Go there every year. Had a room right by a stairwell, very convenient. Staff were quick to bring up sheets for the pull-out when the bag only contained a blanket

An all pet friendly Hotel which I think really should be limited to one area. I heard dogs barking on the third floor. My daughter has allergies.

Decent breakfast and evening social. Room service ( cleaning) gets really low stars. Rooms are really sloppily cleaned ( or not cleaned at all...like couch, chairs, I found hair and stuff in every drawers...). In the two rooms I have stayed in this hotel ( extended time), the bathroom door doesn't work in one, and the flush doesn't work in the other....and yes, it's Hilton!!!

I stayed over for a sleep study with UConn. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom was easily wheelchair accessible. Beds were comfy and sheets were fresh. A breakfast buffet was available in the morning. Shower had great pressure and the towels were soft and large. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Had a very nice time here. The staff were very nice and helpful with a smile! The outdoors is pretty ok and nice. The hotel can use a better cleaning but overall ok.

This hotel is a nice place, & kid, pet, & family friendly. Staff was very helpful & friendly, hence another star despite cleanliness.. Which brings me to point out that this place could be cleaner, & that's why I couldn't give it 5 stars.. but, I'd still come back here..

The location is conveniently close to the health center and close to west Hartford. Shuttle services are limited and evening meals are okay at best. Staff is helpful and friendly.

It's our home away from home!! We've been staying here for many years. This is the only place we stay when we're in the area. Super friendly staff, nice rooms and pet friendly! Conviently located, close to highway, shopping and restaurants.

I was actually in a suite for a sleep study, because UConn has several designated for that, but I cannot remember the last time I was in a suite that nice. The kitchen area was brightly lit, both the living room and the bedroom had TVs, the bed was plush and comfortable (as was the couch in the other room). The continental breakfast was no joke, either. Definitely a full selection. And no skimping on the shampoo products...they had little bottles of Neutrogena.

Two minutes away from Uconn Medical / John Dempsey Hospital. Perfect for staying at when a family member is having surgery the next day. Shuttle service available to the hospital and local businesses. Even the slower free internet is fast enough. Heated pool. Handicapped accessible rooms. Complimentary breakfast including make-your-own waffles. Complimentary evening socials four days a week (Monday through Thursday, I think). Comfortable beds, multiple TVs, rooms with fridges and stoves available, outdoor grills available, exercise room, business room... pretty much has everything you need and a staff that will try to help you with anything else you need above and beyond that.

Breakfast was good. Nice pool and room. The fitness center was awful. Can't run at 8 mph for more than a half mile before blowing a circuit breaker.

The dinners are not very good anymore. Breakfast is not as good either. Used to be very good. Rooms are clean and wifi is good. Cable is very limited.

Good location right off of I-84. Close to restaurants for quick bites. Rooms are a great size. If you've stayed at Homewood before it's two rooms with a kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast is the standard fare. Staff has always been pleasant on our stays there.

It's very close to UConn health and Jackson laboratory. The room has its own kitchen and good for light cooking.

The staff here is very friendly. I stay here for business, so I have to spend a great deal of time here. Anytime I need anything staff is more than willing to help or point me in the right direction.

It's location in Farmington is just a quick drive to the mall or even into the older sections of town. Views of the sunrise and surrounding hills are a great way to wake up in the morning.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. My room smells clean everyday i get home. That is a great feeling.

Didn't stay here, but it's a great place to hold an audition. The large breakfast area makes a great waiting area, and the conference rooms are large and we'll equipped.

I stayed at Homewood suites for a bridal party. We stayed in the two bed room two bath suite. Everything went really smoothly, only bad thing that happened was our creamer in our room was bad, guest services was quick to correct the problem and bring new coffee and creamer.

Located very close to UCONN hospital and offers shuttle service. Building and decor are a bit old but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The whole place smelled something like birthday cake. It was not the most modern-feeling or roomy hampton I've been to either. However, it was still an excellent stay with an excellent staff.

Very nice clean place to stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. There is a heated indoor pool, workout room, laundry room as well as a complimentary shuttle. The mini kitchen has most everything you need refrigerator/freezer w/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, utensils, bowls, plates, cups, & even a few pots and pans. They are also a pet friendly 🐕🐈 establishment for an extra fee. We had a great experience here and would definitely recommend!

Make sure if you due a sleep studies bring your own water to drink! They don't have!
I ask to speak to the supervisor, she was hard to rich! I was promesed I will speak to her! She never made any effort to contact me. The 1st and the 2nd room was smelled !
the 3rd room if the air conditioning stop was very staffing. The male technician was very nice. After preparation I was sleeping at 12:30 am, they weak-up time is 6:00 am.

My stay was brief but the service and room was excellent. There was a complimentary breakfast included as well. It was easy to find and close to the high way.

I attended a work meeting at the hotel. The meeting space is great. The lunch they provided was ordered and had no ingredients listed so one of my peers had an allergic reaction.

