Clean and modern, the fountain view was just fantastic and spectacular. but there was no bathtub in my room. The staff were very nice. Not bad swimming pool. There are many kinds of contemporary artworks and installations. Very impressive. One of the best hotel I’ve been to.

Amazing time. First time staying here. Check in was super easy and no troubles. We checked in with a dog and every thing was super smooth. The fee for the dog was a very reasonable 50 dollars for our one dog. I was super surprised that they allowed pretty much any dog as long as they were well behaved. My only disappointment was the dog run. It was so little that my little tiny dog could not find a use for it. Luckily there is a nice tree covered area out a different exit and we took her there instead of the dog run and we were not the only ones. We made sure to try several of the restaurants and I have to say the Hattie B's and milk were amazing. Hattie B's has a chicken sandwich that is to die for and the shakes at Milk were the best shakes I've ever had. While here we ordered room service and can I say that the nachos were so huge that 3 people could have eaten them and been full. The turkey club was made with sliced turkey breast not that thin sliced deli meats that most places use. The onion rings were amazing and just thinking about it is making me hungry and making my mouth water. A truly amazing experience.

Great hotel, has a diversity of restaurants which makes it one the best. It is just in a prefect location. The pool also cools you off from a hot summer day in Vegas.

The best part is the room. Our view is amazing, we see all of downtown

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel since coming to Vegas for the first time ten years ago. For some reason, it never happened....cost, timing, availability. But the stars aligned and I was able to book a City Room!!!! Even though it’s not the top tier room, it still feels like luxury. Thank you for an amazing stay! I will be back

Beautiful, very nice, check in was terrible and they wouldn't put us close to our friends or even in the same tower. After 70 min in line to check in we were given keys to a room that smelled like weed. Everyone understands the inconvenience of masks but I don't think you should sacrifice good service to enforce the new rules. Still outside of check in and smells this was a beautiful place to stay. The restaurants were amazing as well.

The new food options in Block 16 are excellent. Hattie B's is especially good. Being from Portland, I was really excited to see that Lardo was there. If you find Secret Pizza, it's a great late night option to top off for the night. The demographics the hotel targets means you'll witness a lot of drama. But there are ample security guards at night and they're quick to respond to altercations.

A nice hotel but I felt it was expensive for what we paid vs what we got. Very contemporary modern feel in the rooms though it felt somewhat soulless. Doesn't have the pedigree of the more established hotels but those who like new, glitzy hotels will love the cosmopolitan.

The staff were pretty helpful and it's quite well laid out, though like everything else in Vegas, it's a long march from one end to the other. The restaurants are quite nice as well, though I do feel eggslut is overrated.

Please mark my review as useful 😊

This is a beautiful casino. They have nice new games. There is a gorgeous chandelier located right inside the door. It's worth going just to see the chandelier alone! The only problem we had was that their system went down while we were there so the games and cash machines wouldn't accept the tickets. Everyone had to go to the cashier to get their tickets cashed which caused a pretty good line.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I've been a few times in the last few years and the last time I went, was to marry my amazing wife of now 3 years. When i knew i was going to stay in the hotel for our wedding (wife and I eloped with small group of family members), i contacted the hotel and not only did they get good rates for my family members rooms, but they upgraded my wife and i into an amazing corner suite - views of most of the strip. They even went above and beyond with the flowers in the room and a nice treat - I'll definitely recommend this place and stay here in the future!

I’m writing this review primarily to share about a positive encounter my wife and I had with a member of the Cosmopolitan’s Concierge staff during our most recent stay at the Hotel. First of all, this is our second time choosing to stay at the Cosmopolitan during our visits to Las Vegas, and on both occasions we’ve not only loved everything about the hotel, but also found the staff to be friendly, approachable and very willing to help out.

On this particular visit, (July 23 to 26, 2018) due to a booking oversight on my part, we found ourselves unable to rent a car anywhere in Las Vegas to drive to the next leg of our trip. Without exaggeration, every car rental service we contacted told us the same thing; Due to two huge conventions taking place, their fleets were fully booked and no cars would be available any time for the next three to five days. Right down to the smallest car rental company, we were told we were out of luck.

While I spent a chunk of the morning calling car fleets and trying to figure out if we’d now have to radically change our travel plans, my wife decided to touch base with the concierge staff, considering how helpful they had been in the past for us, and ended up talking to Paola Crow.

Ms. Crow was extremely empathetic, and within short order of understanding our plight was on the phone to contacts of hers, seeing if she could help. Long story short, within a few minutes Ms. Crow had arranged for us a rental car for exactly when we needed it, and with the ability to leave it off in another state entirely, exactly as required. It was a luxury car, but affordable, and quite honestly, she saved our trip from potential disaster. Throughout the process she was friendly, full of good humour, and reinforced for us again why we love the Cosmopolitan Hotel and their staff so much.

