Comfortable beds rooms were clean and smelled good staff was attentive and friendly

As with every Hilton-associated hotel, this Homewood Suites did not disappoint.
Very pleasant staff that were eager to accommodate any need I had.
The only current downside is, because of Corona Virus, they are not offering breakfast.
This hotel is a safe bet if you are looking for a cost effective, fair priced hotel with a friendly staff.

The room was lovely and spacious. The King size bed awesome. I love the pillow selection. Huge screen TV.
The only disappointment was the morning front desk lady. Cold and unprofessional. So sad for such a nice place.

Very clean! This hotel is top notch! The area is very upscale with many dining and shopping options. The room was way more than I expected! So much space with a separate kitchen, living room/bedroom, and bathroom. The closet was large enough to walk into. I wish I could’ve stayed longer than one night.

The hotel is in a still developing section of Port St. Lucie, FL where we were attending a large family wedding February 1-4.

I have handicap from an injury and had underestimated how quickly I tired. My wife asked the Front Desk staff if we could rent a wheelchair for me. The staff provided me one without charge for the period of our stay. This was helpful, even essential, to our enjoyment of the wedding and the festivities.

Very nice, new and clean! I stayed there for a 3 night stay, and was very please by their friendliness and the clean room! And I was happily surprised to see that the room came with a small, but fully equipped kitchen. It had a stove, dishwasher, sink, full-size refrigerator, microwave, small dining table, and silverware! And, a good hot breakfast in the morning (you can make your own waffles) and, on Monday through Thursday nights, they have free snacks, wine and beer from 5 to 7 PM. It was a wonderful experience!

The AC unit did not work right. If the room got warm, the smell of urine was horrible. They allow pets in any room here so the dog smell was in the furniture. I had to put sheets on the couch to cover the smell. The urine smell was horrid on my last day. I was there for five days. The light switch in the bedroom did not work for the fan, the microwave light was not working. Mold under the soap dish in the tub was disgusting. I called to let the guy Lewis know about the urine smell when I came in at 8 pm and he wanted to send the maintenance guy in to shampoo the carpets....WTH? I was working from 6 am to 7 pm every day I was there...Seriously? I was never offered another room and when I tried to contact Laura the manager, she refused to call me back...Three times. So....I wont recommend that hotel or ever go to it again. You care about animals more than you do people...wow.

Beautiful! My family had the best time. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool was clean. Definitely will be coming back.

The staff made our stay feel like home away from home. Very friendly and attentive. Clean rooms, close to anything and everything convenient. Pool was clean and cool for the middle of summer. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Decent free breakfast; eggs, meat, potatoes fresh fruit, great yogurt, oatmeal, breads, make your own waffles. Good coffee!

It does have smoking rooms and i thought the elevator smelled like smoke.

Nice outdoor pool area, with a small putting green and 2 large gas grills.

Booked with a secondary site , and the site messed up. However the hotel was great and fixed the sites error. The room was very very clean and hotel was also very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful as well as friendly.

Wonderful property and staff at a very reasonable price! Ultra clean, I mean, everything was spotless. Highly recommended this property!

Decent hotel, good location but beds we're very hard and breakfast each morning was pretty poor.

This place is awesome. Free breakfast every morning. Free dinner with free beer and wine Mon-Thurs. The rooms are immaculate. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Rooms are clean and the property is well maintained, just plan on eating breakfast elsewhere.

Nice spot if you're looking for a home away from home setting. Shower heads need to be changed and inside of the toilet button. There's green moldish/mildew stains. Elevator is extremely slow. Other than that it does the trick. Not the best Hilton property coming from a Hilton honors member but it will do.

Very nice, great staff. Jesse and Wesley were so kind and made sure all our needs were met. They were working the 5 to 7 reception. Loved the riddles they asked. Kept us laughing after a long drive. THANK YOU!

Room was great; couldn't want more. Breakfast is pretty good. Managers special monday thru Thursday, which include beer, wine, salads, fruit, soup ect is really good.

Nice clean rooms. Dated TV. Stay was decent aside from the fire alarm going off for an hour at 9am Saturday.

Nice customer service. Beds were pretty uncomfortable- constantly felt springs in our backs and the blankets were so thin. No vent fan in the bathroom- which we wouldn't have noticed so much, but my husband got food poisoning, so they bathroom constantly smelled like vomit and there was no way to air it out. Also the smell of the sink was awful, but I'll chock it up to Florida water? Had to stand away from the sink anytime we brushed our teeth because the smell hit you hard.

Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. The room was a bit musty smelling, but the suite setup and price made up for it. Clean and comfy rooms.

Nice hotel. Clean and fairly new. Food nearby. The bldg layout is not user friendly, with slow single elevators at distant corners.

Great stay. Clean and meet by he Hilton franchise standards. I liked the proximity to other nearby places for food and supplies.

They are going through renovations, but still keep everything well maintained. The room I stayed in was beautiful.

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. All told, a very positive experience.

The room. Was great. In a nice and quiet location not far from the action. The room had a regular size fridge, 2 burner stove, and a full sink. Mu only complaint is that the bed was not the most comfortable, I woke up with some back pain. Also the free breakfast can use some revamping. Over all great room for a ok price

Nice hotel. Really new. The layput of the rooms is different from your typical hotel which is a nice change. The breakfast was well put together for the number of people coming through.

The service was great and the staff friendly and efficient. Having breakfast included every day and weeknight cocktails with appetizers and light fare,, was a wonderful extra. Also a friendly kid environment. The suites were lovely and the kitchen roomy and we'll set up.

For some reason, I could not make a decision about where to stay in Miami. With the help of my travel agent, we picked the Z and it was fabulous!! First off, we arrived several hours before check-in time, exhausted from our overnight trip.

The hotel offers great breakfasts and dinners almost daily.

Rooms are cozy and well-maintained.

The hotel also consists of a pool, a fitness center, miniature golf, and more fun things.

Standard Homewood Suites, ppl are nice, waffles for breakfast until 10. Looks neighborhood is still building around it. Good value. Near 95. Let's Go Mets.

My stay here was great. I stayed far longer than expected (medical reasons). I wish they had weekly rates. Other than that.. staff was great. The suites were like little cozy apartments. The breakfast is better than average. Other accommodations were great and necessary for my time here - mail, laundry, etc.

The HomeWood Suites located in traditon off gatlin and port st lucie had excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful and everything is there for you.

Really nice place that is really great for business and personal needs. Great price for what you get to include spacious clean room and a hot breakfast. They also offer dinners some nights with free beer and wine.

The hotel is modern and well-appointed, which I think is all the more commendable considering their liberal pet policy. I've stayed here a number of times, and have always been pleased with the service from the front desk and housekeeping. Additionally, they have a really good-sized fitness center which they keep in perfect working order. It's definitely my preferred hotel in the Port St Lucie - Stuart area.
