Loved the hotel and staff. They really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I stayed there for my son Ryan's wedding and after 3 flight cancellations I made it to the hotel a 1/2 hour before the wedding. They held the room for me and was just so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Syracuse NY. I would definitely stay there again.

VERY NICE, CLEAN, and updated hotel suites! Great staff, fully equipped kitchens, nice pool and spacious accommodations for the price. Great breakfast too! This place is DEFINITELY family friendly. It's like our home away from home when we are in the area.

Decent hotel in a not bad location. A typical Staybridge Suites room. Large clean room with a small kitchenette and a nice living area. Comfy bed. A slightly smaller bathroom, with the sink and counter outside the bathroom door.
Free breakfast was above average. A lovely outside seating area and a basketball court add a little extra.
Location is ok, a short run into downtown Syracuse (15 minutes). Lots of restaurants and shopping within driving distance.
Check in was a bit of a struggle with one gal on, it was busy and she was answering phones. At another point we heard a long conversation with her boss that probably could have been conducted at a more appropriate time, rather than when people were waiting.
A couple of quirks knocked it down a point. (Well, the quirks and the front desk experiences).. Watch for the hotel, depending on which way you come in its really hard to see, as a new Holiday Inn blocks it. There are no ice machines. The front desk will help you with ice, but don't go looking on your floor because it is a waste of time. Lastly, there is a toll highway that is nearby so if you don't have an ezipass, be aware.

Great room, nice staff, and pool was wonderful. Down side was breakfast. They did not have enough for us at the time we came down 830am. Kind of our issue but had enough of other options to feed the 5 of us.

These are nice suites. Very spacious and clean. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Breakfast every day until 9:30 (during the week). Pool and gym are nice features. The only drawback this visit was that the elevators were broken. Being placed on the fourth floor, this was a big hassle. One of them got fixed the last day but still wasn't super convenient. Overall, I've stayed here several times and it's always a comfortable place to crash.

Exceptional rooms and relaxing environment. Conveniently located. Quality customer service. Below par breakfast food. Hit or miss dinner. Gym is so so, and being located next to the laundry room makes it too warm. Elevators are constantly out of order. Overall good experience.

I want to thank Elizabeth for making our stay amazing. She was polite and very helpful. She'd play a role in my decision to stay there again. The room was a 1 bedroom suite. It was large and the perceived value was higher than what I actually paid. I've had less amenities and worse experiences in pricier hotel stays.

Very nice hotel, my kids loved the pool. However, the hotel doesn't have any towels in the pool area so you have to use the ones from the room and request more from the desk. Difficult since the hotel ran out of towels at one point and our room didn't have enough towels for myself, my spouse and our children. We did have a bit of an issue with our reservation (made by a 3rd party site) and the hotel was more than understanding and gave us a beautiful room.

Too many kids talking loudly when I had my breakfast. I wonder I am staying a summer camp. 3 days later, I must say this has been a nice stay while there isn’t any children playing around. And the free dinner offered by the hotel gives a choice after hard work.

Hotel was spotless, clean, huge comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast, however don't go for pool usage on the weekends. Its a deepish pool, no easy shallow end, and its shared with the Holiday inn. We got turned away twice because there were already too many people.

Definitely going to book again!

Great hotel. Very helpful to my brother and his family. His house burned down and they gave him a special rate. Also, rooms were top notch. Basketball court for the kids.

Super friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, this place is great. The suite set up wasn't required for our needs, but was really nice anyway. Price was great - great value. Good free breakfast, even good coffee! Will definitely stay again when passing through. Although right closer to the highway, it's relatively quiet. Finding the entrance isn't really obvious, could use clearer signage, but Google will get you there. Great find in Syracuse.

9

Best place I've ever stayed at, the people here both customers and staff are very friendly. The room my family and I stayed in was great. The price definitely beats holiday inn which is connected to this hotel and they include a great breakfast and dinner with the price, with holiday inn your paying 135 not including meals, which you would have to pay more. I will definitely come back again.

I was generally very impressed. Rooms were clean, had dishes, all needed utensils and pots and pans. Dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very pet friendly. Food for breakfast and weekday dinner was decent. Would go back.

Nice place to stay for extended time. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable. Kitchen area has large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a little stovetop. They also serve a decent complimentary breakfast everyday and dinner Mon-Wed if you don't want to cook or go anywhere else. Staff have always been courteous and helpful when I've interacted with them.

The value this hotel offers is unlike anything else!
It may not be downtown, but our drive to the city center was about 7 minutes, so staying here was a good decision. Great (included) breakfast, clean, spacious, friendly staff, fitness room, pool. It's got it all.
And if you travel with pets, they're welcome to!

Spacious suite with kitchenette. The water pressure was nice in the shower, TV had both HBO and Showtime, and everything was clean. The bed was acceptable in terms of comfort, but that's too individual taste.

Complimentary breakfast had juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, mini omelettes, bacon, and hash browns. There was also a mini waffle station.

Overall I would definitely stay again.

While the rooms are nice and the staff is great I must ask the question... who has the maintenance staff vacuum the parking lot from 11pm to 2am on a Monday night? Most people so go to hotels to SLEEP in my experience, and usually at night. And also in my experience, the parking lots are usually PACKED at night and EMPTY during the day. But it's not like I travel 20 days out of every month for work... I can say I will probably not be returning here in the future. The bed was stiff and very uncomfortable and made all the worse by the incessant noise outside my window when I had to be up at 5am... Save your money and go to the Red Roof Inn, at least the walls are sound proofed there.

Beautiful Hotel inside, Mattresses were not updated on the first floor as I was told on the phone before I showed up. Mattress was very old. Blood stain on the sheet in the room with the 2 beds but nothing on King Bed. Surprised on the quality of the beds given the price. Breakfast was great the first morning however the egg omelets were awful the second morning. Housekeeping was very helpful. Front Desk needs to answer the phone instead of letting it ring while everyone was eating breakfast. It does get annoying since it is so loud. Please don't promise someone something and we didn't get it. I should have been reimbursed for one night. I paid $200 a night to sleep on an old mattress.

I have yet to have a poor experience at any Staybridge Suite location. The Liverpool, NY location was no different. Staff was very accommodating on a last minute booking, room was extremely clean and spacious, breakfast the next morning was fresh and convenient with a decent variety of options.

WOW! The price, the quality, the service, I was totally ecstatic when I heard how much the 4 day stay at the Staybridge was actually costing. My husband and I travel a bit, so hotels are a must. We have compared many for pros and cons. This is a keeper! Delighted!
Cleanliness is a must with me. A winner hands down! Michael & Rose Roberts
