It's not easy traveling during a pandemic. Steven and the staff at Homewood Suites Chandler made our stay comfortable. The newly created safety protocols made us feel safe. I would recommend to anyone who needs to travel.

I travel to Chandler several times a year for work. I first stayed at Homewood because my usual hotel was full. I am glad that happened because now I choose it every time! A great business hotel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The added bonus for me is that I do feel like I am at home. There is a manager there (I believe his name is Steve, but I am sorry if I am wrong. He wears glasses.) who always remembers me and makes me feel welcome. He also always helps me pick the quietest room, which I appreciate so much! It's nice to be remembered and have a welcoming smile when I arrive.

Great property and fantastic service! Breakfast served is nice quality and fresh. They also have a free happy hour a few times a week. Really enjoyed our stay with our toddlers.

Armida the housekeeper is the greatest ever. She is always friendly, does a great job, and my toddler loves when she gives him gloves as he tries to help her clean. She deserves a significant pay raise.

Steve at the front desk is also amazing. There are not enough words for what he has done for me and my family. He too deserves a pay raise.

Our family stayed here for a few nights. Very nice and clean, spacious room. Daily breakfast was great, along with evening happy hour and dinner. Certainly a perk being able to save on cost of 2 meals for the family each day. They had lots of food varieties as well. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

This place looks really nice and is very clean. Our unit has a small kitchenette with an electric stove top and cooking utensils in the cabinet. I'm knocking off a star because it's 10:30 at night and the air conditioning unit decided to turn on full blast and the controls aren't responding to anything I do. I called the front desk and they don't have any maintenance people on site, so the guy said someone who isn't maintenance is coming to the hotel in 30-45 min. I hope this other guy can fix it. If he does, I'll upgrade my rating.

Hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly. The free dinner and happy hour were also a nice surprise.

Stayed here 3 times. Each time for 4 weeks. It is a nice cozy place. Staff is really nice. If you prefer to eat home cook food, this place has kitchen in most of the rooms.

Really clean and spacious hotel. Convenient to many Chandler businesses and the Fashion Center Mall. Some rooms are a good long walk from the lobby. If you don't want a 5 minute walk, ask for a room closer to the lobby. There is a Hampton inn next door and many Uber drivers may be confused and try to pick you up or drop off at the wrong hotel. This was a good hotel for staying a few days or more. Full refrigerator and lots of space to spread out

Friendly and quick check in. Quiet room (other than housekeeping cleaning adjacent rooms). Clean. Good location. I do wish the blackout curtains completely blacked out the light.

Stayed in a small suite, two separate rooms with a living area in the middle, it had a nice kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. It even had pots, dishes and cutlery. Staff was really friendly.

Good location, it is not exsctly at the Chandler fashion center but very close. Very clean, rooms are updated, Keureg so for brew I. The room, and they were upgrading the Tv's to 50 inches Samsung's. Nice pool area and very good break fasr

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful grounds, clean and well kept hotel and the greatest of people. Hard to comment on all the great personalities. Breakfast workers are fast and clean. Everything is hot and well stocked. Special kudos to Maria for her hard work.

I travel all over the place, and i will continue to consider this Hotel my 2nd home. Staff is great, rooms are great, 5 stars all the way around. Has never let me down in 4+ years of staying here. Highly recommended.

They have very nice employees there. Good support and friendly. Accommodation is very comfortable. Ice and filtered water is provided for free too.

They gave a very warm welcome and a few bottles of water.. Check-in was efficient. Room spacious and clean. The breakfast is plentyfull and they real china and metall tools to eat with. This is green and I don't like plastic. Nice happy hour.

They provide very good accommodation with good services. Breakfast is pretty decent but not much varieties . Extended kitchen is very neat and they do clean the vessels every day. The best part is they provide shuttle services till 5miles and they do provide shuttle to Phoenix outlet mall.

We always stay here when we are in the area. It's our home away from home now. They rooms are nice the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The meals they serve are not only included but have an incredible variety!

Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating they gave us free medicine when my wife was sick. The hotel serves great breakfast and dinner everyday. Perfect location as well! Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, quiet, great pool, great location, and free meals. Weve stayed here the last couple years to visit family. Free hot breakfast every day and free dinner Mon - Thu nights. Pool is large with plenty of seating on the deck. Hotel provides filtered ice and water on each floor. Close to Chandler Fashion Mall, Target, and many surrounding dining options. Rooms could be darker though - I recommend bring some clothes pins to keep curtains together and lay some pillows or blankets at the base to keep out more light.

I live in the area, but with water damage at the house being fixed, we ended up staying here for three weeks. The staff made those three weeks easier. They have a full, hot breakfast every morning and dinner four nights a week. The bed was comfortable and every staff member made us feel welcome. Definitely would recommend it if you are traveling or find yourself in a similar situation.

Night check in rep was a bit surly when I inquired about the diamond amenity over the phone. The morning rep was amazing though. Pretty good hot breakfast, an outside pool and gym are available. Shower drained a bit slowly, room was overall clean but some signs of wear (chipped corners of furniture, loose shower faucet fixture etc, minor stuff).

All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I'm staying here for 3 weeks with an infant and it's very been very comfortable. They have a washer and dryer on our floor and offer both breakfast and light dinner for free. Coffee and tea are available all day. They also leave out a basket of apples, bananas and oranges during the day.

Great for an extended work trip. Breakfast and small evening meal are good but limited. WI-FI is excellent and amenities are good but I'm left missing the executive lounge from other Hilton's. Staff is very friendly. Parking is a mess since it shares a lot with the Hampton inn next door.

This hotel is located in a quiet business area and it is closed to shopping and dinning area. And it's 20-min driving to the airport. Our room was clean with modern setting. The staff from front desk to breakfast area were very friendly and nice. They served hot breakfast and I like it. The only thing I could think about for improvement will be the A/C. It's loud noise when the A/C was on. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in the suite as a family. It was wonderful and super spacious. Everything is clean and the place feels very new. The staff went out of their way to help our kids feel welcome and to get me directions to an auto store, which was much appreciated. My only complaint was the bridal shower upstairs that went all night and made ita rough night of sleep. Otherwise a perfect visit to a fantastic hotel!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and always available. The rooms themselves are open and comfortable, the living area is wide open so you don't feel cramped or closed in, the kitchen area is small but has everything you need including a full size refrigerator. Everything is in great condition. You really don't feel like you're staying at a hotel, it's more like a small apartment. Best of all the meals that they offer are spectacular, none of the usual reheated hotel food you typically see, it's all fresh and very well prepared and presented. The entire experience is fantastic, especially for the price.

So far, so great. Wonderful staff; clean, modern, new premises; free hot breakfast and light dinner/drinks (Mon-Thur); spacious pool and hot tub; and spacious, comfortable rooms. We are only on day 2 of 8, but enjoying it so far. If I had to give one semi-negative (to some) comment, is that the pool is salt water filtered, which was a pit off for my daughter. Not anywhere near the level of sea water, though. Shouldn't bother most. So far I love this place. Oh - and he rates are incredible for the amenities.

Stayed 2 nights, check in was quick as with most hilton properties. Staff was friendly, room was typical and clean. Nothing to critique but nothing outstanding or above expectation.

Mike and Steve are awesome. I traveled across the country and needed a shower and a rest. They got me into a room as soon as it was available, and that's saying something bc they were fully booked. Great service, much appreciated.
