I spent New Year's Eve 2019 at the hotel.
Excellent service all round.
The room was very clean very well furnished and a good size. The bathroom included a shower and bath facilities.
All the staff was very helpful this included friendly security.
I would highly recommend you order the pizza off the room service late night menu if hungry after 10 p.m.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and I intend to stay there again when I visit the city.

One of my favourite hotels and dining spots in London. I’ve both stayed here and had tea a few times. HIGHLY recommend Christmas tea here - it’s gorgeous and filled with lots of sweet treats and surprises. The rooms are incredible (as to be expected), so definitely worth a night or two staying here either on holiday or a staycation in the city. The staff are lovely and very dedicated to making your experience at the Langham something to be remembered.

The attention to detail quality of food and value for money is unparalleled. You can sit in glorious comfort and be attended to by waiters with perfectly clean uniforms and sparkling smiles. The food is absolutely delicious and a three course meal is also satisfying and filling.

Visiting for business. Anything I say will be less. From the check-in to the check out- everything was excellent.

The check-in was flawless- from walking in to the room - maybe 5 minutes, tops. I came much earlier than the check-in time and was immediately provided a room.

The room was relatively large considering it was London. The washroom pretty spacious too.

The service is excellent. From the person at the door, to the service in the restaurants (went to 3), to anyone one encountered, the service was just amazing.

The best thing about this place is the location. It is right in the middle of everything but still isn't. Just off Oxford Street- within few minutes walking distance to almost everything. Even by car everything is pretty near.

Would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning property. Staff on the whole extremely friendly and service minded. My absolute favourite above the top grand tiers in London! Even if not visiting with the big spend in mind, just popping in for a tea in the lounge for example, staff showcase the full five-star-deluxe treatment.

A truly professional hotel that in my repeat custom truly master the art of bespoke, discerning service.

Please keep the human touch of refined luxury going, keep nourishing teams that share their love for hospitality, keep the building in tip-top shape (and a top tip if staying: choose a suite. They are wonderful) and The Langham will continue to shine, and outshine the competition, for years to come. Highly recommended!! Ki

We loved our two nights here! Central, clean and beautiful, wonderful rooms and service. Breakfast at the a la Carter restaurant was great. classy bit pretentious. Yes , luxury, all worth it. The only place in the world where the doorman knew about Graham Greene in depth.

Lovely place, reasonable complimentary snack with bar drinks. Careful when they ask if you want water as well as your ordered drinks. In being asked if I want water, I assumed it was complimentary liking other hotels, so replied still. On my bill was charged for the bottle. When I explain this, they took it off the bill.

Absolutely stunning restaurant and food. The presentation of the food is immaculate. I went for lunch and someone else paid, but lunch is quite reasonable I think. The decor is also very well done. Great service. Will definitely go back.

We went here because we were looking for a fancy place to enjoy high tea while visiting London, and this did not disappoint. The service was lovely and the food and tea was incredible. So beautiful, in fact, that I almost didn't want to eat the food because it was so pretty! The venue was beautiful and there was live music (piano). It was expensive--the most expensive and fanciest meal I've ever had or will have in my life--but it's what we were looking for, and it was definitely worth the experience. I am began, but after requesting a vegan menu while booking, the chef was able to create a beautiful selection of finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts that were no less grand than the non-vegans. I am very impressed with The Langham and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high tea in London!

This is a five-star experience if you get one of the larger rooms, the smaller ones are utterly disappointing.

Staff are very attentive. The bar serves up lovely concoctions, Afternoon tea is creative. Be sure to have a swim in the pool!

The decor in the downstairs areas is immaculate, upkept and not tired like many other London hotels.

My wife and I enjoyed five nights whilst visiting family. The location at the intersection of Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho is as good as it gets to access the city. The hotel is near the north end of Regent St, quiet, but at the feet of all the shopping, pubs and restaurants just blocks away. The doormen and staff are lovely. The rooms are cozy and the bed extremely comfortable. In regards to dining, the breakfast menu is delicious and the room whether in the morning or for high tea is delightful. You get what you pay for here and then some. Thank you, Langham, London.

