Had a 2 bedroom suite. It for the price though it would be more updated

Needed to stay here while AC repaired in FL. In June. Yeah, it was hot. Some things were not what you would be used to because of COVID. Our visit was very nice overall.

Beautiful hotel with a lot to do in the area! Just wasn't happy that the AC wasn't cool enough. Luckily we had a balcony door to open and it was cool enough outside to make it comfortable. Other than that we all had a great time! Enjoyed the indoor pool!

I loved it! The location is within walking distance and they have a beautiful flower walk and waterfront view.

Great suite and great free breakfast! Not your typical bagel and donuts. They had everything, pancake bar, hot cereal (oatmeal, grits), made to order omelettes, cold cereal, juice, toast, new pastries every morning and coffee and tea. I would recommend anne's go again.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights. Upon arrival the front desk lady was very mean,(Maria) when she heard i was Hilton honor,her attitude changed,thanks to her manager who was very professional and give us a room with beautiful view as requested. I was like an undercover boss/guest staying at a hotel. the staffs serving breakfast were very polite,excepting one by the name of Victoria, one breakfast there were out of oatmeal,i asked,her response was i have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to have them refill. A simple smile with soft words can make a big difference. Remember you are at work, you are not there to compete with guest.

This location is just off the highway nestled next to a lake. The main lobby offers small seating areas where you can sit and chat or relax. When I arrived I approached the front desk to enquire where the event I was attending was being held. The friendly and very eager to assist Concierge pointed me in the right direction. The center of the hotel holds a beautiful atrium filled with flora and fauna and a beautiful fountain. There also places to sit as well. Just off to the side they offer an area to dine for breakfast. The conference room I was directed too was like most I have been in. Everything was clean and organized for our group and the selection of beverages and pastries was very welcoming. The whole time we were in the room there was no outside disturbances and the temperature was perfect. Overall this was a good experience and I would definitely like to visit as a guest someday.

Food service(breakfast) needs help with communication. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were very clean. Indoor pool had a lot of chlorine. My skin smelled of bleach for a few days. Overall nice experience.

Loved this hotel. Inside pool, free drinks every day between 5 and 7pm. Free delicious breakfast with a wide variety. Beautiful decor, it's all inside but looks as though it's outside and the elevators are so cool they are glass you can see through while going up. Would deff recommend and would stay again. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants and gas stations.

So pretty inside. The breakfast isn’t the best tasting, but the staff working are very nice and always accommodating. And they have free happy hour, beer and well drinks. Now that was nice.

Right next door to Cranes Roost! During some extensive remodeling on my home (which required me to vacate for a week), decided to stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North in Altamonte -- This has been one of the most memorable and enjoyable hotel stays. It was very comfortable -- The staff were incredibly friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean as well. At the time of this posting they have hot breakfast every morning starting at 7:30 am at no additional cost. This hotel also has a "family" feel.

Visited my cousin that was staying there and the place looked great. The common areas were bright and welcoming. A wedding party was in the middle of taking photos and they looked like they were thoroughly enjoying themselves. The two room suite was large and clean. The bedroom had its own separate sink, which seems extremely convenient. The living room area was large and comfortable for us to sit and visit.

This hotel is off the highway and located near a variety of shops and eateries. The room was clean and comfortable but we did hear traffic/work noise throughout the night. As usual, the buffet breakfast was good.

I was very pleased by this place. Although I didn't get the room I wanted it was clean and comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal. Breakfast was good. Very beautiful location and great amenities. Only thing I didn't like was so many kids at the pool. The pool water looked foggy or dirty so I wasn't able to enjoy it. But everything else wasd great.

Oh and call to reserve your able to get a military discount. Awesome

Outstanding service. Maria made check in very easy and simple. Was even able to accommodate me a room before check-in. Room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location. The adjacent lakeside park makes this a perfect location. The rooms are spacious. This location is an older location but we'll maintained. The happy hour snacks were well above most Embassy Suite locations as most only have bar snack mix items. They has veggies/dip, house made hummus, salsa/chips, and popcorn. The breakfast was typical with other ES locations fresh and very good. Service was excellent.

