Nice room. Semi-clean (sticky tile floors) could use carpet cleaning too, but that's about it. NO PETS ... Thank You. We had a very nice daily breakfast included with our stay. Overall, this Hilton Homewood Suites is a true, solid 3+ star property, and I'd recommend it, a sweet-hotel, to all travelers visiting Sarasota and the very nearby beaches of Siesta Key, Lido, Longboat Key, fun spot, St Armands Circle and Main Street only minutes away.

Homewood Suites - you were great! Felt right at home, and the breakfasts were very good and many choices. Bed was comfy. Please have DVD players available upon request! With tv the way it is, dvds are often the only true entertainment option.
The sheer curtains needed washing; the noticeable grey color from the a/c beneath it takes the room down a notch. We'd happily return, however. Felt safe there, good security overall and any request was quickly fulfilled (except DVD player).

This hotel is very nice. It looks like a small castle and you can park your car nearby your room (if you are lucky). Staff was very nice. The swimming pool is great, warm and pretty calm. There is also a small whirlpool but we didn't manage to turn on the bubbles ;) Breakfast was fine for the whole family and there are plenty of tables in the meeting room. There is a small kitchen in the room, good enough to have a small in room dinner.
Our room view was not great and the balcony floor pretty dirty.

This place is fabulous!!!! Truly great. My family had a blast. The front desk was superior. The charming style and atmosphere, plus great food, made this a real gem.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Sarasota has been wonderful so far. The evening social has allowed me to meet very interesting people while I'm in town for a two-week seminar. A full breakfast offering in the morning and A light meal during the evening social has allowed me to stay within budget. The hotel is clean and attractive and all of the staff have been extremely friendly. Close to many attractions in the Sarasota area but still provides a nice quiet location to relax in the evenings. All of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful

It's very nice, they provide free breakfast, coffee in the rooms, clean dishes and utensils, and a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. They also have a nice lobby and pool area. It's a great place, and the service is amazing.

Older place, remodeled, not too bad. They used to have a manager there that thought she was the Queen of Sheba and talked to the customers as though her $#*! didn't stink. She was finally fired so it's a much better place now.

Rooms are nice and the staff are very friendly. Also they have a nice variety for their breakfast.

Parking was very inconvenient....very limited... I had to walk a bit of a distance from my car to my building after arriving on a late flight.... I didn't feel safe walking that distance in the dark.... however I made it safely

I went for a meeting. The room was pretty. The flooring was nice. Elevator was ok U couldn t see what floor you were going up too. The parking wasn't good at all. The parking lot was very tight

Decided to stay over night in Sarasota on a Sunday. Most hotels were booked but Homewood Suites accommodated our needs. Even though all King rooms were gone, the Queen room was clean, quiet and on a corner. Price was comparable, the breakfast was plentiful with a sizable dinning area. Will return if in the area again.

Very impressed with this place! Clean nice spacious rooms! Ours had a small kitchen, 2 beds and a pull out couch plus a little dinning area. There was a pool with a grill, 3 hole putting green plus complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodated anything we needed. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area. Worth the money in my book!

Nice place. Limited parking, so expect to walk a bit to your room. Staff was friendly and worked hard to accommodate early check in. Would stay here again.

First time staying at a Homewood Suites and I was pleasantly surprised! Comfortable and very accommodating! Suites have everything you need, and perfect for business travel.

We love staying at Hilton properties because the service is always awesome and the rooms are always clean. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, which has a little kitchenette, complete with range, dishwasher, and a big refrigerator. They provide dishes, cookware, and utensils. We didn’t do much cooking in the suite, but it’s nice not having to eat out all the time. Breakfast is complimentary, as is an “evening social” Monday through Thursday. Breakfast is very good with a rotating fare of meats, eggs, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, etc. Coffee and tea is 24/7. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The hot breakfast was very good. The evening reception is Monday thru Thursday only but was a nice value. There is a menu online for the reception.

Room services is great, the rooms are well-equipped with appliances. Snacks in the gift shop are pricy. Breakfast is decent and complimentary.

