Great, great staff which is why they get a five. The room didn't cool below 78 (even though it said 74) until 6 am. The bathroom faucet was hard to shut off, there is no evening social, and the breakfast is not designed for people with dietary restrictions so make sure to be prepared for the changes.

I travel for business so I pretty much live in hotels. With that being said, I’ve seen the best and the worst that the hotel industry has to offer, and this Hilton is one of the best. I was on vacation with my fiancé, her sister and our son. The price was high as it was peak travel time and spring break, but it was worth every penny. Very clean rooms and attention to detail was on point. The staff was VERY accommodating and very very helpful with any and all needs of the guest. And even though the price was a little high at the time, it was worth every penny because they had a nice selection of different food every night, along with free wine and beer. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. There isn’t a single negative thing I can think of. Great job Hilton!

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so accomodating All of them. The suites are clean and comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour are good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Accessible to everything you need.

Great place, nice staff, kind and good housekeeping. Large suite, with everything you might need. The only things we didn't like were the airco and the swimming pool. Regarding the airco, we could choose between very cold and noisy, or turned off and melt.

The swimming pool is small and the water was not very clear. Let's see tomorrow after the pool guys have done their job.

This is a great place to stay with a family they have one bedroom and 2-bedroom suites and also Studio suites. We are a family with three small kids so we stayed in the 2-bedroom suite for a week it was perfect, they have breakfast downstairs every morning so we didn't have to worry about leaving the hotel for that they have a small kitchen in the suite, so you can cook if you would like to we just used it for drinks and snacks. Awesome place to stay if you have more people I need a larger room.

Ok hotel. We had a nice stay. Staff is nice enough. Beds were comfortable. Pillows sucked. Thank goodness I brought my own. Hotel is a little worn. Guests have been rough on rooms, furniture and especially carpet. The food sucks but is served. Pool was dirty so we didn't swim. Located near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

This was a very nice hotel. It is pretty much central to everything Bonita Springs with restaurants, shopping, beaches and limited entertainment in every direction and very close. The rooms were cozy, the staff was very friendly, and even the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour were better than most! I'll certainly be back.

This place is not too bad. My sisters and I brought my mom here for mothers day weekend. This is the outside seating area by the pool.. very quiet and relaxing... the pool dont look to hot..

Very well kept rooms. Nice snacks and drinks during weekday happy hour. Unfortunately someone in room service stole one of my girlfriends donuts!

A clean hotel in a quiet area. Great breakfast and good service. However it seems a little dated, and you get more of an apartment feeling than a hotel room. Our cabinet fell apart... We liked it here, but would have chosen different if we could do it again.

We had such a fun time at this hotel. The pool and patio area was beautiful and fun. The taco night reception was very nice and brought the guests together. We will be back for sure.

Good place for the family, enjoyed the separate bedrooms. Pool was small, but warm. Exercise room needed more airflow

Nice location. Rooms were clean and cozy. Hallways a bit worn, but not a concern. Love the breakfast and Monday through Thursday 5 to 7 social. A great chance to connect with others attending same business event.

I just delivered some pizzas but it look really clean and organized especially the front desk area

Another outstanding experience. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. Staff extremely friendly. They were cleaning up from the hurricane but they minimized the impact to guests. Nice pool. Great free breakfast. Free paper and coffee. Would recommend to others.

Wonderfully homely ! This place is great for all seasons. Whether you are here on vacation and like to have the comforts of home, or you are here on buisness and want a break from the restaurants in the evening...this is a wonderful place to stay. Rest assure cleanliness is always guaranteed. No need to stress about having delicious leftovers from your new favorite restaurant spoil, because the rooms have a full kitchen with fridge and microwave. The pool courtyard looks like a scene from Bedtime stories.

We've been staying at this hotel for almost 8 years. It's changed hands a few times and has been remodeled twice. It looks great, the staff is friendly and the rooms are excellent. The only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast and dinner. It was a lot better

Love the full fridge, it keeps ice cream cold. Microwave, stove, and dishwasher available to make it feel like home, or those late night drinks/snacks. The room is comfortable for 2, great for week long stays. WiFi could be faster. Breakfast and dinners /social evens are awesome.

Rooms are great, beds are comfy, service was excellent, good breakfast buffet

The rooms were in great condition. The fridge had no ice but the attendant at the front desk was more than happy to get ice for us. Then Continental breakfast was good (included make your own waffles) but seemed lacking for vegetarians. Overall it was a wonderful hotel stay.

We were originally supposed to have a suite, but when we got there it was unavailable. They gave us two rooms next door to each other, which turned out to be better anyways. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Free dinner and drinks Monday to Thursday is just one of the great perks of staying here. Another is a great price and professional staff. Room was clean, and the bed was suuuuper comfortable. Would stay again.

Friendly and courteous staff. The social hour from 5-7 pm was enough for dinner and the food was decent. The general feel of the hotel is that of luxury. The room was nice and clean. I would have liked a computer desk in the room but I made do without. Unlike most hotels these days Wi-Fi is not free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice property. Well managed immaculate rooms as well as an amazing breakfast to sweeten the deal. I would without hesitation recommend to anyone in the Naples and Fort Myers area traveling.

The Hotel is under a remodel, but the way they are doing it is not cool. Breakfast was on the second floor which was under construction, it smelled bad and the stairways were dirty with construction debris. Other than that the remodeled rooms look nice.

Favorite place to stay in Bonita Springs/Naples. Rooms are clean, we'll decorated, microwave, dishwasher, stove, frig are great added features. Nice staff. Pool is nice and free breakfast is always a plus!

Dirty, smelly - workout area smells like a litter box. Hilton should remove their signage. They make these things called vacuum cleaners....you push them on carpet......

Came from New Jersey to visit family in August,I was with my wife and 5 kids...Our first vacation as a family and it was perfect.Natalie and the whole staff went out of there way the entire time we where there.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.....We will be coming back next year..

This hotel met all my needs for a work stay that I turned into a mini-family vacation. They have a dinner bar Mon-Fri and a breakfast bar on the weekends. The food was always very fresh and varying each day.

The suites had more than ample space. The full sized kitchen was perfect for a 3 day stay and the maid service was thorough. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. We also used the pull out bed in the couch. It wasn't as comfortable as the bed, but wasn't too bad. I have had worse in other motels.

They also provided Direct TV which had plenty of channels to select from. That was nice when traveling with children. When it came time to wind down at night, we weren't stuck with only a handful of cable channels to choose from.

The carpet in the hallway was a little worn and the stairs had a cat smell, but that was only thing that I saw they could have improved. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
