The hotel has wonderful curb appeal but looks a bit worn around the edges on the inside (damaged walls, broken switch plates, tattered sheets, etc). The breakfast and dinner provided is a great plus and one of the reasons I chose this hotel, although breakfast was not available my first day due to a staff family issue. The pool was acceptable but was perhaps not well filtered as the water seemed murky. An adjacent room had a alarm clock going off from midnight till 3-4AM which made it difficult to sleep though. This hotel is a good fit for those with family traveling; however this would not be my first choice if I was traveling alone.

The service is excellent. The comfort of the rooms is perfect. Complete kitchen for those who have children. You feel at home. A place to have a good time. I recommend it.

The hotel was very spacious. The breakfast was top notch. We overnighted on a Sunday and checked out on Monday so we didn't get any dinner. We stayed in a suite which did not have a king-sized bed as advertised but the staff was very gracious and we received a discount. The hotel has a gym, basketball, court and laundry room. Would recommend it.

The room we had was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were asked constantly if everything was to our satisfaction. My only complaint is the pool. The water was stagnant and cloudy. When we went to look at the pool, there was a gigantic clump of hair in the middle of the pool just laying on top of the water. It wasn’t going anywhere. Because the pool was in such bad shape, we didn’t use it (and it was the only amenity we wanted).

7

Very clean and awesome staff /service. However, we were very disappointed with the fact that we were supposed to have early check in but our room was not ready for an additional hour after our promised check in time. The pool was never opened while we were staying there and it looked dirty and cloudy. The basketball court and breafast was awesome!

Tucked away, restaurants close by, indoor pool, Pavillion with grill, big spacious suites. Close to 295/95 and NJ toll road. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. They also serve a hot and cold breakfast as well as dinner a huge plus!

First of all, the hotel itself is in a great location, Walmart is practically within walking distance so you can easily pick up anything you need or forgot for the family. Its is a quiet good neighborhood so you don't have to worry about your car while you sleep. The hotel itself is fairly new and in good condition inside and out. The free breakfast was typical for a hotel chain, but they also serve dinners some evenings, this was nothing to write home about but GREAT for the kids. Room service made our beds, replaced our towels, and even put our dishes in the dishwasher while we were out. The 2BR suite was great for me and my family of 5.

Overall a good stay and experience, but the beds weren't made even though it said they would do mild house keeping, which included bed and replacing of towels.

Employees-friendly. Room- just ok. Some partial renovation, but still some signs of wear and tear. Broken light fixture in my bathroom. Bed not very soft. Common areas are nice and the free breakfast and dinner are a nice touch. Overall would stay again.

Nice rooms and a decent fitness center, but literally one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. Hot breakfast was mediocre at best, but included so can’t complain.

I actually really love this hotel! We stayed here Bc priceline had to relocate us. We were suppose to stay at the Knights inn up the street they were over booked (Thank God). Everything was perfect from the receptionist to the room. Our room had a a king with a pull out a small kitchen microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom shower was stand in (hot water stayed on for awhile) everything was clean. I wish I took pictures but I would love to stay there again.

Comfortable rooms, great amenities. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature, breakfast selection was excellent, and evening meals (M-F) are always a nice touch. The renovations were executed in such a way that there was very minimal impact on the overall experience, which is very commendable. I have stayed in many hotels during renovations and this was definitely one of the least disruptive I have experienced. Great staff and very friendly service from everyone involved.

Definitely one of if not the nicest lodging in the area. Nobody comes close to the hospitality and comfort at Staybridge Suites. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking in the Mt. Laurel area! A big thank you to Yaz, Domingo and Damien

This hotel was a tad bit off the beaten path compared to the many other hotels in the area but it was clean and reasonably priced. I stayed for 2 nights for a wedding that was approximately 30 minutes away. My room was never serviced as I was keeping odd hours. The room worked out well for me except that the front desk did not set the correct check out date on my key and I was locked out of my room after 12pm the next day. Since it was during normal business hours I was able to get it taken care of easily. Breakfast and coffee was fine.

My stay was awesome. The rooms were clean, felt like home too with all the stove, ceramic plates, all the utensils you need and a refrigerator. There was an electric kettle with tea bags and creamer at your disposal. The bed was clean, comfortable and sleep inducing. The only one thing I thought was worth complaining about was the elevator. It was annoyingly slow. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

accommodations are nice, friendly staff and easy to navigate to. The room layouts are nice as well. The bathroom was engineered down to the square inch, as there is just enough clearance for the door to close without hitting the front of the stall.

6

Decent price and reasonable accommodations. As is typical for this category of hotel, there was a free breakfast buffet and Mon thru Weds dinner. Only complaint is that there was no alcohol to be found. A lot of places offer beer and wine with the cocktail hour, but even if I wanted to purchase it, it wasn't sold. But the rooms were large and well appointed.

This cleaning staff lacks integrity. They consistently do not vacuum the room. They always forget to replace something (towels, soap, dish detergent). During my stay here ants started showing up from a lack of vacuuming. They handed me a can of ant spray to use and said good luck. This facility needs better staffing. Period!