Beautiful and warm place, very and well dressed staff, catering for more or less all individual from vegetarian to gluten free. The place itself was nice, tidy and clean. I would recommend it to those who like this kind of my place. It really wasn't for me as I like big portion of food and that was not what was served but its still a nice place.

We began with a cocktail in the bar. Staff were super friendly. Try the whiskey cocktail. We then had afternoon tea with the Wedgwood settings. Staff were excellent and the food was really tasty. We ordered gluten free scones but as they are hard to get right, they were rather crumby. The tea options are vast so step out and try something different

Dashing and totally at the top of the list for hotel accommodation in London. l stayed here for a few days. Upon entry you are met with lovely, friendly (not too nosey) staff. I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk... or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great. If you get to stay here... the rooms are great and some don't have a great view but you will appreciate that it's bang in the centre of London. Closest Tube station is Oxford Circus and the Soho district is just a stone throw away with Oxford Street Shoppers and Piccadilly Square not too far away. There are a few good places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel in Regent Street. So if you wish to escape the hotel catering which is brilliant but could be pricey for some, stroll around and you'll find ample places. Now and then you might get a glimpse of the odd celebrity.

Beautiful place. Attentive and friendly staff, but not over the top. Had a cocktail at the Palm court room, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Enjoyed the spa, the swimming pool is on the small side - perfect for one, two will be company, three will be a crowd. The location is perfect, not on a busy road, has a lovely good night sleep in the comfortable bed. Cleanliness was faultless, the room service brought delicious pastries for breakfast. Be sure to buy the signature scent from the lovely staff at the reception, it makes a nice souvenir or a gift

Amazing afternoon tea! Exquisite cakes and a stunning ambience.

Come with an appetite to make the most of the bottomless tea (there are so many varieties to choose from, but don't worry your 'Tea Sommelier' is on hand to help) and unlimited sandwiches and scones which are so delicious - you won't be able to resist and the diet will be truly out of the window.

The best bit is a lack of haughtiness common to other posh establishments.. Such as making sure you leave with a lovely little takeaway box of "leftovers" which are really just extras they want you to have!

A wonderful treat.

Gorgeous hotel steeped in history. Attended a University of Toronto alumni event held in the lavish grand ballroom. We had wine and canapés before hand and everything brought out from the kitchen and bar was of high quality and delicious. Staff are lovely, helpful, and make you feel welcomed. The Langham is fine dining at its best. Amazing location and exceptional service provided throughout make this an experience as much as a meal out. The selection of wines is long and impressive and the selection of food is exquisite. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing, which really shows how wine is supposed to match food. Amazing experience that comes at a price but well worth it if you enjoy great food and wine.

Great cocktail bar with a great atmosphere. The team was friendly, and the drinks spot on. the waiters helped us choosing our drinks so we did not have to bother too much about reading. Gorgeous place, great food, staff explained the items quickly and took the menus. Thus we couldn't remind ourselves of what we had. Also we felt rushed to finish within the 2 hour slot, but then were made to wait for our bill for over 10 minutes.

Had afternoon tea at the Langham. We we're treated to a fabulous experience. An elegant dining room, attentive service, fabulous tea, sandwiches and desserts (the egg salad watercress was to die for). If you being a child, they get this cute teddy bear. We had afternoon tea at Palm Court at Langham Hotel. We were quite disappointed with the service there, took us 15' to get staff's attention and then we gave up the second time, even though the place was not that full. The food was quite standard for afternoon tea, but the tea selection was great. The 150 year anniversary tea was interesting, (wouldn't try it again) and the white tea was really good. Having said that, the atmosphere was great with live music, the pianist performed really well and the interior was lovely with fresh flowers.

This place is perfect. From the gorgeous decor to the food to the service to the smell of fresh flowers in the lobby.

