Room was on the pricier side for what I got. The room was clean and the staff super nice. DID NOT sleep so well. The bed was a little on the hard side. Next time ill shop around a bit more, but this place will do in a pinch

Stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms. Perfect for a weekend trip with family. Was nice having a small kitchenette with kids.

Fantastic Stay ! Had family suite and it was wonderful since we brought our daughter and 2 grandsons. They loved it and the pool.

Rooms are nice, clean, and modern. The morning breakfasts and mon-thu evening happy hour were generous with a better selection than I expected! The 6pm fresh cookies at the front desk are also a welcome snack. Pool table and ping pong table were also a fun addition not often seen in hotels. Great online check-in process allowing you to select your room. So far an excellent stay!

Rooms were lovely and the amenities are great. Enough dishware for 4. I liked having the living area separate from the bedrooms and when you have multiple people in a room it's also nice to have the sink and toilet/shower separate.

Everything is good here. Impressive evening meal with wine or beer provided and complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Kitchenettes have everything you may need except the food in the fridge. Very friendly staff, and spacious rooms / suites. This is my fav.

Friendly people, nice two-room suites. Plenty of parking, and convenient location. Right next to a lovely long Riverside Park. Tasty breakfast and evening munchies. They serve beer and wine in the evening, although the wine is from California and not working. All in all it was a good deal, and I would love to stay there again.

Sarah, the Director of Sales at Homewood Suites in Richland is amazing. I worked closely with her in arranging a corporate conference event and she absolutely went above and beyond to make sure our event went without a hitch! I cannot recommend her enough!

The rooms were great and spacious. The front end staff were friendly and accomodating. They even checked to make sure I was satisfied with my room. Location was great. There are restaurants around the area

Stayed here for 9 days while visiting family over the holidays. My husband and I were very happy and comfortable with our room. They have a full kitchenette and the suite comes with a separate bedroom with a door. Staff is very friendly and helpful and housekeeping does a great job. Our room had a view of the Columbia River. Really enjoyed my stay here!

This Homewood Suites (along with most others) was very nice, clean, and with great service. The kitchen staff for breakfast and dinner are great. Diana is awesome as she is very accommodating and friendly as she ensures everyone in the area is satisfied with their evening options.

Great stay. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and the evening reception were different every day, with plenty of variety on the menu. Staff was friendly and courteous. Parking was plentiful, and there were also a number of shops and restaurants nearby.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very spacious with kitchenettes and large bathroom with a walk in shower. The breakfast is wonderful with many choices. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay, centrally located to the downtown areas and right on the river. Rooms are large and comfortable, home away from home. Gym is small but it works and the pool is nicely located overlooking the river.

I had a great stay here, they had good clean and affordable rooms. Friendly front desk staff, and free cookies! I really liked that the hotel was very well kept and a nice pingpong and billiards room, and a nice lodge/social area. They had comfy beds and good privacy between rooms.

Hot breakfast every day... evening reception m-t offered good appys and wonderful wine. The staff were very attentive. Great pool area. Didn't really enjoy the large family that had a reunion there. You could tell when parents were sunscreening their kids at the car before they came in that they only had one or two rooms paid for.

Service is excellent. The room is nice, clean, and everything works. The only issue is that the AC unit above our room was quite noisy. We stayed in room #125.

Definitely the nicest Homewood that I have been to! The rooms are clean, and very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Good selection of local wines in the little shop and the rooms had wine glasses! We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The fountain in the circular drive really set the tone for our whole stay and the property itself is just gorgeous.

Nice hotels. Includes a legitimate dinner reception with a rotating menu, along with wine and breakfast in the morning. Definatley worth checking out if they have a cheap night.

The Homewood suites has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and attentive and our room is clean and well taken care of. They have a great outdoor pool and barbecues with a nice view of the river. Have you ever stayed at a hotel with a library? This one has a nice library with computers. Ive been impressed with the quality of this hotel, I'm glad I came here.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel. It doesn't even feel like a typical Homewood suites. I love that it's right on the water.

This place is amazing! More like a studio apartments than a hotel Room. It has a full kitchen right down to the full size refrigerator. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and the amenities are over the top. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Tri cities

Full suite accommodations, including cooking and eating items. It's like having your own small apartment. Breakfast is usually very tasty.

Perhaps one of the nicest Homewood Suites I've stayed at. Very clean, modern, and some really great amenities such as a pool table and ping pong. In the heart of Pasco with tons of shopping and great eateries (read: not just chains) in the area. Also sits on the river with a walking path. Highly recommended.

Best hotel experience while on a weeklong road trip to Eastern WA and ID. The rooms here are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and offer excellent customer service. And the complimentary breakfast is varied and very yummy! The views from this hotel are beautiful. It's right on the Columbia River and there's a nice walking path that you can access from right behind the hotel. Keep up the good work, Homewood Suites!

I don't know where to begin. Everything about our stay here was above and beyond all expectations and prior experiences. The room, the comfort, the environment, the amenities, the breakfast, the coffee, water and, rather fortunately, the ice scraper were a blessing. But first, and foremost, was the staff. I have never in my life been more moved by the kindness and willingness to help shown by the staff. I could post a long story to illustrate, but I'll save you from that. Suffice it to say, they are top-notch and extremely appreciated. Thank you all!

Attended a baby shower in one of the event rooms. It was a lovely setting with a large seating area by the fireplace, a table and chairs and a full kitchen

We stayed in a two queen suite on the first floor. It felt more like a small apartment more than a hotel room. The staff were nice and helpful. The hot tub remains open even when the pool is closed for the season. The welcome reception at the second floor club house is a nice touch, as well as the breakfast the next morning.

Very clean and good hotel. Stayed there 3 times for my trip to Pasco.

Stayed for one night, The room was a king, but included a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and large fridge. we didnt use any of these amentities but they were nice. It also included free breakfast, which had scrambled eggs, french toast, wafles, oatmeal and yogurt.

This is a great place, it quite, on the Columbia river, and it has everything you need. The gym is basic, but the living areas are great, pool tables, table tennis, a swimming pool. It's great here. Staff is professional and courteous. The location of the hotel is also ideal, it's walking distance to many little shops and a movie theater.

I didn't personally stay here. My boyfriend is staying here for a business trip and just got the unfortunate news that he has to stay through New Years. I wanted to do something special for him all the way from Chicago so I called up the hotel and Sarah the manager and another employee, Erika, helped me with that. Sarah drove to the grocery store and bought his favorite candy and beautiful roses. She wrote out a note for me and then put the items in his room and he was so shocked and awed by it. This definitely was the perfect start to 2016. Who could ask for better customer service?!? There is no better service than that. I am so very grateful. Thank you! Happy New Year!

Awesome new Hotel for the Tri-Cities !!! The rooms are large, brand new, and extremely nice. The amenities are nicer than any hotel I have been to in Eastern Washington.

With the extended stay option, I plan on using this Hotel as home base for ALL sports tournaments, and Wine weekends in the Richland Area.