From the outside the place doesn't look as big as it is. I was surprised to look out my window and see a tennis court and pool. Our room had two bed rooms and and a pull out which was perfect for the lot of us. However when we asked for an extra blanket we were told there wasn't any...?
Still I enjoyed it, and breakfast was tasty.

Overall place was nice. My complaint is that we booked rooms on a Fourth of July holiday and the pool is down for maintenance. Why didn't that get taken care of before before the holiday. Tons of families came ready to have a good time in the pool. The look of disappointment on everyone's face. Here we are the next day and still the pool is down. Waiting for inspector to come and check the water. Worst part is that we didn't even get any kind of head's up. We booked the stay because of the pool. I could have invested my $296.00 at a water park. So my advice to anyone planning on staying for the convenience of the room and pool combination. Ask before checking in if the pool is down for maintenance.

7

We had a great room with a kitchen and pullout sofa bed which was perfect for our family of 5. There was a nice breakfast layout and options. We enjoyed the pool although slightly dirty with hair and such both days we went. The little courtyard in the back is an added bonus along with the basketball courts and small fitness room. The room itself had some minor defects like a rip in the couch, broken pullout bed, and stained bed skirt...but overall decent place to stay. However, it seemed a little expensive to stay for a night.

The room was nice and the hotel seemed nice. The pool was in horrible shape which was very disappointing. They claim on their website that the pool is salt water. When we walked in the chlorine was so strong we stayed for all of 5 minutes. Also the water was only about half full. We were looking forward to spending time in the pool with our 4 year old.

I easily wanted to give this hotel a 5 stars until my encounter with John (If that's his name, heavy set guy at the front desk). He was so rude and snappy, I couldn't even get assistance at the front desk he was too busy sitting in the bck office and irritated I suppose to have to come to the front! He came being rude and hostile. On a bright side this property is very family friendly and the one bedroom is a plus. My check in process was so nice Stephane at the front desk was so pleasant and knowable!

Stayed here for several night thanks to travel with work. I got the King room and it came with a kitchenette. Plenty of room and clean. The only downside is the bed is a little soft. Plenty of choices for breakfast, not just carbs. During the week the hotel is quiet, but during the 2 weekends I was staying there were several sport teams with youth that are loud. The breakfast during the weekend is very crowded.

It is in a prime location. You will be warmly greeted by a friendly, outgoing staff. It's all suites, 1 and 2 bedroom. Rhett are like apartments! Full kitchens, full size refrigerators. There is a full hot breakfast buffet included so you won't have to cook breakfast in the room if you don't want to. Plus they serve dinner a few times a week as well. Basketball court outside and an indoor swimming pool are fantastic. There is a workout room and complimentary laundry machines. What s not to love? Again, the staff was gracious and more than accommodating. I will be staying anytime I'm in the area.

Nice room. The two bedroom is laid out optimally for a family with kids - the rooms are separated by the living room. Water pressure in the shower isn't great, breakfast is free (quality is about what you'd expect)

The room was nice. The hotel itself was clean and fairly comfortable. My biggest complaint was the other guests. Children were running up and down the halls by themselves as late as midnight. Plenty of guests went past our room seemingly laughing and talking as humanly possible.

Due to a business meeting in the area, I booked a two room suite for several days. The room included a large fridge, cooking area, and kitchen sink. In addition to being very clean, the rooms smelled fresh and had plenty of sitting areas and space. Will definitely book again when I am in the area.

We booked about 25 rooms for a wedding. The rooms were nice and well kept. The staff was nice and cpirteous when making arrangements, but the night staff was not so nice. We were told we could use the common area after the wedding to socialize, but upon arrival after the wedding the bride and groom were told that after 8pm is "quiet time" and if we make any noise we would be asked to leave. Needless to say, that is not the way to greet newlyweds after their wedding.

The front desk was super courteous and friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious. My only problem was the light switches for the bedrooms didnt work, so had to turn on desk lamps. Breakfast isnt the greatest, but there were lots of varieties. I'll still stay and recommend the place.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with one room that had 2 double beds and the other a King. There were 2 bathrooms and a living room and a kitchenette. We stated overnight for a teen girl's slumber party. It was clean and worked well. I would stay there again.

While the overnight attendant leaves much to be desired. It didn't take anything away from the amazing service offered by the rest of the staff. It was a bit odd that the night attendant threatened to charge me and my friends more money if we did not leave the patio area. He also opened the lobby bathroom while one of us were using it. All and all it was an odd situation. I can only assume the guy was having a bad night and figured he would take it out on us. Again tho outside of those very isolated instances this place was great.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. For two reasons I would not give this hotel five stars. On the second day housekeeping didn't show up to clean the room until after 6:30 pm. In the middle of the night the refrigerator started making a monstrous noise that woke up everyone. The suspense ended in about 45 minutes! Stay away from Room 312.

I stayed with my husband and two kids. We had a king suite and oh these reviews are so true. The staff truly do go above and beyond to make you comfortable and the suite was very clean (im a stickler for this with my children) and we had a peaceful quiet night..we plan on making this our hotel when we come out again as we have the year membership to Sahara Sam's!!
