Average hotel for the price. Stayed for a long weekend and the room was clean and semi-comfortable. The bed is very firm if you like that. The fees for parking are $20 and $25 per day for the resort fee to use the pool. Need a car really to enjoy the time here as it is far from most Disney activities

Let's face it - there are no reasonably priced hotels with decent quality at Walt Disney World. This is doubly true for families with multiple young children.

The Wyndham has several excellent features:
1. Affordability.
2. Room configuration. In our case, we were able to get a room with a small alcove with bunk beds.
3. Location.
4. Service. In particular, the valet parking was superb.

The most important question is whether we would stay there again, and the answer is definitely yes.

Really beautiful environment with facilities and amenities to keep you in the resort even if you didn't plan to go anywhere. Excellent customer service, Disney shuttle buses to any of your theme parks. I enjoyed the lazy pool and the Spa treatments the most

Close as you can get to Disney parks without actually staying at something Disney. Shuttles to all parks as well as park ticket packages. A few restaurants to choose from, as well as a few bars. Very nice rooms. Elevators are fast and abundant. Parking garage is close but elevator for this is very slow, park on main level P2 if possible to avoid the wait.

Beautiful resort on Disney property. Very clean. Several pools, a playground and a nice path around a lake. We had a room with two queen beds. The bathroom was amply sized and there was a mini fridge in the room. I am only holding back a star because our room did not have a decent view

Amazing experience. Resort has the nicest and most helpful concierge, Karen. She made sure everything was perfect for my important dinner at their Seafood restaurant. Everything was perfect!

This would be 5 stars, but their bus service isn't very good to the Disney parks, and they weren't accommodating about it. They use an outside service, but that still reflects on them. Marvin made our stay SUPER pleasant. Thank you Marvin. I do recommend this place.

exactly as advertised.

we arrived several hours early for our stay. our room was ready within minutes. we had a great room with a great view. our stay here was great, the hotel was booked to capacity due to hurricane Irma, but the staff was very wonderful. as for the reviews that complain about hidden fees.....not the case, all fees were disclosed at the time of check in. you have use of the entire resort and its amenities, well worth it. we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay and are booking for next year already. we will spread the word. Katie at check in was wonderful and very pleasant even thou they had an additional several hundred last minute guests due to the hurricane.. kudos to everyone. great hotel.

Reasonable rooms with good service. Things are laid out well, and some of the available extras (like lattes, ice cream, and sushi!) are all good. Bar downstairs has a good atmosphere.

The hotel was nice, and our room had a spectacular view. The pools were nice and hot tubs were a plenty. Very close to the dis, and probably the nicest non disney resort we stayed at in the area. A bit surprised by the thick layer of lint/ dust on the top of bathroom door jam...

Disney trip. Shuttle was right on time, short ride to parks & free. Amazing pool, food at poolside with $10 kids meals thru resort and a five star restaurant with food to die for. Huge complex. Access to other pools, slides, river. Real resort atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, confortable rooms. You will be glad you came here. You will want to come back again.

There are a lot of untold charges and the amenities are limited. It is not the place but the way it is being run. Restaurants close very early. Shuttles stop very earlier. The pool closes early. And your family will be focused to choose between food or fun. Which is not the point of a vacation. However it is very clean.

Room are good, clean. Service was above average. Prices are a bit high on some menu items. The property and the pools are awesome. The lazy rivers are the best. Bars and places to eat all over. Parking is not free. Location is good, close to Disney and other places.

B E A U T I F U L!! The scenery was breath taking, as a we stayed in the the executive suite we were on the twelfth floor. Looking out of the window we could see the fabulous display of fireworks from Epcot and over looked the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and house keeping were very efficient. When i return to Florida i will defiantly be returning to this beautiful hotel.

Overall a good resort. There are many pools and activities; however, the pools do get very crowded because of how many resorts are on the property. Also many restaurants, but they are all pretty high dollar. Customer service needs some work as the employees are not very helpful. As for the rooms, our sheets had stains on them and even a hole. It is very convenient for anyone going to Disney who does not want to spend the high prices of Disney hotels.

I have stayed at this resort multiple times, but my recent visit will most likely be my last. Whereas the hotel staff had previously been absolutely exemplary, we simply did not enjoy the same experience this time. That said, I must commend two members of the staff- Rene & Moeline- who truly care about their guests and went above and beyond to make our stay as positive as possible following a less than promising start.

This place is amazing! The staff is great! The room is awesome there's plenty to do so many pools to swim in. So many activities for the family. The food's good, and the drinks are even better. Will be coming back very soon.

Room was clean and comfortable, but hotel really needs better signage. Parked in garage, signs in elevators were conflicting about what level check-in was. Getting a towel at the pool was another one. You had to go to a desk inside the building to sign out a towel (why such a secret location?). I also don't like it when you have to sign out a towel.

Beautiful and grand property.

