They have a full size fridges and nice size showers. The bed is awesome too. Love it here and they have free breakfast and dinners.

Room 106 has some rather nasty stains in the carpet which definitely leaves much for imagination. I'm surprised they wouldn't spot clean a little. Very prompt service when called about the tv not working! Clean, serviceable room with kitchenette nicely supplied with dishes, linen, paper towel, and dish soap.

We stayed 2 nights at Homewood suites London. Homewood is our preferred chain as we have children so we love the one bedroom suite and free breakfast buffet. However this location seemed grungy (greasy finger prints on back of bathroom door, dried glass ring on side table, lots of dust bunnies in the corners). Not the usual standard we are used to. Also breakfast buffet runs to 9am on weekdays and today just before 9 with a half full dining room all the food disappeared. Seems rather hasty and potentially really wasteful. Most hotels I've been to will go with the flow on their end time. You know supply and demand.

Very nice newer hotel. Diner and breakfast were included in our stay which was nice. The room was smaller than it seemed online. The kitchen was ok, one burner out of two dis not work. Sleeping area was nice, beds were comfortable. I did not like that the toilet and shower were in the "bathroom" but the sink was part of the bedroom. Nice, helpful staff. Woukd definitely stay there again if i needed to stay in that area again

four night stay. B/fast and evening meal included so all in all a good stay. Room is very spacious and clean. There a 're two bins outside our room which in this hot weather smell a bit so probably need to be e.ptied more regular.

Awesome place to stay with knowledgeable staff. They also server breakfast every morning and they serve dinner Mon thru Thursday. Only downside is they have a small workout area.

Stayed one night here on a business trip. Hotel was very clean. The pool was small but functional. Great hot breakfast and full kitchen (which I did not use). Great place for extended stay. A bit pricey for leisure single travelers but good value for families (4 members). Breakfast and the light supper are the selling point.

Went for my birthday. Got a king bed suite and the room was stunning. So clean with our own kitchen for my steak and scallop birthday dinner! Loved it.

Stayed with a group of 50+. Organized check-in and check out. A few of the amenities need a face lift. For example, BBQ grill grates are rusted over and need to be replaced. Will stay again though do to cooperative and accommodating staff.

Design feels a bit dated overall. But the rooms are large and the beds are quite comfortable.

I like that they have a kitchen, but since I'm mostly business travel it doesn't really do me any good.

Plenty of USB ports for charging and plenty of plugs. WiFi can be a bit of a pain sometimes.

Biggest complaint is the lack of food. They have a hot/cold breakfast, which is standard, but the dinner is specific and light but lacking options and no room service.

This hotel provides a grocery shopping service.The king bed studio was spacious and had a kitchen. Good for a budgeted business trip. The cleanliness was an issue though. Fridge was covered in dust. The sinks and drawers were covered in soap scum and there appears to be a small amount of mold in the showers corners.

Very clean and comfortable suite. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but...you know how the standard hotel fare is....lol, still, maybe this one might be better?

Something else to note: good convenient access, very close to the highway (401l and easy to get right into town, although beware, London traffic is a PITA!

Clean and spacious suites. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Only complaint is the lack of hot water and rather small fitness centre. The cookies they put out at the front desk in the afternoon is a nice little touch.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff freindly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. They clear it 10 to 15 minutes early so you had better get there at least 1/2 hour before time published .

The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The heat in our bedroom wasn't working but the maintenance staff managed to solve the issue very quickly. Breakfast is nothing spectacular but worth the trip downstairs in the morning.

Hotel was nice and modern, stayed in a room with jacuzzi tub, didn't work but hotel staff moved us quickly to another room with a working tub. Pool and hot tub were clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was ok, pastries/bread were a touch stale, cheese looked like it had been left out for a long time.

I stayed at Homewood to attend a meeting, spending 1 night. The room was large and comfortable and fairly up to date. Overall I had a good stay. The amenities at this hotel are great, including the business center, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and meeting rooms. The only thing I found was that there is not a restaurant, although they do serve a meal at supper and have a complimentary hot breakfast.

This is a great place. The breakfast is wonderful, people helpful, pool warm, and dinners for 4 days a week is great. Will stay here whenever we can while in London!

Always a welcomed guest at Homewood. Perfect for business travel and to bring the family. Fully stocked kitchen make it easy for long term guests as well as their nightly Managers reception.

Really nice place. So we were on the 6th floor and after we saw chips and stuff on the floor. first we have to move to the third floor and it was awesome it was awesome and was clean the TVs were cool and everything was awesome really nice place to go for hotel in London Ontario!!!

Front desk is lovely at this hotel. Always friendly and sweet. Room was fine. Ended up with a jacuzzi room as no other options were available... Not my ideal, but still very functional. Can't beat having a kitchenette when you're there for a few days.

Decent rooms very clean . coffee maker was kind of gross the one a/c unit in the bedroom didn't work also the bathroom was a weird set up with a sink outside of the bathroom ? Im not sure why but there was a lot of good things about the hotel the breakfast was good the pond out front was nice i even saw bulldogs and leopard frogs in it. parking was decent would prefer underground parking but it was acceptable coffee in the breakfast room all day and it was good coffee also for the price though I think u could go with one of the nicer hotels in the downtown core (without pool or workout room ) all in all a good stay

Great access right off the highway yet quiet in the rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was quite comfortable and there were lots of pillows. Guest check-in was quick and all the staff very friendly. Good choices for the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for the night of our wedding. And just stayed again for a night together. The king bed Jacuzzi room is beautiful. Free breakfast. And free supper Monday through Thursday. My only complaint is they don't have room service.