At any rate, I just wanted to take this opportunity to highlight how important our interaction with Paola Crow was, and to share how much we appreciate the service we received from the staff of the Cosmopolitan.

I've been lucky to stay in many nice hotels through my life and nothing beats the Cosmopolitan. The views CANNOT be beat especially with their balconies. The room was insanely spacious for my sister and our friend - it was clean, eclectic, and beautiful. Service was amazing as well. It's a great location on the strip and makes everywhere easy to get to by walking. This is where I will stay for all my future Vegas trips!

Stayed at The Cosmopolitan a few times over the years. Probably one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The suites are unique and don't just feel like a normal hotel room. The decor is edgy and fun. The beds are so comfortable. The robes are great as well. Get a room with a bathtub, they're massive. The Cosmopolitan also has some amazing restaurants with some outstanding food. So much to do here.

I really loved the feel of The Cosmopolitan. It felt really modern and up to date. We went to the Wicked Spoon buffet and while it was a little expensive, the food was awesome. I felt so fancy and it felt like an upscale restaurant, but it was still just a buffet. It took a little while to get to the buffet after entering and if there is a casino area I never saw it, but I would definitely go back to the Wicked Spoon. The food was so tasty!

Went for the 1st time November 2017 for a business trip. Met Joe Montana...he's SUPER NICE...& TALL!!! The views from my Fountain View Terrace King Suite were AMAZING!! The luxurious accommodations were decedent & immaculate! I even had AN AMAZING MORNING BEFORE FLYING OUT with late check out at 2pm including a $50 food/beverage credit I used for room service; eggs Benedict, toast, hash browns with melted cheddar & caramelized onions, coffee, & FRESH hand squeezed OJ! I received the generous credit simply because I had a tiny problem with my massaging jet bathtub (which was perfectly & professionally repaired within 15 minutes of calling the concierge)! If going to Vegas you MUST STAY AT THE COSMO...Ask for Rose!!

What a lovely resort and casino. The buffet, while being a bit pricey, is spectacular! They don’t just pile mountains of food for you to shovel down your throat, but small plate options of expertly designed foods. You get to experience more without feeling like gluttonous mass. The customer service throughout the entire resort is really what put this place over the top. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcomed, at ease and important. In a world where customer service is lacking, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a breath of fresh air. Even if you don’t stay in their hotel, this must be a stop on your visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic hotel, as usual in Vegas the hotel was large, good variety of shops and dining places. We had a wrap around suite which was stunning. Can't fault the hotel however, couple of downsides for us. 1. No tea or coffee facilities in room, there was a fridge and drinks to purchase out of the in room fridge, 2. The pools, absolutely fantastic if you are in your 20's and a body to die for but not for the more mature, we walked to the pools and felt out of place so walked straight back out. There is also the Marquee pool which is a club in the pool, plays all kinds of house music again if you are younger this place would be the place to go pool partying.

I stayed here for a corporate conference and I was very impressed! I’ve stayed in Vegas 7 times and this is my new favourite hotel. One of the few with balconies too which is awesome at night and in the morning for coffee. The rooms were spacious and very nicely laid out as well the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice rooms, housekeeping is top notch and work very hard cleaning rooms and providing great service. Rooms are expensive as expected this is not only a newer strip Hotel but is is very very beautiful and has lots of nice settings. High limit ($$) players are separate from regular gamble play. They have a booze shake place awesome and delicious. Room service, spa and fitness, gift Shoppes, night club, convention center, wicked spoon buffet high quality, the chandelier is beautiful eat and drink there. A must go especially if you have the money to spend.

We had a wonderful experience once again, at the Cosmopolitan. The front desk informed us of upgrades available to our reservation and recommended a beautiful suite. She even called our room shortly after we arrived to ask is if we were happy with it because she said she would change it if we were not pleased. We were very happy with her recommendation. The room had a great view of the Strip and the Bellagio fountain. The front desk also left a gift in our room as we were there for a special occasion. The food at poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We have been to the Cosmopolitan before and are never disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an upscale pampered experience. Thanks, Cosmo!

The Cosmopolitan is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are luxurious and the team is extremely friendly and super helpful. The facilities are top notch with pool side restaurants and fun activities for everyone.
I thought the casino was one of the nicer overall casinos on the strip. Very welcoming and great ambiance.
The restaurants are unbelievable, Beauty & Essex was definitely the dinning highlight of the trip. This is a must visit! Holstein's and the Overlook Grill were also well worth a visit.
Minor items: the hallway carpets and some of the common spaces need a bit of a refresh but no big deal.
The only real downside was the "complimentary" drinks while you gamble. I think they only had 2 waitresses working the entire casino so it took way longer than it should have to get a top up.
Great overall location and easy walking distance to most of the other hotels & casinos on the strip.
Overall I would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan!!

