We stayed 8 days and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was perfect, nice size and very clean. Everyone working there, that we came in contact with, was friendly, helpful and professional.( front desk, in the dinning area, and those that cared for our room.) We will return next time we are in the area.

The nicest and most affordable suite you can find around the area. Their rooms are very clean, the complementary breakfast is good, and they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place. Kitchen in the rooms is small but it makes due.
The curtains make a pitch black room for sleeping even in the day time which I loved.
The spa was a nice place to relax , the indoor pool was good as well ; just wish the pool water was a little warmer.
Breakfast was on the mediocre side for a hotel; thankfully there was a waffle maker.
They do have a noise policy & no party policy.
Very nice Den with books and computers for business.
Near by a lot of local shopping and restaurants

Spacious rooms. Great staff. Ive been staying there for years and it's as clean as it was day one. Good gym and pool. Breakfast is above average. They also have happy hour snacks a few times a week. If you are staying extended stay, look no further.

Friendly service. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was pretty good. Wanted scrambled eggs but they made them yesterday so i missed out. I've stayed in other places where eggs were served everyday, it wasnt a big deal, plenty of other stuff to choose from. The "in room" kitchenette, which we didnt use, had more apliances than my apartment....a dishwasher? A full size fridge with freezer that makes ice ? Not to mention dishes in the cabinets, this place has all the "bells and whistles". Will consider this place next time if we plan a longer stay ! Love their style of "do not disturb" door tags.

Was slightly disappointed that dinner was supposed to be chicken wings but it was actually boneless wings. Room was a bit small & bathroom door was too big.

It was a good stay. The rooms are big, and have built-in kitchens. However, there are only rooms with queen beds and pull-outs, no twin beds. Also, most of the towels were in a pile the shower, still partially-wet. Still, not a bad stay.

There's no bar.

There's no real catering.

It's not that sort of hotel.

What it does have are clean rooms and pleasant staff.

Breakfast is cereal, some fruit or yogurt, toast/muffin/bagel, random egg dish and random meat. Plenty of coffee.

The gym is 2 running machines, a cross trainer and weights. There's also a small pool.

There's a sports bar a short walk down the road. Try The Longhorn Steakhouse as well. That's good.

Don't try the Indian restaurant nearby. Utter pile of pants.

Uber can be temperamental but reasonable price, local cab firms are unreliable and charge between $12 and $20 to get to New Brunswick depending on how much they fancy cheating you for this time.

We have stayed at Staybridge for 2 years in a row for an event. We love it!!! Free breakfast is as good as I can make at home with a huge variety. Rooms are huge. Kitchenette is missing an oven but who needs one. They have everything you need. They definitely had the cost conscience consumer in mind when they designed these rooms and the amenities. We will always stay at Staybridge if there is one available. Oh, did I mention the coffee bar with Wolfgang Puck coffee that is open 24hrs!!!

Room was way too hot when we arrived (late July) but cooled down within an hour. Comfortable bed, large room, no frills. Alarm issue in middle of night, probably originated in a kitchenette.

This was my home away from home for a year. I was displaced due to a fire. A friend of mine suggested I take a look at Staybridge Suites and I’m glad I did. I was greeted warmly, given a tour and shown a couple of rooms – studio and one bedroom and knew this was place to stay. There are plenty of hotels and extended stays along the Route 1 corridor, but I felt no need to look any further.
It was clean, the fixtures and furnishing were relatively new, and it had in indoor pool, hot tub, and small gym. They provide complimentary self-serve laundry facilities, breakfast daily and light dinner 3 times a week with freshly baked chocolate cookies. (I don’t know what I liked more the cookies or the slimming mirror in my room…) When the weather gets warm, they have a weekly BBQ outside on the back patio.
It’s adjacent to a strip mall that has a fantastic Indian restaurant called Guru Palace. There are quite a few places to eat within walking distance.
The staff – general manager, front desk reception, housekeeping, onsite technician, the dining servers, and whoever else I’m forgetting to include – are all wonderful. They’re a friendly, accommodating group.
I use to love walking in at the end of the day and being greeted by a smile, the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking and a lemony scent of the place just being cleaned.

I am still currently staying here and this place is amazing for the value. I love all these people trashing it when they clearly have no idea what they are talking about. "Had a reservation through a third party even manager and they didn't honor it". Ever think your event manager didn't make the reservation properly hahaha. And i'm pretty sure they wouldnt hang up on you on purpose lady oh lord. "I screamed into the phone to make sure they could hear me!" I love this stuff. You guys need to xanex.

Poor service was my problem here. I had a reservation, through a third-party event manager, at this hotel and the hotel staff wouldn't honor it. Worse yet, they didn't even have the room I had reserved available!

I can understand how third-party reservations can go awry but my biggest complaint is that the staff here treated me as if I was either a cheat or a liar, or both, despite that I was able to show them my reservation number, reserved room type, and other personally identifiable materials with their own hotel's name on it. They still seemed to think I was in the wrong somehow and treated me like a sub-human while I was just looking for a couple beds for my family to sleep in for the night.

Instead of receiving the suite that I had reserved for my family (including three children) I had to fight to get them to offer me (at nearly double my reserved price) a single Queen bed room -- we accepted the room, because we had to... my kids had to sleep on the floor.

I don't believe the people here intended to cheat me out of my room, but they likely over-booked and wouldn't admit that to me. Most importantly, there was no need for them to call me a liar and treat me as poorly as they did, especially given that I had evidence of my reservation, especially while my wife and 3 children waited sleepily in the car for a place to rest.

I had a reservation and all I cared about was having that reservation honored, but instead they treated me like a criminal. That was their choice. My choice will be to never visit this hotel.chain again.
