Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Evening reception is solid. Breakfast is okay... Not as good as Embassy Suites. Rooms are large and quiet. Kids loved the pool and the fire pit creates a nice ambiance for a relaxing evening.

Nice apartment-like rooms, great front desk staff, surprising amenities, and a really convenient location make this a great place for my needs.

Getting here off of the highway was a bit of a challenge, mostly because I hadn't done it before. I usually only get to this part of the Indianapolis metro area once a year, but so far this is a great place to stay!

Homewood Suites has great rooms, great food, and great people. I am having a good time here. As for some things they can fix, I recommend that they add elevators to all buildings and install vending machines to supply items not available in the snack shop, like other hotels in the Hilton brand do. But great job!

My friend had issues with a room being cleaned from pet dander and hair, MOD On duties response was " you know we are per friendly and besides your company is paying for the room".
My friend really didn't want to complain at all, but I persisted...the MOD was a jerk!

Excellent staff, super helpful. The basketball court in the middle can be loud if you're trying to get kids to sleep early, but after dark its quiet and most people dont go to bed at 8 in the summer, so easily forgiven. Room was clean, not brand new but very well maintained. Pool is outdoor, which isn't ideal for indiana but a nice place to swim.

The room was clean, staff was friendly but there is room for improvement. The free breakfast did not impress me, eggs were runny and sausage was way over cooked. The parking lot was a poor design and not enough of it.

The good news is everything seemed clean (parking lot, room, lobby all clean). The room was very large with a full sized refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Overall it's pretty good.

Both of the rooms had stains on the floor from previous guest, microwave had rust, bathroom door had rust, shower curtain was dirty, doors had stains but other than that it was pretty clean, quiet and relaxing. We didn't want to leave. They provided everything from the basics to dishes and cookware. Breakfast was delicious and the bathroom mirror is great for taking selfies. Definitely coming back but hopefully the room will be much cleaner this time.

The best customer service experience. Brianna, Angelo, and Daniel have made me feel like this is my home away from home. Good breakfast, better happy hour. Thanks for all you do!!!

Great hotel, in fact one of my favorite Hilton brand hotels I've stayed at. Room was clean, modern, and everything I would expect. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was because the fitness room didn't have any working treadmills. They did offer to shuttle me to a nearby fitness club but with my schedule I didn't have time to go off property for my workouts. Otherwise, great hotel and great property in a great area of Indy. I'd stay here again when visiting Indy!

Laundry room, gym and community with great fireplace and televisions are available. Great decorations during seasons. Loved to stay there!

I absolutely adore this hotel and stay here anytime I need to come to Indianapolis. The staff is friendly, the community feels homier than most hotels, and the happy hour setup is wonderful. Conveniently located to some of the best shopping and restaurants in the area!

Hotel is great. Breakfast is always a great selection and hot. Service from the hotel is second to none. Staff is friendly and always seems to go out of there way to make the experience wonderful. Room is spacious and clean. Little stove to cook on and sink with a full size fridge. Can't recommend this place enough.

Room was nice. Staff friendly. We were only there for a few hours overnight while passing through, but plan to stay longer next time we're in Indianapolis. The amenities in the room were far above what we would normally expect from a hotel, even an extended stay hotel.

Quiet and quaint. Breakfast and lunch was provided and the staff was exceptional.

Parking lot floods, and I had to walk in a foot of water to get to my car. Also, my AC went out in the room, and they said they'd send someone up to check. After an hour, no one came. I called back down and they said they would just move my room. I just ignored that since I'd have to pack everything up, get a dolly, and relocate. Plus, the buildings are all spread out which makes it annoying to get laundry done all the way to the main building. Just a terrible layout and older hotel that needs updating and to make it more user friendly, especially for long stays over a week.

Friendly staff, convenient location, room layout and cleanliness was impeccable but i was really disappointed by the pool. I was hoping to be able to swim and come to find out the deepest part of the pool is 3ft. That's if filled all the way. It was over 6 inches under filled. Besides that i highly recommend!

Hard to find at first. Nice and clean room. Only thing is we didn't have enough towels in the room and it took a while to get them. Otherwise a good stay.

Nice room. Free dinner and breakfast. Bathroom is kind of dimly lit. Refrigerator opens on wrong side making it difficult to use. First world problems.....