Stayed here one night on a business trip. No issues, clean. Breakfast could have been better. Good location.

The place was ok. Nice looking facilities but when we checked in and got our room we found some underwear from previous guest, after that was removed we found more debry and trash. They said they would clean again and did but when we got back still found pizza crust on the floor. Honestly people and management where great made the matter right but cleanlisness is not priority here.

Great hotel, excellent service, lovely rooms, free breakfast seven days a week that is actually worth waking up for. Four nights s week they serve dinner also. Save money, get rest who can ask for more.

Not a bad hotel to stay for a couple nights. Each room had a full kitchen which was very convenient. Only bad thing is the sofa bed. Seems like the sheets never been changed .

Rooms are nice, cleaning is good however facilities are old and need to be updated. This is a good price for this area.

The staff is friendly, rooms are beautiful and provided an ample amount of space. There were a few insect issues, and the smoke alarm sounded with noone providing the guests any explanation or information. However the stay was good.

Clean room friendly staff. Kids loved the free cookies at the desk. Rooma we're comfortable and we loved the fact that we had a small kitchen after a long day at the ball fields.

Stay way pleasant. The room was nice and they provided pretty good quality dinner and breakfast. The front desk associate who checked me in was not very pleasant and had a bit of an attitude. The room was nice but the tissue box had tissues just stuffed in it like maybe the housekeeping didn't clean properly. The pool looked nice and overall our stay was pleasant

Very nice rooms, great setup. Very clean and the staff are helpful. Complimentary breakfast and dinner are fresh food, very tasty!! Only downside is parking is tight.

Wi-Fi service is one make a bit up quarter make it down other than that place is white pleasant and white friendly in great place for my family

Room was clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The front desk was a little overworked but that is not their fault and they remained professional.

Facility seems pretty old and shows its age. Rooms are nice enough, but not typical of a newer Homewood or Hilton property. The full kitchen is nice, though we did wake up to tiny ants all over our food. (hey it is Florida). Probably wouldn't stay here again, though staff were super nice and accommodating.

Great place to have business meetings. If you have any interest in making extra money I'm their on Thursday nights from 6-8. Just ask for me😃

Not totally impressed. The staff seem nice. We had an issue with our key entry the first night... would not open for any key. After 30 mins of the maintance guy trying to get the door open, we finally got access. But they moved us to another room for the night... downgraded the room and didn't offer any kind of refund. Then we had to move back to the original room the next day. Still no offer of refund. Not super happy...

Motelish but convenient. Complimentary breakfast and evening food. Plenty of parking. No frills. I have rated 4 based on value for money.

my husband and I spent our one yrs anniversary here this place is amazing I'm so glad we stayed here they have great breakfast a lol something for everyone's taste. deff bring our children here to enjoy the clean and beautiful pool (:

Our room is great. It's very clean and spacious. The staff have been very nice. The location is perfect for us because we are here for spring training. Love the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast in the morning is very good with a lot of options. I a very pleased and will definitely stay again!

Was here for a conference only didn't stay in the rooms. The public areas were very nice. Much more than I would have expected.

This place was average. All of the rooms wrap around and are not connected to the main building. As a result of this design, it seemed like the hallways were not air conditioned.

The suite we had contained two beds that were close together with a semi spacious living area. My only complaint was the air-conditioner. It was a small unit on the ground that seemed to take a long time to cool down at night and the controls were not intuitive.

In summary this was an average experience and seemed more like an average interstate motel than a typical Homewood Suites.

My preference would be stay somewhere else in Sarasota on my next visit.

All the staff I encountered were very friendly. However, there was garbage sitting on a console under a mirror when I first entered the building to go my room, for two day. There was staff smoking by the door, and she had it propped open with a rug and my family had to pass thru her smoke. The second floor hallway had an area that was not very friendly on the eyes, there was wall paper pulled back and taped to the wall. The only issue the room was that my room had a leak under sink, when I tried to push it up the pipe pushed all the way inside but it was fixed promptly and effectively.