Def a swanky place that is visually stimulating and offers a lot to people other than gambling. It has great restaurants that are fun and different than your average run of the mill restaurant. My favorites are Beauty and Essex and The Wicked Spoon. Both are served tapas style and makes it fun when you're with a group of friends. I do feel like it appeals to the "younger crowd" more with the loud top 40 music playing everywhere. Def a fun place to visit.

Loved the seafood section...crab legs! You can have seafood cooked to your liking, cooked to order. Select the seafood, sauce, and spice level. The cook takes 6 orders at a time, each with its own pan. You can have him/her steam the crab legs. No need to wait in line either. The Asian food was just okay. There was also fried chicken, bone marrow, lamb, and a carving station. A huge salad bar. A vast selection of desserts. Gelato, cakes, and candies. With tip, it was about $61. No wait on a Saturday evening at 7.

The Cosmo is an amazing spot on the strip. They have good food, great bars, and an amazing place to just hang out, chat, and people watch. Since it's always bustling around the center of the hotel there's always something to do.

The only downside is that it's not connected to any other hotel. So getting to the hotel can be a bit hard to walk to, but it's still do-able.

Such a beautiful hotel in the chandelier bar has this amazing cocktail that is served with an edible flower that numbs your entire mouth. It's one of the coolest things ever! The waitress we had was pretty rude but I assume it's because we were an entire group of women and there were plenty of men in the place that I'm assuming she thought would tip her better than what unknowing to her was a group of female bartenders visiting from out of state.

We were not overnight guests but we did eat at The Wicked Spoon Buffet. It was our second time there and were able to make it for the lunch hour which is only $36. The wait was only 45 minutes even though I'm seeing pretty long, after we got seats we immediately went to get food. All their food is amazing including their breakfast, Asian, Italian choices and then roasted pork turkey chicken and prime rib. Will definitely be coming back again.

My review may be biased because I was upgraded to an amazing suite on the 63rd floor with a wraparound balcony and amazing view of the strip but I liked everything about the Cosmopolitan. The service was ad friendly and welcoming as any hotel I have ever stayed in. It had excellent amenities from the gym to the restaurants. The location is as good as it gets.

I will definitely make my place of choice going forward.

Not gonna lie to you and say I have no bias. I opened this property with the pastry kitchen and am still impressed to this day of how beautiful this property is. Also, my dad works here so there's that.

But honestly, all the restaurants are great. You may have a hit or miss night but for the most part the variety and quality are next to none.

The decor and atmosphere is great. Everything still looks shiny and new and they are always finding a new way to decorate or do something.

Beautiful hotel with a little mall and many top notch restaurants, excellent location walk out the doors and you are on the strip! The wicked spoon, amazing buffet. Expensive but worth doing once on your trip! Give yourself lots of time, to stand in line, pay and then stand in another line 😬 Rooms are so beautiful, loved the closet and getting ready area. Centrally located to everywhere you want to be. Pools are beautiful and I loved the feeling of being on top of the world outside with an amazing view. Food was amazing especially the little grill by the pool!! 😛. You are very safe. It would have got 5 stars if I didn’t have to smell the cigarette smell on the first floor in casino. You can avoid it sometimes by getting off on the 2nd floor ;) I would absolutely stay there again!!

Marquee is one of my favorite night clubs to visit while in Vegas. I went to a pool party up on the roof for the first time this weekend to see Dash Berlin and it was so much fun! It wasn't too crowded and the bartenders were all SO NICE and everyone was having an amazing time. I met so many nice people and the all around good vibes made the day perfect! I highly recommend giving this place a visit if you're in Vegas!

My wife and i recently enjoyed a seven day stay in sunny Las Vegas. We stayed at the Cosmo this time, and it was phenomenal. This place pulls out all the stops to accommodate their guests. They do all they can to make you feel right at home. The rooms are Beautiful and always promptly cleaned. I was so very impressed with the place. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sin City.

We came to Vegas for my birthday last year. We decided to stay one of the nights in a suite with a water fountain view. It was absolutely beautiful. I believe it is one of the cleanest, most modern, and exciting hotel on the strip. We enjoyed it so much, we came back 3 months later. If you're at all into modern art and being pampered, this is your place to be.