Just checked in.. Locked out myself, because the other (back) door didn't work to let me in. No one from the stuff would tell me that.
Secondly: the coffee maker has no cofee pot, so I tried to place a cup underneath, hence the boiling water was all over the place... went to the reception, asking for solution... no answer. "we just got those coffee makers..." was the aswer. So I went back and tried to make my tea with the casterole pot... not much more successfully...Stuff is not advised nor trained.... too bad for this level of hotel.

Everything is really nice and fancy and we'll kept. Breakfast was fine. The only problem is it was pouring and there isn't any cover over the lobby or room to unload anything

I was completely knocked out by what I expected to be a hotel room.... and was instead a two bedroom apartment complete with fireplace, and kitchen appliances!

April 8th 2017. The whole floor smelled like weed. A lot of suspicious groups of people in and out. Parking is horrible. People standing around and talking really loud in the parking lot. Overall as a hilton honors member I wouldn't recommend for long term stay or for children. The entrance to my building had what looked to be ketchup all over the sidewalk. And the card reader light did not work. Also I had mold in the toilet and stains on the couch.

Nice location and very nice lobby and amenities. The room was roomy and had a nice kitchen. There were several spots that did not appear clean. There was a stain that would have wiped away on the wall that appeared to be blood. There was also a odd stain on the pull away bed. There was a used washcloth until the main bed. Made me feel that the room wasn't as clean as it appeared elsewhere.

Great location, odd setup with the multiple buildings makes it less convenient in the winter. But the rooms are in excellent condition and the staff was extremely helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet has many choices and we're ok, but not great. (Eggs were rubbery!). Fresh waffles saved the meal!

I stayed here 13 years ago and then again this week, and I was genuinely pleased to see that they had done such a good job maintaining their hotel that both experiences were excellent. We barely missed the manager's reception (always a Homewood Suites highlight), but the breakfast buffet was grand, the room was very comfortable, and though the five-building layout was a bit strange, it was easy to navigate (even as cold as the weather was).

Rooms are very clean and tidy (cleaner than some 5*hotels). The rooms were modern with all the amenities you'd find at home. The property is very pet friendly, doggie stations with poop scoop and bags throughout the property. Breakfast area was so clean and modern. I would stay at this hotel again.

When we stayed the hotel was under renovation so there were saws and hammers at 8am until the evening. Other then that the breakfast was good. The rooms were very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient.

The room was nice. It was more like an apartment complex with doors opening to the outside vs a traditional hotel, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I brought my dog, and he had plenty of places to walk, and I liked the availability of doggy bags everywhere. We were right by the pool, and some people were out late having a nice time. And they did not disturb us in our room at all. Very nice place.

My visit to the Homewood suites was quite remarkable. To be honest I have never been to a hotel with a basketball court until I went there. It also had a pool that was open for reasonable hours, an internet cafe, and an exercise room, all of which I utilized at one point in my visit. I ate breakfast there twice and the food is average, good enough for you to finish the first plate but not go back for a second. Lastly the hotel room was quite appealing and came fully equipped with everything m family needed. Oh and of could I forgot, the other great thing about this hotel was is hospitality. I had to go up to the front desk to ask for things such as more towels or a basketball for the basketball court and they were always happy to help. All in all my stay at this hotel was A1 (really good).

My husband and my stay was from Sept 27 - Oct 6, 2015. Our suite was lovely and very clean. All the staff were amazing, especially Bre'anna, Cathy, Carmen and Danny. We were disappointed that we were unaware of the remodeling being done to the lobby, however, after the initial surprise, it all worked out fine. We had plenty of food for breakfast and the happy hour turned out to be enough to constitute a dinner. Our shuttles back and forth to the Price Vision Group clinic were perfect. It was certainly a deal for the price. Highly recommend the hotel and would absolutely stay again.

We checked on and everything seemed wonderful. When Saturday night came we go have dinner and came back a little after 11pm. We went to park near our room like anyone else would but there wasn't any parking. When I say no parking I mean absolutely no parking! !! There was a party going on with a stretched limousine just sitting and waiting. We go into the office to let them know and we are told that we will have to park across the street or on the other side of the wall that surrounds the whole place. We weren't going to do that so they told us to park in a handicap spot. The spot was on the other side of the establishment. My husband is active duty and they didn't honor his tax exempt status and gave him hell. They down right refused. He had all of the paperwork that they would need for the bill to be corrected but still not honored. I'm writing this for those military personnel that is thinking about staying here. The place is good other than what I have already stated.