I've never had such a pleasant experience at a hotel last minute! We also never had such a reasonable price given for a king size suite with a living room included. The entire process was completely flawless, from the last minute phone call to the next day check out. We had a top floor Suite with a balcony and plenty of space and amenities in the room. They have a very nice complimentary breakfast from around 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. They also have what looks like an Atrium inside because it makes you feel like you're outside. The decor was very top notch with an included fountain that you could hear as soon as you walked through the doors! I can almost guarantee that I will come back to this particular hotel if I do stay in the Orlando area!

Awesome Hotel. Great staff. Free snacks everyday, free breakfast and happy hour every night. Free drinks and food. Great housekeepers, great Deluxe rooms. Loved it. I love the open layout. In the glass elevators. Was a great trip

The hotel lobby looked amazing. We decorated. Customer service was good. Had an issue with the digital key which they were able to resolve. The room was nice but seemed a bit under maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not too bad but expecting more for this type of hotel. Not the best Embassy Suites, I have stayed at but still pretty good.

Embassy Suites is Awesome.
We stayed at the L.A one and the Altamonte Springs Embassy Suites.
LA was much better because they had better staffing compared to Orlando, where one guy was left to cook Omelettes for us and other Hotel Guests from 7 am til 9:30 am.

Other than that, I give them a four star for excellent family friendliness and friendly- awesome service.
I have four kids with my wife and I, Embassy Suites would get five stars in this area of service, they don't even bother you about how many people are in the room, or why this much towels, and things that large families need.

They shot themselves in the foot when it came to quality especially in the evening when they served free drinks, which seemed like the quality of the drinks was poor, as though they were purchased from a DOLLAR LIQUOR STORE.

Overall, you will not regret taking your family, business, or party to Embassy Suites Hotels, you will definitely get your money's worth.

The garden area is fabulous, the lobby areas kept clean, pool is nice ( always too much chemicals🤔) but very comfortable and leisurely.😁

Once checked in, they leave you alone so you can truly enjoy your stay.

We love this hotel and would absolutely come and stay here again. The staff has been wonderful, the facility is nice, the decor and ambiance are pleasant. My son lives close by some are in the area frequently. It's next to the park and they had a nice Christmas display with lights etc. The location in the Altamonte uptown has plenty of shops and places to eat. My only complaint is that breakfast is a madhouse. The lines are long for food and when it was our turn we had to wait for plates. we couldn't find anywhere to sit and had to wait for someone to leave and sat with dirty plates on our table the whole time. People were stealing food, drinks etc and I watched people take whole trays of donuts muffins juice etc which leads to a lot of the shortages. With a few extra staff I think it would cut down on theft and make the meal more pleasant. Even though it was free breakfast we paid to go elsewhere the remaining days. I am pleased to say the hotel was very quiet the rest of the time.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The rooms were clean and even with a few ball teams staying there for a tournament the place was overall quiet. Happy hour was a highlight for most guests. Room service was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The area was safe and beautiful. The lake and park were nice. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. Would love to go back again. Indoor pool and breakfast were also great.

The hotel itself was decent, the beds were nice and fluffy and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and was kept clean. However I was feeling like I could go for a milkshake and I call downstairs for one. I had to explain how to make one to them. I also went down to the front desk to ask if they did personal laundry services. The lady gladly wrote down my request on her lil paper however when I came back to my room a few hours later, it was not done. I called down to the front desk to ask why it wasn't done and the lady told us they didn't offer personal laundry services. It's fine if they didn't offer the service but they wasted my time that I could have used putting laundry into the machine myself. Not to mention there are only two washers and dryers for the whole hotel. They should put just a few more in considering that there are seven floors full of people.

