I go here about once a week for work with my company. Very nice accommodations with excellent staff. Convenient location, close to major highway and Kansas City Airport.

Clean rooms and impeccable customer service! My stay was excellent!

We really like to to here for just a night getaway. It's a nice hotel. But you have a pay to park there overnight. Then when we were there last they just weren't together in the evening they have a reception food and drinks were put up 20 minutes early. I will say their room service is really good. They have the food to you in a timely manner and prices are reasonable.

The rooms were a little retro but they were clean and pretty big. They very quickly sent a shuttle driver to pick us up from the airport. Friendly staff.

The breakfast is pretty good. They will make custom omelets.

Super nice place and fun to be at. The room was spotless and the design had a classy modern feel. My daughter loved the pool. Food was pretty tasty too. The one thing that was mildly uncomfortable was that the bed was slightly too hard, but even so I still go a good night sleep. Other than that it was a very pleasant place to stay.

I've always loved the Embassy Suites, but this one had a seemingly endless supply of bacon for breakfast and I really appreciated that.

I slept on the pullout, which sucked, but I've not yet had a run-in with a comfortable one of those.

It had great actual beds and a good layout. It felt very roomy.

Great stay, couldn't get a king bed. But staff made it a great stay. The managers reception, Christopher was more than helpful, friendly and delightful. Enjoyed our stay.

I always like staying here. Do it about once a month. Staff is always great. Has a homey feeling to it. Good breakfast like all ES. Bar serves good burgers-Boursin Burger I love and can't get anywhere else. It's older so rooms are a little dark and outlets are not up to modern needs quite but neither is enough to bother me much. Biz Center adequate for printing and on-line catch up if needed.

I've helped with AV at an annual work conference held here the last few years. The banquet room, service, and food have always been great. But they always have the AV equipment in an odd spot (right in front of a stage or projector..) and don't pay that much attention to how they have it hooked up.. however, they've always had the right cables to get it setup correctly.

Excellent hotel, awesome rooms, excellent view and even better staff. Stayed for one night but I will be back again for some more. It was a wonderful experience, ran into a door key problem but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Overall wonderful stay!!

Overall a great hotel. The decor and overall amenities (sofa, desks in room, TVs) appear to be a bit dated, but not so dated that they're ancient. Staff was wonderful (one exception being the lady preparing breakfast Friday morning, she was a total grump!). Breakfast and evening Happy Hour were as always - delightful. Shuttle driver knew the area very well and offered up recommendations.

Super friendly staff!!! From the front desk employees to the bartenders and others, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. The lobby is large and beautiful, and everything was clean (even the bathrooms). It was a great place to have attended a conference. Thank you all so much!!!

They had good customer service representatives but their events space rentals was too pricy with limited catering options compared to other places. They were going to charge me $24 per person for a 150 people who will be coming to my event if i chose not to have them cater my event (this is just for the space usage) which is too absurd. I found an option for $900 with all table and chairs plus decor and i get to bring in my own traditional home cooked meals to the event which Embassy Suites wouldn't allow, plus with good scenery for memorable pictures of my event.

Do you location of this embassy suites is right off the highway. Which is very convenient. The lobby and first floor dining area was clean. I went to one of the rooms and in typical Embassy Suites style, they were functional, compartmentalized, yet modern.

The staff were attentive and friendly. They strived to meet our needs. My greatest complaint was the temperature and humidity of the hotel. It was very humid and muggy inside the common areas of the hotel. I felt too warm frequently. When the air conditioning did come on, it felt like a freezer. Because I was in a training within the facility, I found it challenging to be comfortable during my training for this reason.

Great check in process. We arrived at 4am. The toilet overflowed and they didn't have a maintenance person on staff or cleaning so an employee came to plunge it. We had to sleep with towels all over the floor until the next day. But free hot breakfast and happy hour are great.

Great rooms and great staff. The omelette bar chef was very polite and made awesome food. Overall the hotel was a beautiful stay for the price.

