We had an outstanding stay. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and very accommodating! The birthday breakfast taste delicious in the beds was very comfortable. We will definitely come back again!

One of the best in the area... always sold out and the breakfast can be crowded as a result. Parking spills over to the HGI next door when full. Glad the share.

I would definitely stay again on my next trip. Area was great. Next to great resturants. I want to point out that Misty and Nancy were so pleasant during our visit has well as all staff members. Everything was absolutely perfect. Hotel was clean...towels and sheets were clean and fresh. Everything was amazing. The space in the room is perfect for families on a long stay. HiltonHonors price was unbelievable for hotel size and amenties. Wi-Fi was better than I have seen.

Wonderful staff. Great rooms. Separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. Livingroom with sofa bed, full kitchen, table chairs. Will stay again. Perfect location.

Booked a specific room on the hotel's website, with a jetted tub. Received a call letting us know the room was not actually available; that someone had checked out early but the room had not been cleaned. We were not scheduled to arrive for another 7-8 hours, but for some reason they could not clean the room in this amount of time. We were offered a different room, a discount, and extra HHonors points for the inconvenience, but not given the option of the room we reserved. We did not receive a discount, nor did we receive extra points. I emailed the General Manager more than once and never received a response. This is NOT the first time this hotel has proven to be untrustworthy and had poor management. They've lost my business.

Very clean and great staff. Love the social hour food in the evenings and free breakfast. Great location. Many places within walking distance.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with new linens. Check in was easy and the Continental breakfast was tasty, with a nice variety. Would stay here again.

Room was nice, the pool is outside in back, gym over looks pool. Business center is near front desk. Breakfast was great. Staff is friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

I've had a great stay here many times. This time however, everything was great except the breakfast. When we came down at 0810, the bacon tray was empty and she said they were out of bacon or any other breakfast meats. There was a small gooey pile of what was supposed to be breakfast potatoes and that was all of them. There were some fake eggs with peppers left. There were no boiled eggs and 1 bread roll was left as a danish. At 0830, they started putting items away and around 0850, almost everything was gone, except coffee. I guess the 0900 breakfast ending was off that day. Keep in mind, there were 25 or 30 (or more) people trying to get some breakfast during the time we were there. The breakfast staff were considerate but it seemed they were rushing to close down breakfast and they basic reply was "we ran out of items". If I had known this would happen, I'd have stayed next door at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a nice breakfast. Maybe they should give people HGI vouchers for breakfast when they run out.

We stayed for three days, two nights. The staff was extremely courteous. The rooms were perfectly clean and very spacious (we had two queen beds suite). Great place to stay in Daphne.

Accommodations are great along with the room service . However the breakfast is not the best and would recommend going out for breakfast

Guest relations here were wonderful. From cookies and water for the kids during check-in to helping to load the car upon departure. Thanks for the southern hospitality.

Customer service was great. Pool was beautiful and outdoors. They had dinner and breakfast, would be perfect with a milk alternative.

Here for a 6 day training seminar and am staying at a nearby hotel. The management is quite accommodating and the property is in excellent shape with a spacious breakfast area. My co-workers staying here say they enjoy it.

Very nice hotel. Shot out to Tracey she is the manager over food service and she is exceptional. She went out of her way to ensure that we had what we needed and that we knew of the places we should visit. She's extremely personable and we all loved her. The hotel is beautiful with large rooms a kitchen with a full refrigerator, there's a large tub with jets to help one to relax. There are two tv's a queen sized bed and a couch bed, we opted to bring and to use our own queen sized inflatable and it worked out fine. It is close to a Starbucks and many restaurants and Wal-Mart. I loved or experiences there and I think you would too.

Very professional and pleasant staff. Suite was very clean and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had the pleasure of having in the Baldwin county area.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We slept late and missed the breakfast, but we did use the guest laundry after purchasing some detergent from the shop at the front desk. Convenient and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was 5 star. Room was nice, but a tiny bit on the small side. The kitchen area was great. The hotel itself looks better than some of Hilton's and Embassy Suites I have stayed in. The breakfast was descent with plenty of options. I will stay there again if in the area, and would recommend to others.

