This is a lovely hotel located in the absolute best part of Paris! I would absolutely stay here anytime I come to Paris. The staff was very accomodating, and the smell in the hallways was amazing!

Wonderful staff but the rooms, although nicely appointed, are pricey and small.

Very good hotel. Great concierge service. One small hiccup only when my husband was curtly dismissed when he was about to ask for directions to the wash room. But besides that, this was a pleasant experience!

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here as part of a work trip and couldnt have been any happier with our stay. Room was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. All of the staff that we came across during our stay were brilliant to us, and conversed in English very well which was great for me as my French is terrible!

Fabulous little boutique hotel right off the Rue St. Germaine. Walking distance to almost everything you want to see in Paris.

The hotel is conveniently located near tons of cafés, shops, and attractions. The staff is great. The rooms are up to date and nicely sized for Paris. I had no complaints.

I spent five wonderful and marvelous days in Paris. The Bel Ami was a first class experience. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff were all gracious and professional, ensuring my visit was always pleasant and enjoyable. The location was exceptional, a 15 minute walk to the Louvre in the center of the city. I would stay at the Bel Ami on all my future visits to Paris.

Great location and fun yet beautiful public areas. Great service except from the concierge. Rooms were well appointed but on the small side.

Despite being a platinum elite member. The front desk staff was not aware of the check in amenities. I was not offered bonus points of 500, breakfast or welcome gift. When ask of such amenities, the front desk staff mentioned that they did not participate in such an event. Also free suite upgrades were not honored at this hotel and they have not heard of such a perk. Front desk staff requires additional training especially in servicing their gold and platinum guests. The bathroom has a glass splash guard, however given the rain shower, it does not prevent the water from flooding the floor. Only way to prevent flood was to take a bath each time. The shower area needs to be redesigned.

Everyone at the Bel Ami was so amazing, hospitable and accommodating. The hotel was so clean, so well designed, and in the best location. I loved the energy there! I can’t wait to go back. My fav! Merci, Bel Ami! ❤️

I have stayed at the Hotel Bel Ami many times and have found the staff and its concierge services to be top notch. Unfortunately, on my last visit in Sept., 2017, the "Superior" room given us was so tiny that if you wanted to change your mind, you were obliged to step out into the hallway. There was no draw space to accommodate your clothes. The closet for hanging garments was nonexistent. We were obliged to live out of our suitcase which was dangerous walking to the bathroom in the dark. A guest at a four star hotel deserves better.

Great boutique hotel with fantastic staff and nice rooms. While the rooms are somewhat small, it's what you would expect in Paris. A few coworkers had issues with the showers draining, but the staff fixed it that day. Overall the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The bartenders at the bar were extremely friendly, courteous, and made nice cocktails. The breakfast at the cafe was also quite nice. The hotel is in a great area as well, within walking distance to several good restaurants, bakeries and food vendors. I would definitely come back again, and highly recommended this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Located on a quiet street in the St. Germain district. The staff were extremely welcoming an helpful. The hotel is very well-kept, everything looked new and clean. We utilized the concierge for several restaurant recommendations, all of which were fantastic. Definitley recommend staying here!

The hotel is nice and clean and in a good location. The service was very good--the concierge was particularly helpful. The hallways were too perfumed which was unpleasant and the rooms are small--which is to be expected in Paris--but for the price--I think the rooms should be larger. We stayed in several hotels on our stay through Europe including another hotel in Paris--and the rooms were larger and the price was 1/3 to 1/2 the price to stay.

My favorite boutique 5 star hotel in the St. Germain. Their staff is wonderful and it's the best location to roll out of bed and be anywhere in minutes. Like my own little apartment to return to time and again but with housekeeping, and everyone knows my name. MY LOVE.

Had breakfast buffet here. Fantastic friendly service. Eggs, mushrooms, jams, breads everything so delicious. Fresh green apple juice was very special.

Great brunch and top notch service!

Great location and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. However, we had serious problems with our air conditioning; it flooded our room and then, after being fixed, it quit altogether. Considering the cost of the room, I was not expecting two VERY uncomfortable nights.

Hôtel Bel Ami is a beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with luxuriously deep bathtubs. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro as well as many of Paris' most famous sights like the Louvre and Notre Dame.

We stayed at the Bel Ami in March 2014 and LOVED it. The staff was super friendly and helpful; our rooms were very nice (although seemingly small based on US standards -- probably on the larger side based on Paris); and the location was ideal- Everything was great! Cannot recommend it highly enough

Well located (the Jazz club nearby was great for new years) staff were friendly and helpful (some breakfast staff slightly less effective, have to say, not unusual!) and all in all, a laid back and stylish lobby and bar area. Two (smallish) lifts meant that waiting times are short. Rooms are tight but could have been better planned with furniture and wall bracket of TV placed to make them easier to move around. Noise proofing is good with double windows. Bathroom was OK and reasonably new. Bed was firm but comfy, pillows flat (as they often are). Room service was good. If you will be spending much of your time out & about or in the bar (as you should!) this is a good choice. St Germain de Pres is a great part of Paris, especially for a first time visit.