Location is good for food in walking distance which is good since the shuttle service is terriable. There’s a 3 mile leash and the front desk personnel find any excuse not to run it, and are pretty nasty when you inquire. On one occasion Lady was “on her way” and 45 min later and still waiting... ditched us.

Room was kind of funky as well, drapes growing mold need to be taken down, bathroom had some issues as well.

Breakfast is alright.

This hotel should get a sixth star! The happy hour, the Omaha Steakhouse, and an incredibly made to order breakfast. The atmosphere is superb. The staff was very helpful. Everything exceeded expectations! The free upgrade to a Lakeview suite was icing on the cake with a side of ice cream!

What a wonderful location and the entire experience was perfect. The
staff is professional and personable. Our room (#729) faced Crane's Roost Park and we were able to enjoy and visit the Christmas display. Complimentary breakfast was cooked-to-order and there was a guest social hour. All a very nice plus to our 2 day stay. Our accommodations were above what I had expected and we will definitely be back should the occasion arise.

The hotel is gorgeous. The room was spacious and updated. The free breakfast was delicious. Besides that I was out of the hotel but what I saw was good.

I've been coming here for years. The location being close to a lake with a boardwalk and shopping is a bonus. The rooms are due to be refreshed. The breakfast with freshly cooked to order omelette can't be beat.

Had to stay here for two nights when we had no power. You can bring pets here. Has a restaurant , convenience store, small business center. Rooms are a little worn but decent enough. Good rates.

I LOVE staying at this hotel. Every time I've been the staff has been beyond amazing, the rooms have been pristinely cleaned, and the breakfast has been delicious. The location is perfect for me and I would recommend staying for any business or recreational purposes.

Nice Embassy Suites. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable though baths could be larger. Beds are very nice. Nice lake views. Enjoyable evening receptions. Omaha Steak House on site is good and has full bar. Morning free breakfasts are very good and efficiently organized. made to order omelets are great. Lots of meeting rooms so often busy with groups.

If you're a pet lover this place is great for you.

Otherwise, breakfast was good. My only issue was the big roach in our room which, I had to get rid of before my 10 year daughter saw it, she would've had a heart attack!

It's was okay, not as nice as others we've stayed. The customer service could be improved. We stayed over Labor Day weekend , flew into town for a wedding.
There website clearly states breakfast goes till 1030 on weekends and holidays. We went down at 10 and it was closed and locked. When we asked front desk if today was a holiday, the states, "yes, it's labor day." I showed them their website that gives hours and perks, they said, oh today isn't considered a holiday. They were actually rude and wanted to argue instead of acknowledging the issue and referring us to a local establishment.

Then when we called for late check out, as a perk for being a Hilton honors member, the lady said they couldn't do it. Then we asked to speak to the manager, and she said, "oh actually we can let you stay an extra hour."

The front desk people have great personalities! The lady working at 3am when we checked in was very helpful! This is our second time here and we are looking forward to staying our next trip too!

Oh and be careful of momma duck and her hatchlings waddling through the parking lot to the lake.

Excellent place to stay! Definitely would stay here again. The free breakfast buffet & the very comfortable room made this a great choice. LOVED the fact that I could bring my dogs with me & the price was reasonable. Very impressive.

Embassy is very nice. There is a separate living room area from the bedroom. In the evening you can grab a couple drinks and relax in the courtyard. The inside swimming pool was a great place for the kids to swim without the florida sun burning their sensitive skin. And the buffet breakfast in the morning makes for an easy checkout with full bellies.

Breakfast is excellent especially since it's free. Overall appearance is nice but it is dated and in need of repair so don't look close. The large great room causes echoing throughout the hotel and can be heard easily in your rooms. Large sliding doors in bedrooms leak and allow outside traffic noise in. Service was friendly but not overly helpful. No bag men to assist bringing in luggage. No smoking except designated area in parking lot. Omaha restaurant is overpriced and mediocre at best, skip it and try another. Walls between rooms are standard and allow all noise to pass through easily. All rooms appear to be suites with bedroom, bar area, bathroom and living room however the space is small if you have a large family.

