We stayed in junior suite and it was very comfortable. A nice kitchen area, full fridge and freezer. The pool was fairly small (4' at the deepest), but still a nice option. Complimentary social with food and drink every weeknight is a nice touch. Staff was friendly. Had a very good stay.

Planned a 2 night stay in Boston with family of 4. This location was just far enough from the city center to get a decent price but close enough that the subway trip in wasn't too long. The facility is less than 2 years old and is very nice. The parking is costly at $35 but I guess that is just Boston. The room was nice a clean. The location is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and the subway stop.

Wonderful hotel. I had a comfortable stay. Anything I needed regarding bedding was brought up to me in a short matter of time. Also good breakfast in the morning. Check in and check out were smooth and simple.

Really nice room. Very clean. Valet guy was kind and helpful. Front desk guy seemed mentally absent and distracted. Overall a positive stay.

Good- Room was excellent. Facility was convenient to what we needed. Even the pull-out sofa was passable as a bed!
Not so good- We used the kitchen one evening and the cleaning staff cleaned up after us the next morning. Which would have been great... Just the kind of thing you can appreciate when going to a hotel. Only it didn't end up so great. They put all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher and none of it was clean after a run through the wash cycle. Pots still nasty. Food all over the plates and silverware. had to hand wash everything all over again.... With no dish soap provided in the room. And nothing to scrub with... Kinda a pain.

Great room, wonderful valet and the breakfast was good. Easy location. Was also with a newborn that they were able to accommodate a larger room in corner hallway. Would definetly visit again

Very.nice staff. House keeping can be a little lax but management will quickly address any problem. GREAT shuttle service to hospitals. Easy walking too. Very comfortable rooms with full kitchens. Great security with card only access to elevators. Breakfast not too bad for a hotel. Very comfortable overall.

Excellent rooms, all king. Wr had a suite with full modern kitchen. They had free breakfast and free happy hour that was enough for a light dinner. Food was delicious. Everything was bright and clean.

The room and other amenities were great. The room has a full size kitchen with microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, large refrigerator, pans, plates, etc. The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Much better than an American breakfast at other hotels. The breakfast staff was very nice, welcoming, and made the breakfast area clean, convinient, and full of the food. In general it would be 5 stars +. But: I checked in around 5. Got a room key. Walked in the room...it was uncleaned/unmade since previous peoples stay. I went down to the reception to inform. Said that I could go for a walk to give them time. When I returned to the hotel, was told that the room was not ready and I would get another room. No any offering such as a cup of coffee while waiting, no apology, explanation, or excuse. The reception staff looked like they were tired or unhappy. Very plain reception.

Overall this is a great place for extended stays in the area. The rooms are nice, staff is friendly. I was a little surprised the front desk staff didn't tell me about nearby restaurants and shops. However, there is a shuttle to nearby hospitals and the awesome shuttle driver gave me the lowdown. I discovered he also also takes guests to a nearby Target and Star Market. This is extremely helpful for getting food and various other things one might need for an extended stay.

Beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The two bedroom suite could house a family of 6 easily.

I enjoy staying at Homewood suites. Always a familiar place to stay. Breakfast is a big plus, the staff is great!

Location was good, rooms are nice and service was pleasant. I wish the pool was bigger and heated. A hot tub would have been nice too.

Front desk associates could have been friendlier- wasn't acknowledged upon arrival (with no one else in line) until I said "Hi, How are you?", then he looked up, but not the exceptional cutomer service you usually receive at other Hilton properties. Loved the valet and breakfast options!

We have been here 5 days out of the 7 booked. I would definatly stay here again, and highly recommend this Homewood suites! Very clean, nice beds, very nice shower, GREAT kitchen with 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a FULL SIZE refrigerator!!!

Weird smells in elevators and common areas. Breakfast options used to be good but quality is going down. Rooms and bathrooms are modern and recently renovated

Loved it. The decor and furniture. The service. All good. Not giving 5 stars simply because the noise from both the street, the fridge and the guy blowing the leaves from the street made it impossible to rest for long periods of time. Still recommend this to anyone visiting Boston

Very impressed with the suite, had all we needed for our little vacation. Though, there is barely any noise cancellation from the windows which is not good when you want to rest from walking all day.

Staff and parking were great, the rooms where amazing. Only deduction was 1 star for location and the breakfast was a little of a mess but I would definitely return

The location is not terribly convenient to downtown. The rooms are nice and recently updated. Breakfast was as expected. Staff are friendly.

Located in a suburban area, this expensive hotel offers quality family oriented accommodations. There are a few good restaurants and a metro station within walking distance. The rooms facing Boylston Street are very noisy.

It was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was reliable.

Room very comfortable, bed great. Our room very quiet. Breakfast had plenty of offerings but eggs cold or only slightly warm. Would definitely return. Safe 15 min.walk to Dana Farber and womens& Brigham.

Very nice rooms with a good breakfast. You couldn't open the bathroom door with the toilet seat down. Water damage in bathroom as well.

I only stayed here because the Homewood Suites in Canton had a sprinkler problem. I was not offered a discounted rate at this hotel even though it was their fault I had to stay there rather than the cheaper location. It also took 3 calls and talking to 4 separate people to get my second guest added to the reservation and permitted to check in without me. Was also not keen on the $35/night parking fee; local parking garages are cheaper. Breakfast also could have been better given I was spending almost $300 a night there. The rooms and the lobby are clean and quiet but otherwise given the aforementioned problems I would not stay here again.

The hotel was good. Customer service wasn't great. N 1 beer at the bar was 8 dollars. They didnt allow a later check out time. Their shuttle was great!!! I meet some people ill never forget!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the hospitals which is why I chose it. Had I been there for pleasure, it's in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice, big and clean.

The hotel is just a short drive from Boston Children's Hospital and we also received a discounted rate while my son was a patient, which was extremely helpful. The room was clean and it had a small kitchen area which was nice. We would stay again.

New and decent location to the longwood medical area. Breakfast was not worth it but rooms are nice and offer a lot so you can cook yourself. Studio only has showers which is unfortunate and the one bedroom with tub was another $50.

Rooms are amazing. Full service, full sized kitchen, separate bedroom, separate living room, and over all a homey living quarters. I feel good every day I go back to the hotel from a long day at work. Oh, the hotel will also go out and get groceries for that full sized kitchen if you fill out a list.

Brand new hotel and definitely feels very modern, and feels very home like as most home wood suites do. Has the comfiest couch of any hotel I've been too including the pull out. However the pool is very small and parking is definitely not easy around the hotel as there is minimum pull off space
