Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Secure hotel, close to subway and small shops. Spacious family rooms with separating curtains. Excellent baths. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good as much as you can eat. Bit let down by the house keeping, but nothing major. Location isn’t great unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend if you have family with you.

Staff is friendly and the morning food is decent. Neighborhood has my wife afraid to come back after dark. Lobby had a weird smell. Rooms are decent, couch is old and worn out. Not a great area of town.

Decent hotel. Breakfast has limited options. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is quite annoying though, if you don't have access to a car, you'll have to walk through a very poor part of Paris where a lot of junkies and types alike walk around.

The hotel is very good value for the price. The rooms are large, with separate bath and shower in the bathroom. There is a small fitness room with a tread mill, cross trainer and excerise bike. The WiFi is free, fast and stable. There is a very secure carpark below the hotel and the hotel itself is very security conscious and requires the room key to use lifts, stairs and fitness room. The only down side is the location. The hotel is situated across the road from a fenced off slum. The walk to the nearest metro station takes you directly past the area. It is definitely not a place you want to walk through on your own at night.

The rooms are great. Spacious. Clean. Modern. The breakfast is disappointing. Cardboard plates and cutlery and a min selection to choose from.

Room was clean and spacious for family. Quite far from metro station. Bus / tram was good option. No minimarket / restaurant near the hotel. Room game in the lobby.

Stayed here for 3 nights. There are good things to say about it. The room was clean, the staff was ok, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and despite what others said, the shower was pretty large. However, there is not much privacy, as the shower door opens directly in the room and is kind of semi-transparent. Also, the neighbourhood is pretty sketchy. We had to walk a few hundred meters from the metro to the hotel through a very dirty place. Not recommended to go through there at night

Good place. Cleaning is done regularly. This comea under zone 2. U can buy paris visite pass accordingly. Zone one bus stop is just a few min away. Porte de la chappelle. U can buy just paris pass alone

I stayed there for 2 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak many languages.

The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy, nice and big and looked exactly like the pictures. In my room there was a king sized bed for the couple and a sofa bed for the kids. At first we didn't know how to set it up but so one half of the bed was higher than the other one but on the 2nd night we figured it out and found out that you actually have to lift the legs up. There was also a TV. There is a mini fridge that only has a small water bottle inside. A coffee machine and a kettle.

The bathroom had a bath tub and a shower, with a traditional sink and mirror. The toilet was separated into another small room which had a sink next to it as well.

They have a small gym with a few machines and a loud Bluetooth speaker that is easily connected to your phone, they have towels rolled up for you next to some sanitary wipes to wipe the surface of the machine that you are about to use, the gym also has a water machine if you are thirsty.

Sadly they don't have a pool but that is ok.

The car park is extremely secured, there are many cameras and has a double barrier for extra security.

The hotel is very near a train station and some bus stops. And we had to take 2 trains to get to the Eiffel Tower as they didn't recommend us to drive there as it would be very hard to find a place to park.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and if I ever return to Paris I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel rooms are pretty nice on first glance. Big and comfortable. But some aspects of the rooms aren't well thought through. For example, the shower floor in my room was uneven, draining outside of the shower, in front of the bathroom door. Accidentally wet all of my work clothes before I put them on in the middle of winter. Not nice. And yes, the location can be quite stressful with all of the homelessness directly in front of the hotel.

To be honest I would like to stay in this hotel again for paris trip. The room is quite wide for me, good bed, they offer bathup also so wr can ge relax after all day walking around city. Actually the location is quite scarry and there are many beggar & drunk person but do not afraid just stay cool and walk straight. It is useful for me. This hotel is recommended for us.

Nice and clean. Lovely staff very helpful. A Metro station is close by, 10 minutes walk or less. Car park cost 18 Euro a day. The neighbourhood is a little dirty like the rest of Paris. There is a refugee centre near the Metro station, however there is no problems and for extra assurance the police is always in the area. It's safe place and clean.

Good hotel, nice rooms, and good service. Location left a bit to be desired. Next to a shanty town full of homeless and refugees. Always took a cab or Uber to Paris central or Montmarte.

Hotel is ok but surrounding is not very nice, very congusted area. Only car park is in the basement which you have to pay. Bus stop and metro are nearby. Rooms are not very big, also bathrooms are not great, Its ok for a night in Paris.

A great hotel, with wonderful wheelchair accessible rooms. The local area is a little run down with a great deal of homelessness just outside but for a business user needing access to the nearby exhibition centre it's perfect. It's also perfect for an overnight if you're driving through it around Paris as it is very close to many main routes. Not for single travellers who want to taste Paris life on their own though.

Ok. Rooms were good. 5-10 min walk from bus stand/ metro station. Next time I will have less preference as tourist hotel being at distance from tourist location.

Nice hotel to put your head down for the night but location is not so good. All the taxi drivers told us not to venture out after evening in the area. We cabbed it mostly as were not sure of the walk to the metro station.

The hotel has good price and it is at a 5 min walk of the metro station. The rooms are not clean, there is cigar smell all over the room, and urine smell at the bathroom. There is lack of soap in the shower, the maid sometimes put a new one, sometimes not. The maids do not respect the do not disturb sign in the door.

Environnement extérieur à faire peur !! Bidonville et saleté. Paris n'est pas à la hauteur des autres villes européennes comme londres par exemple. Nous n y retournerons pas pour cette raison sinon le personnel est sympa et les chambres très correctes pour le prix.