The check in was quick and easy. The location is close to the mall and many different choices for restaurants. Check in early to get a good parking place. They except pets. The pool is small but it is inside so if it rains you don't have to worry about lightning. You can find some good deals on your Internet to stay here for a cheaper price. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast that you get is worth it there are a lot of items to happen with it.

Loved the big sized rooms! A comfortable bed, many amenities, including an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms are quiet (although we did stay in the upper floors), and housekeeping kept it clean, with not a spot of dust anywhere. Great breakfast choices, thick curtains in case you like dark rooms, good sized TV's, and a very cold AC. There are more than enough restaurants, bars, a park and a mall nearby. It's close to I-4. Disney and Universal are not far away, if you prefer to stay outside of Orlando. The staff was the best, and the manager was always at hand making sure you have everything and you're comfortable! There were some minor issues, such as a warm refrigerator (fixed immediately!) and I know there is a section with older rooms. We stayed in the newer rooms, so we didn't have any further problems. Prices were reasonable for this type of hotel, and its a nice area!

5 star service. Great quality food at breakfast and the restaurant is outstanding. The atrium is very nice for Embassy Suites standards. Located at Uptown Altamonte right on the lake at Cranes Roost Park. There's a beautiful shaded sidewalk and bridge path around the lake. Our pets loved it. And we loved the price. Let's just keep this great hotel our little secret.

It's fine... from the outside it looks nicer. All the room doors face inwards to the main quarters... plants, eating area etc. 1 Restaurant and a buffet available. There's no outdoor area for lying out poolside (Pool is indoor). Heard this was a 'resort' hotel, but really more of a business hotel. Nice rooms, and great stay. Rooms were quiet and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. WiFi was recently updated - works fast.

Delightful place. Usually great service, nice rooms, very comfortable. Easy to get in and out, safe environment. Not as newly constructed as many of Hilton's other offerings, but still a great place to stay. Morning breakfast made to order and night time free cocktail hour are definite plusses.

This is an older, somewhat outdated Embassy that is definitely showing some wear. However, the property is still beautiful and well maintained. Front Desk staff was awesome. We had 2 suites, 701 and 718. Underneath the vanity in the bathroom in 701 there was a lot if visible dirt and trash. In 718, the sleeper sofa was torn up and the blanket in the pack for the sleeper had a huge hole in it and was full of sand when we pulled it out of the bag. Our stay was adequate. When in the Orlando area, We would probably choose a newer Embassy Suites in the future.

Very nice Hotel. Even though our room was small it was still a suite with plenty of room in the bedroom and living area. The hotel has a simple but classy feel.

Very beautiful indoor hotel. When I booked this hotel, I was happy with the room. It was very clean and the designs are nice. They gave us a nice cocktail and hors d'oeuvres hour. Then the next morning, they had a huge complimentary breakfast. It was very nice and my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Room was nice, but the previous guests' leftover room service was sitting outside my room for several hours - until I finally moved the 2 heavy trays because I was tired of having to walk around them. We were on the first floor and close to everything. However, there is no ice on the first floor, you have to go upstairs. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. The manager's reception and breakfast were typical for an Embassy suites. There is walkable shopping and restaurants in the area.

Location was central to everything I needed to do, the rooms were comfortable and cool. The staff was friendly and courteous. Well definitely stay again

It was a nice stay - but I've experienced better Embassy Suites. They don't even leave cups & coffee out down in the lobby after breakfast. Just find it to be a little odd

Always love staying at this location. Friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and yummy breakfast. Walking distance from a lot of different places to eat and shop. Always a ton of fun.

Room was okay. Walls and sliding glass door have seen better days. Shower head was a cheap one on a hose attached to a bar that only wanted to point down. Banging from metal gate by trash area outside from wind provided bad night sleep and annoyance for the morning. Apparent thin walls as you could hear noises from every direction. Bed was comfortable, that's about the only good thing.