The Cosmopolitan is a very nice hotel, only If you get a renovated room on a renovated floor. The first two rooms we were given were not clean. You can notice this when you get off the elevator and see a highly stained carpet, which carried over to each room. The shower in both was caked with white deposits. The third room was on a fully renovated floor. It was excellent! If I were given the renovated room first, I would had rated the hotel five stars. What's great about the Cosmopolitan is the customer service. They were very kind and offered no excuses. We even received a call from corporate about our complaints. The problem, however, it took four different customer service reps, a housekeeping supervisor to review the room (she was very nice, professional, and said there was no excuse for the room), a call from corporate, in order to talk to a manager which gave us a renovated room. The rest of the stay was exceptional. The only hassle was during checkout they charged extra for the renovated room, which they said they would not, but quickly refunded the charges when a manager was contacted. I would stay again if I received a renovated room and didn't have to spend the first half day trying to get a clean room.

We came here for dinner at the Wicked Spoon Buffet, which was great. Weekend dinners tend to be more expensive but they have a much bigger selection. We arrived around 6 and were seated almost immediately. Service was great. very attentive staff that never let our glasses get empty and took away empty plates quickly. The food itself was great (except foe the items with truffle oil in them, avoid those) and we especially loved the selection of desserts. We come to this restaurant every year and will continue to do so.

I stayed at the Cosmo and this was my second visit. I've experienced staying in a standard room as well as a suite and both rooms were great! The rooms are so cool and the decor is so easy to fall in love with. I love their showers and their jet tubs. There is so much to do inside the hotel too! The pizza restaurant is my favorite too! Front desk staff are super nice and professional! Housekeeping greets you in the hallway! I love this hotel. Whenever I go to Vegas, the Cosmopolitan is gonna be my #1 hotel choice! 😁

We were staying at the Aria next door and continued having problem after problem. Finally, we decided to reach out to The Cosmo to see about their availability. We were completely let down by the 5 star Aria and were hoping for a better experience somewhere else. The Cosmo was a breathe of fresh air. From check in to check out our experience was phenomenal. The valet, the hotel and staff all have great pride in The Cosmopolitan. The rooms were clean and the staff was that of a 5 star hotel staff. I can't express how satisfied and comfortable I was staying at this hotel. If considering a luxury hotel in Vegas, I absolutely recommend staying at the Cosmo.

Booked the Terrace One Bedroom - Fountain View. Breath taking views of the fountains. The room was huge the bed was comfortable, and the shower and the soaking tub were over the top. My wife and I loved everything about the Hotel. Tons of restaurants, and bars to check out. Wicked Spoon is the best buffet we have ever eaten at, and the service was top notch. Best hotel in Las Vegas!

We went to the Wicked Spoon for Brunch. The food was absolutely spectacular! The food a portion sizes we're near perfect! I definitely plan to go again! The only complaint I have is that our waitress seemed less interested in us once we told her we weren't going to order any alcohol. All in all, it was a good experience!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are a great size. Beds are comfy. Lots of restaurants and bars within the property. Guest services reps are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Staying at the Cosmopolitan was an absolute awesome experience! I was in Las Vegas for the first time and this hotel was great. The customer service as excellent. Also it is one of only a few hotels in the area to have a balcony so I had a great view of the Las Vegas strip! My room was clean and spacious and we'll stocked! Any questions I had, or assistance I needed was handled almost immediately! I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful, quirky, and modern hotel. The chandelier bar is the highlight and it's fun enjoying a drink or two there. The rooms follow the same quirky theme. All the restaurants are unique and delicious. The pool overlooks part of the strip. The parking situation sucks.

9

Hip boutique hotel casino catering to the young and affluent. To me, this is the jewel of the City Center project. It's not stuffy or common; it's stylish and fresh. The restaurants are world class. The day club is the place to be in the summer without all the junior varsity clutter. The rooms are smaller, but feel luxurious and fun. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Use the valet or don't bring anything that needs parking.

The Cosmopolitan offers a unique hotel experience for those who do not want just an ordinary hotel stay. They offer excellent overall services. Spacious, comfortable and functional rooms with all the amenities. Try the Terrace 1-bedroom suites with Japanese soaking tub and balconies for spectacular views. The gaming is excellent. The Identity Club is the casino and hotel rewards program, it's the best in Vegas for the strip hotels. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place! We had a fountain view terrace studio room and it was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Some of our lights weren't working and we notified the front desk. They sent maintenance who fixed them really efficiently. He was very professional and quick. Room service is so nice and accommodating, but you did have to call room service for everything and they charge a lot (not even a coffee maker in the room). The restaurants in the hotel are outstanding. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub one day by the ice rink. The spa staff are fantastic. Only great things to say about this place. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay on the strip.

