Great service and hotel that actually listens to customers requests. They offer dinner 3 nights a week, but only have one option. They serve cookies and coffee through the day. Allow pets with deposit. No issues at all. Rooms have too much furniture in them. I would recommend setting up prior to arrival.

Your first thought pulling into the area is, Wow, there are a lot of hotels, BUT!!! as soon as you park and walk into the front door you know this is not just a hotel, it is a RETREAT! Let me say, not only was the entryway inviting and made you wonder what was around the corner, but the 3 young adults waiting to greet you at the from desk were pleasant and full of enthusiasm. They let me know all that the hotel had to offer, you know what you see on the internet, kitchen, gym, pool, breakfast etc..Then they said complimentary Chicken Fajitas for 2 hours that night and a happy hour with billiard table and a TV for a family to have fun, that wasn't in the fine writing. BONUS! We were on the 3rd floor, I had only made a reservation for one night for a medical appointment and after one of the better nights of sleep in a long time I regret not staying longer. Outside our bedroom window they also had a basketball court. You would never have to leave the property. This is one "Destination Getaway" right down the street!

Air conditioning was cold, which I appreciate. Good shower with excellent soap and shampoo. Room has adequate room for a couple people. WiFi code I was given did not work. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, though. Worth a stay.

Amazing room with bountiful amenities. Breakfast was solid and Ryan was extremely helpful getting us checked in at a very late hour. We traveled from Yellowstone and found it a very welcoming hotel. The beds were comfy, the rooms were immaculate (yes, rooms! It had a kitchen, living room and bedroom with French doors), and the appliances were available if needed. Probably one of the nest hotel experiences I have had.

Stayed here for a rugby tournament. Great place to accommodate a lot of Ruggers. It was somewhat of a homie feeling being in the rooms. I’ve never been to a hotel like this before. The breakfast was the best part of the whole deal. It didn’t end so early in the morning like every other hotel we stayed at. Perks to Staybridge Suites for having their breakfast end later in the morning! 100% will stay here again next rugby tournament.

The service here is incomparable and this is the best hotel in Missoula. Our family had trouble with a last minute cancellation from the TownPlace Suites. Hailey Little and Tiffany McCluskey worked hard to make sure our family was welcomed and had a comfortable, and amazing place to sleep. I 100% recommend this hotel for the hospitality and commitment to customer service that Staybridge offers.

A really nice hotel in a convenient location in Missoula. The room we stayed in was a really good size and nicely furnished. The complimentary breakfast was really nice too and all of the staff we dealt with were really friendly. The only downside to our stay was that the pool was much smaller than expected. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. All in all a great stay. We will definitely return the next time we're in Missoula.

Really solid hotel with great rates. Pool is small and breakfast is "ok" but the rooms are great, especially if you're traveling with a few extra humans (or dogs). I would stay here again.

Clean room with kitchenette. All the necessities to prepare meals including storage containers for anything going in the full size fridge. Pool was small but clean! Great breakfast options for a hotel! May be my new landing spot for the Missoula area!

Rooms are nice. Pictures of pool are deceiving. It's smallest indoor pool I've ever seen at a hotel. Friendly staff and love the pool table.

Would give this place 4 stars but the pool was really tiny and jam packed . Other than that loved this, great place to stay, gave us a discount for government Id. Loved the separate bedroom and kitchen area.
Will definitely recommend and go back.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds for our family of 4 and got 1 queen and fold out sofa. They couldn't move us and we received a small discount for our inconvenience. Found out same happened to our friends just a week before. Will not stay there again nor recommend to others.

We stayed here two nights on a vacation trip. It is better than any chain hotel we've stayed in. There are more thoughtful touches here than almost anywhere. Everything about it was excellent. Highly recommended.

Stay bridge is a quite home like location. I have been coming here since they opened and it never fails me.
I have stayed in 95% of the hotels/ motels in Missoula and nothing beats the Stay bridge.
If my business travels weren't booked by my Corp office I'd stay here every time.

The staff is very friendly. Everything is clean and modern and fresh. The layout of the room is cozy (except you can't get around one bed because it's up against a wall). There are nice little personal touches. The furniture looks nice but it's incredibly uncomfortable. The bed is so hard :( The buffet was probably the best hotel buffet we've been to. The location is close to everything but still nice and quiet. I just wish the bed didn't leave little bruises on my hips!

9

The rooms are nice and updated, and I love the kitchenette area and that more than breakfast is included in the stay on some of the days. The only thing that I have a small complaint about is the noise filters through the walls pretty easily. But, hey, it'd a hotel.

The Staybridge is by far the nicest place to stay while in Missoula. The Suites are a home away from home. The breakfast is an excellent added value. The staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. The BBQs out back are super handy when you don't want to eat out. Close to I90 and surrounded by many great restaurants!

I loved everything about the room. The breakfast area looked great (I didnt have time to eat). The pool is small, and on the chilly side (I tried swimming, too cold). There is a billiards table, and outside 1/2 A basket ball court. Without my kids, I loved it!

10

Very clean and the rooms are very large. The breakfast is awesome too. Definitely way better than your typical bowl of mushy fruit and cold cereal. We're talking french toast, eggs, sausage, and much more. I'd say the only thing that was a bummer was the pool and that had more to do with the room acoustics and less with the pool. If there are a bunch of kids in the pool you'd better bring ear plugs because it echos and gets incredibly loud. The pool is a bit small but overall this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay in Missoula.

8

Very nice rooms with great amenities. The pullout bed wasn't comfortable but that's probably typical everywhere. Close access to I-90, can be downtown in 5 minutes. Service was satisfactory. The employees at the front desk, while not overly pleasent by any stretch, did answer questions and performed professionally. Housekeeping staff was very kind and obliged to work with my schedule. A great place. The only drawbacks I would change is later/more flexible pool hours as I'm never usually in until late, also I they got rid of the theater, which was unique and something I looked forward to.

Stayed here for two nights for work. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great! My only request is to close off the Gym area from the laundry room. Its difficult to work out with such a strong smell of laundry detergent. Overall I loved this place and wold recommend it to anyone staying in Missoula. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast isn't too bad.

8

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and it was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that our coffee pot carafe's handle was barely holding on and it made the machine stop dripping coffee in the middle of a brew. We traveled with a toddler and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I stayed here 6 years ago and was back in town and knew that it was where I wanted to stay again. The place still looks brand new and has tons of space in the rooms. They have lots of extras like pool table, free breakfast and dinner with drink machines, and a pool. I will always stay here when I'm in town.

The rooms came equipped with plenty of room and a small kitchen. We had two rooms and were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the rooms were. The continental breakfast was delicious with accommodating hours. We didn't get to use that pool or fitness center but both looked well taken care of. Would recommend this hotel to others.

It was very nice. We stayed in a room with a mini kitchen that was nicely appointed. Having a door between the main room and sleeping room with seperate tvs was nice as we had a guest sleep over. She said the couch bed wasn't super comfortable, but are they ever? The main bed was nice and roomy and more comfortable than most. All and all a good night's sleep.
