The location of the hotel was good with respect to the airport. The room we got was a handicap room, and it was very spacious. The bed was moderately comfortable. The staff was kind and gave us an extra set of towels upon request. Good for an overnight stay.

Wow this place is highly recommended, it's close to the outlet malls, very close to airport. Nice clean and cozy place to crash at. Breakfast is included, has a pool, wifi free parking, and staff are very welcoming. I would recomend, and would definitely stay again on my way to NYC.

We stayed in the king suite here and it was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed, including a stove and dishwasher. Our room did not have a bathtub though, just a large stall shower. The pool was nice and kept clean. The free dinner with free drinks was a major plus. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly fine hotel, however it’s ridiculous that meals are served on paper plates with plastic utensils and styrofoam containers. Reducing that waste would be appreciated.

I loved it me and our family stayed here and they were so welcoming to our family. We have 5 kids so sometimes it can be a bit much but not here. They were great with our kids and our animals. We had to stay in the hotel for about a month while our house had to have some major repairs done. They were fantastic in making sure we were comfortable. Rooms were big and roomy fit everyone comfortably, bathrooms were big and had plenty of room. Rooms were quiet I bet our neighbors were happy for that. Pool is great nice and big they have a hot tube as well. Parking is free and they have a lot and you have a great view of the airport. It's great especially if you little kids and they like to watch them come and go. Great way to pass the time.

Very nice room - well appointed and comfortable. Bed very comfortable and good pillows. Carpet and interior finish of the hotel very nice. The breakfast was decent, although not spectacular.

There are many options for this area but the Homewood suites hotel is worth the stay. The rooms are huge with a living room, full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal away from home and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was more than your standard contental breakfast with a hot bar and the staff meet any requests we had. Prices are responsible and this location is highly recommended.

The suite was a nice size and very homey. Good use of space with a kitchen island to sit at and a nice size lounger couch in the living room. They also had Neutrogena products in the bathroom. Nice to see a recognizable brand! Bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed there last night and the rooms are beautiful. And what I loved so much about it was that there's a full kitchen in the room! Stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and all appliances that you need to cook and eat with! There's also a dishwasher too!!! We definitely plan on staying again 😀

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. They have free breakfast in the morning with tons of options and light dinner with free beer. They have a laundry room on site and the rooms are amazing. Highly recommend.

In my opinion this hotel is the nicest in the area. If I wanted the same quality breakfast and service I would have to travel to Boston. From check-in to check-out, I can honestly say that I have not one complaint about this hotel and I have stayed here several times.

This is a great hotel. They serve dinner and have free beer on draft in the evening. They also have beer in a fridge for late night gatherings. The rooms are clean and they have a shuttle. I would stay here anytime

Clean modern room. Living space was spacious and comfortable bed was good. Breakfast next morning was the best I've had in a while. Selection of premade hot food was fantastic.

Good place to stay, if you have time check out the airport diner! Overall the only thing I wish was that there was a gas station closer otherwise great place. The rooms were clean and very modern

Room was nice, the facilities were clean and the exterior kept groomed. My only complaint iwas the ball court outside my room and folks playing basketball at 11 pm. Very noisy. Took 2 calls to front desk to have them decide they were a hotel and not a basketball court venue.

Using the online booking and pre-check in was great. arrived at hotel and were greeted and handed the room keys in less than a minute. The staff is very friendly. the room is very clean and the free breakfast is great.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good location... only complaint is the walls seem thin, as I could hear everything above me and the airplanes taking off and landing.

Stayed there this weekend with my family for my sons hockey tournament, and were told that we would get a group rate. When I asked the front desk person about it, she told me she knew nothing about it. We were given a room half the size of the rest of our teammates and paid the same price! I had an extra night charged to me, cable issues for the 2 nights we were there, and a dirty bathroom. At bed time, we opened the pull out couch for the kids. It had no sheets, and none in the room to put on it. I called the desk, and got attitude when I asked for a set to cover the dirty mattress that my kids had to sleep on. I walked in carrying my 2 puppies right to the desk to check in. Was not charged for them. The next day, I got a rude call to my room asking me if I had 2 dogs in my room. I explained that I infact did. The response I got was, well we are going to have to charge you for them!" Very rude front desk help. I am overall dissatisfied with my experience, and will not stay there again!

