As I walked in early morning, the staff greeted me warmly. The festive mood and the season’s greetings welcomed me as I stepped inside the hotel. The decorations were excellent and ensured that the sentiments of all faiths were well taken care of, while also ensuring that the Christmas spirit was in the air! Impressive hotel with great service. Quick and easy check in - the room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the marina. The bathroom was on the small size, especially given the size of the room and the shower was quite poor - not very powerful at all. Also, as other reviews have noted - the noise from the swimming pool with load music playing from early afternoon to the early hours of the morning was annoying - inexplicable really when there didn’t actually seem to be that many people around the pool. Management should have more consideration of guests. If this was changed then I would recommend the hotel - otherwise there are better options.

Great Hotel,
Room is spacious and comfy.
Checking/check Out processes were fast and smooth.
Customer Service team was VERY responsive and accommodated all our requests (Thank You).
Pool and Pool area is one of the best. great atmosphere.

I stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Marina for a week and had a good experience.
The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, with direct access to the mall and was not too far away from my meeting venues. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a view of the marina.
I like the spacious & well-equipped gym with sufficient equipment for the peak morning crowd.
The staff are friendly & helpful. I called the front desk for a lighting issue in my room at night. The technician came within 5 minutes, did the troubleshooting & solved the problem in 10 minute's time.