The food was good and the snacks were good. They could have used some snacks in the late afternoon, but they were packed up from early afternoon, when they were not needed (just after lunch). Dinner snacks were really good. Tea and coffee were always adequately heated, so that was good, too.

A bit dated, was there for 3 weeks with 2 sinks not really working, reported repeatedly but not fixed. Front staff is nice but not really trained for guest services. Overall is was fine but wouldn't be my first choice.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Morning buffet and evening reception had ample, fresh, food. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

This embassy suite was pretty good. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The snacks at happy hour were a little underwhelming as was the breakfast Buffett. The hot tub at the pool was kinda foamy and gross, but the pool was fine. Overall a good experience but not as good as I've had at other embassy suites hotels.

So far night two into my stay. The staff especially at the front desk are super friendly. House keeping is a little slow but the can come early if requested. Very nice breakfast set up. Cook to order if you make time to wait and clean interior except that the floor in the food area and common bathrooms is extremely sticky so curious to know what's going wrong there? But all in all they have All been very polite and helpful. It's because of this that I rate it a 4.

I used the Hilton honors app to check in before we got there and it let me pick my room, which made it very nice and easy when we arrived later that day. The staff was extremely friendly and more than happy to provide assistance. We really liked the suite style room as it let me sleep while my wife watched tv in the other room. The room was also nice and clean as well as in good overall shape. The only thing I didn't care for was paying for parking, as it seemed like there was no reason for it other than getting a little extra money out of people already staying there.

The rooms are far below average for an embassy suites/ Hilton hotel. Family friendly, evening happy hour (free), great staff, large yet poorly appointed rooms that need updating. The pool is salt water, yet the patio area around it had crumbling concrete and was filthy, again in need of upkeep. I’ll stay closer to the city and pay a few dollars more for a cleaner more updated hotel, at least until this place is updated.

Staff was great. Entrance was nice. Hotel rooms starting to show age. Needing to start replacing the bed as we rolled to the middle.

We had a church function, with services, dinner and a dance. Some stayed at the hotel, although our family didnt. The hotel set hot coffee and water up for during services, and had snacks before dinner, as there were several hours between services and dinner. Although we've had hotel dinners served before that were really lacking, the Embassy Suites at KCI did a fantastic job. Everything was delicious. The staff made sure to remove plates quickly, and didn't take drinks away during the dance like so many do. Many places leave you with only the cash bar, even if you just want water. The facilities were great, with places to sit and talk while they were rearranging the room, and it was just an awesome experience all together. Thanks for doing such a bang up job you guys!

The room was immaculate, very large. I was traveling with a couple of other guys and we each had our own bed to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast served was outstanding, I got a made to order omelet, bacon and pancakes. Very satisfiedwith my stay.

Our stay from the minute Mike, the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport was absolutely the best! Mike is the best and took us to a great bbq restaurant and back. The staff was also so kind and helpful. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had! The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and cleaned everyday we were there! I recommend this hotel!!

Check-in staff extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner staff were very attentive. Early morning staff were curt and unfriendly. Clocks in room were set one hour fast and alarms were still set causing early wakeup. No coffee available in lobby for early risers.

I've stayed here a few times. It's usually a good place to stay, but my last stay left me wanting. They had bad fruit in the breakfast bar two days in a row. First it was cantaloupe and then it was grapefruit. Gross.

I also had a strange thing happen with my phone. I woke up really early and it was burning up. My phone was dead and the outlet was too.

With all that said, the hotel is clean, the bar is good, the rooms are good and this is a decent place to stay.

Was there for an all day business conference. Lunch was very good, however the actual conference room was unbelievably cold! People were wearing their coats and stocking caps. The staff brought in 2 small space heaters as if that would help. Couldn't wait to leave, go outside in the snow and warm up.

We always have a great time there. We got two rooms for a birthday. My husband called before checking in to get teo rooms together. They could find any two rooms next to each other. My husband had to stay all the way down the hall with half of the kids. And i stayed with the rest down the hall. Not what i was wanted for a family night.

Nice, clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Decent selection of beer and ordering food at the lobby bar was a breeze and super fast. We had our food within 10 minutes every time. The food was pretty good too.