I truly love this place. There is nothing like it for the money. Hot tubs, in your room. Fireplace inside and out. Free Breakfast, and Free dinner every night. Free Wine and beer, every night. Free work out room. They have everything for no extra! Plus, it is close to everything else. Publix, anyway, you would like to eat. Local bar's, it's so Great that my husband and I are going every month, just for that little weekend getaway. They also love pets.

This is the best Homewood suits I've stayed in! The lobby is phenomenal and has a great feel to it and the rooms are great too! If I ever visit this city again, I'll be staying here

Pretty good; somewhat weird that there are still hotels that allow smoking in some rooms. The first 'non-smoking room' had been smoked in, though they did try to cover it up with spray. They were nice enough to move us to another room that did not have any smoke order. Also pet friendly, so you may see a dog or two during your stay.

Excellent room with many included amenities such as a kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, and cooktop dual range. Both breakfast and dinner are available downstairs with a wide selection of food items. Suite included bed room with king sized bed and sitting room with sofa bed. Both rooms included a TV with variety of channel access. Common outdoor sitting area with fireplace just off lobby to enjoy the wonderful local weather day or night. Another fireplace is available inside the lobby as well. All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended for an extended stay off the bay.

The absolute best hotel in the area. As a frequent traveler here for business, I have tried many. Best breakfast - as good as any restaurant. And their free dinners save me so much money - and the food is great. And best thing about hotel is how they treat their customers. Far and above every place I have ever stayed.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is awesome, as well as the evening reception. I would have given 5 stars, but the rooms could use some updating like fresh paint to cover the scuff marks and the room service cleaning was not a 5 - room was not cleaned and restocked like we are accustomed to like other top hote,.s.

The service here was great. There was an issue with one of the towels and they replaced it immediately and were incredibly friendly throughout the whole thing. The rooms are very nice and come fully equipped with a small kitchen and full sized fridge even.

I stay at this location monthly for business and it's always super clean. I had a last minute trip to Mobile and didn't have reservations, but Cherlyn and Taylor really went out of their way to make me sure I had a room.
They even called me back to confirm the reservation for me. I've always been happy about the customer service experience that I have when I stay at this location.

Rated one the best hotel in the nation for a reason. Phenomenal service all around. They consistently go above and beyond, down to leaving a grocery list on your fridge if you want them to go grocery shopping for you. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else

Dial their number and get someone at the desk. Without being put on hold or spoken to as if you are wasting their time, the folks here are very welcoming, polite and eager to help you make your reservation. They got everything right and exceeded our expectations. During breakfast, the lady working would come by and offer to serve us with anything we needed. It was clean and family-friendly. We have stayed with Homewood a few times, but there is definitely a reason for this one being number one. Fantastic staff and our room was nicely laid out, roomy and spotless.

The two bedroom suite was easily able to accommodate the six travelers we had, without feeling cramped at all, even with a full kitchen. The outdoor pool was quite nice, if a little small. Breakfast was standard for a hotel of this class; which is by no means a bad thing. The lobby is very nice, although the rest of the hotel is not as fancy as the lobby would make it seem. Only serious complaint would be some wifi connectivity issues we had during our one night stay (that did resolve themselves after a few hours.)

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Mobile for our business trips, this has to be my favorite. The room was spotless, the staff was exemplary in their service and it was quiet. The location is very continent to I-10 and the bay. I was also very impressed with the décor. The water wall in the entrance was very cool. This will be where my family stays when we come back to Mobile on vacation.

Really enjoyed the suite, fully equipped with a kitchen and a full size refrigerator makes you feel at home. Everything was very clean and all of the employees were amazing. Great place to stay!

I've been meaning to rate this hotel, we had the most amazing stay there.
Everyone from housekeeping, front office to the GM were so amazingly helpful and nice.
Even though we live locally now we will stay there over summer as a treat, it was that amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be treated like family.

I stayed with my boyfriend over July 4th weekend. The hotel was great. From havi g a fully stocked kitchen, to going grocery shopping for us (just make a list) they serve breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Friday, and its all included.

Perfect place for a family. The room was nice and roomy. The pull out sleeper sofa was big enough for our 3 kids (10 & under). The king size bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great. They had almost anything you could want. Staff was friendly.