I have stayed at Homewood Suites on and off over a year and a half now for local business. The staff is always curious a D the rooms are great. I would highly recommend it to you. Monday through Thursday they have complimentary social with Wine and Beer and they also provide breakfast in the morning.

This hotel has a great convenient location near to the airport, a mall, the country club and several restaurants that you can take the hotel shuttle to. Their complimentary happy hour is generous, the breakfast appreciated and the front desk and cleaning staff friendly.

I stay here with my dogs often to trial at local agility events. Lots of green space outside. Dead end road on the river. Clean, quiet, updated. Very nice helpful staff. Very easy to get too, right off the highway.

We had a suite for the wedding party and it was perfect. Several beds, kitchen, sitting area.. And good breakfast! Coffee and tea available all day.. Only negative is that it takes forever for the TV channels to change

I visited Homewood Suites as a student for a class trip to learn about the hospitality industry. The visit provided a great deal of knowledge and insight. The member of the maintenance/engineering department who guided the tour seemed extremely intelligent and knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him in a short time.

Not too expensive, large rooms, and the late night front desk staff member was very nice. Our friend that we checked in settled in easily, and the handicapped parking she needed was very accessible. Would do business with them again in the future.

We arrived very late but the hotel is very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and updated. They have a nice dining area and pool. We would have stayed another night but the price had jumped $50 so we decided to go elsewhere.

The room was clean and neat; the associates at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was basic, but tasty and had a variety of options. I was very happy with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean, well presented. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I like the family friendly environment that they offer. I definitely will be coming back to stay on weekend trips.

Homewood Suites have nice, spacious rooms. The house cleaning occurs frequently and does a good job. Location is great, just minutes from restaurants. Can be a little noisy depending on your neighbors but that is to be expected.

Well I am not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to on this place. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life and this one was actually pretty decent. Despite being under construction they did the right thing by making sure the roofing crews starts a little later, around 9am. The breakfast was above average and the room was clean and well kept. I have to say those positive things in all honesty, but when it came to my dog I was unhappy.

I have a very well mannered and trained german shepherd. On the second day we were there we went to breakfast and sat at the farthest table from the kitchen and were just enjoying a cup of coffee before checking out. A hotel employee told me I couldn't have my dog in this area, mind you we weren't having breakfast just enjoying a cup of coffee before checkout and we were at the farthest table. Also they charge you 25 dollars per day for a pet fee so I paid 50 dollars for my dog. Now I don't have a problem with that and can respect it as a business decision, but when I am just sitting at a table drinking coffee with my dog sleeping under my feet please leave me and him alone and not tell him he has to go. I spoke with the manager about it and he was very apologetic and went to speak to that staff member right away. There is nothing posted in the lobby about this and the manager told me she was making things up.

All in all a decent hotel... Maybe I am overly sensitive about my dog, but that staff member was very rude to me. I told her I would not be staying there again because of her attitude and her response was "Good I don't care, I'm not the owner now get your dog out of here" The manager did the right thing though and seemed to be genuinely apologetic.

The place is nice BUT. The shower was moldy, the windows did not lock. The place was booked solid on this Saturday night. Due to the recent snows there was very limited parking. When there were no parking spaces left we were forced to park on the curb/grass/snow. When we talked to the girls at the desk they were apologetic and allowed us to park on the curb/grass/snow. We will stay somewhere else next time in the area.

I stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and modern. There is a gym, saltwater pool and basketball court if you feel like staying active. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good considering that it is included and there is free coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24hrs. You can even make your own waffles. I will definitely be staying here again.