The hotel is very nice and guest services will be done over backwards to please. From the manager's "happy hour" reception to the made to order hot breakfast station the staff certainly makes you feel like they are happy to be serving you. The only downside is the property is starting to show it's age. While in good repair everything is beginning to look like it has seen better days.

I was here for a training course. The room was set up very nicely and they provided a power strip, water and glasses, and mints at every table. Throughout the day they brought snacks, soda, water, and coffee but were never a disruption to the training. There were time I didn't know they had even come in the room and I was at one of the back tables!

A bit difficult to access the hotel by car. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport terminal.. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service outstanding. Under new management.

Breakfast seems to have slipped the last few years at Embassy Suites. Breakfast cooking staff did a great job, but the selection and quality of food seems to be slipping. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but clean. Ran us out of the pool promptly at 10:00, but the happy hour drinks were strong. But most egregiously, they have the audacity to charge $8 a night for non-valet parking in a plain parking lot. Simple greed. I'm left with an impression of a hotel with qualified, hard working local staff, but laboring under a corporation compelled to cut every possible penny. I have been staying at Embassy Suites for 30 years. But the nickel and diming on top of the relaxed quality has finally pushed me over the edge. With the premium feel gone at Embassy Suites, it's Airbnb for me from now on.

We ended up at Embassy Suites because of a power outage. I love that it has a separate space for the bedroom. I was a bit disappointed, as was my 15 y / o, that he wasn't able to hook up his Xbox one. The person who greatest us at the front desk was a bit unimpressive. I feel like he had a long day. The pool area seemed nice but was extremely over crowded. I really slept great so I am happy about that.

Rooms are large and well maintained. Staff was friendly. WiFi is slower than most third world country cell service. Great breakfast, great happy hour. Pool area could stand to be checked by staff more regularly, young kids took over and made it pretty much unusable for the four nights I stayed.

Excellent location near airport and shopping center. Great reception and made to order breakfast. Rooms were clean, walls are a bit thin though. Overall, great hotel

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean but the beds left a lot to be desired. When paying $160 a night you at least expect a comfortable bed to sleep in.

The hotel is clean and easily accessed from the highway. We loved the made to order breakfast omelets, French toast, and pancakes. The bed was softer than we prefer, but it's a personal preference. We will stay here again!

Service is top-notch. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location is very desirable for meetings duebto easy access to airport and local businesses.

Had fun breakfast was great the food was good little plates of fried pickles. People great room was nice just make sure you look over your room.

Good location for the airport. Hotel is cute, but dated. Rooms were very depressing, and the continental breakfast was practically inedible (made to order & yogurt were ok). Staff was nice, though...especially Ed the bartender. He totally made the stay worthwhile. It was also pretty cool seeing all the military kids before they ship off.

This location, near KCI, is actually pretty nice. There's a piano that some guests choose to play every now and again. They also offer a free happy hour. There's a pool and sauna and the workout room has been recently renovated. I think that, in some areas, it appears a bit dated. However, it is one of the better hotels in the KC area.

Hotel was quiet even when busy. Cocktail hour was a welcome treat. Breakfast was good. Will definitely come back.

The bar and restaurant staff are beyond friendly, and the food is pretty top notch. Delicious pizza and sliders. The appetizer platter was awesome, too.

It was really nice inside, very clean and the breakfast and snacks were really good. The rooms however weren't very impressive. The bathrooms were pretty cramp and the beds pretty uncomfortable, but they tvs were nice, and the separation of the bedroom from I common room was very clever. Another thing I didn't like was that housekeeping didn't abide by the 'do not disturbed' sign and you have to take the elevator, there are no indoor stairs. But the staff was friendly, so that was nice.

Beautiful atrium with fountain and piano. Fantastic breakfast with so many different options, great views out of rooms. Nice employees. Highly recommend staying here.

I stayed as part of a large group for a school event. They were very accommodating. Everything was very clean, and I never thought about anything that could be improved upon. I definitely would come again given the chance without a second thought.

