I really like this hotel's quiet location. The rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable and the rooms get pretty dark at night. This is a big plus for someone who really struggles to sleep. Also, a few good options for dinner nearby.

I went for an awards luncheon for my workplace. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The decor was extremely well appointed, and didn't feel like a national chain hotel in the least. The restrooms were comfortable and clean, a standard that any other public restroom could measure itself up against and come up short. I had arrived an hour early so I waited in the lobby, but I didn't feel like I was in a lobby, as the furniture was nicer and more ergonomic than most people purchase for their own homes. There were a few large televisions, but they were up and out of the line of sight to avoid being a distraction for a person just trying to relax, yet easily viewable for anyone so inclined from any angle in the room, which is saying plenty considering the large scale of the room itself. A pair of massive floor to ceiling windows overlook the courtyard and patio area, even larger than the lobby. It was equipped with a pair of sizable modern grills, tables, umbrellas, and lounge furniture. I did not stay in a room, but I could see the large windows of the rooms facing outward to the patio as well, and I imagine they're at least as nice as the areas I was privy to, if not more. Truly the best compliment I can offer is how little it felt like a hotel and how much more it felt like a very large home whose owner was allowing others to make use of it. I was truly impressed with how far away from the city it felt, despite how close to the city it actually is. I have an anniversary coming up and I think a nice weekend with my fiance here would feel like a luxurious getaway without the travel such getaways would typically necessitate.

This hotel has a lovely entrance for its price point. Robert is a rockstar employee, and we found the rest of the staff pleasant. There is ample parking, and it's right on the edge of the Shops at Fallen Timbers and a wonderful bicycle and walking trail system. There is an outdoor sitting area, including a grill. The indoor pool was extremely small and filled with children. The suite was pleasant, but the walls were extremely thin. There was one bar of soap so we had to carry it back and forth from the vanity area to the shower. Although the suite was relatively large, we did not find its layout great for more than two people. The breakfast bar was a typical offering with watery orange juice, overly busy waffle irons, and mediocre quality foods. It was a great place to connect with friends in Maumee, OH.

I stayed here for work and it was a very nice place. Often on the road in small towns around Ohio, the hotel options are bleak. This is in a nice location next to shops and restaurants. A nice oasis among the farm fields of Ohio.

Great stay. The hotel is very clean, nice finishes and towels. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot breakfast buffet has nice options. The staff is very friendly. A few dishes weren't super clean but free soap is supplied. We had a plumbing issue but you can't expect stuff to never break. Overall, great hotel.

Our grown kids n grand kids stayed there for our son's nearby wedding. And because it was the only place in our area with a room/suite that served 8. It was a nice room area, but I felt bad for our 12 yr old grson. Because the pool was only open 1 or 2 days of the week they were here. Nice lounge for visiting with them. Never got to see the pool

The bed was so comfortable, and the rooms were really clean. We were really excited for the pool and jacuzzi, when we got to the pool room the pool was cloudy and had good in it, and the jacuzzi had only two jets working in it. We were really disappointed about that, since we were really looking forward to relaxing after our wedding.

Power out in local area. This hotel donated water to Maumee PD that are standing out in hot sun directing traffic. Because of this when I need lodging I don't care of the price this is where I will put people up.

This place felt like a small apartment. Very nice and clean and I really like how each area was a space of its own. It is located outside of a mall but out a ways from anything else. More of a rural area so it was quite quiet. Beds, pillows and towels were great, as was the breakfast. I was not able to participate in the reception nights offered. Shannon at the front desk was wonderful too.

I really liked the room. It was spacious and had a kitchenette. It had a work desk and high ceilings. The bathroom was cordoned off from the main sleeping area and there was sitting area that was spacious. The staff here was so helpful and hospitable. They helped me with requests big and small and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely return here for my trips to NW Ohio. Plus, it's situated next to great shopping.

Staybridge is a great hotel for prolonged stays. Complementary Breakfast buffet has great variety and is always of surprisingly high quality. Complementary dinner buffet served 3 nights a week, which is also pretty good. Staff is really nice, helped me replace key cards multiple times. Room is clean and has a stove top, dishes and dishwasher. Good location right on the freeway, in the parking lot of a shopping mall. Fitness center is good in a pinch, dumbells and cable machine as well as traditional cardiovascular equipment. Overall good quality. Only complaint is that WiFi can sometimes be slow.

We stayed here for almost 5 months. Great and friendly staff. Very accommodating during our stay to make us comfortable. Staff was great. Made a lot of very close friends and when we left it was very emotional. Thanks to everyone there for being so nice, Valerie, Dan, Heather, Ciara, Shannon, Sharon, Rhonda, Amanda, Jamie, Jackie and all the others. We are now at the drawbridge in Tucson.

