FIVE FIVE FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! My husband surprised me with a little birthday stay-cation and he couldn’t have chosen a much better place than this in our area. We live about 40 minutes away but used to live in this little town. I knew the hotel was equipped with kitchenettes and thought it was going to be your typical suite worn from usage. Nope! The room is very clean, the staff is so friendly, but the best part is the indoor pool! It completes the whole vacation! Folsom has grown so much since we last lived here. It’s impressive: with a great selection of restaurants to choose from and a beautiful mall to shop at, it feels like we we’re staying in a ritzy city without the traffic. We walked to Chicago Fire last night because we knew we’d be drinking...a lot! There’s also a Whole Foods right across the way so you can fill your full-size fridge with your favorite munchies. Pots and pans and all of the basic necessities are provided to cook a full meal (minus an oven). For what you get, the rates are more than fair! We will definitely be visiting again but next time, for a much longer stay! Gotta go! I’ve got a heated pool to jump in and a continental breakfast waiting for me!

Very helpful staff. Great room, very quiet. Good value. Easy to get to. Less convenient to get out of, but not too bad.

Saw a couple of roaches in the hotel rooms were really big came nicely equipped with pots pans cooking accessories and etc. Breakfast was not amazing just average tbh room cleaners didn't come to clean up neither days. Service desk was kinda slow the weekend we stayed wasn't even busy but the hotel itself was nice and new. Staff wasn't fully engaged in work unfortunately but overall cool building and accommodations.

Awesome room. Got moved to a walk in shower room after we requested it, no problems. Best breakfast for any hotel in town. Make your own mini Belgium waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, bagels, coffee, yogurt, cheese, cereal, milk, juice, soda... So much more! Fantastic family friendly, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Towel service and all the best staff!

No one at front desk when we arrived and room lock was broken when we checked in. Breakfast bar was a diappointment with few fresh options and little variety. Free reception food was awful but free beer andred)white wine was nice. With so many options in the area, I would not stay here again.

Booked online for cheap! Upgraded to suite for free. Was super nice, great lobby, great free breakfast and sometimes dinner. Sad I didn't get to try the pool... Next time!

Bring your own HDMI cable it you want to connect to the TV in the room, btw.

Great rooms with clean, nice, modern kitchenettes that were stocked with everything you could ever need. Except food. No problem. They provide a hot, full breakfast in the clubhouse in the mornings. Not those cheap (hard doughnut) fake breakfasts. Indoor pool and hot tub, and outside fire pit tables. Nice computer center with printers. Wifi. Nice bathrooms. Definately a great Hotel Chain.

Stayed at this property several years ago just after it openned. It seems to have slipped since that time. The breakfast was not what was expected and they seemed to Jeep running out of many items. The housekeeping staff was not very attentive. On the plus side it is a good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Front desk service is good, breakfast food quality has declined since our last visit. Fewer choices and skimpy amounts available. Had to ask several times for decaf coffee to be made, only one type of bagel, fake eggs etc. Suites are very nice, clean, well supplied.

The Breakfast Buffet is sad. The assortment of fresh fruit was a bowl of water Mellon. The Dark roast coffee was out. The whole buffet looked incomplete with very little selection. The very nice gentleman working there told me he was by himself and could not keep up the buffet.

I was on the 4th floor and internet was good enough to (Game) with. It never lost connection. They have a social dinner with free beer, wine and food. My room was large and clean. Good price for the area.

Beautiful rooms and decor. Pool was very refreshing in the Sacramento area heat and the location was absolutely perfect. Shopping, movies, and multiple high scale dining locations right across the road in the palladio.

Staybridge Suites is a nice place to stay in Folsom. The king size room is a decent size with plenty of space. The room has most everything you'd need for a longer stay, including a full size fridge, microwave, small stove top, dishes and utensils, a desk, a dishwasher, and a couch. You also get complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, dinner on certain nights, laundry, a gym, and a few other things. I would not be opposed to staying at Staybridge again the next time I'm in Folsom.

The room was clean and we'll layed out. The staff greeted up politely and with smiles. The hot breakfast was awesome! Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, cereal, made to order waffles, toast, freash fruit, oatmeal and tons of toppings, coffee cake, fresh brewed coffee, and fruit juices. It was a great start to the day. The pool was a little warm, but it's salt water so no red eyes after swimming!

We spent a night here during our visit to Sacramento. Overall the hotel was great. Only two minor issues: wished that the suites were a tad bit bigger, and the city is far away. Otherwise, the grounds and the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Might stay again if I have business in Folsom.

My favorite studio-style chain by far. The one bedroom suites are almost as large as (or even slightly larger than) at least two apartments I've had in NYC. Solid breakfast and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The desk was even able to get past a technical difficulty I was having with my Samsung phone while getting onto their WiFi, which I guess was a common enough problem to be on their radar. Still, they could have easily shrugged their shoulders at it and left me to panic, but instead walked me quickly and efficiently through the solution. Crisis averted - thank you.

This hotel was really nice. Room was in great condition. The complementary continental breakfast was really good and the staff was super friendly. I loved the cozy seating area with the fireplace! The only negative thing was that I kept hearing noises outside (in the parking lot) at night, like people talking and dogs barking and the road noise was annoying. The rest of the experience was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near Costco and the Palladio Mall. It has an indoor saltwater pool so you can swim year-round and there is no chlorine smell. The rooms are good sized and offer plenty of space for cooking and lounging around. There's a spacious atrium with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay with or without the family.

I went in to see if they could host a wedding reception. They did not have a room large enough to host the amount of people that are coming to the event. I DID NOT STAY at this hotel. I'm sure the rooms are nice sing it's basically a brand new hotel.

The hotel is only five months old and everything is shiny and clean. The suites have a King bed and a pullout bed. The pullout is only wide enough for one person, but that wasn't a problem for my roommate. The breakfast was good, but the orange juice tasted totally fake. The staff was very courteous and I will stay here again the next time I am in town for the Sacramento Cyclocross series.

We had the opportunity to stay in the Staybridge Suites at Folsom while doing a summer family roadtrip. We opted for the 2 bedroom suite for our family of four. By far our favorite hotel EVER!

It's brand new (only 13 days open) with fantastic contemporary decor and fully fitted kitchens including full size refrigerator. The living area was cozy with a view out into the courtyard with plenty of seating and fire pit. The rooms were large, one with a king bed and bathroom, the other with 2 queen beds and bathroom. YES... that's TWO bathrooms! Now a must with 3 girls in our family! Each room also had it's own TV as well.

On weekdays, you can go down for an evening reception and get small bites and drinks, and on busy mornings, you can grab a complimentary breakfast that has a ton of great options.

The pool area was nice, the pool warm enough to be comfortable and hot tub was comfortably hot.

Conveniently located right off the highway (but not so close I heard anything) as well as a large mall with plenty of great dining options for every budget. The area in general seems very upscale and new.

We were disappointed our stay was just one night and we couldn't get back again during our trip but it is definitely our must go to hotel whenever we pass through.