Went to Homewood suites for dinner with a few colleagues. We had some drinks and dinner. The bartender and servers were very polite and professional. The hotel and restaurant area are very clean and stylish. We ordered several drinks amongst ourselves and they were spot on in terms of alcohol and taste. The food was good. It was served hot and fresh. Overall this hotel is a wonderful place to have dinner and drinks with some friends, colleague's, etc..

This hotel was easy to get to from the highway. There are several other hotels situated in the same area. I've been to one across the street (purposefully not named) which wasn't so nice. There are many factors which make this hotel better then most: Fast check-in. Friendly​ staff. Free parking. Free breakfast. The rooms are kept in good, clean condition. The soaps and toiletries are higher-end Neutrogena products versus a no-named or house branded products. Beds were comfortable. Full sized fridge. Two element stove. Dinner table sits 4 and sofa. Will come back here again when I am in the area.

Been HH member for a long time, but first time in a Homewood. Very nice experience for me that I plan to bring family to a HS on our next trip.
Nice room with furniture well maintained. Breakfast is better than Hampton Inn. And the free lite dinner from Mon to Thu is a plus, in case you are tired to go out for restaurant food. BTW, they use real silverware than plastic.

Nice rooms with kitchens, pool area ok. Security was a little over active, if they appreciate the business hockey tournements bring to them in there slow season, they would treat them with alittle more leeway.

Nice & Spacious rooms. Pool & hottub looked pretty good from what I saw through the window. However usually busy with hockey parents/kids.

The location of Home wood Suites is great, close to White oaks mall . It has a swimming pool and a gym on the main floor. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and professional.

Fairly nice 2-room suite. I travel with a toddler, so it allowed me to sleep separately from him. Breakfast was only OK. We had a weird egg soufflé one morning, more normal scrambled eggs the second.

This is my third time staying here for work. I really like this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a good continental breakfast in the morning. It changes slightly everyday. They also provide a dinner from Monday-Thursday. The rooms are nice and big which I love.

Close to the 401, great breakfast, spacious clean rooms. Staff is helpful and courteous. Nice for families with the pool, patio, BBQs and suites with full kitchen.

I love this hotel. They really do make you feel at home. From the kitchenette to the bedroom there is care taken to make you feel welcome.

The location was easy to get to, right off the 401. Check in was a breeze.
Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Extra bedding was brought right away for my kids who shared the pull out couch.
Room was equiped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, 2 burner stovetop, and dishes and cutlery.
They have a fitness room whoch looks great, and a nice salt-water pool that my wife and I and the kids enjoyed thoroughly.
Staff were amazing friendly and helpfull.
Free breakfast served every morning. (make sure to get a fresh waffle).

All rooms are very spacious and big. Each room has a little kitchen, nice bathroom and shower, couch and good sized tv. The pool is very clean and the water is warm. The hot tub is very nice as well. They always have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast is delicious, but there is limited seating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lacks a few little but important things.

The good: quiet, clean and spacious suite.

The bad: The room should not have been rented until the bathroom door is fixed. It is so tight you literally need to put your shoulder in it to close it and use two hands to lean and tug to open it.

Also, the vanity/sink area is separate from the shower / toilet area (behind the door of doom). That is fine, until you realize that you need shampoo in the shower, which is in the sink area. Same for the tissue and the toilet paper refill - all (not so) conveniently located outside of the bathroom area.

Breakfast was what you would expect and was ok. TV set to CNN and free paper was USA Today. Did London move to Michigan?

Also, HHonors members need to be Diamond to get water and snacks. Most properties start at Silver level.

Fabulous. This spoiled us so much! Dinner included, also breakfast. Large suite, wheelchair accessible. We were all very happy! My only issue was the saltwater pool, but that's just me- it was still nice and comfortable :) love it, I'll be back!!!

Just checked in. Very nice and clean family oriented hotel. Spacious one bedroom with full kitchen. Free hot breakfast and wifi. Minor issues are, soda bed's mattress were upside down for some reason, and was not clean, found some hairs on the mattress, shampoo and conditioner were bit too small, pool was full of diving and yelling kids with "don't care" parents.... Worried about kids' safety issues.

So far very happy. Our stay is still in progress, but we have been very pleased so far. A minor hiccup with our room having one king instead of two beds was quickly resolved. Free dinner Monday through Thursday was a surprise, and it was quite good for free. Salt water pool and nice and hot hot tub are good. Even a little practice putting green to play on out front. Room is nicely appointed and has TV's and AC in each of the two sides.

Everything a business hotel suite should be. Well decorated interior with nice finishes, nothing awkward, nice little kitchen tucked away by the door so it's not visible from rest of suite. WiFi cut out periodically. Check in was one of the fastest I've ever had (which was merciful at 1am). Free breakfast was pretty good, with lots of options. Nice, impressive dining area. 8/10
