I had to make several booking changes for my company's reservations, and everytime, the employees were very helpful and patient. The stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting us any time they saw us in the lobby or a hallway. The room was nice, very clean, and comfortably sized for the price. The only problem we had during the stay was the fold out bed was broken and the kids had to sleep at an angle. Access to the River Walk was less than a mile, the main parking garage for the Walk and mall is on the same street. Access to the Alamo Dome was even better, the parking lot for the hotel is adjacent to the main entrance to the stadium. A 5 minute walk and your inside.

What's not to love about Staybridge Suites! Drove 5 hours to get here and check-in was very quick.

Our room was clean and spacious. We had a nice view of the area and enjoyed our valet parking.

We stayed during St Patrick's Day weekend and to my surprise it was pretty quiet there at night. I would definitely use this location again.

Tavia & Fernando we’re exceptional awesome during breakfast. Greeted us and made small talk to make us feel very welcomed. The whole staff from front desk to maintenance workers to others we may not know what job title they have are just super friendly. Totally makes everyone staying saying hi to other guests. My husband and I give 5 stars. The room and view are awesome. The bed is super comfy that you don’t want to get up. Definitely be back!

Good overall experience. Customer service is great. Breakfast is good and can't beat the price (free). There are evening meals (free as well) from Monday through Wednesday. Parking is available at a fee; $20/day accessible with your room key. Parking fee is waiver for military traveling on orders. Hotel is about 3-4 blocks from the Rivercenter/Riverwalk. Air conditioner was a little loud and cold air blew directly to head of bed. Bathroom does not have vent switch so some grout around tiles are black.

Meagan and the management staff provided very exceptional service this past weekend as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and I didn't have any issues during my visit at Staybridge Suites. When I come back to San Antonio, I will be staying here again. I enjoyed my experience.

I had a job interview there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even offering me a drink while I waited. Great parking and right in the hub of the convention center and Sunset Station. Very easy to find.

I got bitched out by the manager for leaving the do not disturb tag on the door. She stated "this seems to happen a lot doesnt it." In a super rude manner. The place is filthy. Looked by the fridge and the side of it is gross. The rooms are awful looking. I have had black stuff coming from the vent and caused me to have bronchitis. I have been here for a while and this is ridiculous.

I was dropping off a package to a hotel guest during the NCAA Final Four which meant lots of street closures; causing access to this hotel extremely difficult and frustrating to say the least. Then the rudeness and lack of willingness from the hotel staff to help me with parking and general questions, like the location and entrance to the hotel lobby, created a very negative experience. Because of the rudeness, along with the attitude of being a bother to them, I would not stay here as a quest nor would I recommend to others. I assist guest and businesses often in downtown hotels and always (until now) have had nothing but professional, helpful, friendly and courteous assistance from hotel staff when needing help to deliver packages or documents to their guest. Unfortunately this was not my experience this day. Hope your staff treats your guests better.

We booked a block of rooms for our family to stay for our wedding this last week, and we've heard nothing but good things from all of them. Their location is perfectly located next to the Sunset Station Venue and the employees were all very accommodating. Parking was a little difficult, so if you're bringing a large party try to take as few vehicles as possible. The staff allowed us to have a farewell dinner in their breakfast area before everyone left, and it was perfect. Thank you to the staff at the Staybridge!

Checked in was smooth, front desk girl was nice. Rooms were much larger than I expected. Breakfast was a huge, the gentleman was very helpful, free laundromat for guest is a great plus, Wi-Fi is a bit slow but the highlight of my stay was Social, free beer and an actual meal. It was great not to mention the cook/bartender Crystal making my stay even better by singing me happy Birthday!

Only downside I have is you have to pay for parking which I did not know prior, and other guest tend to be loud and rude (I know the hotel doesn't have control over that last one.)

Overall great stay, and I would definitely suggest this hotel for others looking to vacation Downtown San Antonio.

Solid suites on the 12th floor. Very nice accommodations. Your own full fridge and microwave, as well as a hot plate, dishes, and a dishwasher. The free breakfast is pretty good, but could use updating and refilling a bit more often. Friendly staff as well. Great stay overall.

