Good location... but room(s) very tired & in desperate need of upgrade. Expensive for the standard of room. Staff very helpful & nice... couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.

Actually quite a good location as it happened. The bar itself wasn't great but the staff were very helpful and great company. We were introduced to a drink that I wasn't aware of before visiting.... Saint Germain elderflower liqueur. Delicious.
Yes. Perhaps the rooms could have been cleaner but overall I think it provides very good value for a major city location.
I'm looking forward to returning later in the year.

Location was nice. Staff were not helpful and intrusive. AC was broken during our 2 day trip, thank goodness we only had to endure 1 night. There were feeble attempts to “fix” the AC, but we all knew that was just to try and satisfy our complaints. No real effort was made to repair the AC, just a floor fan for consolation. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

This place is in need of an update. It has new owners who are scheduled to start renovations in June. However, the staff was great about trying to help with anything they could, and they all worked together to make us as comfortable as possible.

Great location, easy access to the Metro, and totally walkable to many areas of Paris.

A little far from the touristy places, but great place to stay to sample cafes, boulangereries, bars and other restaurants, where locals hang out.

Stayed on the 12th to 16th April 2018. Reception staff who is a lady and African was very rude and hostile. I arrived early with my family from Africa and had to wait for about 4hrs before the room could be ready despite my early request for early check in ( no problem about this though). Breakfast is o.k. The bed not so comfortable for me as i am pregnant. Bathroom is poorly designed such that water flows out however careful you are. Family room is quite small. Cigarette smell all over the walkway of fourth floor where I stayed although room is smoke free. Cleanliness is just o.k. Accessibility to train station is quite a distance for me about 10mins walk. Some other hotel staff we later met afterwards were quite nice and helpful though. We requested for dinner at 10pm one of the days and were told it will take one hour while the staff suggested we go to nearby restaurant. Overall it is an average experience.

Best case to recognize that even a reasonably new hotel lacks of quality in many details.

Neat, clean, nice room with just enough space and even a balcony, beautiful bathroom and a separate wc, nice breakfast, professional service and hospitality, good location. Particularly as a traveler on business - what more could you wish for?

Both of our rooms were good, clean and well sized.Ryan the desk manager is great. He speaks perfect English and was so helpful. Even the neighbors of the area were fantastic to speak with. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is 20 minutes walking distance to the Eiffel tower , 25 minutes to Napoleon resting museum ,30 walking distance to Louvre museum ,offer excellent customers service , just need to ask and they will make it happen from tickets to any attractions to food or anything the customers need ,price is very reasonable ,I will stay there again and again

Room was of good size, queen bed and double pull out sofa bed easily managed 2 adults and 2 children. Room service was exquisite. Location was very good, not far from Orly Airport and justhe a 5 minute taxi to the Eiffel tower.

Had to move rooms due to faulty shower but the staff are nice.

There is nothing like Holiday Inn brands hotel. Just like any regular small hotel with no or zero luxury at all. Room is very small, located in some residents area. No pool, no bar, no gym, no spa, nothing which you expect in Holiday Inn hotels.
I was very much disappointed after booking the hotel. No worth for money, no facility at all. Bathroom are very normal type. Nothing special.

5 nuits, la chambre était propre et relativement grande, une salle de bains jolie. Le buffet du matin au top.le restaurant snack est un peu lent mais très bon . Par contre le bruit est quand même présent. Des travaux à 18 hrs , l ascenseur en panne.. Une journée entière..pour un 4 étoiles ca semble impensable. Dommage ca aurait mérité un 5 sans ces petits désagrément..

Worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at.
The bad = Dirty. Stains on carpets. Tile shower - grout has mildew. Show head pressure terrible. They do not have washcloths... and Plug ins locations terrible for wife's curling iron, had to do in a chair...
The Good = Front staff nice. Breakfast Ok. Location is decent.