Very friendly and professional staff; everyone throughout the building. Restaurants were spectacular. Best room service I've ever had anywhere in service, presentation, and quality of food. Room was not cleaned very well. Crumbs and glitter on the couch. Toilet paper missing. Tables and counters not wiped clean. Otherwise room was very large and very nicely setup. Definitely a great hotel for fun, romantic, Vegas weekend!

Gorgeous hotel, super classy! The entire casino is always busy as a result of the day/night club and the theater upstairs. Day pool party was nice, low key and not to wild. Was a cool place to relax with the girls. The Chelsea theater was a nice size but we sat in the floor chairs and we kept having to tell the people in front of us to scoot up because their chairs were way to close to our legs.

Very nice hotel & casino. We had a fountain view from our room it was amazing. Hotel is very clean throughout and staff is incredibly friendly. The construction is modern and quite nice decorated. Casino is smaller and no large poker space. Rooms are spacious and have a nice view, but the shower/shower head was super moldy. The restaurants and bars are excellent. Staff were super friendly, from the check-in process to being able to text them if I had any issues, they were always efficient and helpful; upgraded my room as the one I had requested wasn't available yet.

I have stayed at The Cosmopolitan several times and this is my choice hotel to stay at when I am in Las Vegas. On my last trip I stayed in the Boulevard Tower. This was my first time staying in this tower. Normally I am in the Chelsea Tower. Now I can say that there is really no difference, both towers are exceptional.

Regarding the staff at the Cosmopolitan, words alone do not do enough to praise the professionalism and talented employees you will encounter. They will go out of there way to make sure you are happy, more interesting is the fact that every employee I have encountered went above and beyond my expectations and I do not even think they know how appreciated this is to a customer. It is obvious their staff is very well trained in customer service.

I will try to explain just how clean this place is, using the word clean does not provide enough description. I have never seen a single piece of garbage just laying on the floor. The floors, walls, games, rooms and public restrooms are spotless. It is like they have invisible cleaning robots constantly cleaning. If I could give them more stars based on cleanliness I would.

Thank you very much Cosmopolitan for always being a 5 star hotel. I have and will continue to recommend you. I will continue to come to the Cosmopolitan. I think I now come to Las Vegas just to stay at the Cosmopolitan and all the rest in Las Vegas is just a benefit.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

For me, this hotel proved itself to be a hidden gem on the strip. I'd stayed in Vegas many times before and never knew it was there. It's between more popular properties. However, it stands on its own. The unique, lavishly quirky decor is so fun. There's so much to notice, even when you're not doing anything (like standing in the elevator). I found the service, staff, and amenities impeccable. My room and view was huge, and the food options were awesome. My company paid for my week-long stay. But I could see how it's well worth the money. Great job creating a truly special place among others!

I went to the Wicked Spoon brunch buffet on a weekday morning, there was no line and I was seated straight away. I really enjoyed the cheese blintz and their mini sausage with a biscuit and gravy. I'm pleased I finally tried Wicked Spoon, after hearing their buffet is one of the best for the past few years. I intend to go back and try the dinner buffet sometime soon.

I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for 4 nights. The hotel is hands down the best modern, well-designed and polished hotel I've been to. Chandeliers are gorgeous and steal the show! Great pool and restaurants!
My stay was pleasant. My suite was quiet, clean, specious, had a nice balcony and had all basic and modern amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. The staff was helpful.

I just booked the normal City View room with double Queen beds. The quality of the room and the staff is great. The amenities are great. I really can't find something wrong with my stay here. They even made sure to get me a fountain view. I would definitely stay here again if on a good deal.

One of my favourite Hotels in Las Vegas. If you are a single guy and want you to meet classy ladies. This is the place. I am not much of a strippers type guy. I prefer women with brains and class. This is the place.
The crystal bar is amazing to look at and goes multiple levels.

This place was amazing. I had stayed here when it just had opened. The view is spectacular, so beautiful, "cool" is the border line word for what it really is. Just remember, it's the only hotel in Vegas of its kind. Have FUN! I'll never forget this place and the first time I stayed here. It is breathtaking.

Very nice place to stay, but for the price I do expect a little more. For instance there is no reason to ever have to wait 30 min in a check in line to get your room. This resort should have the process down pat and be able to handle the check in load. That being said, the room was great, the beds were comfortable, the bell boy took great care in getting our bags to and from our room. The pool side service was excellent, and the casino was fun. This place is not cheap, be repairer to shell out some cash for wonderful hotel stay.

The Cosmo is my favorite hotel on the strip. It is a beautiful resort, with a very hip vibe. It has fantastic restaurants, cool bars/lounges and great rooms. It also has my favorite nightclub in Vegas, Marquee.

At a lot of Strip properties you feel like an observer. At the Cosmo, you feel like a participant.