The Embassy Sites by Hilton Orlando North is a very beautiful hotel that looks very clean and kept up to date. The staff were very polite and and answered everyone of my answers in a calm and hospitable manner. Their food was delicious and in good proportions. If you were looking for a hotel to stay at I would highly recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton.

Just went to the bar. Very close to my house. Never thought about going. Glad we did. We will be back. Great atmosphere.

Quiet and dark for sleeping in. Big room, like all Embassy Suites. Great made to order got breakfast included. Will stay again.

Really enoyed staying at this Embassy Suites. It is in a great location, just a minute off I-4 but feels removed in a quaint area. It is next to a great lake which you can walk around an enjoy the Florida weather. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel as well as it was nice to not have to fight the tourists at all the local restaurants. The room was nice enough. As well. My only complaint is that the WiFi is weak and spotty and seems like it is that way at all Embassy Suites.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in the area. Great view and quick access to the mall. The light show at night was absolutely amazing as well. Great touch to an already exquisite stay.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff is very welcoming and the room was nice clean and cozy. Enjoyed breakfast bout the best I've had at any hotel.

Wonderful night for myself. Ate at the steakhouse and that was great as well. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful and attentive to all my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel again. Indoor pool and hot tub is also spectacular.

Rooms were clean and ready when I arrived. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating to the changes I requested during my stay. Breakfast and evening receptions were great. Food was readily available and staff was friendly.

OMG! Talk about a palace style hotel. If you ever wonder how the elite enjoy a stay away from home, then wonder no more. This is the place that would possibly put an end to that curiosity. The staff, food, and overall ambiance was AWESOME!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights beginning 11/17/16. It was an average stay at best and for the money I probably won't stay there again. The walls and ceiling way to thin. We could hear everything from.outside and other rooms in our room. The cooked to order breakfast is stand in line and have your eggs made the way you want them everything else is not cooked to order and there is not sufficient seating for breakfast. This made it very difficult to enjoy breakfast with a special needs child due to the crowd, long lines and not adequate tables. The tile area in the room in front of the refrigerator and coffee maker was raised slightly above the carpet making for having to watch where you step so as to not hurt your feet on the edge. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Honestly one of our best experiences at a hotel. Check-in was a breeze and the staff super helpful. Room was very clean and well stocked. Had the complimentary happy hour which was definitely unexpected! Upon check out we had the complimentary fresh made to order breakfast. Check out was also a breeze m we will be back there for sure.

Our room was very spacious and the customer service was amazing! The included breakfast, with an omlete station was a bonus and even the older gentleman cleaning away our plates was SO friendly! I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Director of Sales and General Manager treat you like family. Great area and easy access to hwy. Excellent breakfast and happy hour .Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about this Embassy Suites!!!!

The location was convenient - I was there for a seminar/training and was very happy that there are so many restaurants within walking distance. The service was also great. The hot breakfast was a little disappointing (the man making eggs seemed very grumpy and they were out of oatmeal) but the complimentary happy hour was great. And the tiny convenience store was also very helpful when I needed some ibuprofen for a headache. The rooms are gigantic and clean. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Their catering is great. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I'm a loyal hilton customer and have been to enough embassy suites hotels. I liked the location of this hotel. Rooms are clean and I love the lake next to it with a mile long walking path. It's also close to some restaurants and easy exit from I4 interstate.
We have seen some unhappy people working at this place. Not all but plenty enough to write this review.
Also we have crushed up chips outside of our room rest of the day yesterday and into today and I don't know about dogs in the hotel rooms. There has been one barking next to our room which we can hear all day.
It's still a nice hotel though just avoid the staff!

Im from Las Vegas and My expectations are Very High. And this Place is Wonderful.
Its very Nice N Pretty..
Our Room was so Cozy. Felt like home.
Close to Everything and We will be Visiting Again.
Just wish the pool was open later than norm. At least till 1am.
And to you other ppl...