I just checked & the girl at the front desk was very friendly. She informed me that there is a complementary breakfast in the morning & dinner tomorrow night. The room is very clean & the bed is very comfy. I'm here for work & I'll definitely be staying here in the future.

Went for a meeting in the conference room, not an overnight stay. They treated me as a customer and even made sure to offer me a coffee as I waited for my meeting to begin. The front desk employee named Shannon was extremely personable and sweet. Made sure to check that we had everything we needed the entire meeting and even made me a coffee when I could not leave my meeting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a meeting or party in the conference room.

Room was nice and clean and had a nice set up. I had to hang out in the room for most of a day and ended up telling my wife that I could have lived there for awhile probably. The free breakfast was pretty good too.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and loved it. Suite had a kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Rooms had huge, comfortable beds. Tons of shops at the mall next door. The lovely and moving Fallen Timbers battlefield memorial was also just across the street, perfect for a walk or run.

Clean rooms with nice and spacious suites. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, it's very good. The pool area is nice but they keep it very hot inside so it isn't comfortable unless you're actually in the pool.

The hotel was near a large shopping outlet to which I found vary convenient. The rooms were clean. The employees were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good. The pool is a bit small and the hot tub a bit too cool, but I think that makes the pool house kid friendly.

Our room was actually very nice. We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor. It was well stocked & clean. Thus, the 2 stars. However, that's where the positives end. We were in town for a wedding & made it back to the hotel in time to use the pool & spa. Sadly, upon arrival we quickly determined that use of the facilities would not be happening. The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty towels were strune across the entire room. There was not a single chair to sit on because they were littering with used towels. The floor was muddy & full of hair. This room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Additionally, there was another family in the pool - 1 adult women with approximately 6 children all of which appeared to be 8 years and younger. The women had a baby in her arms that was wearing a diaper. Not "little swimmers" which keep urine & feces from entering the water; a DIAPER. Had there been an attendant or some hotel staff checking the pool area periodically, perhaps this could have been addressed. We were concerned the water would not be sanitary so we eventually returned to our room. We have been staying at IHG hotels for many years almost exclusively at Holiday Inn. This time we chose Stay bridge Suites because the proximity was closer to the wedding location as well as being very close to a new shopping plaza. This was by far the absolute filthiest pool area we've ever witnessed. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. We noticed on our trips too & from our room that many doors had magnets requesting that cleaning staff come later. We searched our room & couldn't find the magnets in ours. We'd requested a late check out & we're concerned housekeeping would be banging on the door so called the front desk. We were assured that housekeeping had a list of late check outs so we wouldn't be bothered. Housekeeping banged on our door twice waking us each time. On one instance, they actually used a key card to open our door (seconds after knocking) and would have walked in on us if not for the latch lock. We will never, ever stay at this hotel again. I've emailed management to make them aware of our experience. Hopefully they train their staff better going forward.

After losing power in Michigan, we decided to take our kids down and stay at the Staybridge, it was important for us to have a kitchen so this matched our needs very well. We were so happy to pull into the hotel, the location was amazing, having most anything we could want to check out, so close. The rooms were amazing, updated, clean, and filled with little things that we might need, my favorite was the laundry basket, I've stayed in many hotels with laundry facilities, but never one that had laundry baskets! It gave us a homey feel. The beds were amazingly comfortable and BIG, and the pillows were better than the ones I have at home. We found out we got our power on the first night and would not need the second night, and getting them to cancel the next night was as simple as calling the front desk. Amanda was amazing, I asked if we could have a few more towels and she LITERALLY ran to get them for us. We have already decided we will be making trips to this hotel every year for a little wind down session! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

I had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites Toledo/ Maumee. The area is extremely peaceful. The property is very clean and up to date. Upon checking in, the General Manager, Valerie was at the front desk and checked me in herself. It's nice to see upper management being involved with the guests on such a personal level. I stayed in a king bed suite and enjoyed it very much. Was perfect for one person to have some space to relax for two days. I did not use the kitchen but it was perfect size for someone staying for an extended stay. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping staff was extremely attentive and helpful when I needed more towels or other amenities. I also enjoyed the managers reception (free dinners ) on certain days of the week. The hotels proximity to nice restaurants was also an added bonus such as Granite city and PF Changs. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you Valerie, Faye, and Donald. You guys are the best.

Enjoyed our stay with Staybridge Suites Toledo Maumee. The room was clean and comfortable, I liked that they had a real coffee maker and real dishes in the suite to give it a touch of home. The parking was convenient and the breakfast spread out of this world- one of the best hotel buffets I've ever seen. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a great hotel we often stay at during cross country trips. Very reasonable rates, clean, and good sized rooms with many extras. Weekday nights they even have free dinner! There's an outdoor mall across the parking lot to walk in after a long day in the car. Very highly recommended.

