My mother and i had a suite, we both snore so we can't share a room, and it was great! The pull out bed was pretty comfortable for a pull out. The shower had good water pressure. I would def stay again.

We stayed there with our kids (ages 8 and 3) for a family wedding nearby. I cannot express how happy we were with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was well-equipped, the executive center was well organized, the breakfast buffet was delightful, and the pool was a kid favorite. But what set our stay apart from other hotel stays was the staff. The MVP award goes to the GM, Chris, who drove us to the wedding reception in Rochester on his way home from work, in his own car, giving us a well-informed and interesting mini tour of the city on our way there. Chris gave us amazing hospitality in an industry that often forgets that personal touch.

Very nice. There were some loud kids outside my room running around on my second night but the 3rd night they were gone. Other than that very nice hotel.

Homewood Suites are all well maintained, family friendly hotels.  This one is no exception.  Clean and filled with all the necessities with a polite, professional staff who are anxious to help with everything you may need.  Easy access to the expressway so it is not difficult to get to where ever you want to go but a charming country setting.  My wife and I stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of our time there.

Really enjoyed 2nd day breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Wonderful customer service. There was no fan in the bathroom for circulation.

It was a beautiful hotel in a secluded location. Even though it was near a lot of stuff, it was hidden from the road. The staff were very friendly, everything was well taken care of and the amenities were nice. We loved using the pool.

Location is good, very close to serveral freeways. Rooms are nice and big, it's a one bedroom apartment with a maid that does light cleaning, which is great. Free meals most of the week with alcohol. This location is run very well.

Great price for what you get-kitchenette, big shower, decent breakfast. Only real knock is the pool is a little dirty and heavy on the chlorine.

Oh yes, I tried their digital key, it works, open the door with an app on your own phone.

And the internet is okay, 5MB connection, just enough for some video streaming.

Homewood is still the best overall imo. I stay 60-90 or more nights a yr in hotels. Sometimes just 1 night, sometimes 7-10 or more. Only 1 time was I not satisfied - and got comped 25000 pts - eased the pain.

Love these suites where living room is separate from bedroom. Stay here every chance we are in Rochester area. They offer a AAA discount.

This is our "go to" hotel when my wife & I are visiting the Rochester area. It is located just off I-90 for easy access. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Only 1/2 hour away from Waterloo Premium Outlet as well. Hotel is clean, staff are efficient & friendly. Just a good place to stay when you want a weekend away.

Fantastic Hotel! The manager was a pleasant, well traveled man who welcomed us. Beer and wine events on multiple nights of the week with dinner. Close to the mall. Just the best of the best!

I love this chain of hotels. Stayed in one in Philidelphia, Pa for my daughter's wedding with my entire family. Awesome people and very accommodating....love them.

Comfortable, spacious suites. Friendly staff. Reasonably close to I90/490 and Eastview Mall. However, Internet went out (throughout the property) overnight on our first night, and was never recovered; no information from staff (other than shrugs). When we checked in, we were asked what level of room service we wanted (none, just refresh the towels/remove garbage, or full); we indicated just towels/trash was fine, but never got it. Can't comment on breakfast, as we ate out each morning.

Every one was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the parking easy to find and use.

1 hour late getting one of my rooms ready. Staff was pleasant. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Room was clean. Hot tub was dirty. You could hear a lot of outside noise. Thin walls.

Very good hotel. Digital keys. Good breakfast. Nice big room. Good internet. Nice comfy bed and one of the best pillows i have ever had in a hotel. You will feel like yoh are sleeping on a cloud.

Nice facilities with friendly staff. Our suite was large and quite nice, but you can tell the hotel is aging due to some peeling wallpaper. The only minor qualm I had with our accommodation was that every channel EXCEPT for HBO and Showtime was in high definition. This is certainly not a make it or break it issue, but it was disappointing.

Overall, a great place to stay.

Very clean, nice pool, excellent staff, great free breakfast. Breakfast had sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a lot more.

