For a International group like Hilton this Grand Hilton Seoul didn't quite match up with other sisters Hilton...
Yes facilities & service are up to par but tend to overlook same things...
1st the so International breakfast buffet was a let down for a hotel chain.You get same selection daily & very limited varieties...come on 3 types of eggs varieties provided,no scramble,no omelette for Hilton,coffee was blend too watery,bacon was over fried,vegetables too oily,salmon was about hard...the Gm should try for himself & see.
Other International hotels chef can cook better.
Yes tea & coffee provided in rooms but no sugar....Tooth brush not provided your toiletries need to relook again for a name like Hilton.
Yes hourly transport is provided by hotel to popular stops.
Kudos to all the courteous & very helpful staff two thumbs up!
Wi-Fi is provided but there is no auto connect once you step out of room then reconnect again when you step back again even if you go to the coffee house...

On the other side hotel location was good with many conveniences & eating places with walking distance.
Bus from airport to Hilton bout 45mins at 14,000won,by cab bout 60,000won.
Taking a walk to shopping belt bout 15mins your can find Burger King,McDonald'sSubway & all the popular Korean eateries.
Have a wet & fruits market there,very nice tasty local fruits
Lots of street vendors there...do help those old ladies there,they stand almost the whole day peddling their fruits,loca various nuts,sweets etc...if you can tell them to keep the change their smile is worth more...
The under ground or subway is located just there...
Next time I tell my business partners & friend to givee try the Millennium Seoul to see the difference who knows I may come back bcos of the great staff...

Had a coffee at the lounge; modern and quiet. Good place to chat with friends.

I like the place its neat and good customer service. Its place to stay if you have your own car coz you need to walk up to the main lobby. The food inside is too pricely. If your looking for affordable yet good food to eat there's a lot of restaurant you can find outside the hotel.

Nice setting around some hills and a quaint town. Bright convention centre with a moderate amount of space in general and a large conference room.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Spaceous rooms, fine breakfast, large hotel, accommodating staff. Free bus service to Itaewon.

Visited during conference. They have good rooms and excellent coffee shop.

Friendly staffs. Helpful. The entire stay experience is good

didn't provide tooth brush/paste, you need to request for them. Charge for Wifi, and we didn't know. the room is neat and clean, but the TV channels suck.

Grand Holton Seoul had delicious buffet breakfast and bedsheets were made everyday. I would love to go there again

오래됐지만 깔끔. 옛날 건물이라 널찍널찍함. 룸은 다 리모델링 한듯. 룸은 괜찮은데 조식당/라운지 구림. 직원서비스도 개판. 이거 보면 힐튼 맞나 싶음

Great hotel with huge rooms & WiFi facilities.

Just ok. Missing minibar. Missing tooth brush etc. Small bathroom. Service during the breakfast was really slow and sometimes practically not available.

Great hotel for business and conferences nerest Seouldowntown

Service and facilities are below 5 star level. However the room and view from 11th floor was nice. Breakfast is plain but is advised to purchase since hotel is detached from infrastructure

Large room , food prices high , location a bit out of city

When I am in Seoul, I always stay here. The rooms are comfortable and have an appropriate size.
There is a gym which is, in my opinion, well equipped,but always to hot. Never the less, you can start a great workout there.
Personel is very friendly and a very good service is the shuttle bus, which brings you every half hour to the University area or to Incheon. The use of the bus is free of charge. Of course there is room service and Internet. If you are a member of Hilton Honors, you participate of free Internet, and Gold members also of a free breakfast. I have been here so many times and there is no reason to complain about anything.

Location not in city centre. Got shuttle bus service to Hongyik University and Itaewon. Service as expected from Hilton.

Easy access, nice surrounding , good facilities, close to all important places but nicely quiet at the same time, good linked by the hotel buses with the places of interest. Good for business and private stay. Well organised and serviced hotel suites for rentals.

Large and modern hotel with great amenities and a large conference area. They often have live music at night in the foyer or the bar area.