The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas is the most amazing place my husband and I have ever stayed! We have stayed in several different places here in Vegas, but none can compare to this place! The entire staff was friendly and are truly concerned that their guests are having an amazing time, and if you are not, they will do everything they can to make it happen. The grounds are immaculate as are the rooms. Everything is perfect, and the staff can't be beat. The art is none like I have ever seen. The pools are crystal clear, the wait staff and the lovely girls handing out towels at the pool, and the check in staff all had smiles on their faces every day. We will definitely return and it couldn't come fast enough!

Let me start by stating that the Hotel and Casino are top notch and our service and experience was very good. Our room and view was outstanding. Our best Vegas stay experience on the strip. My only constructive criticism would be that we booked and stayed here through the Marriott website (reward stay - points + cash upgrade) and the staff did not do a great job of recognizing membership status (Platinum Preferred) or extending any other benefits (I do realize that this is considered a resort property with Marriott) Even at check in there was no elite line or mobile check-in available. The gentleman at the counter stated that because of my status that my room was being upgraded to the actual room type that I had already reserved and paid additional cash with the points for to obtain. Just a suggestion to the hotel staff and management that the elite benefits and recognition goes a long way for repeat business, which at this type of property is not much of an issue when the economy is good but when things slow down....

Stunning hotel. Simply elegant and beautiful. The bar the Marquee was so much fun for day clubbing! The pool got gross though after a few hours of a lot of people swimming in it. Great bottle service at Marquee they made sure we always had water and on a hot hot day we needed it! The giant chandelier in Cosmo is absolutely amazing to look at. Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a very cool vibe. Tons of swanky bars and restaurants, and very comfortable beds. It's a very large hotel with a couple of towers. The Vesper bar has amazing cocktails; excellent lobby bar.

If you are traveling with a dog or seeing a show at the hotel in the Chelsea concert venue, recommend trying to get a room in the Chelsea tower. That's the one right across from the check-in area, so it's close to the front for bringing your dog out, and it's in the same tower as the concert venue so you'll have easy access.

On first walking into the hotel it was like Wow!! Just so big. The check in was great and cheekily asked for a complimentary upgrade which we got. Great start. We were on floor 51 room 98 of the Boulevard tower and had the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains as well as over the city. The city really comes to life at night when lit up.
Our room was big, clean and spacious and bathroom and shower room big as well. the only complaint was that the room did not have a coffee / tea maker but I would think that this is because they don't want you in the room too long as they would rather you purchased from the many restaurants and eateries in the hotel?
Check in and check outs were quick, maybe lucked out when we arrived and left. I did see big queues at other times when we walked through the reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If we ever had to go back to Vegas we would certainly use this hotel again.

Perfect hotel and casino location centrally located in Vegas.
Extremely wide range of gaming opportunities for all types of players.
Hotel comfort and rooms are really on high level.
Breakfast is extremely top, but costs for an adult 28 bucks if it is not included in the room charge.
Staff operates very professional and friendly.

Finally we increased our input at the casino by winning 1150%!

Came here for the $10/24-hour parking and stayed for the aesthetic value. This is one of the most gorgeous hotel/casinos in Vegas - hands down, no contest. Every turn you make has a gazillion new things to look and marvel at. The staff are quite knowledgeable and very helpful too. If you want a great Vegas experience, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Walking into the lobby is amazing. The tall pillars with giant displays on them will make you say Wow. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views. The Cosmo is one of the only hotels on the strip with balconies. The balcony is plenty big and allows you to take in the beauty of the city. On the downside, the dining in the resort is less than stellar. Casinos at the other resorts were much more spacious and accommodating. This resort is better suited for younger crowds looking to party.

A Chic place fit for ALL. There are some surprises. If you have a group going (over 50 people), I can get you in the Rabbit Hole.... amazing little secret for Private groups on certain days/evenings.

Dining options galore.
High Tech meets creative.
2 Towers offer different pricing & options. The only Hotel resort that has amazing balconies. Clean location as opposed to other hotels on the Strip.

I'm staying at the Cosmo for the first time and love it. It's a beautiful hotel with great restaurants and bars. They were also great and upgraded my room which is also gorgeous, especially the 2 person shower. My only negative feedback on the room is there is no desk to work on so laptop use is literally on your lap. Other than that I will absolutely stay here again.

My favorite place on the strip. I go here at least 3 times a year. Every room is absolutely incredible. Hard to pick a favorite restaurant they are all super yummy.. I even have a hard time chosen which ones to visit on my trip. I hardly have to leave the casino if I don't want to. The casino always has a good feel and a nice place to hang out and have some drinks. The spa is also one of my favorites o. The strip. Pretty much cant go wrong by spening the extra dollar to stay at one of the nicest resorts in Vegas! Remember to Have fun

Central to all the on strip and off strip action. Some parts of the hotel look amazing and high end while other parts could use a bit more attention to detail. The rooms suits on the top floors are spacious, comfortable, and the patio is super relaxing. It would of been nice to have additional patio seating for my visiting guest. I will still rate is 5 stars, since it met all expectations.

