Great rooms! Pets are allowed! Awesome staff! Scott and Megan are by far the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. They always go above and beyond to help with anything you ask of them. The pool and hot tub are indoors which means you don't have to deal with sunblock and sunburns. That's a huge plus when you bring your kids.

Awesome hotel, breakfast and dinner is great. Clean rooms nice beds kitchens everything you would be looking for in a room. Nice amenities, after hours little store for things you crave or might have forgot. Indoor pool and hot tub. Patio with propane grills and lots of seating.

The place is nice and simple rooms and an average American breakfast.

I kind of wish they served dinner everyday And not just on special occasions.

The woman at the reception was pissed at her job obviously and did not want to work here, everyone else was nice.

The cards that you use to enter the rooms keep on getting wiped so you gotta go to the reception often to get them authorized again.

Overall an OK experience.

Overall a decent place but could use a few improvements... suite only had one fork, no dish towels and some dust few places. Good location though with lots stores, movies & restaurants etc nearby.

They had a nice expanded continental breakfast for its guests and each room was a suite with a mini kitchen and living room. I liked that I could open the windows as the cooling system didn't even go on and none of the buttons I pressed worked. The shower floor didn't have a non-slip mat and was extremely slippery so I put a towel inside to stand on as there were no grab bars either. The indoor pool cement surrounding pool was very slippery when wet and with kids playing, it was very noisy. I prefer outdoor pools. The Jacuzzi jets weren't moveable but I took advantage of one pointed upwards which was very powerful and it literally felt like I was getting a firm backrub by a masseuse.

The hotel is across a dry creek which has a bridge to get to from a nice shopping center that features a movie theatre, restaurants, market and other shops.

My son had booked the two suites with his airline points but when he checked in, they didn't have proof of his payment and he had to contact his credit card company to straighten it out.

Nice location but the hotel could have done much better.

Reasonable place, we had to stop here since the roads over to Lake Tahoe were closed. They have a nice pool and decent breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The service was kind, quick and helpful. Rooms were as expected and well kept. My only complaint is that you could hear people opening and closing their room doors all night. But on the flip side, breakfast rocked!

This is a very old Staybridge. The suite we're in is in pretty rough shape and it needs a seriously deep clean. Google maps lists it as a "4-star hotel" Which is baffling. This is a 2.5 star at best. On a more positive note, the staff at the front desk is wonderful.

I only go here for the meeting rooms for our monthly scrapbook meetups. It's always clean. Desk staff is very helpful. Air conditioning is fantastic. The meeting room we use is small and low ceiling. Seating is comfortable.

Nice spacious and comfortable rooms. Bed with kitchen area, a couch and bathroom. Reasonably priced but we booked through a corporate rate. Close to highway so at night if your room is closer to it then you can hear traffic. Very close to a mall with nice restaurants and shopping places.

Our family had to relocate to Rocklin for a short period and it was a tough transition. The team at Staybridge in Rocklin seriously went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would like to give a special thanks and shout out to CJ, Corona, Jessica, Serena, & Scott who did their best to help with whatever they could. From day 1 to the last day of our 2 month stay, not once did we regret our decision to stay here - We are actually very glad we did. Thank you for welcoming us and please keep up the great work. We really felt at home here. A little bit of kindness went a very long way for us.

Curtains do not close all the way in the bedrooms. Only solid soap bars instead of liquid soap in rooms. The washbasin is outside of the bathroom, no option to wash hands in the same place as where the toilet is. Guests have to take care of not getting water in the carpet while using the washbasin. The free WiFi nags you with a login page before allowing guests to use it, makes them agree to terms that do not even allow browsing pornography.

Overall great hotel. Great rooms. Great service. My only complaint would be my room door. The deadbolt lock did not secure at all. Made it useless. However there was a latch lock too. The door also did not shut all the way by itself, which I left it open without knowing more than once.

I let me first start off with, I love this hotel, this was my 5th visit here. With that being said, my room was very under-cared for on this visit.

When I first arrived my room was not very clean, it looked like housekeeping did a quick check versus a whole room turn over (there was soap scum left in the shower dish, looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed and there were stains on the bed skirt!) I looked over it, hoping it'd be taken care of the following day during rounds but NO ONE cleaned my room! I called the desk and asked why my room hadn't been cleaned even though I didn't put the "do not disturb" sign up and they said they'd look into it. I asked If I could just have a bath towel and shampoo and I'd be fine until the next day. 30 minutes later housekeeping knocked on my door ready to clean and I told them I was busy, but please PLEASE clean my room the next day. The lady said, "tomorrow?" I replied, "every day", she asked "when?" and I replied, "I'm not sure when you do it... The morning? Whenever normal cleaning hours are." The rest of the trip was fine but I was baffled that it seemed irregular to clean my room. The note on the refrigerator clearly states they make the bed, change the garbages and replace dirty towels daily.

Besides that incident I'd have to say the desk staff and breakfast staff are beyond friendly and I do love the hotel itself. Very convenient to have a kitchen in the suite.

Cozy, and quiet.

The breakfast is pretty impressive, they even have a waffle maker!

Their receptionists were really nice. The convenience store inside was handy.

I've yet to check it out, but they have this social event on some week nights where they serve free wine.

Spoke with Sylvia about blocking out some rooms for my upcoming wedding. Our reservation with the previous hotel fell through due to availability and Staybridge Suites was able to honor our previous agreement. Sylvia was very sweet and quickly answered any questions we had in a professional manner. The hotel itself is very nice! The rooms are spacious, and look great! Great outdoor patio, and nice indoor pool! Can't wait for our guests to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was a bit hard to find - it sits off the main road (Lonetree) back behind the main buildings in the shopping center. Otherwise a nice property. They served a good hot breakfast. Exercise room had a bike and 2 treadmills. WiFi was free and worked well. Friendly staff. Ample free parking. Close to shopping center and resteraunts.

PROS: Clean, spacious, updated, free internet, free breakfast, free beer/wine/snacks or dinner Tuesday-Thursday, firm and comfy beds, soft fluffy linens, good pillow selection, good climate control, nice facilities, quiet rooms except for foot noise(my suite was above the cafe, shared a wall with the common area and faced the courtyard, yet I never heard anything from any of those places). CONS: Need a car - there is little in walking distance and bike rental is expensive. Also, there was so much foot noise from the suite above me that I thought my suite must be located under the gym. I went up to investigate/complain but it was just an ordinary suite housing a normal young family. Their toddlers were the typical clumsy walkers and were well behaved. The building structure somehow amplifyied their footstep noise. I would stay here again but would request a top story room.