We stayed for an entire week (7 nights) with two rooms for our family. We arrived tired and preferred to change rooms from the original king deluxe rooms assigned. Elena at the front desk went above and beyond all expectations to accommodate and make sure we were comfortable and sorted out. The entire hotel staff impressed us with acute customer service skills. The food, bar and afternoon tea.... all sublime. We will definitely be back and recommend it highly.

Had a fantastic afternoon tea at Palm Court. They were very attentive and also happy to oblige when we requested only cheese sandwiches for our little one. The sandwiches, scones and pastries were divine; the second helping of sandwiches worked a treat. We were there on my birthday and my husband casually and very briefly mentioned this to our server. Later, to our surprise, the server brought out a little birthday cake while the pianist played Happy Birthday. That lovely little surprise and initiative made a special outing even more memorable. Thank you to everyone involved!

The Roux is amazing. Had the 5 course chefs menu with with wine pairing, £125 per person. Worth it! The only thing I didn't love was the pigeon, tasted like liver a bit and they didn't ask how I'd like it done, so it came medium rather than rare.
The scallop in butter sauce made my heart melt. The desert, which I don't usually look forward to, was sublime. Our server Antonia was a gem and the staff in general are top notch. Really enjoyed it here yet again!

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel.
We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every single day!
The Rooms:
Clean, comfortable and more technologically advanced than your average London hotel. Room service was beyond amazing!!!

The Service :
Great! The concierge service here was truly outstanding.. the service at breakfast and other occasions same deal. Not to mention the great experience and nice gentlemen at the front.

Food:
Amazing!!! I looked forward to my breakfast every single day! And not just for the cheese selection but overall quality of both food and service. Then again we only had breakfast here and tea. I missed my breakfast one day and was deeply disappointed.

High Tea:
We did a tea session here and boy even my dad was impressed! :-) who is typically not a big fan.

Location:
Close to everything!!!

Price:
I had booked couple of rooms 2 months in advance , so price was readable ( ish ) and this place was worth every penny.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Great name, impressive building. Unfortunately my insanely expensive room was a pretty old-school and miniature room on the first floor looking out to another 5-storey building or so... About 2m from my window. Felt a bit like room in the basement.

Even though London is crazy expensive when it comes to hotels, I've had significantly better value for money most times I stayed in the city before (at other places).

Me and my friend came for Afternoon tea at Langham. The service quite disappointing, had to ask for the coats and luggage to be taken. Had to ask at least 3 times to get a glass a water.
The selection of tea was good, for the patisserie - we had to share 1 plate between 2 of us, I didn't like the fact that I had to cut the little piece of cake into 2. The cream and jam was average. Would not go again, the price is not justifiable.

I took my wife for high tea for her birthday. We both absolutely loved it. The speciality teas were better than any I've tried before. The waiters were coming round every few minutes topping up our tea. The food was amazing. They offer as many sandwiches and scones as you want. And to top it all off, they brought out a little birthday cake for my wife. Loved it! I've added a few pictures of a meal.

Went for afternoon tea. Absolutely delicious all around and generous portions. They gave us extra sandwiches during the meal and scones to take home. I have been to this beautiful hotel in the Best City several times and the service is always excellent and staff are so friendly including the Porter Tonight who called me a cab, ever so lovely.

He really was top of his game and so attentive, a natural!! All the staff were, but Boris stood out!
I have been to many places around the world, but to receive such excellence is quite rare to find i'm sad to say!

Presentation is key in a venue of such and they have nailed it! Of course most of it was probably done by an interior design specialist but keeping the experience in place on a daily basis requires everyone's collaboration. Although I only visited the bar, I noticed the following aspects: - Staff are very professional (from both physical and attitude perspectives) and knowledgeable. - drinks presentation is the best selling point, they are truly exquisite, to be expected considering the price. Not much else to say considering my short stay, except that it's worth the visit, at least once!

