Lovely bar restaurant, decent food and drinks at very reasonable prices for such a nice place

Great breakfast opportunities, very comfy bed and we'll styled rooms. I arrived after midnight and the receptionist was very friendly and super helpful and attentive. The prices are decent. There is a restaurant / cocktail bar attached which is a great hang out too.

Central location, compact rooms, good service, nice breakfast and parking over the road in the shopping mall car park. Only issue is the sink design which either means you bang your head when washing or spill water all over your legs or both 🙄

I was there during a travel trip. The hotel is modern and clean. The receptionist was very gentle and she helps me with some requests. The room is clean with a modern bathroom. Over the bed I found some candy as gift and I appreciate it very much! The breakfast was great! With a lot of tasty food and funny waiters that helps me to smile and face the long work day. Thank you!

Zeer mooi hotel let heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook makkelijk bereikbaar met de wagen. Geen parking beschikbaar van het hotel zelf maar wel de mogelijkheid om langs of tegenover het hotel te parkeren tegen een lage prijs. Het bed dat wij hadden was helaas in het midden verzakt.

I stay at this hotel for professional reason and it is always a pleasure. The hotel rooms are really nice and clean. I like also the choice at the breakfast and restaurant. The situation is really central and it is much appreciable for visiting center of Kempten. The view of the mountain is beautiful especially with the snow during winter time. Great and I recommend.

the hotel's location is right in the center of the city...everything is within walking distance and the Forum mall is right in front of the hotel. Everything in the hotel is very clean. There is a nice restaurant/bar at the rooftop to hang out in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and yes they do speak perfect English. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to improve the ventilation/exhaust in the WC, but that's a suggestion that applies to almost all WCs in the country.

Sehr schöne, moderne und aufgeräumt es Zimmer. Klimaanlage kann locker gegen den Sommer gegen halten. Sehr nettes Personal. Ein Stern Abzug für WLAN was für etwas gaming nach den Arbeitstag nicht geeignet ist, nur zum surfen.

The hotel is nicely located in the city, you easily can walk in the old city center and enjoy the shops and local restaurants. The hotel room itself are nice and modern (if you don’t take the smallest room size). The staff was all the time friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. A free open air parking lot is nearby and no problem at all.

Hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. Despite a fact that the hotel was quite booked out as we stayed there, it was quiet and welcoming. During check in we were advised the best time to have breakfast in order to avoid large tourist groups. And the breakfast itself is just great - large choise, good quality and nice restaurant. Both the hotel and the restaurant are very children friendly.

Mein Zimmer war wirklich schön und sauber. Trotz der zentralen Lage war nix von draussen durch die Fenster zu hören. Für einen kleinen Stadtbummel wirklich perfekt gelegen. War auch beim Abendessen im Hotel und wurde sehr freundlich und zügig bedient. Mein Salat war ebenso Spitze und der Preis war auch gut. Komm sicher wieder.

Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr sauber und ein wirklich leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und hilft über das übliche hinaus.
