Staybridge Suites looked presentable on the outside as well as the inside. Check-in was quick and easy. Finding my room was no problem at all. And the room was Top Notch. Why if I was good. Overall experience there was a great one. I would stay there again.

Night employee could have been more accomodating during check-in. He acted as if I may have been some sort of fraud. Of course I.pass3d every test he threw at me. Not the type of service I expect while paying these prices. The rest of the crew was wonderful, the rooms were great...especially the kitchenette. Wish the bathrooms were bigger. Overall loved the place.

The rooms here are excellent in terms of cleanliness and feel. I feel like I'm at home and can easily get what I need from the hotel staff. Their pantry selection for sweets isn't as extensive as the other Staybridge suites, but is still great. The location of the hotel is also great being a bit off the highway that you cant hesr any noise, but is only a couple hundred feet from it.

I love Staybridge. The food is always great, especially the waffles in the morning. They also have a great selection of snacks in their mini store. It’s a little pricey though like 25 dollars for a box of heath Klondike bars. (They we’re worth it though)

Excellent location! There was also an LA FITNESS in front of the hotel which was perfect! It was close to everything. The central market right behind us was amazing!!! They had some good varieties for breakfast ( even delicious peaches) The room was ample enough space for my colleagues and me. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice hotel, but has been starting to show its age as newer hotels are being built around it. Luckily, they have just been through a refurbishment and the rooms are looking fresh and modern. Breakfast is always nice and refreshing, but sometimes it is hard to find a seat in the breakfast area and you are forced to take the food back to your room.

I wanna give special thanks to the kitchen lady's, who work hard to have us a delicious breakfast everyday, I also wake up early for my job so I know what it means, make that effort in the morning, my gratitude to them!

The hotel is amazing! Super clean and comfy at a great price. The man that greeted us at the front desk, Patrick, was extremely considerate of our needs. He even pushed our checkout time because we checked in at two in the morning and needed the sleep. After a long day on the road, Patrick was a sight for sore eyes. Super friendly and accommodating. The stay is worth it for him alone!

Nice hotel but we had some concerns, elevator was broken for three days and we were on the top floor, breakfast was bland and want very fresh. The room was clean, but the fixtures were dirty and needed serviced. Hostess was nice, but for the price, I expected more.

I will never stay anywhere else when I have to go to that area. The staff there was the best I had ever dealt with. Especially the manager Rebecca. She was very helpful. Very nice area. I felt very comfortable since it was my first time traveling to a big city alone. The little kitchens are perfect. There is also a very nice grocery store within walking distance. Loved it!

Great location. We stayed there for almost 2 months and enjoyed the free breakfast and dinners on select days of the week. Their dinner menu has a great selection compared to the other stay bridge and suites that we've stayed at. Their elevator is always breaking down though and most of the staff don't speak a word of English. Very friendly people. I wish management could teach some English words to the house keepers on the basic stuffs that guests use such as coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap. ..etc. I literally had to dig for things on their cleaning cart whenever they came in to clean. And if you're not in the room when they come in, they may not do everything they're supposed to do such as complete bed change on the days that you're supposed to have them done. Other than that, the location and price are perfect.

Pretty solid experience. Prices dropped considerably from original booking until the day of - I actually rebooked twice and saved over $400 on a 4 day stay. Room itself was nicely appointed.

We stayed here for 3 weeks. Love the staff, everyone was super nice and friendly. Pretty good food! The reason I give 3 stars that my husband car got broke in this Monday and it was parked in front of the hotel. His radio was stolen and back pack with mac laptop and beats audio pro, also they broke his lock. And hotel don't have cameras in the front! The reason we stayed in this hotel because we thought it's a safe area! Hotel didn't even offer to cover our deductible! Also our room always smelled, we just move in to another good smelling hotel and our clothes smell so bad that we need to do laundry on clean clothes again! Our pull out sofa was broken as well. But I could close my eyes on those little things and stay there for 3,5 more months while our house remodeling but I didn't feel safe anymore there!!!

I am staying but not paying. My employer put me up here for four weeks. Staybridge is very impressive for an extended stay, pet friendly, well staffed hotel. Classic selfserve breakfast bar with do it yourself hot Belgium waffles every day. In the evening on Mondays through Wednesdays there a supper social. The menu changes but always include a good salad mixture. The staff was friendly and helpful. The is a great dog park if you have a dog to walk. Well run establishment. Well light and maintained. Check out their website.

It was a very nice and clean room, staff was helpful and polite, I will most likely stay again. The only thing I would do is ask if the elevator is working. I don't know if it was broke or if it was being updated but going up the stairs was a little hard on my father's knees given his age.

Nice clean spacious queen studio suite rooms. Good amount of utensils, plates, glasses, etc.; everything you'd need for a longer term stay already stocked in the room. They were in the middle of renovating and the elevator was broken, but the staff made the effort to call ahead of time to inform me of the possible inconvenience and see if I wanted to change my reservation to another location. Regardless, they were able to put me in a first floor room, so the elevator was a non-issue. Still appreciate the call ahead of time about the possible issues versus finding out about them at check in.

