Homewood Suites is my favourite chain hotel. They always have everything you need and have a kitchen so you can save money while you travel by not eating every meal out.

Never let down by the Homewood suites. Great place for families and couples alike. Love the included breakfast!

Great rooms and service! Room was clean and very nice. Very affordable rate. Dinner social and hot breakfast in the morning. Pool was awesome. Work out room had tread mills, a bench and free weights upto 50 pounds. Towels provided at the gym and pool. Would go there again

We were a bit set back when we first arrived in the room, we had rented a 2-bedroom suite. The pictures on the booking website showed one room with a king bed and one room with 2 queen (plus pull out sofa in the living area). Unfortunately there were 2 room with king beds (with the pull out). Regardless the staff was courteous and accommodated us with a rollaway bed. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The pool is salt water so be careful with prolonged eye exposure as 3 of our children came back with eye irritation. The weekday complementary diner is OK, nothing to jump up about but you can still eat decently.

Didn't stay the night but was visiting somebody who was staying there. the lobby was beautiful and so was the rooms, nice and clean and staff was nice and friendly.

Great Homewood Suites. You get pretty much what you are asking for with this. Breakfast was okay, had all the typical things you'd normally have at a hotel breakfast.

There’s so much history at homewood suites for my personal experiences that have taken place, with getting engaged by the fireplace 5 years ago, getting to host my baby shower and bridal shower this year, I can honestly say this hotel is exceptional and I will continue to book events in the boardroom and room stays in the future. Always clean, friendly staff.. etc. Would like to especially thank Rhonda for getting my daughters treats from the front desk while still tidying the event and working away, very polite and went above and beyond.

Absolutely the best service in Cambridge. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It's definitely a notch above any hotel in the Cambridge.

Super polite reception desk. Gave me info about places nearby without asking. Free breakfast and free evening social that has food. Enjoyable atmosphere of the hospitality staff. The room was more than I asked for.

Overall, another great stay at the Homewood suites in Cambridge. The room was great and the staff were stellar. Breakfast was very good as well. Unfortunately the building is going through some renovations but this should be finished in the near future.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff is awesome. And the on suite kitchen is perfectly stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery; everything you would need to
prepare a great meal. And the included breakfast has food for every taste!! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Overall a decent new Hilton Hotel. We typically stay at Hilton suites whenever we're looking for a quick moderately inexpensive Night Away with the kids.

A nice thing about the Hilton Hotels including this one is the suites are all the same, so you get a consistent experience every time.

Overall that's the same with this one, typical sausage egg hash brown waffle cereal toast baked goods coffee juice all the usual things out of Hilton for breakfast.

The pool was nice although a little bit cold, but that didn't matter to the children.

My only concern was that we had an ant problem in our room the morning we left the kitchen and front door were covered with ants. I'm not really sure what that was about and that's the first time I've experienced that at any of these hotels.

Overall great value very nice room decent food decent pool that's why we stay at the most of the time.

Stayed for a wedding, room was great, it was like a little apartment, kitchen and everything. The staff was very nice and price was reasonable.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Guests are greeted at the door with hot towels and a $75.00 meal voucher for any restaurant in the general Cambridge area. The front desk staff were more than helpful offering many options for tourist attractions within the city. They suggested elite-status dining and the valet service was both convenient and affordable. The spa was relaxing and peaceful and I had a most amazing experience with every aspect of my stay. Will recommend to everyone.

This is a great hotel. All the rooms have everything you could need, a full kitchen and even provides dishes as well as main cooking utensils. The stuff are all friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here and if I ever find myself back in Cambridge I will be sure to come back to this hotel. The only thing I would change is the breakfast they provide in the morning , was just hoping for more options but not that big of a deal.