We stayed here while we eloped to Vegas and we were so glad we picked this hotel over others.

First things first, the hotel itself you can stay in for your whole trip and you'll still won't see everything. This place is full of character and surprises. It has an amazing location with an easily accessible foot path taking you to the north and south side of the strip on either side of the road.

The staff were extremely helpful in getting my wife dressed for our big day and they continued to help us with any questions we had about events around the city.

We loved our time here, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else if we revisited Vegas.

The pool can get a little messy but overall a great time!

LOVE IT!!!!!!! The room had a view that cannot be surpassed. Balconies wrap around the room with seating that is comfortable and clean. The bedroom had fantastic views too.

Nice mirrors all along the way to the door to ensure you can check your style - walk and colors.

Bathrooms were just top of the line in comfort, efficiency and meet the Las Vegas moods.

Check in was a breeze, the staff were just too cool.

Atmosphere was electric. Food was great but i hated the lines for breakfast.

One area to improve is to provide some coffee cups and night chocolates.

Really cool views! Right on the strip, which makes it very comfortable no matter where you want to go. Staff is friendly but rooms needed more attention from house keepers we stayed there for 3 nights and each night in different rooms. No matter how expensive your room is, you may encounter trash behind the bed or your shower room being wet and used soap... well one more thing - some rooms have their windows sealed and you cant open them which makes it a bit uncomfortable, other than that everything was great.

From the moment we walked in, we were pleased with the beauty that this hotel had to offer. However, in that same moment, we were hit with the smell of smoke. The smell is overwhelming on the first floor of the hotel. Also, when we were poolside, we had a lady who was chain smoking right next to us. The waitress at the pool basically stated that the pool is also a smoking area. I am not sure what other areas in the hotel allow or prohibit smoking because we chose to stay in our room or out of the hotel. Unfortunately, my friend who organized the trip for Mother's Day and her Birthday ended up with acute sinusitis. She had to start antibiotics while on the trip! We live in a time in which the consequences of smoking are common knowledge, so there is no reason that everyone should be exposed to the bad habits of others. If you have allergies, asthma, kids, breathing issues of any kind, or if you just like the idea of living a life free of second smoke do NOT stay here!

Went to the Cosmopolitan to have lunch at the Wicked Spoon. Imagine the best entrees from a classy restaurant in small portions, and that best describes how this buffet works. My favorite Hotel in Vegas! Contemporary deluxe atmosphere with great service. The rooms are modern with latest amenities and some have balconies. The property is not as large as some other Vegas hotels so getting around is easy. A bit pricey but I enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to go to Vegas and ooze class from your pores, the Cosmopolitan is about as classy as it gets. They location is central to the strip, the rooms are very modern, some with balconies overlooking the Bellagio fountains even. The staff are always helpful and friendly. While wandering around the strip we stopped through here and decided we'll be staying here on our next visit!

The casino is beautiful inside and out and set up superbly. The gaming floor is very open and easy to wander around in. There are a great number of bars, restaurants, etc. to check out while here. From our room where we were staying we had a great view of their amazing pool setup.

I had the best time here. The room was very welcoming and was facing the strip. The room had a tub with jets that was much needed after all the walking we did that day. Every staff person that we ran into was so polite and looked very happy to be there.

A good location on the strip near everything you'd want to see. Came here for a weekend, the rooms were amazing and so was the view of the strip (I was on the 61st floor).

We had a private function on the Saturday along with a dinner. The dinner was well cooked and was served up piping hot.

The bar staff were friendly and helpful when dealing with our increasingly rowdy group as the night went on, they also offered a good range of spirits and other drinks.

Full disclosure: I work for Marriott.

This is an awesome hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, they have a cohesive design that engages you and keeps you wondering.

I liked the location. Was close enough to the strip without being on the strip. The joint was hopping. We waited FOREVER to check in but were upgraded for a reasonable rate. I'm into the old Vegas vibe and anything retro so I dug the outdated look. The room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Cosmopolitan! This hotel succeeds in being beautiful, elegant, and fancy, without feeling stuffy and snooty. We walked around the hotel prior to dinner at Holsteins, and what I enjoyed most was the lack of overbearing cigarette smoke. This comment only concerns the bar. This place is really nice and reaches global standards (i.e. exceeds the American ones, especially in term of interior design). Most probably the place where you can meet the beautifulest girls in the city. Be careful however: like everywhere in Vegas and although the Cosmopolitan's management care, after 2am the female customer base is slightly evolving... including "professionals". You're in Fabulous (and decadent) Las Vegas, you should then be 21+ and informed ;)

Its a nice hotel, but i think that the number of staff working is lesser than the enormous number of rooms. On one of my nights during my short stay, the house cleaning came at 5pm. Not only she appeared very late, she also entered the room without ringing the bell. I was in bed, almost naked!!
I told her to come again after 30 minutes so that I can leave the room, yet she never appeared. I called the reception when I came back but nobody came too.
Your hotel is too big, you deserve more people working around!!!