Very clean and neat hotel. The rooms are big and can fit our big family in it without feeling cramped at a reasonable price. The pool is big. And hot tub included. I would visit again.

Clean, large rooms, free hot breakfast, and a full-sized refrigerator in your room help the suites feel like home. The pull-out beds in the king rooms are NOT comfortable though, so maybe try to get two queens. The suites are visible from the interstate (the rooms are still quiet), but pay attention when going there because the building sits far off of the main road off of a cul-de-sac.

The hotel was clean an comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Rochester area.

The suite was very comfortable and clean with more space then we expected. The breakfast provided many choices with our families favorite the waffle iron.

I attended a birthday party at Homewood inn and suites in Victor. The party was fun, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was not great (dirty and water didn't seem to be circulating well) and the pool area was too hot. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I would return to this location, we have stay in other Homewood suites which where okay, but this one is great. Management here is on the top of their game and it shows.

We booked one night at the Homewood Inn and Suites in Victor to split up a long road trip with our 4yo and two infant twins. I've always found these hotels to be very family-friendly and the best option, consistently offering the same amenities such as fitness center, indoor pool (which my 4yo loves) and complimentary breakfast/dinner. I am reviewing this particular location because it deserves special mention due to several points.

1. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in (I swear you could have eaten a meal off the lobby bathroom floors). The room was impeccable and the fitness center was immaculate.
2. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
3.When they brought 2 cribs to our room, they were real cribs with mattresses, not pack and plays.
4. When we got home we realized that my 4yo had left her favorite blanket behind.(She had been playing "fort" in the closet with it as we were packing and we forgot to look inside during the "idiot check".) I placed a phone call to the hotel after we arrived home to see if it turned up, and within 24 hours I got a call back from the desk manager saying that housekeeping had located it, and that they'd overnight it to our house. This meant the world to us and especially to our daughter.

This hotel gets first prize in my book. If we ever repeat our road trip, we will be planning a stopover there in advance.

Pretty much lived here for 9 months working on a job not far away, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were always clean and spacious. The lite dinners were always great and the beer was cold

Exactly what I needed. A quick clean bed and room. Slept grabbed a shower and took off. Nice staff, clean rooms , I couldn't ask for. More.

The rooms were great. They were clean, newly renovated/built, and modern. The staff was friendly and they already had our room and keys ready when we got there.

Like most Homewoods we have been to, Victor is welcoming and has homelike amenities. I love that we are able to prepare meals in our suites kitchen, where basic cookware and utensils are provided. The beds are always comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed that always affords my kids a good night's rest. With two tvs in the one bedroom suite, we can all stay entertained.

Fantastic customer service, clean room, an error on my charges but was handled immediately and in a friendly manner. Got a courtesy shuttle to the grocery store 15 minutes away and the employee refused a tip. Great people, would definitely stay there again happily

Great staff: Very attentive and friendly. Went down on a Ski and Stay package as it is 20 min from Bristol Mountain. The area is great with lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. The hotel also offers a free hot breakfast everyday and a "light" diner on weeknights. It was a full diner, it's just not a choice of what you will get. As a parent skiing with three kids, the hot meal that I didn't have to make at the end of the day was much appreciated. It felt like more of a vacation for me. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, though they did develop a bit of a rash. I think the chemicals were off as there was a lot of foam in the tub. The rooms are great. We got a 2 queen suite. The 5 of us were quite comfortable as there is also a pull-out couch. The kitchen was definitely a nice to have for storing drinks and lunches for the ski hill. We are going back this March. The main hotel halls are cold so bring a sweater/slipper/shoes.

Clean, spacious, great if you are traveling with well behaved kids! Stayed with my husband and 2 small kids, we had a suite that had 2 queens in 1 room with a separate living/dining/kitchenette in another.
We had plenty of space for our pack and play and for the kids to play and stretch their legs after being in the car. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Dinner included most weeknights (with wine!) and a full breakfast in the morning. Also, we only paid $15 more for this room than we did for a much smaller room at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

When i went with my family the employees there were just so nice. I think that I just might came back and stay again