My stay here didn't quite start off on the best foot. As I got to the hotel, they were unable to check me into my prepaid room because of a "key card machine error". After driving 10 hours and arriving to the hotel only to realize they don't have a room for you was quite frustrating. That being said, they did make it right by setting us up in a hotel down the street. Other than that snafu, this place was decent with nice rooms and good amenities

Service is amazing. Accidentally reserved on wrong day, so they refunded us and set us up in the hot tub room for 2 days. We told them it was our anniversary and they put a cake in our fridge when we stepped out. It's our new favorite place now.

Staff was friendly and the hotel itself is decent, but there were not too many employees around so service could be a little slow. Room felt a little cramped up, but good for the price. The pool and other facilities were ok. It's very accessible from the highway and I like how there's a plaza and gas station beside it.

Really caring staff a great breakfast and large suites. Also if you have more than one you can link them up; really great. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a little work for a reasonably new property. Calling for a replacement to the broken iron in the suite took at least 5mins of solid phone ringingvto be picked up at front desk. If the hotel is that busy perhaps 2 front desk personal are in order. Our Room was not made up on our first day so I guess they expect you to make your own bed......

This hotel is great. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional.

First room had broken AC but we were moved right next door. Super easy transition. Room was clean, but felt like there was too much furniture....felt cluttered. Breakfast was a real disappointment. Only fresh fruit were apples, plates and bowls were not available. No bacon :(

Overall great experience. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette has 2 hot plates, a microwave, and a dishwasher for preparing your own meals for extended stays. Great complimentary breakfasts and light evening meals. Gym and pool were smaller than expected but still great to have available.

We have stayed here 4 times now. Best hotel in the area. Great staff and very clean.

I've stayed at 2 of these htoels now for sports and I love them both! Great continental hot breakfast, a swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, outdoor half basketball court and a big area for getting together.

We attended for a memorial service over the weekend. The facilities were nicely kept; the room was clean, the food stocked and the washrooms were accessible and easy to find. Lots of parking. Great experience.

First, if you enjoy an out dated hotel that has the feel from 1980's early 1990's than you may enjoy this hotel. Very small pool area with no change rooms just a shared one person bathroom. We had a huge problem trying to check in and the front reception had no care in the world. No managers working and none could not be reached. Lots of hair stuck in the hair dryer. I will give 1 star for the size of the rooms and one star for the complimentary breakfast. However I will never go back.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. A friendly welcome and check in started my 2 day trip off right. The room was well appointed and super clean! The complimentary breakfast hit the spot and gave us the energy to enjoy our days out exploring this beautiful city. Proximity to restaurants and tourist spots were great and one evening we took advantage of the available seats on a shuttle that took us to a local theatre. Our driver was extremely friendly and even came and picked us up earlier then our requested time when the show finished early. A great trip away from the big city. Thank you to all the staff at the Homewood Suites Cambridge.

Good location of the highway. Good for use as it's between African lion safari and Waterloo. I love having to queen beds in a separate room! Everyone has been very helpful whether it's been adjusting my reservation before I arrived, sending up extra towels or finding extra fruit loops in the back for my pouting son!

Clean rooms. All semi-suites or bigger. Full kitchens. Included breakfast is very good. Bathroom only had a large shower. No bathtub if that matters to you. Would recommend.

Very nice space for 6 with 2 beds and a pull out bed. The socials were also nice. The only problem I have was only 3 people could be connected to the guest WiFi at a time.

This hotel has the nicest rooms in the Kitchener Cambridge area. They give you a full Suite large room so its a lot more comfortable and like home. Its like comparing a Lexus to an Oldsmobile, you just can't. Plus you get all the service and extras. Next time I'm staying at the Homewood Suite Cambridge Hotel will return for sure! Thanks!

We just left this hotel.. ENTIRE staff was wonderful.. housekeeping, front desk, etc. All were appropriate, friendly.. and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. Dinner was good and breakfast was typical hotel fare. However, b-ball court, pool, and exercise room were great to have! Definitely would stay there again and reccommend it to others! I even hope that the managers know how wonderful the staff are!! Ohhh also the African Lion Safari deal was worth it!