But can't possibly give more than three stars due to the remote location -- quite far from everything else in Seoul. You'll need to taxi or bus everywhere (there isn't even good subway access). Best only for travelers who have cars or are joining a conference at the hotel

nice Hotel. rooms are big enough and clean. very friendly stuff, helps to find answers! gym is big and comparable with a small fitness club. actually open 24h, but to go at night you have to fill out a paper.

there is a master control for the room for temperature, light, Infos.. and so on. cool feature! screen doesn't turn off completely at night.

Beautiful rooms equipped with everything you will need. Breakfast buffet with a large selection of warm and cold items. Free shuttle bus service. Hiking path starts next to the hotel. Very quiet area. Next subway station is in walking distance.

Very nice rooms, calming colors in beige, brown and green. I prefer a bit old-fashioned interior style (i don't mean the furniture is shabby, just the style more conservative), so this is my taste to relax after a stressful workday. They have more modern, renovated rooms, one of which they gave me for a previous stay, but i prefer the older ones: The shower without curtain might be better for hygiene, but afterwards, all bathroom floor under water. Same with those modern, square wash stands, everything gets wet after washing your face.
Room spacious enough to feel comfortable. What i specially like is that the window opens, so one can sleep with fresh air if desired. Smoking and non smoking rooms available.
The stuff is very quiet while cleaning, no big noise on the floors. The bathroom not very big, but functional. Water kettle, filled mini fridge, many snacks, some tea/instant coffee and extra toiletry articles provided (good quality razor etc, against payment). Ironing board/iron in the closet. Very comfortable king size bed, clean bed linen and towels.
If i look for something to critisize, it might be that it is quite cool in the bathroom, due to the air drain placed directly above the shower. Also, too many tv channels only in Korean, international entertainment channels like HBO etc missing.
The stuff throughout the hotel is absolutely friendly, quiet and professional. Food is very tasteful, even if a bit expensive, compared to northern European hotels.

Within 3 minutes, you walk down the hill to find shops, pharmacy, restaurants, family mart 24/7 open, etc.
A good place to stay.

It's a 5 star hotel, and well deserved. Good food, good atmosphere. I'm a gym loved so when I see a gym that can complete with any club gym, its a huge bonus kudos from me. Price is up there though as is with any other American 5 star hotel chain. It's well worth it to go out just few miles away to get some local foods.

Hotel was great and rooms were clean, however it was uncomfortably hot throughout the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is setting in its natural surrounding. Has jogging track or bike to Han River. The hotel has apartment for long staying guest, convention center up to 1200ppl, spacious car park free of charge and the main building hotel newly renovated and spacious with fantastic view of the forest and mountain. It's friendly place and superb service.

Great international business oriented hotel next to the convention center. Free shuttle available to several destinations in the city. Rooms are spacious and modern. Restaurant offers international cuisine. In the vicinity of the hotel several small restaurants and coffee shops.

Nice and clean but Kina expensive. Coffee and coke cost same as beer

Good service. A bit far from tourist attractions, but there is a free shuttle bus to/from hotel into town.

Easy to reach via airport shuttle, just make sure arrange the hotel shuttle to pick up at the bottom of the hill.....

This Hotel is very nice, but I would expect allot more out of a 5 star hotel. The shower area is not clean to the standard I would expect, there is soap scum and dirt build up in the corners of the shower and glass. The main bedroom was great, clean, spacious, very modern, and well configured. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, a good night sleep was very easy to get with the comfort of this bed. My biggest complaint I have is the fee you pay to use the internet....... for the price that is paid per night to stay here it would be nice to have complimentary internet! The location is decent, its not in the heart of Seoul but it is very easy to get where you need or want to go. I would probably not stay here again, I have stayed at 5 star hotels that excelled my expectations, this one I would say is more of a 4 star but since the name and other luxuries offered here give it the 5th star.

Excellent hotel facilities and service! But nothing is around the hotel located at uphill. The price is quite expensive as normal five star hotels in major cities.