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel and it was absolutely the best experience. Starting with the lady that was filling in to drive the shuttle to the front desk Shari and Delores. These ladies were very helpful and professional. They kept things running smoothly. I had an issue with a sink that was clogged and that was handled...

Excellent service and decent rooms for the age of the property. Christopher was a great bartender during happy hour and Shawn made a fabulous omelet for me at breakfast! A huge plus - fountain sodas!

Very good value for a very nice hotel. The open atrium with a waterfall is pleasurable. The staff is very courteous and go out of their way to make your stay good. The hotel shuttle service is excellant to the airport and nearby shopping and dining. Their meeting facilities are top notch with all the ammenities.

It's a very nice hotel. The breakfast is made fresh and the chef was awesome. The front desk...Not so great. I spoke with 3 different employees and 2 of them were fairly rude. I also made 2 requests. One for extra towels, one for an ice bucket. I'm not sure why I never got either :-/... This was my 4th visit to this hotel, but the first time I had bad service.

Started a little rough but the Embassy Suited more than made up for it. You guys are 5 star in my book!

Our one bedroom suite was fantastic with a separate living area. The free breakfast was exceptional with many quality choices and made to order items. This was the best breakfast I have seen at any hotel. Pool was nice. Good access to highways and restaurants nearby.

We come here every year when my dad comes to town and its amazing good restaurant great breakfast and big rooms we LOVE IT!

The room is pretty spacious and nice. Not the most updated but still nice. The food is really good at the hotel restaurant. Location is close to a lot of places and close enough the shuttle takes you for free.

The hotel was very nice inside! They give you drinks and appetizers between 5PM-7PM for free. Pool is a little small but it's still very relaxing. Choose this hotel if you're staying in North Kansas City.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. For new years eve I didn't feel like a number. Room service was prompt as was the breakfast.

The location is very convenient to the airport. Rooms are well stocked with amenities, and the layout of the hotel provides great balcony views.

The staff at embassy suites was very cordial and helpful. Though very busy during our stay, they went beyond what was required of them to make our stay comfortable. The hot fresh breakfast was beyond any hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Fresh to order omelettes along with the amazing spread of other breakfast foods would have easily cost my family of six $40, if not more anywhere else. This was a great added benefit to our comfortable and roomy suite.

I've stayed at the Embassy Suites several times now, and the rooms have always been good, and the service had always been kind and helpful. You can't beat the proximity to various dining/shopping/entertainment venues, and the breakfast is always very good. It's starting to age, but not enough to be dingy or not appealing.

The service has been great. During the happy hours 530-730 the first night it was the manager. The next night she remembered me and asked how my day went and said get your vodka sprite. It has been a great experience anf would recommend it to anyone coming to this area. Dana the back of house and front of house manager.

Room and building itself were very nice, however the food wasn't very great. The Alfredo sauce tasted like three day old canned, microwaved Alfredo and the chicken was very bland. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and I just love the set up of the hotel. I love the rooms, by far my favorite of all the hotels I have stayed in. Everyone is always friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean. I just love this hotel.

The hotel and room was very clean and well kept. The service was excellent. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh foods and perfectly cooked omelets. The beds and pillows were very firm which are not my personal preference.

Location is easy to find in northern kc mo. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms with a seperate bedroom and living room are nice. Service was good but more variety at breakfast would have been nice. What was there was good but more fruits, yogurts, and cereals would have been nice. The freshly made omelets are a nice touch though.

A very nice clean hotel. The rooms are suites which is nice! The bedroom is separate from the room where you come in, which has a couch, sink, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave then the bathroom. The bathroom is kinda small. The bedroom also has a sink. The hotel gives you vouchers for a big breakfast

This was the second time that I've had a function at the hotel. It was clean and very pleasant experience. The staff was very patient and helpful when needed. I would recommend this location highly.

Nice location, convenient to zona rosa shopping and restaurants. Nice managers reception in the evening. Only con about the stay was lost $1.75 in the washer when it jammed and wouldn't take more money and the vending machines were sold out on the 8th floor.