Had a 2 bedroom suite. Each had a bathroom and tub with shower. The center area had small Living room and kitchen, with counter and chairs. Had dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Each bedroom plus the living room had their own tv's. Very nice layout. Included breakfast in the morning had a very good selection. We got in too late to check out their evening meals. That night they had bratwurst and hot dogs, with beer and wine.
The hotel has pool and workout room. Had a nice out door patio. Has small shelter too. Plenty of restaurants around. Went to Granite City food and beverage in the mall, ( The Shops at Fallen Timbers ), that is in the same complex. Found out there was a discount for people staying at Staybridge Suites. Very nice area.

This was a great hotel experience. Our room was like a small apartment with a kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and more, a small living area with couch and television, and a separate bedroom with a separate television. We were only there for one night but it would have been very comfortable for a much more extended stay. The continental breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The parking lot for the hotel was shared with a mall with lots of stores and restaurants. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in this area.

Went here for a weekend and enjoyed my stay. The room had a nice layout, the bed was huge and comfortable (we didn't want to get out of it) and the staff was accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast provided. This hotel is however located next to an outlet.

So glad I chose Stay bridge for my trip to Toledo Zoo. This hotel will make you feel so pampered for whatever occasion that you may be staying. The manager and front desk are so attentive and caring. The rooms are very fresh and clean and the beds are super comfortable! The house keeping is also friendly. There is every thing you need right in your room. The mini kitchens are so convenient! The pool area is open until midnight for adults, and the water is warm and welcoming, they even sell beer and other snacks and toiletries in the pantry next to the front desk which is available 24/7! The work out room is kept in great shape. The breakfast is outstanding! So many choices including breakfast burritos waffles, with fruit topping many excellent breads and pastries, yogurts, sausage, eggs, corned beef hash, peaches, and oatmeal. It is kept very stocked and clean as well. They even have week day dinner socials for free. The walk in area has many maps to local attractions and it is a good central location to many. I would stay here every time I'm in Toledo. Thanks for making my stay wonderful!

There's so much to say about this hotel that I've made two versions.

Here's the short version. Staybridge Suites is a wonderful hotel to stay in for a night or many nights. The rooms are updated, the beds comfortable, the kitchens well stocked with clean and ample cooking utensils. The staff is beyond compare. My husband and I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Now, here's the long version. We stayed recently at Staybridge Suites for 3 weeks due to a mishap in our home. We lived in a 1-bedroom suite (separate bedroom from living/kitchen area). The best thing about this hotel is its manager and her staff. The General Manager, Karen Braden, runs a great hotel where everyone works as a team. We never ran across "that isn't my job" attitude. All the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Special thanks go to the two wonderful ladies who prepare the buffet breakfasts, Sharon, and Rhonda (who primarily works during the dinner time Social but also helps out at breakfast on the weekends). These ladies are the hardest working women I've ever had the pleasure to meet (and the friendliest). They prepare fabulous meals while keeping the buffet area well stocked and the dining area clean. Speaking of food, we enjoyed a different hot breakfast every day with the normal breakfast additions (which are too numerous to list). The dinner Social (which is held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) also featured a new hot selection each day with a wonderful salad bar that included plenty of healthy options. Dessert is also included. My only concern with the food is that it was so good that I'm afraid I gained a few pounds during our stay! Karen, the GM, is exemplary in her role. Any concern or question we had was quickly dealt with. Her manner was always cheerful, friendly and approachable. Many times she was in the dining area helping to bus the tables while asking everyone if they had everything they needed (I also noticed the person that handles Sales doing this). Once I got up to find a salt and pepper set and there wasn't any available on surrounding tables and Karen was right there, asking what I was looking for. I was momentarily confused by her question and she said that she had seen me get up and walk around and wondered what I needed. When I told her, it was promptly brought to our table. Another time during an exceptionally busy breakfast on a weekend, I found a small table for my husband and I to sit at but it only had one chair. I started searching for another one and the next thing I knew Karen was there with a chair from the reception area, without my even needing to ask. She definitely has her pulse on what the patrons of her hotel want and need. She seriously could teach classes in how to become the perfect Innkeeper. Let's hope the corporation doesn't swoop her up for that purpose because they would lose a valuable asset at this location. In summary, this hotel truly has everything you could ever need or desire either while traveling or if you have to put down roots for awhile. Thank you to everyone at Staybridge Suites for making what could have been a very stressful time for us so enjoyable.