Cosmopolitan had everything you would expect of a
5 star hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful in any way, my suite overlooked Bellagio fountains, I could go on....
However,
I checked my credit card after my stay to find $3400
Of bogus charges described as Hotel/ Casino.
I was told that was a common practice to be sure my credit card would handle the costs of the hotel. After 2 calls, one charge of $900 was removed, I was told the others will drop off shortly, How many people thoroughly check their statements, how many people just pay the charges and never know they've been taken for a ride. For this reason I give 4 out of 5 stars

I've stayed at the Cosmopolitan before and had an extremely positive experience. Ever since staying there, I make it a point to swing by Secret Pizza when I'm in town. On this occasion, I stopped by for pizza and had a decent experience. The hotel itself was lovely as usual; Secret Pizza on the other hand was busy and the wait time they gave me for a whole pizza was pretty off. We waited for 20+ more minutes than what we were told, and it was clear that other customers were waiting still too. While that was a little off-putting, I'd still go back to the Cosmo and that restaurant in particular if I'm hankering for pizza.

A wonderful hotel with a great ambiance. Stayed here for a few nights for a mini vacation and the staff was great. The hotel itself sits right in the middle of the strip and is very easy to navigate. The hotel air was fresh and didn't smell at all like smoke unless you walked by someone who was doing so and it was just gorgeous overall. Our room had a tub that didn't look the cleanest, so we called the desk and asked if we could have it cleaned while we wandered the strip. Very good upscale hotel, great rooms with modern interior and great view of the Bellagio fountain (ask for it). Great service and the wicked spoon is an incredible buffet. Only with restaurants, this hotel could do a bit more. The overall quality doesn't seem to fit the high price here.

This place was just okay. I was disappointed. After reading the reviews, I made sure it was on my list of places to eat. I expected creative, new flavors. Nice view the staff gave us. Very nice hotel. I stayed at the venetian 2 months ago and I would take this hotel over the venetian. The only bad part was the room was dusty and the maids wouldn't dust it or clean the mirrors.I give 5 star because of the service and the people that work here. Hip and modern. This upscale and fun hotel has a more vibrant feel than most on the strip. Very good restaurants and bars. Modern and somewhat over-the-top, but it fits with Vegas. The hotel attracts a more hip, upscale and well-dressed crowd at night. That does not mean you won't see shorts and t-shirts, but less here than most places at night. Bar at Strip entrance had great music and a fun feel overall. Lots to see and do here.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for two nights. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had in Las Vegas and pretty much with Hotels in general. The staff were very professional and kind. The room was very clean. The bathroom area was probably our favorite. The bathtub was big enough for us to take a bath together in. Also the private terrace was a very relaxing place to relax and unwind. The hotel is very centrally located on the strip so it makes travelling to other parts of the strip very easy. Additionally the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan is a very good buffet compared to what you'll find elsewhere.

We're already planning our next trip to Las Vegas and there's a very good chance that we'll stay here.

This hotel is fabulous looking. It's very modern and is in a prime location (the strip). If you're into the touristy scene, this is the best place to be because everyone comes here for the upscale social vibe. Also, gambling here is going to cost you more compared to other casinos around town so be prepared to potentially lose money fairly quick. Honestly this hotel isn't any different than a standard chain, after all it is part of the Marriott Brand. The water in my rooms went out TWICE over a 2 day stay, so I'm not as impressed as I was years ago.

The staff was very friendly and hotel was beautiful. However we had a two bedroom suite with 3 beds for 2 but the hotel only offered only two complimentary breakfasts per day. It was also the same story to get into Marquee, the nightclub in the hotel. It's the same no matter how many beds or people are in the room, so I guess it's not a big deal since most of the amenities including the club and dining are worth the money its just something to keep in mind.

The parking garage beneath the casino utilizes red and green lights and a bit of technology to show you how many spots are available on each floor, and the green light shows you if a particular spot is open.

Great hotel. The room was super clean and we were able to go to all the nightclubs and restaurants so easily. Only downside was that the place was packed!!! But, the vibe was great and we loved the whole experience. Will definitely stay here next time.