Not a bad hotel however the parking was valet only and was 18$ which I did not realize until after and the room had lots of take out menus on the floor, don't know if that was left on purpose or because of poor management. Other than that it was a good hotel

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay in the past and decided to make this play my destination when returning to San Antonio with my family from Hokkaido this year. Rooms are always clean, and The best part is Social! They make food and have free beer and wine! So happy the staff is multi-lingual, my parents were able to adjust well and communicate in Japanese which is rare in most hotels we stay at in the states.

Stayed 2 weeks during the Hurricane Harvey evacuation. The amenities are what makes this place. No charge laundry room, breakfast and dinner. A great workout room. A very classy looking place. The room i stayed in was well furnished but just sorta mediocre id say with a great view of downtown.

I really enjoy staying here. No it is not a fancy pants hotel but it is awesome. Ive enjoyed the complimentry wine and beer, dinner 3 nights a week and an awesome breakfast spread every morning.
The staff is incredible. I actually feel like that over my 6 week stay they keep trying to make my stay better. My room is always so clean i have left so much out from jewelry to cash and it is always respected.

Location is a brief (approx .5 mile) walk to the Alamo and the River walk. The rooms are very comfortable and available in a number of configurations. Breakfast is in a nicely maintained cafeteria in a buffet style that ranges from omelets, waffles (in the shape of Texas) to oatmeal, pastries and fruit. Parking is a separate but inexpensive fee and is easily accessible with your room key. I would use the Staybridge Suites again for a future visit.

If you're attending a convention in San Antonio, you naturally think of the hotels on the same side of I-37 as the convention center. Staybridge is on the other side, but the walk to the convention center is actually shorter than many of the "right side" choices. The rooms are nice, reasonably priced, and breakfast is included. This will be our hotel of choice for San Antonio conventions.

Very nice, clean, large rooms. We stayed in a king room with a kitchen. It had a full size fridge, dish washer, and stove top.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay for the Alamo Bowl. There was mandatory valet during these dates but it's only like this during certain times of the year. (The Alamo Bowl uses their regular parking lot as the fun zone.) Valet was quick and there were no issues.

Parking is extra but it's per stay, not per night like many of the other hotels on the riverwalk. The walk was short and easy to get to the river and the Alamo.

Location near downtown, and att center and walking distance to the alamodome and convention center make it easy to get to any location in the downtown area. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and will go the extra mile to help make your stay unforgettable. Accommodations are great with awesome v8ews of the downtown area.

Only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was free, my cousin offered to pay for it. Me & my girlfriend planned to go to San Antonio to the river walk to see the Christmas lights for our one year anniversary & then come back home the same day but my cousin wanted to treat us. But the hotel was surprisingly decent. The room we got was a good size. Bigger than what I was expecting. Not sure if my cousin requested that or not. The bed was also comfy & big. The service was also great. They have breakfast in the mornings and complimentary DVD movies in the lobby to rent out, free. Just ask for the DVD player at the check in desk. It's super easy to set up.

The location, rooms, and amenities were great. The beds were very nice. The issues arose with the front desk when we were checked in. Our room was reserved using points and when we showed up, we were given two adjoining rooms instead of a two bedroom suite. Not a problem except we were charged for the second room. When I realized it the next morning, the front desk staff was eager to help, but the manager could not be reached, so their hands were tied. With no manager available, I was left to figure out how to get over $600 back to my account, while my family spent the first part of their second day of vacation in the parking lot.

I stayed here for three days. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Is located in a quiet nice area with a great view of downtown. I went with my parents and two brothers. We were able to walk to downtown as is very close from the hotel.
The breakfast buffet offered a lot of good options of good quality. Plus, they offered movies and board games at no additional price.
The laundry room came in handy as we washed the clothes that got wet from going to the water park in six flags.
I really reccomend this place for a family going on vacation to San Antonio, TX.

I'm on the road no less than 200 days a year and experience quite a few different hotel chains. The Staybridge Suites San Antonio is by far one of the absolute best. The staff from the G.M. Jennifer to the front desk to the grounds keepers are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make the stay the best it can be. Rooms are great and staff is greater. Thank you for your service.