OK place to stay. It's in a nice quiet part of town, but it looks like it may need an update. We had major problems with the lock on our door. We must have had to get new keys 8 different times over a 3 night stay. The manager had to come up and unlock the door with the master key twice. They even tried reprogramming the lock, but to no avail.

My husband, brother- and sister-in-law, and myself have been coming to this hotel for years to visit family around the holidays. This year's visit I found the hotel to be in top condition (operating and cleanliness) of all the stays. I was very happy to see a significant improvememt over last year. I'm glad Hilton is listining to feedback from these surveys.

I was only there for a quick overnight layover but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good except for the hash browns.

Elevator was messy and they had to change our rooms since it was available. We pre-cooked in and it showed available.

Overall I liked this hotel. The staff was nice the rooms were clean and large. It had petty much everything I needed. The only downside to this hotel is it is about a 10 min drive to food, but in that 10 mins you can reach the westfarms mall area. Also no hot tub here, that would be nice.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. I could find any trash or burnt out light anywhere inside out out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were plush, comfortable and welcoming. The bed and pillows were soft and smelt clean. There was no mold or grime in the sinks, tub or toilet (something most other hotels have I've noticed). The shower got nice and hot and water pressure was reasonable. I didn't get a chance to use the appliances (TV, refrigerator, toaster or coffee pot) but they all looked spotless. On checkout I did greatly enjoy the hot continental breakfast of eggs, sausage, fresh made waffles, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Well worth the stay, and will defiantly be staying again here and at their other locations near where I travel.

The suites were clean and comfortable, ours had a pull out couch as well. Complementary breakfast in the morning included egg and ham sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, and fruit. Overall a very pleasant stay with no major complaints.

My first time I went to Homewood was when I was 1 month old with my mom and dad. The hotel is great and I love the food they have for breakfast, I like how the garden is, there are some pretty flowers, the pool is also great and the hotel rooms are big and nice, when I come with my mom and dad I like to make the coffee for them, they have everything to make coffee (even for tea!), when I go to the front desk with my dad they seem nice, and when we go to our room I always like to check everything first, when I check everything, I it always seems to me that I'm going to have a great stay in Homewood, and when I come back to Homewood, I think everything is going to be making a good stay.

Stayed there with a bridal party. The bride checked in first and told us the room number so we wouldn't have to stop at the front desk. When I walked in I was trying to figure out which way was easiest to get to our room on the 3rd floor. There weren't any signs pointing the direction of room. I ended up walking to the right and got on the elevator. When on the 3rd floor I walked all around the hallway completely lost. I stopped to ask a worker how to get to my room just to find out she didn't speak English! It turned out that I was in the wrong side of the hotel and would have to go back down to the first floor and take a left where I originally took a right. Meaning the third floor wasn't connected to each other whatsoever - very inconvenient.
As I was walking down the hall to the room, I heard dogs barking from inside one room, completely unaware animals were allowed here. As well, someone who stayed over is allergic to cats and began to react as if she had been near a cat, leaving us to believe there had been a cat in the room before and no one ever cleaned and/or vacuumed afterwards.
The room itself was decent - nice size. However, the air unit didn't ever go on despite the fact that we had turned it way down.

We called for a cot as soon as we got to the room, which was around 330 pm. We never received the cot until 10 pm when we called again. The gentleman who brought the cot to us was very friendly and extremely helpful. He looked at the A/C unit, but it unfortunately never turned on.

I was actually very impressed with the continental breakfast, despite the fact that I had to ask for silverware. There was a wide variety of food and it was quite good. There is a large seating area to eat breakfast with tables accommodating all sizes of groups of people.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved the convenience of the large refrigerator, microwave, cook top, and dishwasher. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Morning breakfast was convenient for a quick start in the morning.

This place was great! I got a room with an ante chamber where people could come over and hang out. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous! The only reason I removed a star was for the paper thin walls. I could hear people walking down the hallway very early in the morning.

Location. Although the location seemed good enough, it was strange being surrounded by medical facilities. If I was not using navigation on my phone, I would never have found the hotel. The check in process was pretty straightforward, since I was able to check in online. The staff at the front desk was really nice. After checking into my room, I decided to enjoy some complimentary beverage and food. Everything was fine up until I found a piece of cheese to have mold on it. I immediately put my food down and left to go to my room where I could barely contain the nausea. The room was nice. Large, more than what I needed. My only issue was the fact that I found no ironing board in the room and had to use a table to iron my clothes in the morning. I gave 2 stars because mold is unacceptable, regardless of anything else.

I have to say, I am extremely happy with our experience here!
The kitchenette had a bag of microwave popcorn which we ate as a snack upon late arrival. Yum.
The bed was *extremely* comfy and we slept really well.
The shower had great water pressure.
The free breakfast buffet was delicious and high-quality.
Free internet as well!
