Good location. Clean room with great beds and friendly staff.

There was a mix-up with our room, but the front desk staff corrected it right away. Great location far enough from the interstate to be really quiet. The room was really dark and quiet. It was hard to believe there were others in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hospitality along with free dinner social and breakfast. Quiet and very relaxing! The manager greeted us and the stay was outstanding!

We stay at Hamptons when we travel because they are clean and serve a great breakfast. This was the first time at Homewood owned by Hampton. The hotel was the nicest we've ever seen. It was like a small apartment. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and real dishes. King size bed, walk in shower and a couch for a living room area.

The room was very spacious and nice. It was clean. For a comparable price as other hotels we found this one much nicer.

Nothing bad to say here, everything was just right. Very comfortable, breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable, not hard... firm with a slight soft give on top. Not noisey, and staff was polite and helpful.

This place is awesome!! We are from miami and haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time!!! The evening manager Burgandy was just amazing and assisted us in every way she could. This morning we found a personal not left by Burgandy!! Amazing! Rooms were also great and super clean.

Staff is wonderful. Room was freezing all night, despite turning the thermostat as high as it would go. Bedding is rough. Breakfast was excellent. Staff and amenities made up for some serious problems with the room.

The hotel staff was great!! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always great but they also have a dinner social that is included which is a fantastic benefit of this hotel. I highly recommend staying here when in Rock springs.

Great hotel! Stayed in the suite and everything was as we expected. The breakfast was amazing and it had something for everyone in my family, even the picky eaters.

Rooms are spacious and with a small kitchen. Breakfast is OK if you like it American style (not many fresh things, rather bagels and waffles, ham and eggs).
The cleaning lady comes every day and if she finds just one water glass in your room, she will let the dishwasher run (still they have signs in the bathroom to think of the environment and save resources).
I had planned to spend three months there. In my first week I asked for a different room, because the fridge was so loud that I could not sleep at night. "No problem", was the answer, "we'll arrange something". A few days later I asked the same guy at the reception. He didn't remember that I had already asked him, listened to the problem and told me again that he would take care of it. Nothing happened.
A few days later I approached the same guy at the reception. "I just wanted to ask you when I can move...". Unbelievable but true: he looked as if he had never heard that story.
That day I moved out.
There is another hotel nearby which offers nearly the same service at considerably lower rates which I would recommend (rooms are a little smaller though, and they don't serve breakfast which was fine for me).

We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Rock Springs. It was clean and the people were very friendly. Compared to the Homewood Suites in Greeley, Colorado though this one couldn't compare. The breakfast at the Greeley Homewood Suites was so much better! Fresh yogurt, fresh fruit, really good oatmeal, fresh breakfast sandwiches and potatoes. The breakfast in Rock Springs, was not very good. When we got down stairs at 6:45 the muffins and bread products were gone, the oatmeal was very watery and I'm not sure how the Canadian bacon was being warmed? All in all, it was a nice stay, but the food could have been better.

Nice place in an otherwise Podunk town. Friendly staff, courteous employees. It is close to shopping, gas and of course bars. Pool is clean as are the rooms. The free breakfast and dinner-ish meals leave a bit to be desired, but still "free". Room price was fair and very clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel was great!! First time staying here but the staff was very accommodating. One of the cleanist hotels I have stayed at. There was also complimentary dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it wasn't your typical skimpy breakfast. They had full strip's of peppered bacon, quiche and and several fresh made items. I will definitely stay here on future visits to the area.

Homewood Suites is amazing. It's so clean and the beds are actually nice. I had my graduation party there and everything was amazing. Definitely would stay there again and again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in the Rock Springs / Green River Area. The downstairs reception feels warm and cozy when checking in late and the rooms are immaculate and setup for your comfort. All staff that I encountered were very nice welcoming.

Clean rooms and excellent service. We used the lobby/ dining area each night to visit with family that was also staying there and it was never a problem for staff.

Good people work here. As soon as we got to our room, we get a phone call. Desk person upgraded our room with a larger capacity when they saw that we had 6 in our party. Rooms are very nice, clean and fit for a weary traveler. Thank you.

We stayed here just as a one night stop over for a longer trip along I-80. it was a solid choice. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice. The 2 room suite (one double queen bedroom, one living room with sofa) was great for four people. Room was clean and felt new. We used the fitness room, which was nice. The free breakfast was fairly standard for this type of hotel (nothing special, but not bad). The surrounding area is so-so, but it's close to I-80. The trash truck banging dumpsters at the restaurant next door at 4am was not welcome. Recommended.

This hotel was awesome! It feels new, it's super clean, the beds are crazy comfortable, and so spacious. It's such a deal. They have a full kitchen, they had an apartment sized refrigerator, no mini fridge nonsense, and a dishwasher. I stayed in a one bedroom, and that means the room is closed off from the living room. It feels like a legit small apartment. It's really nice, and luxurious, even, and it feels like a steal for the price it's going. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist at the desk when I checked in was snooty with me, and I don't think I provoked her, I think she was just in a bad mood. The receptionist at the front desk when I checked out was nice. So I guess you never know who you're going to get. That's the only negative thing here.

Our stay here was wonderful! The room exceeded expectations, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast had many options, and if staying during the week they have evening social events. Highly recommended.

Our hotel room was a suite and included a Mitchell which was very handy for our food we were taking on our road trip. The food in the morning was better than most hotel's. The staff were very respectful and helpful.