Great, fun pools. Very nice room; wonderful housekeeping. Elaborate lobby/entrance. Lush landscaping.

Great option for a stay in the Disney area. Shuttle service to and from Magic Kingdom/Epcot is rather regular. For other parks it's not so regular. But Uber is your friend.

We could even see the Epcot fireworks from our balcony every night!

(P.S. If you get a flyer for "Italian" delivery under your room door, don't do it! We fell for it, and it was the worst food we've ever tasted.)

Stayed here for a conference and loved it! Wonderful service!! After a long exhausting day we lost our car in the parking garage and the attendant Kayla was amazing! She jumped right in and went to find it for us! Within minutes she had bright the car to us and had us ready to go!

This is a lovely hotel. The room was clean, spacious and relatively quiet considering it was at capacity. Our balcony looked out over a golf course. We weren't in Orlando for Disney World so this place was perfect. We took Ubers wherever we needed to go, it was a fast and convenient way to travel. There is a huge lagoon that you can stroll around which connects the hotel to the other towers of the resort. There are a couple of restaurants inside the hotel, a Starbucks and a small store as well.

I am staying in the time share portion of this resort. Each of the building are referred to as towers. There is many pools and hot tubs. The room I am in is a larger condo style ( 2 king beds, 2 queen bed, and a pull out couch. 2 full baths 1 Jacuzzi.) This resort is located on Disney property, and is mins from the parks.

We will be back!! This place is amazing from the minute I booked the vacation to the second we walked in. I can't say enough good things about this resort and it's staff. This is only our second day here but I had to write a review!!! I have had the best experience so far. Staff was wonderful at check in. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready an hour early which was perfect and once we got up to the room we knew this hotel was perfect. Our view of the pool was amazing and you can see Epcot's fireworks from the room. The room is very clean and up to date. Very happy about that!! The little store on site is very convenient. The Bar and Grill outside was amazing. The bartenders/servers got our food and drinks to us right away and the food was excellent! The amount of things to do here is overwhelming but so exciting! There is so much and we love it! It's definitely a hotel we will be staying at again. We plan on coming back in a year or two. The complimentary shuttles to and from the parks are awesome. The drivers are very friendly and always on time!! I wouldn't want to be staying anywhere else for our first Disney trip together. Thank you Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek!! We will be back!! :)

Driving onto the Wyndham property is breathtaking. The landscape draws a picturesque setting for the beautiful serene oasis. We were staying in tower 6 so this is towards the back more. The pool for this tower is pirate ship theme and seemed to be very different from the others. Walls in the room could be thicker as some do like to party later and get up early with kids making loud noises. Maybe that's what is to be expected in a Disney property. Having a full kitchen and laundry in our room made our stay like home away from home. Hard to say goodbye.

I stayed here for a conference recently and had a pretty good experience. The room was ready early for us which was a plus, and the check in staff was friendly. When we got to the room it was clean and it was nice but I was a little confused because it had a separate area with bunk beds in it in addition to the king sized bed. This was a little off putting and shrunk the size of the room a bit. We asked if there was another room we could stay in, but they said they were full up due to the conference. The hotel and the grounds are nice, but there is nothing to walk to in the area which was a little disappointing. If you want to venture out you can but there is not much else to do except go to downtown Disney or the parks. If I come to Orlando again, I would stay here.

This hotel was just OK. The pools were beautiful and the food we had was good (but overpriced). We found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful except for the shuttle bus drivers who were great. The hotel had a business-like and unwelcoming vibe. The surrounding buildings in the resort are all time share properties. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained in the entrance. We had a rental car and were charged $20/day to use their parking garage which was inconveniently located on the far side of the building. For the $ we spent we wished we would have spent a little more to stay in one of the nicer Disney resorts.

Great alternative to staying at a Disney facility while still being inside the property! It's new, attached to the resort, with multiple pools, bars, restaurants, and activities. NOTE: you do have to pay resort fees, but they are not too high. The pool is unmatched. The staff is great. One major drawback, not great transportation to the parks! It's expensive, the schedule is not very great. You would do better with Uber, or driving to the Disney Boardwalk resort and taking their transportation.

This resort was fantastic, rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and all very helpful for first time Disney travelers. Multiple pools and even a mini put course are on resort and all included in your stay.

Shuttles to the parks aren't the most frequent but we never found them to be a problem. Just want to make sure you don't miss one or you'll be waiting a while before the next arrives.

We got our room at a very affordable prices and they put us on the top floor which offered amazing sunrises. Fireworks also can be viewed nightly from the resort.

The room was great, a lot of comfort and luxurious beds, and although the bathroom was a tad small, it was pretty good. It's a great location, close to Disney. The service was near-perfect, everyone was so nice and they didn't feel like robots, as some hotels attendants are. The room service was prompt and they took a request, even though it was not normal. All in all, amazing experience.