I love this place. I tranquil yet surreal place full of luxury and treats. The Artesian Bar has been voted as the worlds best four times by Drinks International. The cocktails are insane, creative beyond belief and each served with a little story behind its creation. The bar can be relaxed and friendly or busy, bustling with a vibrant atmosphere. I have been here both alone and with friends, its perfect for both scenarios.
It can be expensive with cocktails averaging £18 each but coming here is a treat or experience like no other. You also get what you pay for, its craft in motion.

Historic building in central London. Excellent Service and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are nice, nothing fancy but useful and practical. I love this bar. During the day it is elegant and a great place for coffee. In the evening the lights go down, they put just the right level of music on, and you can enjoy feeling smug enjoying table service in a beautiful bar with infinite replenishment of snacks, whilst people watching. Yes the drinks are hotel bar priced, but for me it's worth it. Delicious and unusual cocktails, and some of the best prosecco I've tasted.

Me and my girlfriend stay at the Langham for two night and it was incredible! An unforgettable weekend away! Even before stepping into the hotel our bags were taken away and we were escorted inside to the reception desk where extremely friendly staff checked us in. We were then taken to our rooms, which were amazing. Very spacious, large bed, fantastic view and an incredible bathroom. The Palm Court was beautiful to have dinner and breakfast in. The Bar just next door had staff that would ask you what type of drinks you liked and found something that would suit you. The Langham was superb! As our room was a recently renovated there was a few problems but I did not even mind. Spent some time swimming or at the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel for even aspect. Amazing food, incredible drinks or the relaxing hotel room with a bed you could say made you feel like you were sleeping in clouds.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent location. Superb service. Especially loved the club floor lounge. Richard was especially attentive and went out of his way to make our experience memorable. Concierge service was great. Brian loved to talk football. We have stayed in many London hotels and this ranks among the best.

A typical "grand" old-style central London hotel, though a little more accessible than some others. A strong point is that many helpful staff are available, and the service given to me was consistently excellent. But architectural character is lacking. Still, this hotel offers fine facilities, elegant surroundings, and is inoffensive owing to its bland design.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site.

I had visited the Palm Court on 14/8/15 with my son for a special champaign afernoon tea. At first site I noticed that the customers which were already dining at the Palm Court how comfortable and casual they were as if they were their all day. It was a positve atmostphere. We were greated by Alice our tea sommelier and waitress for the afternoon. She could not have been more pleasant and her persoanlity shone through. Nothing was too much trouble. We had Motet champaigne, followed by a platter of sandwiches which were different from the standard over filled ones one would get. These were nice bite sizes. I had the taragon mustard and plum tomato which was a nice pink bread, followed by asparagus and wiltshire ham comte cheese. My son, of course tried them all! The tabel was dressed in lovely crip startched linin - I would like to know how to get mine like that! The crocery was of course the finest of Wedgwood which I really appreciated. It's these fine touches in life that make an occassion worth while! I have been to may Tea afternoons, but the pleasantness of this room and Alice was just lovely. There was also a wide selection of Sepciality Langham Teas whish were so relaxing. Oh and of course how can I non mention the miniture pastry collection. Edible Daisy Teapot Cinnamon shortbread cookie, Hattaway Rose Motif, English Rose and lyche log. And the finale was the lightly roasted pistachio financier. The peanist played everyones favourate tune - happy birthday where I was presented with a lovely oblong cake and candle. A very pleasant afternoon indeed worth visiting. Thank you to all!

The Langham is one of my favourite spots for Afternoon tea and far superior to the Ritz. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent selection of teas and great savoury and sweet finger food.

Arrived today and was treated like royalty. We had afternoon tea which was fantastic. The staff were so attentive to our needs and were polite and courteous. From the concierge staff to the hotel receptionist they were just what a five star has to offer. They were all brilliant. The bedrooms are comfortable clean and everything you need for a lovely break in London. Our housekeeper was so helpful and friendly. Love this hotel.
