We stayed at the Staybridge the night of our wedding. The king size bedroom we reserved was very nice, and the continental breakfast provided was good. There were a number of things that we did not like however. First, the parking was not good. We had to drive around and park at the back of the hotel, and then walk around to the front on very tired feet.. (it was our wedding, we had been on our feet all day and dancing all night). Then, the service at the front desk was not fast. We waited at the front desk for someone to come both when we checked in and when we checked out. The room was very nice, but the garbage had not been emptied from the previous person, and the pillows were all very firm. As a back sleeper, I couldn't use any of the pillows in the room because they were so firm. My husband is a side sleeper and was fine though. The only other thing that was a little sad was that there is no room service, so we couldn't order breakfast in bed. I suppose we should have known that from the website or something, it just came as a surprise to us. Overall though the stay was fine and the location was convenient and the room was nice.

Awesome facility! I love the suites. So nice when I have to be away from home for a couple of days. Well worth the price for all the amenities. Late night check in is an issue they need to work on.

Great service! I had accidently booked at a different Staybridge, and the hotel was nearly all booked when I arrived, to my dismay. The staff and management were able to accommodate my, last minute, pricing needs and gave me a great room! Really saved me from a headache of finding somewhere else to stay. Room was great!

This wonderful suites are across from a mall and close to gas stations and restaurants as well. They offer breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Wednesday. I personally love that they have an indoor pool and hot tub. All doors are handicap accessible and pets are welcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am disabled and require the use of a cane and sometimes a wheelchair and I am impressed with how many of the staff has helped me carry things to my room, open doors for me, help me carry drinks, ect. We will definitely use this same location on future visits. If you're visiting the area I recommend staying at this Staybridge Suites.

This is my first choice for somewhere to stay in the cities if I'll be there a couple days. Nice big suites, able to stretch out and get some breathing room from your companion.

Nice place to stay, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, there is a small kitchenette in each room as well. They just small social gatherings on Mon-Fri evenings with a complimentary alcoholic drink and food. There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby within walking distance. If you are commuting down to OSI, is very easy to get there with little traffic (about a 20 minute drive).

Very nice rooms with plenty of amenities. My kids loved the pool (and I liked the hotub) and basketball courts. There's a courtyard with a fireplace and grills for cooking on. Only downside was how far we had to walk around to get anywhere.

Great place to stay. Wonderful court yard with bbq's, seating areas, mini basket ball court. Great indoor pool with hot tub. Rooms have kitchenette with all supplied dishes and cooking utensils. Fantastic longer term stay facilities. Perfect for children and families. Strict but friendly quite time policies with full time patrolling security, roaming the halls and area. Everyone gets a good night's sleep while still being allowed to family party! Top notch. Highly recommended. Great breakfasts included.

The Staybridge Suites of Maple Grove was a great place to stay. We were with a group staying for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room to congregate and had a good breakfast the next morning. All employees were great to work with and the kids had a good time in the pool.

I was delivering food to the place. The person wasnt in their room, so i went downstairs and talked to the person at the desk. Was a very nice person who remembered right away if there was dungeons in that room and helped me find them.

Great place. Clean room, clean looking lobby/eating area. Friendly staff. Easily best hotel for the price. Better than more expensive places around the area. Bed is nice. Bathroom's nice. Smells great. The smell usually kills it for me in most hotels. Recommend for everyone.

Absolutely fantastic mid-tier hotel. I have stayed in A LOT of hotels and I can say that hands down, this is the very best mid-tier hotel I have ever stayed in. The property is brand new this year (2015), so that obviously helps with the general newness, furniture and fixtures and staff that hasn't been burned out, but there were a few unique features that set this property (and I assume all franchisees of this relatively small hotel flag) apart:

1. RFID keys - if you have never stayed at a hotel with this system, it involves waving your key or wallet with key inside in front of the door lock to open it. It may seem like a small thing vs. swiping a key card, but once you use it, the older system will look primitive. It is akin to a vehicle that has the key sensor vs. turning an fashioned key.

2. Actual, HD DirecTV in rooms - in almost every hotel from Motel 6 to Ritz Carlton, upon turning on the TV, you are greeted with some awful, low resolution interface and must use some convoluted remote to navigate to the few, usually standard definition channels that hotel actually provides. Not here; the hotel provides an actual, high definition DirecTV receiver in each room with the actual DirecTV remote, giving you full access to all the channels without any proprietary hotel silliness. Yes, you forgo the on demand movies and hotel "features" such as self-checkout, but does anyone really still use those things in 2015? I can at least speak for myself and say it was a willing sacrifice.

Of course you will find all of the standard amenities; pool/hot tub, breakfast, business center but the unique touches and overall cleanliness and "new hotel smell" of the property really put it over the top.

Room was great. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rate was reasonable for the quality of the room (Friday-Saturday).

If you stay elsewhere when you could stay here doesn't make sense.