Located in the heart of Epcot resorts, this hotel is absolutely amazing. I have stayed across the street at the Hilton and I will definitely check the rates here in the future. While the Hilton is more suited for a round of golf and a professional conference, the Wyndham is more suited for your kids.

The hotel is linked to a number of timeshares to which you can walk around. The hotel itself has its own pool, spa, gym, restaurants, etc. There is a bar and grill near the pool.

We ate at the seafood restaurant (I can't recall the name) and the food was spectacular. I suggest sitting inside when eating as the outside tables are served by the bar and the service was slow at first but righted out in the end.

The hotel has shuttle service to a number of Disney parks.

As always great! However the king size bed was smaller than what we thought. It was bigger than our queen at home but smaller than a regular king. They called it a hotel King. The room was also missing sheets and seemed to mot have been cleaned all the way. But it was a great stay none the less. We always prefer to stay here when we come to Orlando from Jacksonville.

The rooms are nice and there's a lot to do. The bunks have a limit of 150lbs so that became an issue. Relatively close to Disney with a convenient shuttle. Overall pretty good

Went to eat at Deep Blu. As you would guess it's surf and turf. The atmosphere is upper scale and wait staff was knowledge and very friendly. The food was phenomenal from appetizer to dessert. My only complaint was speed of service was extremely slow, seemingly for no reason given there were very few quests while we were dining (ended up being a 2.5 hour meal). Price was high but worth it for a special occasion, not recommended for causal dining (expect to spend anywhere from 50-100 per person).

The staff is prompt, courteous and affable. The rooms are pristine and amenities are abundant. There are pools outside each tower and a lazy river as well. The resort is pet friendly for a fee but I have not see any pets around yet.

This is by far the best Disney convenient hotel I have stayed at in recent years. While this resort is not considered on-site it is right next door to the Caribbean Beach Resoet, so it's pretty close to being on-site. The hotel amenities are top notch. Room is well appointed and the linens are what is to be expected. I am traveling with children, so the various pools (I think there are 9) have been fantastic. There are also walking trails, arcades, spas and more. Aside from not having a microwave in the room to prepare small breakfast or lunch meals, our experience has been perfect.

Highly recommended!

A great resort for adults. Not very much to do but it is relaxing and very modern and beautiful. The fitness center is great and the breakfast buffet is delicious! A bit pricey (22/person) but it includes all you can eat + drink. There are several pools available for use and there are bars at each one.

The Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek is a fantastic resort located in the heart of Disneyword. Joining its upscale Bonnet Creek neighbors, the property is kept in immaculate condition as it is a Wyndham Flagship. Boasting spacious and comfortable rooms, along with delicious restaurants and outstanding service, complementary shuttle service to Disney parks and Springs is also provided.

Some of the reviews are really odd here. This is a great resort and very reasonable. You get so many amenities for so little cost. I'm really confused at the people saying it was expensive. We have stayed here several times and find it refreshing to receive this quality for such a low price. Great location, very accommodating staff and great pools/lazy rivers. We will continue coming back.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. I had a great pool and lake view from my room and all the staff was very friendly.

There is so much to do on the property that you wouldn't even have to leave if you didn't want to. They had 6 pools, 2 lazy rivers, pool slides, mini golf and more.

The food at the Back Bay Bar was pretty good and the drinks were all very yummy.

I don't know whose complaining about the resort. Plenty of pools and amenities. It's worth paying $24 a night for valet (only $4 more from self parking.) Everyone at the resort is nice and welcomes you with a warm smile. If I was on a turn around or two day vacation I wouldn't stay here due to the $20 resort fee and additional $20 parking fee but for a 4+ day vacation it's a great hotel. My girlfriend and I loved it. Anyone who is posting less then 3 stars just skip it or take it with a grain of salt. They are looking at the glass half empty.

You're simply paying for the location, and to be honest that may be enough for some. This is just an average Orlando hotel, nothing special beyond the location. Do yourself a favor and stay at a nice hotel that actually gives you what you're paying for. They charge you nightly for self parking in a garage that you have to go all the way down to the main floor and walk through the hotel just to get to the elevators that take you to your room. Then the signs in the elevator telling you which floor to go to don't even make sense, and aren't even the same in each of the elevators. They have the smallest pools for the size of the resort, they're constantly overcrowded with people. Room service is just terrible, and the beds aren't even that nice. You can hear children everywhere just screaming and running and acting like fools, which is expected, but I shouldn't be able to hear them from every single room around me.

Generally nice place to stay. It was clean, for the most part, minus the black mold growing on the lip of the toilet lid. But also didn't realize the other buildings on the property were "owned my different companies"? That's what we were told anyway, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the lazy river, and water slides at the other pools. The only complaint is the semi over-priced drinks and food at the restaurants at the hotel. Even a $3 cocktail drink difference between our restaurant, and the one next door to us! (Literally 40 feet away!) We had a nice stay and will prob stay again some day. AND ....the $18 we HAD to pay to park at the hotel. (No other alternative parking available)
