Stayed here on business, very comfy, clean, pool was a bit dirty, but trees were around it, so expected. Breakfast and dinner was decent, breakfast def. Better than dinner though.

Friendly staff from front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance. Very accommodating. Clean and neat.

Some trash was left in the room when we arrived, but otherwise the room was fine. Staff was generous and hospitable, and there were plenty of options for breakfast.

Had prepaid for for my stay but was delayed checking in about 15 -20 minutes because they said I didn't pay for the whole room even when I pulled up my confirmation # and everything also had wrong payment method (check) but I paid by credit card had receipt from that . Finally got checked in the t.v. didn't work so had to go downstairs to report that as well! But other than that I did enjoy myself and the room was lovely I would come back and stay though that was just frustrating and embarrassing.

Our stay is going well so far, the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating on arrival which assisted with making our visit great

The rooms and amenities are as expected. They could stock things more often like the fitness center water and towels. Other than that, the location is great and the staff is superb!! The snack center ran out of popcorn and a staff member gave me a packet from her own personal stash!

Very beautiful hotel. I didn't stay there but attended a function there. The staff is so friendly and based off of the employee meeting I saw, everyone seems happy to work there.

Went for a seminar and enjoyed the education. Upon entrance and exiting staff was courteous and friendly.

I stay in Hilton properties approx 200 nights a year. The room was expected and average, which was fine. The breakfast however, lacked variety and wasn't prepared as well as other Homewood Suites that I've stayed at.

I attended a meeting there for just an hour. The meeting room was great for a small group. There were about 10 people in the room.

Staff very friendly! Rooms were fine, tub didn't drain correctly. Otherwise a good hotel.

I had a great experience here,stayed here 3 months,everyone friendly,assisted me with everything that I needed. A really great staff. If I had to do it again, I'd choose Homewood Suites.

Time for a remodel. Dirty switches, dirty vent covers, broken security bolt, someone else's hair in the shower, "stains" on the walls and comforter, caulk and grout missing in tub, miniature TV's and the springs in the bed dug into me really good. Just another worn out Hilton property.

We always stay at Staybridge when traveling. This time we stayed at Homewood Suites. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk and staff were very polite and friendly. I went down to the breakfast area and it was very clean and in order. The Hispanic lady down there really knows how to make sure everything is in order. I want to make sure she gets the credit for making the breakfast area so clean and in order.

Room was in fair shape, toilet ran all night. Tile was cracked and wood trim peeling off some furnishings, carpet was worn. Hotel rooms could be due for an update. Breakfast was good, unfortunately stayed on nights that evening reception isn't offered.

I stayed here for two nights for a conference. Check in and out was easy and quick. The facilities and food were both very good. The staff were all very helpful including housekeeping. I would recommend the Jackson Hilton.

I generally like Homewood suites properties because of the kitchenette in the suites and the fact that they offer breakfast and dinner/happy hour.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms at this location appeared to be nice at first glance with lots of room and a nice layout. I'm giving this location 3 stars because the first thing I noticed when I arrived on the 3rd floor was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. This is supposed to be a non smoking floor. When I arrived to my room, which is non smoking, it also smells of smoke (although not as bad as the hallway).

If that were the only issue, I would have given this place 4 stars. Once I turned the lights on in my room, I began to discover how unclean it was. There is a copious amount of dust everywhere, including the ceiling fan and door cracks. There are mystery marks/smudges on the bedroom door and behind it. The vents look like they've not been cleaned I a while, and there are dead bugs in the window seal. The stove burner pans were not wiped out before I arrived and there appears to be something burnt on. The dishwasher doesn't appear to be seated correctly, and you can see something plastic crammed in on either side.

But the microwave was clean.

I stay there and I love this hotel it was very clean and have a good breakfast and in a good location plus the front desk manager Ashley was wonderful she made my stay very comfortable and made me want to come back again

I absolutely love this hotel. It has to be one of my favorites. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They are always there if you should need ANYTHING. The food and drink is amazing. I love the breakfast and happy hour. I will surely make this my home away from home should I be in the area again.

I checked out of my 2 bedroom suite yesterday after spending the weekend there with my family to attend a family reunion nearby. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible service rendered by the staff! Everyone from the front desk clerk to hotel maid service was extremely friendly. However, I am writing this review specifically for Ms. Jacquelyn who heads the breakfast buffet in the mornings. She is AWESOME! Her service is incredible and I was told by both my mom and sister that she prepares some mean grits! Ms. Jacquelyn THANK YOU for all you do and for making our weekend a terrific experience! You deserve a raise!!! We will for sure be returning because of your service especially! I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a double king suite. It had a full kitchen and two baths. Not luxurious but nice and clean. Front desk staff was helpful at check-in and check-out.

Decent place. The hotel is dated with its interior furnishings, but the staff is friendly. For some odd reason, they only had one gentleman in the breakfast service area while they had 3 different family unions in the hotel. This gentleman was really swamped but the hotel did not have anyone helping him. That is really bad staffing on the hotel's part given that they had to know they had 3 family reunions there this past weekend.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. Rooms are nice, beds are perfect, not too soft or too firm. Pillows are great. Blackout curtains in the room which is nice. Located close to so.e good restaurants. Highly recommend

The BEST hotel I've ever been to ! It's all could ask for and so much more. Its always clean, cozy, and a very nice size room. I've stayed here for almost four years, anytime I'm in the Jackson area, there's no doubt that this is where I am going to stay. How can a hotel be so freaking perfect

I had a great experience at here. Polite hotel staff, clean and quiet room, break fast was OK and evening free meal was good.

Me and my wife stay here 6 weeks at a time a few times a year, we have a dog as well. There is breakfast everyday and a hot meal Mon-Thurs for supper. The staff is very professional. I have always felt welcome and look forward to calling this home during our stay. The rooms are always very clean along with the bathroom and shower. great water pressure for a relaxing hot shower and garden style tubs if your in a bath mood. There is a grilling area on the patio by the pool with 2 stainless steel propane gas grills. You will not regret staying here 1 night or 30.

I have stayed at many extended stay hotels over the past several years. This is the first time I've stayed at a Homewood Suites. I was at this hotel for a few weeks due to lack of good extended stay hotel rooms available in the area. When we arrived the first room we were given had a gap between the door and door frame, enough so you could slip a credit card in an unlock the door. So we asked for another room and were given a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Since there were no more rooms available, we had to wait until morning before we were moved into another room. We soon realized the air conditioning did not work and once again we were moved to a four room. That room was OK other than the fact that the toilet wouldn't shut off when you flushed it (had to jiggle the handle to shut it off) the toilet paper holder was broken and the bed sagged in the middle. They did fixed the toilet and after several complaints about the bed, they finally took care of that as well. Other complaint I had about the place was for the size of the hotel they only had two washers and two dryers and one washer was broke down for the bulk of the time we were there. Only positive thing I have to say about this hotel, is some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We (wife, 2 young kids, and I) stayed at this hotel last night for one night. Homewood is our favored hotel when traveling in the USA. This one is much like most of the others. It is relatively new (around 4 years old I think). It is in a somewhat newer area of town on the NE side. It seems that much of the building in that side of town is a bit cramped. It has a tiny bit of the California-type feeling in that way, like land is at a premium, which I couldn't imagine anywhere in Jackson that it would be. So, because of that the rooms are definitely smaller and more cramped than most Homewoods. The pool was a bit smaller than most, but not by too much. Breakfast and most ofther things were the same as always at Homewood - good.