Stayed here August 23, 2017. They have a contract with Medical City Plano, which is 1.6 miles away, they offer discounted rates. The hotel is an extended stay type. It is very clean and well kept. They have a really nice indoor pool and hot tub, big for a hotel. They have tennis courts and a grill and BBQ area. Landscape is peaceful and quiet, right in the middle of the city. We got a suite with kitchen and living area. The people are super nice and accommodating. They have nice breakfast buffet, there were eggs, sausage, waffle maker, fresh whipped cream and strawberry puree for the waffles. Fruit, breads, pastries. They have a soda machine that's on all the time. Breakfast pizza, fruit juice and 3 different kinds of coffee. In the evening they have a social with a dinner buffet. We had hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. They also serve free beer and wine with the dinner buffet. Very nice treat. It's easy to make do with the free food and helps cut costs a lot. Good parking area, safe good location. A little hard to find, behind LA Fitness and separated by a fence from Central Market. Very nice stay. Would def stay again!

Our quiet second floor room had a surprisingly spacious living room with a separate 1 bedroom queen. Perfect for a family gathering, group movie/game viewing or championship charades. This hotel is adjacent to Central Market via a grassy stroll of 500 ysrds. Adventure Land mini golf, batting cages and go karts is a 1/2 mile away. An indoor pool, fitness room, free laundry, bamboo-surrounded patio and delicious breakfast choices provide excellent relaxation. I will stay at this Staybridge again when in the area.

A nice hotel with nice staff. There are some different, sometimes, unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. It could use a bit of work as our room has a lot of worn areas and a bathroom door that doesn't want to shut or open without force.

The room was like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, literally! Beds were sooo comfortable. The clerk at front desk was polite and efficient. Checked us in very quickly. The buffet style breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, hash brown potatoes, waffle maker with strawberries n whip cream for topping, fruits, yogurt, etc. First time I have ever come across 2 breakfast hostesses, which allowed the buffet bar to remain full and fresh. My kids enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub along with the basketball court. Would definitely recommend this stay and will be back on the return trip.

The rooms always smelled good and I got to enjoy their pool area which luckily for me was completely empty. They provided towels and such which was also nice. In the room (I had doubles) I thought one of the beds was way too close to the bathroom. It left such a tiny space between it and the wall. That was the only thing I felt was a little awkward.

Really cozy place to stay. The rooms are really nice comes with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, a microwave where you're able to cook two things at once THAT was awesome. The bed was sooooooo comfortable I didn't want to leave it and so were the pillows. The bath tub was a really nice size as well. The breakfast options were the best my daughter and I enjoyed it. My daughter LOVED the indoor pool she didn't want to come out. I would totally go back and stay again. The view wasn't very good all we saw were apartments and the view of the basketball court. Besides that it was great!

Well located, it has a BBQ area, a pool and small basketball court. Rooms are self catering and large. Around the corner is a fabulous market if you want to buy foods there and cook yourself a meal etc. Breakfast is not up to European standards but it's enough to get you to lunch.

Clean rooms and housekeeping was friendly, always have fresh towels. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff pulling the food from the bar as people were still trying to eat. It made more sense to me to allow the guests to eat whatever was left on the bar after closing, than to pick everything up while people were still eating. I found that to be rude, but I guess they were ready to finish up.

The rooms are clean & most of the staff is nice. There are little things broken that are bothersome like, my bathroom sink drips on the floor & the bathroom door is a 'hidden door' it is suppose to slide into wall and stay open but it keeps sliding itself back closed. The cleaning staff doesn't speak or understand English all that well so it is difficult to communicate with them. I asked for an HBO tv listing booklet and they gave me a list of which network was on which channel.

The 2 room suite was perfect! Comfy and roomy. Our bathroom light was burnt out but they quickly sent someone up to fix it. The indoor pool was great. My only complaint is that breakfast started at 7:30 (an hour later than weekdays) and the ladies setting up were not willing to let us grab something on our way out. We had a volleyball tournament to be at and the girl's needed breakfast which is why we choose staybridge over the other suites nearby. The lady at the desk said we could grab a muffin and walked back there while we grabbed a muffin while we got eye rolls and under breath mumbling from the lady setting up.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights here. The lady at the front desk I asked to let me know if another room came open but she didnt. The guys stay next door to me decided at 1230am they wanted to talk on the phone in the hall way really loudly. But the people who work there can't control that. I will most definitely be come back to this staybridge.

I stayed here during training for my company for two separate weeks. I really enjoyed my stay there. I stayed in two different rooms during my stays but they were the same layout. I did have a colleague that stayed in two different layouts from my room. For our needs, the three different layouts were great.

The hotel hosted happy hour Tuesday-Thursday with a decent food option for all of those nights along with beer and wine, which I have never seen.

The staff was great. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and courteous and each day my room was very clean and organized.

The one negative was the breakfast. The hot portion of mainly consisted of fake eggs, a daily choice of either thinly sliced bacon or frozen sausage patties, and the leftover potatoes from the previous night.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I didn't take advantage of all of the amenities (basketball court and pool/hot tub). For anyone looking to stay at a hotel for a couple days, this would be a good choice on the east side of Dallas.
