gripe I would have is that the shower doesn't have a door.

It's marketed as a 'home from home' and it really is. In fact, it's probably nicer than most folks home!! Clean, tidy, modern. Little kitchenette is handy for longer stays. Not a great location for City (square mile) folk (30+ minutes on public transport), but great for tourists (Vauxhall station less than 10 min walk). Lovely continental and buffet hot breakfast. And finally a very friendly resident labradoodle...

Great place to stay, for long term especially. They provide a full fledged kitchen, press in the room. Free laundry machines. Helpful and smiling staff. Right in middle of London - Close to many places to see/work. Social evening Tuesday to Thursday where onee day they try something special. And daily rental rates are lower than centrally located London hotels of this standard - as per my search.
